I go here quit often but this time the 2 women there were rude and when I told the young girl who was doing my toes that she had left half of it unpolished she had an attitude and clump on the rest of my nail polish I did not know how bad it was till I got out to the light and I could see the horrible clumping that never dried for that reason. I had picked a sparkle nail polish because I had a special event not I have to take it all off and do it myself. I took my two granddaughters with me and theirs were done beautifully by 3 men. I will never go back again so disappointed.

Me and my daughter went together and got the same nails. I dont think they all were really experienced. The person that did my nails had to ask the guy that was sitting next to him questions about the color, the style, and it took him a long time.

I just moved into the area & had 4 nail salons to pick from within a 2 block radius. I am so happy that I picked this one. Their hours accommodate my late work days, the shop is pristine & elegant & the employees are very friendly & courteous. My personal experience was with Henry. His 27 years of experience manifests through his amazing work. I am completely satisfied and joyful with my new set of solar nails. Extremely professional flawless work.

So this is one of the best places around. Place is clean, service is good and friendly. Sometimes there is a little bit hard to communicate with girls working here, but they know what they do.

I was so excited to try this place. I walked in with my SERVICE dog and was denied service! I explained and pointed to his vest and she still turned me away, which is ILLEGAL, but at that point I wasn’t gonna stand there and argue much less give them my money.

Always friendly, prompt, facility very clean and comfy. Love it. Helen and Julie are my favs.

David is the go to for pedicures. Clean and well managed.

I had been coming here for 2 years and little problems here and there but overall, I loved it! There are new workers and I got the dip powder (which is supposed to last up to 4 weeks which is why it is 45 dollars) and 5 days later, one nail completely came off. I came back to get it fixed (I’d had fixes before, never charged me) and this time with new employment I was charged for the fix not even a week after my nail came off. Will be taking my business and loyalty elsewhere. If you value your time and money, I’d recommend going somewhere else. Why would someone charge for their poor quality or a rushed job? Don’t recommend coming here at all.

I am extremely sadden by my last 3 sets. Helen is an amazing nail tech who always takes her time and has done my nails for almost 2 years now. I typically get medium length nails with dip. My set in November didn’t even last a week and were lifting and pulling my hair every time I showered. I went back in late December, told Helen what had happened and she managed to “fix” the issue & my set actually lasted a few weeks through January. I returned back right before my birthday weekend the last week of January and ended up with nails that lifted, pulled my hair, and again were popping off within a week. As mentioned, I absolutely love the way Helen does my nails however, I am unsure if it is a change of technique or products used because prior to these past few months, I never had an issue with my monthly new set. There are 3 co workers who I recommended Helen and the Nail Shop to who have had very similar experiences lately with nails lifting and breaking easily. Overall, I’m super sad to be leaving Helen and now on the hunt for a new nail tech/nail salon to call home! The Nail Shop was great over the almost 2 years but no plans on returning!

Clean, convienent, and experienced is the rare trifecta you find of nail places and but this shop has it. Everyone there does a great job but I will always recommend Hoa Lee (Holly) to everyone. Shes almost always booked so call in advance but even if youre in a crunch everyone else here does a great job too.

I always call and make appointments with Helen. She does both my manis and pedis. I’m never disappointed with her quality of work or her exceptional service!

I did not like the way my pedicure came out. He just did it quick and and my toe nails look messy one nail is missing nail polish on one side. I got dipped nail polish the guy Tony who did my nails cut my pinky and did not even apologize. Fist and last time I go here.

Helen is awsome.

Literally sat in a pedicure chair for an hour with my feet soaking and no one tended to me. They kept taking walk ins when they already had people with appointments showing up. Theres absolutely no communication between anyone. Used to come here often never coming again &they do really bad brows here. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ive been here a couple of times with my daughters and husband, the employees here are marvelous, theyre kind and helpful. They answered a lot of questions for us. Their pedicures and manicures are devine for a reasonable price. They also do eyebrows. :)

Went to this nail salon for the first time yesterday. I was greeted by a friendly staff member as I walked in and although it was busy was seated with a nail tech by the name of David immediately. David was very friendly and I loved the work he did on my nails. He took his time and made sure that everything was done to my liking. I highly recommended this nail salon and I am definitely going back again.

Nice clean shop, I was attended to and offered soda or water, very nice lady who did my pedi ~ I will def be going back,... I even told several people to go try them out.... The Nail Shop.

I LIKE THIS PLACE VERY MUCH.

First, they left my nails lumpy and wanted to charge me MORE to fix them -_-. Second and most importantly, Guy there buffed my nails so much he made my cuticles and made 2 finger nails so raw they bled! Although it’s a clean facility, no. I wouldn’t recommend. Stay away and keep looking for a more professional staff.

Worst place ever... terrible service... waited over two hours for gel nails... they said 10 more minutes every 30 minutes... staff doesn’t know what there doing... their very slow and gave poor quality of work...

Henry is THE best.. I have heard great things about David as well, but Henry sits right behind the desk and is SO friendly ! ! ! Always does an amazing job on my nails.

Ok I was reading some of the reviews lol you just need the right person Hody and Lisa are the best Hody does good acrylics and pedicures and Lisa does amazing waxes, shellac, and pedicures. So not everyone there is bad!!!!

Messy results. Paid for shellac and my nails are lumpy and chipping after less than 24 hours of service. They want to recharge me $25 to redo their bad nail techs service. Dont go here girls. Go to modern nails sa or ocean nails

Nail tech told me to try other places out everything I asked for she said she couldnt do. I will go back just to make sure shes not there because other techs are very nice

MainlyGo there to eyebrows and lip waxed. Great service in that area...clean room and I’ve had two different ladies...both amazing.

Got to the nail salon at 3pm had me waiting for 2 hours at the end I left because I had to be at the movies by 6pm. Disappointed in the customer service. To me thats greedy.

First of all slow service !!!!! Second left me with UNSHAPED & UNEVEN nails !!!!!Third i asked for a SIMPLE striped design and they managed to mess UP as well !!!!! Plus they charged me $50
