Jennifer is so talented! I wanted short, sparkly nails, and she delivered! I got dip powder set. Took less then 45 minutes. Will definitely return!

It was a long road and a lot of money spent before I found a nail technician that I trust. She makes sure that Im 100% happy before I leave. This is the personally owned nail salon and the owner, Jen, is a pure joy! She corrected my nails (neon yellow) that I had done at another salon 3 weeks ago and I went back yesterday to get them filled (white 💎). Detail, detail, detail is what shes all about. Her salon is extremely clean and her staff is very friendly and kind. THANK YOU, Jennifer!💯😊

I got a pedicure and full set done today and the service was great. She took her time with me nails to make sure the size and shape we the way I wanted. We also took a minute to look for the perfect red I needed for my set. She showed appreciation for my asking and was very friendly. Took her time with my pedicure and didnt feel rushed at all. I will definitely make this my nail salon moving forward. Great first impression. Im coming back this weekend for lashes and a facial.

Went here for the first time today. The ladies are sooo nice. My mom and I got shellac manis and polish on our toes. Everything looks great. They are super clean, and disinfect everything. Pricing is affordable, and they were incredibly nice to my six year old. They even gave him a balloon, which made his day. We will definitely be back.

Loved it here! Went in on a Sunday around 5 and was not sure about staying, due to the fact they close at 6pm. I told them I didn’t mind coming the next day but the assured me it was okay. My acrylic nails and pedicure look amazing. They offer a drink to the customer, which is also nice. Will definitely be coming back.

The ppl there made me feel uncomfortable. I went in only for a full set and they kept trying to badger me for more services. It became very unsettling and I couldnt wait to leave. Then while outside the crazy owner was very unprofessional with other customers. Never again...

I came for the first time to get a pedicure and gel manicure. The two on staff are very nice nice, but I didn’t see them pull out a fresh pair of nail clipping tools. Instead of using an exfoliating scrub for a pedicure, he used a watery lotion and his fingernails. Then he rinsed off the lotion and wrapped warm towels around my legs. For what, I don’t know? Because there was no clay mask or scrub on them - just water. The lady was eating at the nail station for the first half and then watched loud videos on her iPad. No music or anything playing on the tv for customers. It was a warm day outside for being December and there was no air circulation inside so it felt stuffy. They offered me bottled water and were friendly people, but unfortunately I likely won’t come back.

My first experience was great! Had my nails and toenails done. My lady was hilarious and made me feel very comfortable. I got my eyebrows cleaned up the second visit, for the first time. It was so quick and affordable. Cant wait to go back!

It was not the same without Jasmine, The new people were terrible they even cut me the last time it hurt so much and the man got mad at me because I moved my hand back quick, Well it did hurt. And the lady took over and my nails messed up two days later. Over charging as well, I will not be returning.

My first visit and wont be returning! The male person did my refills and was very uncomfortable. He was not concern w/the bump under my nail shellac. I asked if he can remove it and he just filed it down! I asked, if it would it peel later on? He said, ok. Let me fix it. All he did was file it again and wipe with an alcohol pad! This is not how it is fixed! I was not offered any type of drink ! It took him 2 hours to to do my refills!

Will not return...!! Beware rude terrible service. I asked for a certain color and the guy said he had it . Then he tried to give me a different color ! I told him because if his rough handling I was leaving he proceeded to lock door!! I finally found a color not what I wanted!!!Will warn others about this place and reporting to BBB!!! Customers left when they saw what was happening!!!

The lady yelled at me because she cut them too short. I told her the length and they didnt match and she started talking all loud and mean in Korean or Chinese I dunno but least to say I left crying and wouldnt ever ever recommend this place .. Can I give -stars?

Jennifer is bad for business,jasmine needs to come back already. I called and asked about powder and the man said Jennifer can do anything. WRONG! She tried to force me to do gel and I said I want powder she yelled and said no.made me waste my gas driving across town for nothing. I have been coming here for a year. Very disappointing

Terrible customer service!!! I just took my daughter there to paint her fingers and toes... paint only. I literally walked in at 5:01 the place closes at 6pm. There were no people waiting. The lady said there was a 2 hour wait, in a rude tone.I was confused.. how is there a 2 hour wait with no people and yall close in an hour. I told her, but yall close Im an hour...she realized how dumb she sounded saying there was a 2 hour wait....and then she said rude again...well Im not doing it! Im not staying late.I was kind of stunned...she was so damn rude. There was an hour until closing with no people there....then u wanna tell me a 2 hour wait, then say you wont paint my daughters nails!! She must have wanted to go home really bad.....it would have taken 20 minutes, and she still would have to stay open for 40 more minutes!! Another worker was just there asleep on the pedi chair.... well Lynn Nails you just lost a customer...I wont ever be going back.I came straight over here to The Nail Shop by Ingram mall. They were so much nicer when we walked in....and they have a full house, but yet theyre not rude like LYnns Nails, so I dont mind waiting...even if it takes awhile.Learn some customer service skills lady!!
