First time going since I moved to San Antonio. I called in advance and as soon as I arrived everyone was so friendly. The lady who did my pedicure started 2 weeks ago which had me hesitant but overall she was great! The lady who did my manicure she was quick and knew exactly what I wanted. The ladies made sure my little girl & my self were taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone. Pricing was fair and facility was very well kept. Keep up the great work ladies!

I moved to San Antonio not long ago, and this by far is the best place to get your nails done. I’ve never had one break, and they always have great customer service. No matter what crazy designs that I show them, they are able to do them. I would recommend going here to all of my friends.

My experience was overall bad. The man who did my nails was very nice but his work not so much. A few of my nails turned out crooked, the nail lengths didn’t match, he put almost 5 coats of polish on the nails which made it very thick, and the nails were very messy underneath. The man was also very rough and filed/drilled on my skin. I would not come back:(

Due to covid 19 my regular salon is still not open ! Due to all of the awesome reviews I decided to give thus place a try & I wasn’t disappointed. I called & made an appointment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice woman who asked me to wash my hands . After that I waited to receive my pedicure . Hannah was so sweet !! She immediately offered me a drink which I declined . She did a wonderful & thorough job especially since it had been 8 weeks since my last pedicure. The place was very clean & the entire staff was very sweet . Thank you for a great experience

Wonderful experience! Friendly professional staff - greeted at door and offered refreshments. Nice atmosphere, was taken almost right away for pedicure - I was a walk in on what looked like a very busy Sunday afternoon. Kim did great job on my feet and also gave me a manicure. Prices reasonable. I will definitely be coming back.

She knows what she’s doing and truly is a gem!She’s the best nail tech in the La Cantera/North San Antonio area no doubt. I WILL continually come back for her amazing nails and awesome attitude towards me and other customers!

This nail salon is the very best. My nail tech, Kevin always gives me exceptional customer service and does an amazing job on my mani pedi. Every time my boyfriend and I come in, were immediately greeted by the owner and given beverages. Would highly recommend Kevin if youre in the area! :)

We were forced to get the higher priced pedicures and he was very rough with me. Then when it came time pay of course it was pricey. But we tipped them 15% each! Then we get the bank statement and it shows we were charged TWICE!! Almost $500!!! So we go back and of course no one answered the door so we left a message on their machine. Were hoping to get a refund tomorrow. This is madness!!!

I thought I might try a place close to where I live...I was the only customer there. Lady who did my nails did the coffin tip and the dip... one they do not look like coffin tip, two she cut my thumb when filing, three whenever I mentioned anything as far as the tips and shape she just would say she’s not finished yet... there’s lumps of the dip behind my nails they’re very lumpy and not smooth... the lighting inside is dim so all seems ok until you step outside.... not going back at all.. you’d think with how slow they were they would do a good job and take care of their customers . Not at all...

Coming from a picky customer, I love this place for a few reasons. The staff at Heavenly Unique Nails is very professional and friendly! They take their time and do quality work! They take extra steps to sanitize and clean their equipment. It is a little out of the way for me, but well worth the trip.

I have never gotten a worse full set in my entire life. I had to go back TWO DAYS LATER because TWO nails were already completely broken. Within a week more than half of my nails were broken. Never going back. Terrible. The woman who did my nails took 30 minutes and every nail was a different shape. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I tried this spa for the first time today. I kept all comments to myself since I didnt want to cause a scene or come off rude to the other patrons. I came in for a pedi. I was seated on time. However, I noticed that they did not clean the tubs between patients. I also watched how my technician reused a pair of disposable gloves. She did use some instrument that came out of a sterilized bag, but I couldnt help but wonder if it was really put through a sterilizer. My toes look cute, but the idea of them not cleaning the tubs and reusing gloves really rubbed me the wrong way.

They have good service and good wine all for a decent price.

This place USED to be amazing! Been going here two years. Kenny used to do my nails & he always did a wonderful job. However the last 6 months or so its become a nightmare to visit. The price of my full set varies EVERY time I go. Amy takes 2 hours to put on a set. Linda is still awesome though! I brought a friend with me & they charged her the price of a NEW set for just a fill. The receptionist is friendly but has no clue what shes doing. Place has really gone down hill.

Heavenly Unique nails is by far the worst nail shop Ive been to since I moved to San Antonio. Within in 3 days of getting my nails done 6 nails popped and all the diamonds I got came off. I went back to get it fixed and they half ass fixed my nails didnt give me back the original designs I had on my nails and left one still broken. I paid $130 for my nails and toes by far the most Ive ever paid at the nail salon. They are over priced and do a half add job then beg you to tip them. I wont be going back anytime soon or ever!

10/10 would reccomend. I had went with a Megan and she was very articulate and patient with me.We went here to get ready for my cousins wedding this week and Megan did an amazing job. The BEST customer sevice Ive ever received. I accidentally messed up my toe and wasnt planning on saying anything till she noticed and fixed it for me, no worries.They gave me 4 glasses of wine, very generous place. Wide selection of colors and several open chairs for short wait times. I love the atmosphere and the other workers are extreamly friendly.

Ive been coming here for years and its sad to see the place going down...the shellac lasted me 6 days! And the lady stood behind me to show her my bank statement of proof! The guy who did my nails was mad that I returned said something in vietnamese and went to the back to sit down on the pedicure chair. I sat there like ..okay...then the same lady told me she would fix them. I asked for glitter on top and she said that will no look good I mean the shellac doesnt last... not even a week later I have to give myself a re pedicure around cuticles...I think after years that was my last visit..let the hunt begin.

Beautiful place. I am very pleased with their service thus far. I have been there three times for a mani and pedi.

The staff was very friendly, and I was seated five minutes after I walked in. Wanted to get a full solar set for the holiday season. I like keeping my nails short, which I explained to the technician, Gabby. She did a wonderful job with the length. That being said, I did get knicked with the drill when she was prepping my nails. Gabby was considerate enough to apologize and disinfected the cut on the spot. She didnt start again until the knick had completely stopped bleeding. Very professional behavior in my opinion.Unfortunately, my set didnt hold up well over the following two weeks. The edges of the acrylic (closest to my cuticle) began separating from my nail plate the very next day. Im never rough with my nails, and I hadnt had another set put on since the summer.

Awful. I went in to have my solar nails removed and get a manicure service. I told the receptionist that was what I wanted as well. She was polite and told me to pick a color. As the lady removed my nails she began putting the top coat and I said “wait...I wanted a manicure service...not just polish slapped on...” she rolled her eyes at me and threw her arms in the air as she walked off as if my wanting a manicure was an inconvenience....funny...at a nail salon the purpose is to be all about nails.Anywho...I got up and told the receptionist “clearly she is bothered and inconvenienced I will just go to another salon” and instead of apologizing for the rude nail techs childish behavior she said “okay ten dollars for the removal.” I paid the ten of course-but clearly this establishment has lessons to learn in proper customer service. I work in the service industry and customer service 101 is never treat the paying customer rude especially when you failed to fulfill my request from the get go.I won’t be returning. It might be “nice” inside but the customer service is less than “ok”.One star because I was forced to rate in order to leave a review.The toes photo was from over a year ago when I had a good pedicure by a talantee staff member who has not been employed there for over a year. I could not remove photo.

I guess Ive been coming to this location since last year and always being treated well. My last visit recently was not enjoyable. I asked the young girl for assistance in find fushia color nail polish. She didnt even know what that color was. She gave me orange, pink and red...nothing close to fushia. Because Im handicapped, in the past experiences, Ive always been helped into the chair and treated extremely very well. This last visit I struggled getting into my chair as the elder watched me. There were no familiar faces that I knew; all different! I was so disappointed in my visit.....I will not be returning as a regular again to this location!!

Very expensive ($50) pedi. Wanted shellac but very difficult to communicate with staff who seem unusually terrible with English. No polish dryer or even spray; they expected my toes to air dry. Sat for 20 minutes. Demolished polish getting into the car. They repaired the polish but I was back where I started and late getting home. Need new salon on that side of town but it will not be this one.

I looked foward to a trip to this salon for a month and was greatly disapointed. First I had my massage and honestly the guy was creepy. When he massaged my thighs he has his extremely close to my privates but as soon as I saw what he was doing he would move right away. He had played music but it was hard yo relax when he had two fans blowing the whole time and was constantly moving the fans to where he was standing which was unrelaxing and very annoying. He asked if he could take a picture that showed redness on my back to show me and I said yes and after the session was done he showed me the picture but there was also a video! I was shocked, he said he didnt mean to take that which could be true but I never saw him delete the video. The redness was on my upper back but the video showed my lower back by my underware! I felt so violated and uncomfertable. Next was my pedicure the pedicure itself was okay however when applying the nail polish the coats were uneven so you can see right through the polish on some toes. Finally I got a full set of stiletto nails with powder. I have been getting my nails done for years and know that when applying powder theres a certain way of doing it, this girl was horrible. The nails were to long, they were to skinny, they were clumpy, some nails were thick, some nails were skinny, some nails started off thick and sloped down to being skinny. I felt like a witch. The whole visit cost me $165 which I wouldnt have mind if it was a good experience instead it sent me home crying. I had to go to another salon the get my nails fixed. I will never return and would never recommend this place.

I will never recommend this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and pay just about the same price for better service and better quality nail polish!Every time I went there was I received horrible customer service, but this last time really just did it for me. I went in for my usually shellac mani and regular pedi. I had just had my nails done there with shellac the week prior and my nails not only broke within 2 days but the clear top coat also started fading into this yellowish/tannish color and started chipping away. I dont smoke. Im not rough on my nails at all and when I go to other places my shellac would last about a good 2 weeks. Im a sales manager so Im signing documents and sending emails all day so my finger nails never really get too dirty.I decided to go back in hopes that they would make it write and hopefully use a better nail polish this time. I told the tech my concerns and she recommended dip nail polish. She said its guaranteed to last at least 2 full weeks and the color will not fade nor will it chip off because the powder (which hardens) is the actual nail polish. Now a lot of my girlfriends get it and Ive heard/seen they look really nice and do last a lot longer than my shellac.... so I went for it! Leaving there, I was initially really happy with the color I chose. It was a pearlescent pink. The following day I noticed the color slightly changing but I thought I was just being paranoid. By day 2 the tips of my nails were noticeable yellowish. Mind you I was constantly washing my hands that week because I was just being paranoid about having to go back in so soon again. By day 4 the entire clear coat was an ombre clear brownish tint at the tips to a yellowish tint to my cuticles and the pearlescent pink now looked more like a silver pearlescent tone.I went back in on day 6 and explained what happened. The lady at the front told me to pick my color and take a seat. So I did. I waited about 30 minutes until the manager finally came over and asked me to explain what happened. So I re explained myself once again. She looked at the color I chose and said not that not it. You have on nude/brown and this is pink. I explained myself once again. After about a 10 minute conversation about what color my nails really were she had the nerve to say You didnt get that done here. That a different color. So who did your nail. I told her who did my nails and she still continued to argue with me and try to prove me wrong. She even asked me to point out where I sat and point out the person who did my nails. I finally just asked her to simply take the top coat off and put another back on and I would pay for it full price (it was late and I wouldnt make it to any other place in time). Thats when she finally agreed to fix it. As soon as I sat in the chair said she would fix one but she wouldnt fix them all. I INSISTED I would pay as long as she did it right this time around and she finally agreed! All the while shes turning back and speaking Vietnamese to the other employees, obviously talking about me! 10 minutes in to attempting to get my nails fixed and shes now about half way done with taking the clear coat and hard coating off . Until she stops and puts the loose powder next to my nails and says see this not the same color. You confused. You went somewhere else before to do this. I NEARLY LOST IT! We both knew I had been there twice in the last 2 weeks. And I KNOW for a fact they did that cheap job of a manicure and used a cheap clear coat that for the 3rd time in 3 weeks turned tan/brownish! JUST HORRIBLE!

Broken a nail needed to go to a salon and I found this oneI guess it was OK

The girl that fixed my nails, is nosy, I didnt like that because I think that wasnt any of her business.

I had a 230 appt and within 5-10 mins was seated and started soaking...and soaking and soaking. 40 mins later I asked, very nicely, of the woman who appeared to be the manager, would I be started soon? She said yes, the woman working on the ladies beside me, who had just finished up would be starting mine.....as soon as she did yet another persons eyebrow wax. It was at that point that I realized that my time was not at all valuable to the staff. I had opted for a more expensive pedi when I was first seated which sounded lovely. However, when a different technician began my service, I was done being patient and asked for just a standard, stating I was now late for another appt, which I was. The woman who seemed to be the manager never addressed me again and at the end of my appt, the woman who took care of me (which had limited skills....you know, the ones who hurt??) said shed give me a 5 dollar discount......I wont be back.Id like to know what happend to customer service? The manager admited that my appt ran late because clients just before me had added on 3 people to their appt. Is that my fault? No....having been made to wait (and having to ask to have my water warmed 3 differnet times!) the slap dash pedi that I got should have been offered for free...I then would have felt appreciated but rather, had my sunday afternoon ruined. I realize that there are far worse things in the world and that my inconvience was minimal however when Im asked to wait, while soaking in cool water and then pay 30 dollars for the effort, it ticks me off....

After giving up on the Leon Springs location, I decided to try the DeZavala location and it was even worse. Very rude service. Two women that walked in 20 minutes after me were taken back for their pedicures and were walking out the door before mine was even started. The manager was very rude as were all of the workers standing around watching everyone. Very strange environment. At both locations, two young tattooed girls did my pedicures and both seemed to have no energy and did a poor job. Never again!

Ended up getting a major ingrown toenail from their pedicure. Gross

Be sure to read the menu very carefully they have the manicure and pedicures right under one another and it’s easy to get confused about pricing. Also note that to get a French tip, you’ll pay $5 more.
