Ashley is hands down the BEST. She is meticulous and so detail oriented. She takes her time making sure my nails are perfect every time. Shes also super sweet and so nice to spend a couple hours with every other Saturday. If you want your nails to look perfect, ask for Ashley.The salon is also clean and has a ton of options for colors and glitters. Its a bit of a drive for me but its worth it to me knowing my nails will be perfect every time. Everyone is very nice and accommodating too.

I got gel nails for the first time and within one week the gel is lifting at the base? From what I was told this should last 2 weeks and its already lifting within the week I got the services.. im sad. I really wanted to like this.

My wife lives here, she has never complained and its a really good location. There is a large selection of products to chose from.

I made an appointment this morning for an eyebrow waxing at 4 pm. I got there at 3:50. I have been to this place a few times before and I liked it so that is why I came back. I won’t be coming back again. It took 20 minutes for someone to even greet me after I walked in. I sat there staring at the employees and nobody came up to greet me. After finally checking in (10 mins late at this point) it took another 20 mins for Ashley to take me back to the waxing room. She was not even finished working on another clients nails. What is the point of appointments if I will have to wait 40 mins to get take care of anyway. I should not have been there for an hour for an appointment that should have taken 20 mins max. There is another salon across La Cantera pkwy. No wait. Friendly staff. Would recommend going there instead.

I love Emmes nail salon. It is beautiful and classy with very clean facilities. I love how you are greeted with the drink of your choice and the high level of attention your given. Kelly was absolutely amazing in every way. I dropped in on my day off hoping to get squeezed in. Kelly did a fantastic job making me feel special. Greeting me immediately and signing me in, she helped me navigate what I wanted as a new self-care receiver. During the treatment Kelly and I chatted and laughed so much! I felt so comfortable with her and had the best appointment!!

Had a signature pedicure with mermaid specialty shellac polish ($72) yesterday, this morning 2 of my shellac peeled off.... waste of money. Would not recommend this place or go back again. $72 pedicure plus tip I only expect my shellac to stay on like shellac is supposed to do.

Kelley always goes above and beyond for her customers and her staff. She is always so accommodating and does a fabulous job! 10/10 recommend.

We made appointments two weeks ago and received confirmation emails a few days ago. Went in for our scheduled appointments and one of the nail techs supposedly wasn’t even aware that she had an appointment and wasn’t at the salon. The receptionist said “well all of our appointments showed up this morning.” I feel like you shouldn’t be planning for your appointments to not show up for you to accommodate your customers? This was going to be our first time there (and last, apparently), so unfortunately I can’t comment on the actual services since they were not properly staffed and couldn’t see us for our scheduled appointments.

The first time I went to this salon I had May. She was great! My nails looked awesome. The second time I went for a Shellac and Pedicure. The day after my service one of my shellac nails fell off so I went back for it to be fixed....all was fine....the next day another nail came off. I called to ask if they could help me with fixing my nails and when I arrived to get it fixed they said they were too busy to take the polish off and to come back in an hour. I cannot believe they could not even take the half fallen off nail polish off. I went home to take it off myself! They decided to refund me to the polish alone and not the service. My nails look awful now and I had to pay for a manicure that did not last 1 day! I had to call 3 separate times and go into the salon 3 separate times. The owner knew about my whole situation and did not follow up. Sad Customer service all around. I would not recommend this place if you care about customer service. Or walking away with pretty nails! : (

Today was my first time at this salon and I loved it. The location is really convenient for me and they are actually cheaper than the regular salon that I go to. Jess did next gen on my nails and she was wonderful! Shaped and cut my nails exactly how I asked. I will be going back :)

To be fair my first experience with May was wonderful, my nails looked great. Second time was not bad but not as good as first time, the lady had good customer service. My third experience wasnt good, I felt that the lady insulted me maybe it wasnt on purpose but it made me feel bad. I dont think Im going back again.

This was one of the worst experience I have had while traveling. I booked with them, then got there and they told me she wrote down a different manicure, I said no and she did the one I originally wanted. I was with some of my friends and family members and one of the girls I was with paid for me and two others, she told me the total and I was charged for the manicure i told her I didn’t want. They told me that the lotion was an extra $15 dollar charge. Do not go here if you want quality service. She lied to me about all of it

I went for shellac manicures with two of my girlfriends and left SO disappointed. I’ve been a client at Emme for years and have always had a wonderful experience until last week. The girl doing my friends nails “nicked” two of her fingers during her service. It was so bad her fingers would not stop bleeding, even after holding a wash cloth on them, using ice and some blue congealing ointment stuff they had. She kept painting them, despite the fact that they were full blown bleeding. She did her best to finish- you can imagine how bad it looked. I wish we would’ve taken a picture. She left with bandaids on. They offered $5 off for what happened. Ridiculous. Having been the one to suggest going to Emme, I felt bad for my friend and approached the new owner saying I didn’t feel like $5 off was sufficient for what happened to my friend. She responded extremely defensive, saying everyone “bleeds different amounts from nicks” 😳, that she’s trying to run a business and can’t just give out manicures, and was extremely rude as I calmly explained why she $5 was a pretty pathetic offer. In the end she reluctantly charged her for a regular mani instead of a shellac. She should have paid nothing, leaving with messy, bleeding fingers that were swollen for a week. The owners $35 is apparently worth more to her than losing 3 customers on the spot, plus all the people I won’t recommend this place to in the future. So unfortunate. I use to love this place. Mistakes happen, but good customer service goes a LONG way.

This place is ridiculous first of all the pedicure chair is literally a bench, not comfortable at all, it has no massaging chair so it wasnt relaxing at all but the girl was nice. My daughter also got her nails done which took long ! Silvias excuse was that her length was too long, it shouldnt matter anyway her nails had no shape to them they are flat and straight, what a waste of my time and money . I spent $84 and I still tipped $ 12... I will never ever come back!

Friendly staff, clean, so many color options, made in house scrubs and lotions and overall great pedicure. I will return!!

Update February 2019:Service is good. Ive never had an issue with that (besides a few of the girls always trying to upsell me) but I LOWERED from 2 stars to 1 star.Ive been collecting stamps on my off $15 card for about a year now. The last time I got it stamped they said I could use it even though new management was going to be taking over. Well I try to use it Sunday and the new owner refuses to owner the $15 off. She gives me 10% off of my bill of $20, so I saved $2...this was incredibly unprofessional. Now I have to go find another nail place to go to because Im DONE with this place.Ive been to Emma Nail Spa 3 times before, always a mani or pedi. Theyve always been good. Unfortunately today I had a negative experience. I ALWAYS do appointments because of work/school so Im always on a time crunch. I called before hand to confirm the appointment at 5:30 at about 4, at 5:15 I received a call that my appointment was cancelled. Im annoyed that it got cancelled on such short notice, I was already on my way and made arrangements that had to get moved around.

I made an appointment. When I showed up, they said the nail tech was running behind. I asked how long and they said 45 minutes. They were barely apologetic. Whats the point of making an appointment?!

Really bad service and the ladies there are just rude. You don’t even sit in a chair. Its an uncomfortable bench. Too slow and would never recommend to a friend.
