Ive been coming here for at least 2 years now, and Rae is my nail tech. When I say shes amazing, believe me. The lady is skilled and will always make sure you walk out of the shop satisfied with your nails. Id definitely recommend this place, but more importantly her, to anyone.

I’ve gone twice, and the first time my nail tech was very careful and precise. She did a great job and I was very happy with the result. The second time was not a great experience for me. The nail tech cut me twice and one of the cuts bled for a bit. I didn’t end up getting the design I wanted because there was a lot of miscommunication. It wasn’t a bad job, but I wasn’t pleased with it. Pricing is really good though. You can get a full dip set with design and a pedi for around $100, and the punch card is a good incentive to go back. Maybe I’ll try it again with a different tech, I just wish I knew their names.

My manicure wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t what I wanted. The nail tech didn’t pushback my cuticles. He applied the acrylic heavy. I had acrylic smeared down my fingers and he never cleaned it up. He smeared powder in my cuticles. He messed up twice on my manicure (on the same nail). I got only 1 design I wanted and I even had a picture reference (which he took a picture of). The overall quality was ok. But it wasn’t anything like what I wanted. They wanted me to pay 110$ for it.

Just great! I asked them to do a dip ombre on my natural, super short nails and they still did it! Amazing customer service and I am most definitely going to have them as my new place.

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and I LOVE it! Jason and Lily are the BEST and they do EXTRAORDINARY work! Theyre always so friendly and get me in and out quickly!!! And theres an older lady who does the pedicures and shes AWESOME!!! Definitely recommend this place for anyone whos looking for affordable, quality work!!!

I hate leaving a 3-star review because the staff was incredibly kind, but it just doesn’t make up for the actual work done. The dip color swatch did not match the final product and in addition, the buffing was uneven. They did attempt to remedy the situation, which I appreciate, and ultimately we started over with a new color. The second technician was rushed and filed very aggressively, my cuticles were raw and my nails are literally still painful a day later from so much manipulation. I’m glad so many others have had a good experience but I’m sad I wasn’t one of them.

Everyone was so friendly and nice! Even though I messed up when asking what I wanted, they were quick to accommodate me :) highly recommend

YOU HAVE TO COME HERE! I truly cannot recommend Charisma Nails enough. The staff is so friendly (thank Rae for the killer tunes), the color choices are amazing, and I always leave with perfect nails. The prices are very competitive, they offer a variety of different payment methods (think Venmo, CashApp, etc), and they even have a new loyalty program, to help you earn coupons quickly, for future services. Ive been getting my nails and toes done every month, for over 2 years, and I am so glad that I found Charisma. I wont go anywhere else. I usually see Nick for my mani/pedi, and I really appreciate his close attention to detail and professionalism. Whoever you are able to come see, everyone here does a fantastic job!

I came here the other day after having a horrible experience somewhere else. I’ve been told I needed to come to Charisma for a while and was hesitant. Idk why but now I REALLY regret not having been here sooner!Quality of service was top notch and the customer service was the best. I honestly couldn’t tell you which was better.Jason was the one who took care of me and he was awesome. I came in with seriously tragic nails and left with my favorite set that I’ve ever gotten. I went in and basically let him do whatever and I couldn’t be happier!The salon seriously has so many color options it’s insane hahaha They offer beverages and it’s very cleanI feel like prices are fair (they offer 5% discount if you pay in cash)Basically I don’t like this place... I’ve been here a couple times usually they do very good but I got my nails done a week ago and the guy that did them seemed very annoyed the whole time and did them in about 35 minutes it looks like I’ve had them done 2+ weeks they are very crooked he didn’t do my cuticles and he did not shape the nails how I wanted them

It was my first time at Charisma Nail & Spa and I had an absolutely great experience! I booked online through Facebook to get a nail service by Jason! I went in not knowing what I really wanted, but I was met with patience. He was not too big in a hurry to start laying down some color, but took the time and effort to find the color(s) right for me. When I finally found the colors I wanted he laid the powders so nicely and gave my nails life. He was super sweet, as well as the owner who did two of my accent nails. Had such a great time that I can’t wait to go back . Thank you!

Pedicure was wonderful! My legs are so soft now and toes look great. Only thing I would change is the music they have playing. Its very inappropriate especially if kids are in the building. Its all about I want my body on your body and Ill do it to you just right. I found it quiet vulgar and inappropriate. Maybe some easy listening music would be better. Its relaxing and not so vulgar.

I’ve been coming here for well over a year, I came in when another nail salon did a full set on me and made my nails look awful. Lily & Jason took care of me the second I walked in! Since then they know exactly what I want and how I want and the days I come in! I recommend this place to EVERYONE. I refuse to go anywhere else. Ive been going to get my nails done with Jason & Lilly for 23+ years. They both do great work. They are fast & courteous. They have other nail techs there that also do pedicures, eyebrows, eyelashes, etc. By all means try them out you wont be disappointed you will leave with a 😃 on your face. They have a huge selection of colors.

Every time I go into Charisma Nails everybody is so pleasant and, helpful . Jason is the absolute best at shaping and, he is also very funny and friendly. Tony does a wonderful job at Pedicures, he is very patient and, takes his time to take care of your feet. I’ve been going to this nail salon for several years, but I enjoy it mostly now under this new management. All Utsa students don’t miss out on a great opportunity. They are great.

Lily does an amazing job at doing eyelash extensions. She adds a lot more than typical eyelash salons and listens to what style you want. I come back every two weeks cause she does such a great job!

This was my second time getting any kind of fake nail, and Lily was so patient and understanding. She wanted to make sure I was happy, gave recommendations, and kept checking in that I liked what she was doing. Love the outcome and will almost certainly go back. One thing I think I messed up was not being clear that I wanted a full spa foot treatment instead of just paint, but that’s on me.

Great service! My tech jason was friendly and very nice. It’s a little pricey I will say (i paid $51 for my acrylic shellac nails) but so worth it. My nails look much better than my last set from a different salon. Good quality and tons of color options. Would recommend to others :)

I went in 20 min before they closed to have my acrylics taken off because I was unhappy with the place who did them previously and Jason took them off and gave me a new set which was 100% better than the other nail shop I went to. He stayed over an hour after closing to make sure my nails were perfect and I was happy. Definitely coming back!

I went out of town and got a full set and the people I went to put a huge layer of acrylic on and it was horrible. I came here to get them redone and saw the reviews so I gave them a shot. They did a wonderful job! They were nice and friendly and took their time going through the layers on my nails and made them look beautiful! The pricing is great too! DO NOT GO HERE! These people will make a scene and tell you to leave if you have acne or a skin condition on your leg, even when it is due to gluten intolerance. How un-compassionate these people are to treat someone with a rare skin condition. They are very cruel. The Manager and staff also made a scene in front of customers, yelling at my wife and myself and telling us to get out. All due to skin intolerance....unacceptable behavior from a place of business!The man who sits in the very front of the store is very aggressive! BEWARE!The manager and staff have “no class” and look for drama, verbally accosting customers. Using profanity, this is not a place to go or support!On top of all of this, to make matters worse they have been harassing us on yelp and having their friends harass us in regards to our review. They have been making up false statements and fake reviews to make us look bad They are not only crooks but crazy as well!DO NOT GO HERE! BEWARE!
