This used to be my spot back in 2018. Brought in my daughters before they go back to school. Regret it. The lady who did both my daughters nails made them look like they were done children. Kind of the like the dollar store, stick on yourself type. The man who did mine, seems like a perfectionist, cant complain too much because mine came out nice but he over does it with he trimming, filing, etc. he is very rude. Come with patience and low expectations!

VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!! SPENT THREE “ 3 “ HOURS IN THERE SATURDAY AFTERNOON ! SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY “MAN” THAT DID MY NAILS ASKED ME TO GET OFF THE PHONE BECAUSE I WASN’T LETTING HIM DO THEM RIGHT IF NOT HE WOULDN’T FINISH! MY LITTLE SISTER WENT AS WELL AND THE LADY HAD HER SIT UNDER THE MACHINE THAT DRIES THE NAILS FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES WITH OUT CHECKING IF SHE WAS DONE! IF YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD TO WAIT FOR YOUR NAILS TO BE DONE I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY SURE DO TAKE THEIR TIME & DO A HORRIBLE JOB!

Today was the 1st time I came to Lamour Nails I came in for a fill and the gentleman that worked on my nails he fixed my messed up nails I had got done at another nail shop🤦🏾‍♀️ But here at Lamour nails was a great experience the Gentleman that worked on my nails made them look beautiful they look like a whole brand new set of nails he fixed the shaping of the nails they dont look so thick and ugly like they did at first I would definitely recommend this place I was very satisfied I already got a lot of compliments on my nails everywhere I went after I left the nail shop thats how good of a job he did

I went in to get ONE fixed and a color change ... nail was so uneven.. didn’t realize until after I left. I was such I’m a rush to get out that place because I so upset with the way they left my nails painted, it was soooo Horrible!!! Never will I return !!

I get my pedicures here because they take they time and make sure its perfect! I couldnt find a good place in San Antonio but recommend giving them a try. The best time to got is before 12 to avoid a long wait.

If I could rate this place less than a 1 Star I would. Went in to get a dip and the lady was very rude !! She cut me multiple times and on top of that cut my nails shorter than I asked and told me since they were cut there was nothing she could do. A lady came in complaining that she got fungus from their pedicure tray. It’s disgusting and ridiculous. If you can save yourself the trip going elsewhere please do so. This review isn’t to bash them but to save clients from horrible service.

It was my first time at Lamour Nails. I had a manicure and shellac done. The gentleman who did my nails was very professional and paid attention to every little detail and that to me means a lot. He did a fantastic job. I will definitely be coming back.

I only waited 10-15 minutes which most of the time is anywhere . i had an amazing experience with my pedicure, kim was so soft and considerate of what i wanted . i will deffff be going back 💕

HORRIBLE! Got shellac manicure here and they started to chip the very next day. I went back to have her fix it 2 times because they kept chipping. Finally the third time I asked for my money back and she only gave me $15 back not including the $5 tip I gave her. Do not go there! Plus the pedicure lady was horrible. Complete waist of money. Overall HORRIBLE experience.

I love this place. It is my go to for nails pedis and eye brow services. Its usually a little crowded they can use more employees but other than that the staff is awesome and i recommend for fast reliable and efficient beauty care services

I had the worst experience here today, I wanted to treat myself and was very disappointed with the end result I showed the lady one of the manikin hands and told her I wanted them exactly like those and they’re we’re waaaaaay off ! Will not be returning and will be going to diva nails and spa from now on. You lost a very good customer

Horrible! The old man seemed to rush it. My nails started to chip after 1 day. 4 days later I only had 4 nails that looked decent. Do not recommend! !

Very slow service! last time i went my boyfriend and i wanted to get pedicures at the same time and i told them we wanted to do them together and be seated together and they ignored me and started running the water to the only seat that wasn’t next to another empty whole there was 2 empty ones on the other end! i went ahead and got my pedi done and another tech had to step in to cut my cuticles and file my toes. My big toe nail was crooked. I went yesterday almost an hour before closing and they said they weren’t taking anymore customers when the lobby was empty. Went back again today and there was a lady who worked there just sitting doing nothing and when i came in she decided to prepare the pedicure for the person who was in front of me which confused me because when i came in she wasn’t doing anything. The guy kept turning around to look at me and would stare for 30 seconds each time so i got up and left. HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND PLACE.

Never going to this place again, and I warn for others to not as well. No matter how much I told them what i want they would argue with me to the point it was three of them against me and then they over charged me $15 more than what they originally said and I didn’t even get my service done bc I told them nevermind when 3 of them were arguing with me but they wouldn’t let me leave without paying.

There is a young woman in there who does excellent work on your mani and pedi. Sorry I did not get her name.

They were open on Labor Day the older lady that does the pedicures is great she deserves 5 stars for all her precise work, the others could care less,

Artived at 5:12. STarted soaking my nails for removal at 515, cool. 6:40 i had to ask to leave bcecause I needed to pick up my child. Returned at 7:30. Had to wait for someone to help me. Now it is 8:40. Getting your nails done is something you pay for to enjoy. This was so annoying. Thank God im finally done

I went Sunday at 330 pm to have a manicure and shellac. Only 24 hrs and it has chipped. The girl who did it couldnt even make them straight. Put like 5 codes of color. Im so upset . That was a waste of money.
