I went in and the guy working on my nails was horrible. I paid almost 200 for me and my daughter and the quality is trash. I told the owner and he told me to come back the next day. I did and he was trying to make the guy redo my nails with another color!! He told me I had to pick another color! I just walked out. I will never come back! Customer service is not great either rude and unprofessional. They are overrated.

I would like to share my daughters experience there at this location so that this will never happen to anyone else and I would not recommend this place to friends or family. Helen the lady there is very disrespectful, shes rude she talks about you to other people.She humiliated and yelled at my daughter in front of all the customers. when my daughter told her how she wanted her nails done and wasnt sure about the color she called her a very picky and rude person.When you pay for your nails and you pay over $45, you need to have your nails done correctly but these people treat you like a number and not like a person. they want to do your nails fast and get you out of the place instead of giving you quality.So, we will not recommend friends, family or go there ever again!

The lady who did my nails was great. she listen to everything i told her how I wanted my nail to look like and got it done. She was awesome. 👏. Not many Other nail technicians are like that but she was friendly also patient with me.

Nope nope nope the old man they have there didnt bother to take the polish around my nails off! Theres only two ppl i like that do my nails. He even got the wrong color! I got shallac had a class I just walked out so upset then they find excuses !

I started going here like over a year ago..now the service sucks. My nails are breaking in less than 2 days. People there are rude. I definitely will not be going back.

Don’t go here! Eric is rude, thinks he’s always right, I got a set done by an older nail tech., one nail fell 5 hours later, another the next day, Today is Monday night I have 4 broken nails since Friday!!. My conclusion is they don’t like to use enough products to secure nail, I went back after the first nail broke for no reason, Eric the main guy there was rude to me, didn’t offer me a seat but the next customer that came in got offered one. I’m all about supporting my neighborhood stores but not if they aren’t giving their best. Find a good nail tech who is self employed they are the best, mine had an family emergency, so I went here. Never again. Unsatisfied.

The service was very professional and I liked the music they had. Relaxing pedicure. Will be back for manicure.

I get my nails done here during my lunch breaks from time to time and they are quick and done perfectly. I like my nails short, very short, and at most places the nail tech wants to argue with you and do it their way, but here they do whatever I ask without the added unsolicited advice. I highly recommend this place if youre ever in the area.

I wanted to find a new nail place in the area... But never again will I go there. First its qay over priced the nails look way to thick and very uneven all nails are different sizes.. The man was nice but the little lady who work there just over charge but she said he took long... Hello I didnt want to be there that long. Just all around horrible job man said one price lady told him something I theyre language and charged me a whole different price without telling me.

I recently moved to the area and wanted to try a new nail salon.. the place appeared to be packed and clean. The pedicure was ok with the man doing it but the nails was horrible horrible. The man looked like and was very shaky had yellow eyes and he was so proud of his nail job. The nails were thick and the paint job was bubbly. My nail popped off after having them a week and some are longer and shorter on different hands. I walked out of there very disappointed! No ty never again!

I came here for the first time right before my trip. This is the BEST pedicure experience Ive had in a VERY long time. The people are friendly. They really listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Looked really clean and decorated really nice. Definitely a fan! I totally look forward to my next visit!

They can’t do eyebrows, they did mine so bad. they cut the end off one & put them uneven as heck. ones fatter and shorter and the other is skinny and long. don’t get your eyebrows done here, or your nails they fall offf quick.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with my nail tech. I went in to get a dipped nail manicure on my natural nails which I have been getting for a year back home. I did not catch his name but my nails were lumpy, uneven and there was powder missing from the tips of my finger nails. First off he did not start off with a clear coat to make my nails strong like that usually do. Which was my first sign, but then none of my nails were cut evenly, he burned with the filet machine and after he was done filing there were marks, scratches and you could see my nail bed through the powder. He proceeded to say that it was because my nails were “too short”....not sure what that has to do with the thickness of the powder and the fact that it seemed he has never done a dipped manicure in his life. But over all would NOT recommend coming to this nail salon for a dipped manicure. Clearly the staff is not well trained.

Great nail salon. Eric has been doing my nails since 2005 and still does a great job on my nails. I recommend this nail salon to anyone who loves to have their nails done with shellac as well.

I had a pedicure and they messed up my toe extremely bad I had no pain or any kind of cuts on my feet before going in and I left with my left foot big toe bleeding and paid 195$ for my acrylic nails which were crooked and a pedicure that left me bleeding never again will I go there nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone!!!!

They staff was very nice but i really didbt like the way the nail tech painted my nails. She went a little too heavy with the paint, and it made my nails look kinda thick.

I would recommend this place to anyone new in town looking for a clean, good nail salon in San Antonio! They did my Gel Manicure and pedi and it was fabulous! Im so glad I found this place!

NEVER Going Back My Nails Broke So Fast And Easy After Only A WEEK What A Waste Of $60 !

Went to go get my nails done 3 days ago, and i was at work typing on my computer and nails were snapping off left and right. I Called and asked if they can fix it they said id have to pay MORE money. I been going here off and on for about 2 years, but has been a while since Ive been. And idk if they switched theyre products but its ridiculous now.. I would NOT go there, really wouldnt. Better off finding another place. Really am upset I spent 35 dollars to last 3 dang days! Smh..

Okay so I went to get a full set here on a Thursday and Saturday afternoon a nail broke in half as soon I started brushing my hair I went to go it repaired and on Monday another nail broke in half I am fromDallas and I have never had this issue in NoNail shop I went back twice to fix my nails n today as I was cooking another one broke smh these nails are cheap I asked for the woman to fix my nails and she was charging 35 jus to fix all my nails smh this place is horrible my experience has been bad in this place there nails are cheap as hell smh.. I WILLNOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AT ALL.. I need another nail shop that does not have this issue...

Update on 2nd visit:Suggest state board review at this location.Machines are not working correctly.The pedicure came out terrible. Polish all over my feet. I paid extra to get shellac so it would dry quicker because last time they tripple layered the regular polish. They made a huge mess on my feet and changed the white to pink. They tried to fix the issue with the red but I already spent way more time then I should have to have them fix the 1st issue i couldnt stay longer to let them fix the white and do the manicure I wanted as well. Almost 2 hrs for a pedicure with shellac. No thank you.Also they had pedicure products misslabeled they were using on customers. Lotion in a bottles labeled acetone.The owner got a huge attitude when I changed my mind about getting a manicure after the pedicure mishap.1st visit. Great job, very clean. They applied 3 coats of polish and 2 top coats. I assume to make drying take a long time so next time you spend more on shellac for a quicker dry. They are great at trying to upsell every thing in their salon.

Im in and out in 45 minutes or so for a pedicure. Reasonable prices and they take walkins.
