Was easy getting in for a walk-in pedicure for my friend & I. I had Kelly, she was absolutely great. She really did a great job with my heels & the massage she did amazing job. Highly recommend her. Good prices as well for their different pedicures.

I moved close by so I wanted a nail salon. Went in and they weren’t busy. They do not talk much and seem unconcerned. Please don’t let they detur you. Me and my husband both got pedicures and I got my nails done. I got the dip mail service. They are not top of the line and over the top but they are nice and did exactly what I wanted. I’m a hairstylist and I am big on customer service. I went to another nail salon where I had an appt and they act like I was not a priority because they had other customers.

Love this place! You can always get right in, staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I have being coming here for over three years😊👍 and have never had a bad turn out with my nails!!!

I really wanted to like this place. I recently moved to canyon springs and wanted a nail place closer to my house. I went twice...I usually get my nails done twice a month, so I know a good manicure when I see one. Unfortunately, both visits were very disappointing. First, I had a young girl do my nails. She seemed less than interested in me, my manicure, or her job. The final product was okay. My second visit was for both a manicure and pedicure. The wait was long but they were very accommodating. However, no one seemed interested or nice besides the lady doing my nails and feet. She went though the right motions and I felt confident. However, my manicure was all over the place with paint on my fingers. My pedicure was okay....I won’t be going back. I’ll continue going to The Venetian or my amazing nail girl Eva when time permits.

I’ll admit I almost didn’t go in because the reviews were all over the place for this salon. I am very glad that I did. I found the staff to be very friendly. I had the sweetest young girl do my pedicure. She was wonderful. She took her time and did a great job. I found that the prices for the pedicures were consistent with all the other salons I’ve been to. I will definitely return for her to do my pedicure again.

I recently got a shellac manicure and pedicure. They did a great job on both, and the staff is super friendly. The only thing I didnt feel comfortable with was the sanitation. Usually when I get pedicures the technician opens a new bag of clean tools. This place did not, they just have tools in a bucket. Not too sure how clean it was so unfortunately I will not go back gobackbecausee of that.

My sister & I walked in on a Friday night, and got some of the best pedicures we’ve ever had. They took their time and were incredibly detail-oriented - my feet feel so good! Definitely returning.

Truly the customer service and quality has extremely decayed. I hadnt not been back in a while and now that I came back for services Im so extremely disappointed. Two of their best technicians arent there any more. That could be the reason...

I was in a position two years ago to find a new salon, so started closest to home. Didnt need to look any further! Very happy, as a matter of fact heading there now. I get pedicures and nail dips.

Been here twice now and haven’t been too disappointed. I was nervous at first because the two times I have gone, I’ve been the only customer in the store. Each time they did a decent job and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable, didn’t feel rushed like some places. The only thing I didn’t like was when I went in the second time. The guy told me to have a seat and he went back to get the lady who was supposed to do my nails. After about five minutes he said she was taking too long so he started working on my nails. She came out when he was half way done and he got up to let her take over, so I didn’t have a very even job done. Not sure why he just didn’t finish it..Update:Been going here two years now and each experience seems to be better than the last. I’ve tried a few other places here and there and wasn’t as happy as I am with this place. They are friendly and treat you like a priority. Not once have I ever felt rushed.

I always get my nails done there, they do a great job and are very nice to me as a customer. the nails come out great!

Custom Nails was my new nail salon in San Antonio. Best experience Ive been to. The men treated me like their family :), So enthusiasm Ive never met. And explained the process thoroughly. My nails have never lasted so well. DEFINITELY will coming back.

Ive been going here for a few month. Really like this experience. The staff made sure the water wasnt too hot for my pedis. She has all different shapes thats pretty magic to me! It was thorough throughout the entire process. And its a hidden gem!

This is a very peaceful spa. . . very calming and the quality of the service is top notch. They filed my nails perfectly and i was very satisfied. All around this place is pretty good.

Dont waste $50 on a manicure here. Very unprofessional, noticed they dont sanitize any of their equipment. You dont get what you pay for. Thats for sure. I told them I dont want short nails and walk out with literally a centimeter of a nail. $50 for SMALL sport cut nails I DID NOT WANT! No point in arguing with these people. Just warning future customers. Its Dirty, unprofessional, and you dont get what you want for the price you pay. Ridiculous NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

Its new owners so the experience is awesome all of the staff are amazing at what they do and they are very personal. They ask about your family and everything. This will always be my nail spot!!!!!

Set an appointment with Philip for a nails and pedicure for today. He does great work on nails. However they had some other very young girl did my pedicure. She watched more of the cooking show. Worst painting of toenails ever. Bubbles, tips of nails not painted...DONT GET PEDICURES.

Walked in today, to try this salon. Will never go back. Pedicure was OK. Manicure (french dip nails) was absolutely awful. My nails are bumpy (ball on the end of one nail!) and ridges all over the nails. Terrible service!

Best around but Prices are kinda high.

Terrible customer service. My teenage daughter and her friend walked in today to ask for a brochure or a menu so that they may know what services were offered there and at what prices. They have never been there before and were excited that there is a nail salon so close to home. The men working there accused them of just looking for free stuff and laughed at them, never once treated them like a potential customer. This place will never be recommended by me and I will also post this review on other sites.

Ive been to this nails salon a few times for gel manicures and would highly recommend it. Their work has been long lasting and really well done. And, when they havent quite had the color Ive wanted, theyve even mixed polishes in order to get the right look. They also are very kind and were really understanded when I was late to my appointment once. The only thing to be aware of, as other reviewers have noted, if youre looking for a quick walk-in mani/pedi or the full spa experience then this probably is not the right place for you. But, if you want a high quality manicure, then this is the right spot.

I was surprised when I saw bad reviews. I went on a Friday night got right in, had a glass of red wine and got a great pedi and a great massage. I will go back!
