Toes turned out great. Then guy who did my fingernails acted like he couldnt understand English. All I wanted was gel polish over my own nails, only 2 of which needed a built up as those nails were already too short. What I got was acrylic nails....not what I wanted. I just had polish service, no manicure or pedicure & it was 90$. I rarely get my nails done, and this is why! They all speak a different language so very difficult to communicate what you want.

My girlfriend is too shy and doesn’t post reviews but I’m a big advocate on these things. Especially when people spend as much as they do for services at nail salons. The nail tech did a horrible job and they refused to do anything to help her more than knock $8 off. The manager was even laughing at her and just brushed her off. I posted pics so everyone could clearly see I’m not exaggerating. I have never painted nails before but I’m sure i could do better than this. What makes things worse is she goes here all the time and spends good money there so it’s not like she’s just looking for a free mani/pedi. Another woman even showed up to complain about the same thing while she was there so idk what they’re doing over there. Completely unprofessional and I’m telling her to never go there again. They have lost our business.

This place is so so amazing i got my nails done here and they did it so good and exactly how i wanted them done!! The service is very nice and clean atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back here! My go to nail place! Very reasonably priced for the area and all the techs are very consistent. I’ve been to numerous nail salons in the area and finally settled with this one. It’s new and in a newer complex. Lots of parking available. They even have a points rewards system. Enjoy! 💅🏼

Horrible results. Black was left on my fingers. Different tech removed it with acetone. That took on the top coat of the dip. Proceeded to reapply the sealer and then the top coat again. The results of course look bumpy. Of course I get charged after expressing I was unhappy and explaining why I was unhappy. They said we’ll fix it, I’ve been here for over an hour. My original tech left me with another employee because he was hungry. Don’t go here. Very unhappy and dissatisfied.

I visited the LV nail salon on Friday August 13th. I went in for a pedicure service and lip wax. When the lip service was complete I felt a slight throbbing sensation but just thought it would go away. It did not, and noticed when I got home my lip had indeed been burned. Now I’m stuck with my skin scabbing and being uncomfortable. Be vigilant when getting lip service done.

Went in as a walk in. Nail tech was Lucy, showed her what I wanted. She didnt seem to want to do my nails. She pulled on my arm, didnt do what I wanted, left one of my nails longer than the others. And didnt offer to fix it. The tech that was next to her tried to fix one nail.for me. Lucy was too worried about what was on her phone than caring about my nails. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix her work. What should have cost me $40, ended up costing me double. Customer service is not good, doubt Ill be back

Helen did my nails. I went in for a pedicure but when she got done I decided to get a manicure as well. She took her time and got all hang nails and ingrown nails. She scrubbed to get all the dead skin off my feet. I didnt feel rushed. It was relaxing. Also the drinks at this place are bomb. I tried the sex on the beach and margaritas. Holly.molly I could have stayed there all day and drank because the drinks were so good. If Helen is available ask for her. My feet and hands look 100% better. I hadnt gotten my nails done in 6 months so she had her work cut out for her. Im going to bring my husband here. Weve been looking for a great Shop!

This is based off of my nail tech. I dont know his name. The nails came out looking pretty good but the first one came off after 2 weeks and it was very painful. Im thinking the nails were sanded down to far as my nails were aching for 2 days after they were done which has never happened to me. Also, he started getting frustrated with me over picking colors which Ive never experienced before. I showed him a picture but he still made me pick the colors??? Im new to this area and I think Ill try another place next time. I also had my eyebrows waxed and the room seemed to double as a storage closet. It was not sanitary as the paper over the table where you lay down wasnt changed since the previous person. The women rushed the job and my brows were over trimmed with the scissors. She didnt even put the oily stuff over my brows at the end to help with the irritation or show them to me in a mirror to make sure I liked them(probably because she realized she butchered them). Not a relaxing spa experience. I will say my toe nail polish still looks nice though.

Dana gave great customer service with all four of my purchases, waxing with no hairs left behind, removal of acrylic nails and placement of dip nails and a pedicure. She took her time and didnt make the experience rushed which you get at other nail places. Also Cindy stepped into help when the nail color wasnt on point, they teamworked that issue together. Good Vibes here

Visited here about 2 weeks ago for a pedicure which was a wonderful experience. Angela did a great job. The place is very clean and everyone is kind and professional. Came back last week for a dip manicure with Tim and he was very patient as I was trying to figure out which color to get. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is always so friendly and quick to help you, they have so many colors to choose from and the the drinks are plus :) This place does not disappoint, went again last night with my daughter for mani/pedi and I swear I could’ve fallen asleep with how relaxed I was! Staff is amazing.

Everyone has been nice all three times. My only complaint is, a lot of people asked yesterday what we wanted done, told said person, then 1-2min later, another person would come over and ask the same thing. Seems a little disorganized, but Ill go back!

This place had a beautiful opening and such great customer service. My shellac had bubbles the first time I got it (such a busy first day - totally understandable) and when I went back to get it fixed, they set me up with dip nails! My dip nails had never looked better!A wonderful bar is available and there are non-alcoholic drinks as well... the coffee is amazing!I am extremely picky about my nails and they understood that and DELIVERED! Amazing quality and service!!

Pedicure incomplete. Change price on my nails 3 times and make me pay for unnecessary things. I want design in my natural nails but they charge me for set.I wouldnt come back or recommend

This place is beautiful! I went in for manicure. I usually do shellac/gel, they recommended dip. I was hesitant since the previous time I have done it (at another nail salon) it didn’t last on my nails.I’m so glad I did nail dip!!! Day 4 and they still look like they did day 1. No chipping, no lifting. I will definitely be returning. Tin tin did my nails and they are perfect.They have sooooo many colors to pick from too!

Ok we’ve been here several times before and always feel that the quality doesn’t match the price but we gave them a chance because the other place down the street is always too packed. The gentleman today was very rough and went way too fast to enjoy one of their top of the line $65 services. Also made several mistakes because he was going way to fast. Very unprofessional and a very unpleasant experience. Won’t come here again. The quality is just not there as other places. I don’t recommend this place

Wont go back. Disappointed with my last 2 sets of nails. The guy cut up my cuticles 2 weeks ago and this last time my nails are all uneven and mishapen. Theres a chunk of acrylic under my pinky nail. Cried when I got home and was able to really take a look at what I just paid $60 for. Ill be going to a different place tomorrow for a new set.

My manicure was not worth the money.. the guy was super nice but I walked out looking like I painted a house.. white nail polish all over my fingers, and this was after I wiped some of it off. My cuticle was pretty rough on my thumb, so when he removed the excess i started to bleed, which you can see in the photo.

First off the place looks amazing. My husband and received a pedi. We waited less than 5 mins before taken to our area. They social distance is from others. The good part... the pedicure was amazing. Tracy serviced me and Jasmin my husband. You know how you never feel like you are receiving all of your time during your massage? Well they hv timers! You get everything you pay for and then some. Everyone was kind and friendly and once again the facility was spotless! Well worth your time.

Holly does such an incredible job! Everyone is very welcoming and its very clean.

I chose this nail salon due to the late evening available hours and the location was ideal. I scheduled an appointment online for 7PM for a mani which would allow an hour before closing. I received a text confirmation with was nice. I arrived at my appointment on time and was told that their would be a wait. I agreed to wait a bit and assumed it would be a short wait since I had an appointment. 7:25PM comes around and still nothing. I was then told by the same lady it would only be 10 more minutes. I was finally called at 7:50. The gentleman (nail tech ) was nice however the actual service was less than average. Two of my nails were crooked and nail polish application was eh. The staff was nice but the service sucks. This establishment lost a potential life costumer. Sorry not sorry

Today was my 1st time at this location but not my last! The salon is spacious and clean which is important during this time. The manicure and pedicure areas are completely separate from each other and over 20 of each (maybe 30). The color selection is extensive with dip colors and matching gel colors. The technician took her time with my services so I didn’t feel as if she was rushing to get to the next customer.I highly recommend this salon if looking for quality nail or wax services.

I’ve tried 10 different salons ...I’ve been searching for a nail Tech who could do my nails to my expectations and not make me feel like another customer and rushed. I would say Budda is the Man for the job.. All I did was pick my colors and he took off. He asked which color was my main color.. he made several suggestions and added to as he went.. he goes with flow and he take his time to make sure you are fully satisfied.. from my pedicure to my manicure he provided exceptional service... needless to say I found my new nail salon all because of him. The Salon is very clean and serves delicious drinks and the people there are all friendly but Budda made my first time a Forever Thang! I’m a Loyal Customer

Tammy is absolutely amazing and they always treat myself and my boyfriend with such care. We love it here and they have a forever customer in us.

I figured I would try this new place out being that I live right next to it... I learned Convenience is not always better. I was very disappointed on the product they used. My nails started chipping a week and a half later. And Im not talking about the polish Im talking about the acrylic... Im use to my nails lasting at least 3 weeks.Do yourself a favor Drive a little further so you dont waste your money.The pictures below are taken after the mgr /receptionist attempted to fixs my nails. She said she would only do the nails that are chiped. I left with my nails a different shade of pink then my other nails. At this point I just wanted to leave.

Steven did such a wonderful job on my pedicure. He was very friendly. I would give a 5star however I was a bit disappointed in my manicure. It didnt feel like a $50 manicure experience, it was essentially sit down get nails done and then be pushed to someone else for a pedicure. I was barely spoken to, but he did joke around with his coworkers beside him. Im okay with people goofing off with their coworkers, however I felt I was ignored during the session. (He did however happily chat away with my friend when she went to him). Overall, it was just okay. Steven was wonderful and easily the highlight of the visit. The inside was pretty clean and very nice. Most of the staff were wearing face masks. I’m a bit disappointed that they have paper towels instead of reusable wash cloths.

Ive been sitting here since 1pm for my 1pm appointment. It is now 145. To say the least Im not impressed. No matter how good the end result might end up being. I dont have all day.

Took my daughter for her birthday and she loved it. Staff was great and we both loved our nails after! We’ll be back again in a few weeks! Angela did my daughters and was fabulous with her. And I had Tim and he was great! Really took his time and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted!

Tammy did a great job! Very thorough. However, the lotion applied at the end off my service was overpowering. I asked for lotion with no scent. Had a headache by the time I got home from the fumes.

This salon is very clean and majority of the staff is very polite. I have visited this salon 2 times and the 2nd visit wasn’t so great, but the owners made it right. This was my first time going to LV Nail Lounge and my first impression was “wow, this place is luxurious”. The interior design was very elegant, sparkling, classy, spacious, and very clean! I was greeted immediately with a warm smile. The staff was so kind, especially my nail technician.I made an appointment for a mani/pedi and they had an easy check in process. I was helped immediately (my appointment time was for right after the opened).The staff continuously checked on me, made sure I was comfortable, the water temp for the pedi was right, and if I needed to use the bathroom - just little things to make me comfortable.And the most important part - the quality. My nail technician did a phenomenal job! I’m not one to get my nails done often because of my work as a nurse but this was for a wedding. And I am very very pleased with the quality. I would recommend this place to anyone new or looking for a new nail salon. I will find another reason to get my nails done just to come back!

First walk in the place the feel is so elegant.., upbeat music, and a young lady walks up to me asks if I have a appointment and takes down everything I need. She takes me to another area where the nail techs sit. I was not offered anything to drink. 😕. My appointment was at 11.. and 45 minutes later I am still waiting. No one checks on me or offers anything else. At 11:55 I finally ask and one lady says “only 2 gentleman do ombré”. Oh that makes sense... okay I Should have been notified in advance of wait time etc always keep the client knowing what’s going on and not feel forgotten. In this day and age Patience is not practiced so much so I am learning patience is a virtue . It’s okay next..... Thomas comes over. At this point I’m thinking okay buddy this all depends on you now. If this job is shotty I am not coming back. No pressure Thomas. Well he makes casual conversation very polite and on top of his game. I love my nails. I might give this place 1 more chance because Thomas did such a amazing job. Let me know how your visits go.

Did a decent job on my nails. However i had to settle for something i wasnt thrilled about because he couldnt do what i wanted, and the prices were ridiculous. I do not recommend this place. Go to Gloss right up the street. Great oricest, great service, and tbey wont tell you they dont wanna do something and do something to your nails you dont want.
