Mapraw was wonderful! She did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure! 😊 I would highly recommend!

My husband scheduled me an appointment for my birthday for a pedicure with MaPraw but I had an accident and couldn’t make it. I tried calling this place for DAYS and NO ONE ever answered the phone. I left a voice message trying to cancel, no one returned my call.And they still charged me a no show fee of $30 🤨customer service quite literally 0/10. I’ll be scheduling an appointment with someone at another business who I can speak with in the future.

Elaine did such a great job on my nails and so incredibly friendly. This was my first time there and Ill be back for sure!

Elaine you make my nails sing! I been twice to get my nails done at Haus of Polish and will go back over and over again!Elaine is so sweet and nice! She is so helpful on picking out color and design ideas. Plus she is amazing in general.I have some rough cuticles and skin around my nails but it was okay. She cleaned up drizzled on that oil. They are looking better and better everyday.This place is worth the drive and time and money!

This place is so cute. They are so nice and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable and they do an amazing job. I got some nail art by MaPaw and she was so fun to work with and very talented.

Salon is clean and modern. The staff is nice.Reason for my 3-stars:I saw Jennifer twice. First time was for a gel manicure. I picked a simple nude pink color. Honestly, it was sub-par. My cuticles were not clipped, and the polish was uneven. Jennifer was very nice, however. I paid $45 for a simple one color, no design, mediocre shellac manicure.I decided to give the salon another chance. My first visit was at the end of the day and Jennifer was tired so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The second visit I got a pedicure with Jennifer. It was one of the first appointments of the day. Again, cuticles barely cleaned up and polish very uneven.I get my nails done twice a month. I am always looking for a second home if my usual nail girl is not available (she is AWESOME). I’ve been going to her for years and she only charges $35.I saw her ONE WEEK after my initial manicure with Jennifer. At that point, the shellac was coming off and chipping. It usually lasts me 2-3 weeks at least. My nail girl had to reshape my nails and was astonished at the quality of nails I had gotten for $45. Needless to say, I’m no longer looking for a second home and will continue to see my usual nail girl who always performs at 100%!

I found Haus of Polish after a long battle of bad experiences at other nail salons. When I come in I want an excellent polish job by and artist and this is exactly what you get with Kim and her team. They are artist 1st and nails are their medium. I get so excited every time I get to go back to Haus of Polish. The gel polish on my natural nail when done at Haus of Nails always lasts 3 weeks. I have never had a chip. I really cant recommend them higher! They do an awesome job every time.

Not happy with my nails and want to see if they can fix them but they dont respond to text and voice mail is full.
