Used to be my favorite place to get my nails done they rushed threw and was not to my liking left gaps on the side of my nails. They were nice to customers but quality service this place was not. Also made me feel a bit uncomfortable because they all talk in different languages so customers do not understand them. Found this pretty rude. Unfortunately it happens at all the salons that have all Asians working. They dont speak in English

I have been going here for years since 2014 and they are always changing owners. That is one thing I dont like and that I actually hate. I get used to someone and then they are gone. The owners I miss the most are Sony and Sandy I miss them and wish they would come back. They are the only ones I loved that did my nails and the always did an amazing job. I would come in and they would do something new without me having a clue. I would tell them give me something new and I always left satisfied. Now it is just like well I just got my nails done but I am never fully satisfied. If Sony and Sandy have relocated here in San Antonio I would love to know where. I would drive anywhere to have them do my nails again. Mike was also a good person who did nails but he too is gone.

I have been to many nail shops some i walk n and walk right out but this one is the best experience i have had. The people here are nice and patiently doing ur nails. It is clean and i left happy with the money i spent and left extra with a smile

They didn’t scrub my feet hard enough and didn’t have any big rhinestones .

I asked for some nail art, they hesitated and uncharged me, I was okay with that because it’s extra work. But when I got home the polish started chipping and cracking for some reason, the tech nearly rushed through the process and now I basically handed over $40.00 for trash. Just avoid this place, there’s a place called E-Girl mail that I went to get my other nails at and they took care of me.

So I went to get my nails done, there is a man who always does my nails very good there, unlike a Vietnamese lady who works there, she is young, watch out for her, she will do your nails very quick, my set of nails that I paid 50$ for started to come undone after a week, I go back, she fixes that one nail. A few days later all my left side comes undone, almost like she put a whole fake nail on it, usually when I get my nails done, they start to push up, and these didn’t, they came right off, the entire nails... I went back and she said I would have to pay 45$ again. It’s sad cause I like the man who use to do my nails there, looks like I’ll never be able to go back due to this lady.

Just went in for a pedicure today and there wasnt too many people so I was seated fast. The tech who worked on me was amazing. I felt like she took her time (No one else waiting so not sure how she would be on a busy day). The massage was nice and she was very gentle and would smile every time we made eye contact. She didnt hurt me and the attention to detail was on point!. I relaxed in the very nice massage chair and watched a video on my phone as she worked. The pedicure was only $30 and I felt that for the service it is definitely worth it 💜. P.S. always tip your tech they work hard!

I took my wife here to get her nails done and I go for pedicures theres a older lady that always cuts my feet and causes me pain my wife let them know and I got hurt again the same day I wont be going backmy wife loves the way the young woman does her eyebrows

I love it here. The workers are very nice and go along way after finishing my nails. They are very fast at doing nails here. They’re very polite and the young lady and young man do a very good job! I will always come to this place & won’t go anywhere else.

I love the service here. Only place I will go. Hannah always does a great job on my eyebrows. Mike is a genius and everyone has a smiling face. Lets be honest we customers, clients can be a bit much sometimes but they get it done. I love it ❤

I had to be in and out in a flash! Lauren helped me, and gave me a fabulous pedicure. She was so sweet and asked me if everything was ok during the process. She even got me out in time to get to work early. Shes the bomb dot com. Ask for LAUREN!

I went to 1st nails very last minute and I RECOMMEND MIKE HE DID AMAZING. HE PRICES GREAT WE HAD GREAT CONVERSATION. This is the place to go for nails. A great experience.

The best! Great service ask you if you want a beverage. They make sure youre happy with everything. I messed my nail up and he fixed it with no problem, Im so happy with how they came out. Will deff come again with my girls!

Mike was amazing. Ive had the shellac done at probably 20 different places. His has lasted the longest without chipping. It may take a little long, but thats because he doesnt cutt corners. There prices are extremely reasonable.

I like my nail they did for me but I have got my nails even better for a cheaper price. One of the problems I have with the nails we’re they were un even some were longer than the other but it wast significant where you can notice it a lot but for $40 it wasn’t a good job

Depends on who you get. Mike, the manager, greeted us in a kind, respectful, professional manner. Anna on the other hand was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. She made faces, burned me several times with the machine and never apologized or attended to it. Handled my hand and the equipment in an aggressive manner. I had to leave her table and request another tech. 2Nd time going there and dont think Id go again. I hope this isnt her usual attitude or else this otherwise potentially good business will lose many more customers.

If you want to be treated with a frown, this is the place for you. No one working here smiled when I went. I went in for a pedi and the water was freezing. I kept telling the people working that it was cold and they just said to wait. The water filled up in the tub and was about 1 centemeter from over flowing. No one was paying attention. Water was still cold. So they had to drain it. The girl they got to drain it was the most unhappy girl working there that day. You could tell she was prob forced to work there that day and she would rather be hanging with friends. She put a new bag over the tub but it was all crooked crooked, stretched out weirdly and sticking up. The water wasnt even able to refill the tub right because of it. She didnt even care. Just walked off. I finally just told the ppl nevermind and left. Also, no menus. You ask for a pedi and they dont even ask u which one you want. They just do it. You have no idea what your paying for or eveb getting unless you ask. I went to Utopia Nails down the street where I got MUCH better customer service. It was like night and day.

Got the Hawaiian Pedicure. Scrub, parrifin, hot stone, mask w/ hot towels, lotioned and frenched shellac with nail design. Cindy used reflexology with the massage on all and it was amazing. Definitely coming back. Best salon on the Southside that Ive found from friendliness to hygiene. :) !!!

Great customer service

I am disappointed with my service today. I paid for a manicure and didnt get the complete service. This place feels to rushed now and not giving the good service as before. This has happend to me twice already here, first time i thought its okay but now oh no!
