The first time I got my nails done here I was so happy! They did a pearl tip. A month later I want to get a new set and instead of doing so, the nail tech just painted over my nails with the design I requested (white with a palm). After 2 days the polish chipped and now it’s completely peeled off two nails. I was charged over $60 and am so sad with how it came out. I was charged full price for a new set that I didn’t get. I can’t even go back because I’m on vacation. The whole reason I got them done for this.

Fiona has been doing my nails for 2 years. They stay on always!! Her work is consistently excellent.

I finally decided to get myself a pedicure and it came out so pretty and the message was awesome! My nail lady (didn’t catch her name) was absolutely the sweetest!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Got a lavender pedicure today and it was not worth it. Went home with nail polish all over my toes. Worst nail painting I’ve ever had.... my 4 year old niece could have done better. Will not be going back ever again. I’ll have to redo it myself or pay to get another one somewhere else. Would love my money back.

If I have an issue with something it is fixed immediately with a smile. I get shellac on my toes and it lasts for ever! I will keep recommending them!!

My 13 year old daughter and I go here every few weeks for our nails. My daughter gets acrylics and I get dip manicures. We have also had pedicures with them. The always do an amazing job and make sure we are happy!! They are clean and always willing to work us in as walk-in appointments. We love them!!!!

Love coming here! The atmosphere is so relaxing and calm. They take the time and treat you like you’re the only one in there. I came in 30 minutes before closing and they took me in, and spent well over an hour doing my pedicure. I never felt rushed!! Most salons have a strong chemical smell...this one does not!! I am always happy when I get my nails done here!

This is the best nail salon & spa that you will find in San Antonio. When I moved here I tried many others before finding this one. They are very friendly, super accommodating, and very clean. They sanitize their tools and everything is kept sanitary. Even if they are busy, they will work you in and make sure you are happy with your experience. They have so many powder dip and shellac colors to choose from in addition to regular polish colors. There are so many different pedicure options with different services to meet your individual needs. The pedicure spa chairs are very comfortable. They also have adorable Hello Kitty pedicure spa chairs for Princess Pedicures, which my daughter loves. I have never felt more welcome and comfortable at any other place. I am always satisfied with my nails and pedicures when I leave. I highly recommend you try them out!

Oh my! I love this place. Kathy and her friends do a wonderful job on my feet and hands. Before coming here I rarely would do a pedicure. I now do one at least 1 time a month. So wonderful here.

Brilliant! Finally! Also the parafin wax treatment is great, they do the whole foot rather than just the heel. Wonderful.

I dropped my nail polish on the floor and it exploded everywhere. I picked up the glass parts and threw them away. No one there was doing anything about the clean up. The employee then told me to sit in my chair. Well I did not feel like walking in or sitting in wet nail polish so I told them no thanks, Im leaving. Then she charges me $10 for the nail polish. I had absolutely no problem with obliging with that except for the reason she gave me. She said it was because I put myself in danger and I should of sat in my seat. WHAT???? Will never go back there again.

Kathy and Julie did our toe nails this time and Id rate them 5 stars. Entertaining, gentle hands, kind and beautiful young women. Kathy gave me a great massage up to my knees. I come to SA from Dallas to visit kiddos and I come to PCT Nails no where else to get my toes done.

After more than one week of having my nails done, they still look as beautiful as the day they were done. Fiona always does a great job! She always pays attention to every detail to ensure my nails are perfectly done. Last but not least, I especially love the large variety of colors this salon offers.

I(Anna) never leave reviews and I did bring it up to the tech before leaving but nothing was really resolved. I went in for a manicure before a wedding I am attending. I picked a color and was assured it would be dark not bright red. I continually asked two more times and was told it would be dark. I finish my dip manicure and it is bright red. I ask to fix it and the tech was quite upset but I knew the red wouldn’t work for my outfit. After being quite reluctant to help change my color she did and it’s now correct. Here is where I was really disappointed. I get to the cash register and I have to pay for not one dip manicure but two because I needed the color change. Kathy was willing to take $10 off but my total was still $130 which was way more than I ever intended to pay. I was one of 3 people in there so I’m not sure why it was such a big deal to change my color and work with me. This was my second time in there and to be honest, probably my last. :/

I absolutely love this place! I have been going to TPC Nails for a couple of years now and I have never had a negative experience. This nail salon has the best customer service of any other salons that I have been to. Kathy and Jimmy are the nicest people. They can do SNS, the powder nails so very good! I have also had just a plain manicure and they do an awesome job with them too. I am sure they do great gel and acrylic nails good too! Their pedicures are so soothing. This place is amazing! I had so much fun picking out colors with the two gals working your front. They helped pick out an accent color too. It seemed as though the sweet woman doing my manicure could read my mind. She gave me the perfect set of nails and went above and beyond with a hand massage. I couldnt be happier and I will definitely​ be a return customer!

I’ve been coming here for years and love the service that Kathy and Jimmy offer their clients. The facility is clean, they offer a lot (more than any other salon I’ve been to) of shellac colors. The staff is friendly and their prices are reasonable.

My wife and I just stopped in to get her nails done and Kathy was so nice! She offered me a chair and a drink while I waited for my wife. I was able to sit right there and talk to them, it was great. They have a boat load of colors to choose from, which my wife likes. She typically gets the dip nails which last 4-5 weeks.All the people are really kind, and laugh when little kids come and are playing around. It is a clean family friendly place, my wife will definitely be coming back. And actually I’m not afraid to stop by with her either, they were very accommodating!!

This is the best nail salon that I have tried. They have really good customer service. The staff prepared the chair, always asking you are ok or not. They are willing to adjust or to fix anything if you feel uncomfortable with. My dip nail last for 3 weeks and more. Try them you will never feel regret.

I normally frequent here, went on a Sunday morning 30 minutes after start of business! My son 11 years old and I go in for a pedicure! I was greeted at the door oh we busy can you come back in 40 minutes! Well no I can’t it’s the last time I go there! There was all of 3-4 people inside there!

At TPC nails, Cathy and her staff will do everything in their power to make sure you get beautiful nails--your way My nails are quite fragile, but I am still able to get a powder dip mani here because of the extra care taken at this salon. Im in San Antonio visiting friends and was looking for a nice place for a mani-pedi. TPC Nail &Spa did not disappoint! Prices are reasonable, the staff is very friendly, their facilities are very clean, and their work is fantastic!! I arrived as a walk-in and was greeted right away and seated with my color options as well as offered a beverafe. I opted for a gel manicure and the lavender pedicure. There was a great selection of colors. Kathy was exceptional with my pedicure. My legs and feet felt amazing and the products used smelled delightful. If I lived in the area I would make them a regular salon!

In the past, I hated getting the shellac nail polish done because the places I went would use an electric sander to file my nails until they were paper thin. I was very pleased with the work done at this salon. After I removed the shellac (its time had come) I still had a strong and hard nail. I will definitely come back to this salon for this treatment in the future. I also did a foot spa treatment and polish and the prices for this was a bit lower than other places I have gone.

I am really disappointed with this place. Saw they had quite a few good reviews and decided to try a new nail salon since Im new to the area. It was a Tuesday afternoon and they only had 4 or 5 people so I had to wait, which wasnt a problem. The girl that did my nails however was horrible. I typically get a fill with shellac which is this case I paid almost $50! In my mind, this is ridiculous! Plus she ended up cutting me twice and making me bleed without saying anything. The shellac is already peeling off and two of my nails arent even. DO NOT go here unless you like to endure pain and a horrible manicure. Terrible!

Nails cut and filed way too short,even after telling her. Also While paying at register I saw a lady experience her gift cards not be excepted. They even checked in her book that they where purchased there and lady was turned away. Sad they would not honor $80 plus. I will not be back poor service and customer service.

Tpc nails always does a great job. They spend a good hour on pedicures, massaging, hot stones, and everything in the salon. I wod like to give a 5 stars for this friendly staff.

Im so happy to share my experiences with you. Ive been to 20 different salons in 19 years here in SAN ANTONIO. I was fortunate to find them. Their location is achallenge, for they sit in a valley. Ive been here 3 years with them, I have no intention of leaving. They feel like family. When I first came here, lets say I was demanding. They met all my expectations. Second time, OMG, better. Third time, Ill do what you suggest. From then on Im on a Dip for nails and Shellac for Toes. I have my nails every 5-6 wks, toes every 3 months. The best price Ive ever ever paid. Its like a secret that I have to share. I hope this helps you all.

Woman that does the shellac manicure very unfriendly. Cut and drew blood twice, did not care. Had to ask for an antiseptic. Tools did not come out of a sterile peel pack. All other staff were great. I had a wonderful pedicure from the younger lady that wears glasses.

The absolute worst pedicure I have ever received. The only difference from when I entered TPC nail to when I left was the nail color. Customer service is seriously lacking! When I pointed out the poor job, the technician was incredibly rude. My mother had already paid and the manager refused to refund her money.

Went there to get a fill and polish change on my toes. Staff was very friendly but they did a terrible job on my fill. My nail chipped about 15 minutes after leaving the shop. Defiantly will not be going there again and would not recommend it to anyone
