Highly recommend. I’ve had fingers and toes done by many of the employees and they’re great. Lana particularly does an amazing job and is very thorough and detailed, and kind. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

I personally love this nail salon. I don’t go anywhere else. The nail tech Lee is the best. My manicure is always on point. Very neat! I always walk out satisfied!

I love this salon! Lana was amazing! She made sure I knew what I wanted and made sure pricing was okay. She was very sweet and attentive. Over all I loved my mani/pedi and will be back.

When I first walked in, I was impressed on how big it was and how busy they were. My husband wanted a pedi and I got a full solar set. They got my husband in right away; I had to wait less than five minutes. Chong (I hope I spelled it right) took care of me and was very nice and polite. Great conversationalist. He had a high attention to detail and didnt hurt me at all! (Usually a file will cut too deep.) He seemed to know exactly how I wanted my nails to look. Loved it! Ill come back to get them filled in (something I dont normally do). They also have a rewards card! Im all about those savings. They have a loyal customer now!

Fast talkers. They practically beg for your services. Walked in Tuesday at 12:45p and they only had one client. The other 5 workers were chillin’ on the pedi seats and one was getting her toes done. // My $32 service was rushed and tacky. I do not recommend you go here. My nails are ugly. I should’ve paid another shop for a $15 mani and then painted them myself. The lady also skinned my pinky nail with the grinder and you can see it produced blood. // The other negative is the lack of sanitation. The only blue solution is by the sink and nothing was in there soaking. The clippers and filers they use are used on everyone without being cleaned and they just sit in a cup with old nail clippings on the techs desk.

When I moved to San Antonio in July 2017 I had a couple of terrible experiences in my quest to find a new nail tech. Thankfully I finally stopped in at Pro Q Nails salon which is very close to my house. Allie did my nails and I was thrilled with the results! She is phenomenal! She keeps them thin yet they never snap or lift. Im so happy I found her. Prices are reasonable and exactly what I expected to pay.

Found a new place to get my nails done and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere and staff are both great! Hopefully they will learn the sombre soon.

They are very busy you should make an appointment. They do everything to make your vist pleasant and do a great job on my manicure.

Went in today at 7:15 to get fills & was told no one could do them, all went home. I saw 4 people standing around, 1 was working on one lady & then was told the employees that were there didn’t do fills! This gentleman was rude & when I told him I wouldn’t return to them, he responded”Ok bye!” Truly unprofessional & it shows they don’t care about their customers!

I don’t get my nails done often because they are slightly lifted and they usually look weird with acrylics. But ProQ nails did an amazing job!! They were so detailed and attentive to my unusual shaped nails. My nails look normal! I am so thankful 🙏🏻

DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE HERE!!! I would give 1 star 🌟for this. The girl does not know what shes doing. They shouldnt be allowed to do lashes here. She put on a full set in 15 - 30 minutes... hmm. How?? Because she glues all of your lashes together !! She puts the glue on your lashes like eyeliner causing them to be very stiff and all one hard line of lashes. It took 2 hours (and a lot of pain) for Amazing Lash studio to remove them and spare my lashes. DO NOT GET LASHES DONE HERE!!Nails are 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I usually go to Romeo for my dip nails. He does a great job and they last a long time.

I had been going here over a year and usually had fairly good nails done and enjoyed them, however the last three times I have gone they have not been good. Mistakes made both on a dip set and shellac that makes them look bad. I even had a friend look at my nails once right after and said I hope you didn’t pay for that.I’m sadden their quality has gone down. I loved the location and how friendly they are, I’m just tired of paying for bad quality nails 🙃I’ve had my shellac on for four days and it is already chipping off. Looks terrible after four days

First time getting my nails done here and I WILL be back. The nail technician new exactly what I wanted and had no trouble at all doing my nails. Even after taking my nails off (after 3 weeks) my natural nails still felt thick, Im so used to my nails being paper thin after getting my nails done, but not here! The nail technicians really know what they are doing. The pricing is very reasonable as well, about $15 lower then what I usually get my nails done for.

I got a manicure with nail dip. The girl argued with me about me not wanting her to use the grinder tool on my natural nails. I wanted her to hand buff them instead. Also got a pedicure. Ended up with athletes foot. Would not recommend this place!!

This has been my normal nail salon since moving back to San Antonio in 2013 and I have been very pleased. I am not so much into the new paint job(white walls) and I think it has taken away from the warmth that color on the walls brought to the salon before. The staff is always happy and very friendly, so when some reviews state they are rude and not friendly I wonder if those reviews are by individuals whom are not culturally diverse. ALWAYS leave pleased with all of my services and the only thing that I would change is adding color to the walls, white is so 80s

Amazing nail work at super affordable prices. I have been going here for years! The only thing is they get busy quick and you might have to wait for a while.

$15 for a manicure and free strawberry margaritas! Lots of setups, we didnt wait long. The manicurists did a good job. Only complain was that they stock several glitter top coats, but then dont want to use them because it takes more work to evenly apply the glitter.

Decent nail salon, I got a pedicure and dipped nails. Friendly staff and good service. My dipped nails chipped after a week on multiple fingers which is why I’m leaving 3/5 stars.

Ive been coming to Pro Q Nails at little over 3yrs I always come out more then happy. Full set, fills and toes. I have been to a few higher end salons just not the same even the margaritas are GREAT you can just tell they care about their customers other places cost more and give you crappy cheap margaritas. Give it a try! Bet you go back :)

I went in on a saturday for a polish change on my toes and a shellac mani, spent about 60 dollars. I specifically told the lady my index finger and thumb nails were cracked and kept getting snagged on everything so I asked for her to fix them with acrylic. She said I didnt need it and instead put a drop of super glue and proceeded with the shellac. 2 days later both nails are cracked again and more painful than before. Never again.

No go. My daughter went there for a brow wax and she has 2nd degree burns above and below her eyes. It is horrible and its been four days.
