I love love love Tracy and her team! I work close by so they know how to fit in a manicure or pedicure in my lunch hour and how important it is that it looks great! And it does every time! Clean and professional and such a wonderful and friendly staff!

Wow!! I love this place! The manager/ Owner was so nice and accommodating! My pedicure is perfect and they were even willing to correct my full set that another salon had did back home. I really appreciated that. The facility is very pretty and the ambiance is spectacular. I will come back again and highly recommend!

UPDATE...Sadly not even 3 days later I had a cracked nail and a week later a chipped nail.My daughters nail designs have diminished in quality. Faded. Weve gone to lesser known nail spas and havent experienced these issues. Especially within such a small time frame.Thus I have edited my review from 5 stars to 3My daughter and I are very happy with our nails that were done here at Lotus. We both did the powder dip on our natural nails. The staff was kind and efficient. Our nail techs paid attention to detail and, took caution with our nail beds and did our nails just as asked. (We shouldve taken a better pic, this pic doesnt do the nail work justice). We will be definitely be visiting Lotus again.

Walked in to get a pedicure here and was welcomed by David and Jennie. David started my pedicure and Jennie finished it. They were both really sweet and did a great job on my pedicure! They made sure I was comfortable and gave me something to drink. Their salon was clean and followed covid protocols. It was my first time there but I will keep going back!

I LOVE this place ! I was recommended Lotus by a colleague of mine and thought, why not? Since day one, Tracy and her team have been nothing but nice, professional and super accommodating! I have been stuck in traffic, lost my keys, and have had to change my apt time once or time and they have always been understanding and worked with me! I’m very picky about my services and can honestly say they do such a great job! I decided to take my boyfriend(had never had a pedicure before) and even he mentioned how great the service was! Highly recommend ! WillContinue coming even if it’s a little ways from where I live, totally worth my commute !

I have been coming to Lotus for years. They are constantly exceptional, professional, and clean. Even when life happens and I break a nail, they always save the day! Thank y’all for keeping my hands and feet flawless and beautiful. :)

Overall nice. My nails are nice, but kind of uneven, and there are globs under the nails, and one has a hole or bubble in the middle. My feet on the other hand are great and am very pleased with them.

I did not have a great experience here. I paid $65 for a pedicure that looks like a $30 one. When it came to the dead skin removal, the technician barely scrubbed my feet. Also, during the massage, she kept “hammering” my legs which wasn’t relaxing at all. Lastly, I had to keep asking her to cuticle cut and shape my toenails. I had to come home and cut/file my own toenails as well as soak my feet again to remove dead skin. I know she knows what a good pedicure looks like. It just felt like she wanted to rush me out of there and her work shows it. Total pedicure lasted about 20-25 mins. My usual pedicures with paraffin wax at other salons take about 40 mins. I will not be returning here. Gave two stars for politeness.

Best eyelashes extensions, Tracy do magic with my eyelashes. I get them done and I can wash my face same day, no need for special cleanser like other lashes salons always try to sale me. The place is always clean.

I really wanted to like this place. I’m new to San Antonio and wanted to find a nail salon close by. The staff is friendly and it’s a relaxing environment. They have a huge selection of dip colors to choose from and my nails look nice when they are done. I’ve been twice for a pedicure and powder dip nails. I’ve had 2 different technicians and both have cut the skin on my toe using a cuticle trimmer. I’m on blood pressure meds so when I get a cut it takes a quite a while to stop bleeding. It results in a frustrating experience instead of a relaxing one. I know it was an accident but I have been to nail salons in the past with no issues getting cut. The tech was very apologetic and discounted the service (which I did not ask for or expect) so that was nice and I still tipped him over 25% because my nails look very nice. I give them all 5’s for great looking nails but rating them a 3 for the cuts.

Came here for a pedicure with my sister and husband, had the BEST experience. Super kind people and amazing service. We all left feeling extremely relaxed and happy with our pedicures! I highly recommend coming here! They also have a great selection of nail polishes! Definitely coming back!

Atmosphere is relaxing, helped immediately when I walked in. Pedicure and full nail set purchased. My work was done by an older lady who seemed to not feel like doing the work that I asked for. My pedicure was unfinished as in the cuticles were half done. My full set had bubbles in the Polish and the set was applied with too much room leaving me with needing fills within 4 days. $120.00 spent to be left with my girlfriends pointing out the fact I needed fills when looking at my manicure and leaving me to go home and finish my toes and heels. Two Stars for the relaxing atmosphere.... Enough said. The good work in the photos had set me with higher hopes than wasting $120.00.

Im new to the area and searched Google for the best nail salons near me. Lotus Nail Spa had the best reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Wow!!! I was not disappointed. They definitely lived up to a 5-Star Rating. The owners and staff were awesome, very friendly and professional. The shop was lovely, clean and also provided a relaxing atmosphere. And, my nails look beautiful! I will definitely go back, and I will definitely tell my friends and family about Lotus Nail Spa.

The staff was courteous and professional! I received excellent service! And love my nails! Tracy did a beautiful ombré design on my nails. No salon in San Antonio has been able to do this for me. The shape & color are beautiful and she took less than an hour. I was very impressed.

Had my nails done by a young guy and he did a horrible job however Tracy’s husband was quick to correct before I left. Great place and great service!

Brought my gf here as a surprise to get her nails done. The nails look great but unfortunately they only lasted a week and a half before they started chipping like crazy. They offered to fix 2 of the nails but at this point we ended up just going elsewhere. I do wanna say they are very friendly and the nails did come out great we just didn’t want to risk all the chipping again so close to our trip.

After doing research I found this is one of the best nail salons in San Antonio. The staff is nice but yes- they were a little shocked that a 61 male was walking in for a pedicure and wanted color as well. But definitely worth the price. Their skill and the level attention they give you is spectacular. Definitely a spot I wouldnt miss out on, dont forget to schedule.

Called & made an appointment, they fit me in the same day/time I requested. When I walked in I was helped right away. They offered me a drink and asked if I was in a hurry, since I wasnt they took their time with my pedicure, it was nice not being rushed like most places Ive tried prior to lotus. She used a nail polish remover brush to make sure the polish was perfect. Great experience. Very relaxing.

In short, I now have a fungal infection on my fingernails.I want to start off by saying I have had 4 sets of nails from this salon from various people and this is the first and only time I have been disappointed.2 out of the 4 sets I have had have been from Michelle (I believe that is her name), including this last one that has resulted in contracting a fungus. I really liked this salon and the people too, theyre friendly and approachable, the prices are right- but a dirty salon is one you should stay far away from.This last set I got from Michelle was very frustrating, my cuticles were bleeding from her carelessness and I still had to return the next day to have two nails fixed that dried with marks and bumps on them. As I was having them fixed, Michelle kept touching them before they would dry and kept having to buff them and re polish them, which led to her cutting me pretty badly on my cuticle. At this point she asked Tracy to fix the nail for her, Tracy was polite but I got the impression that she thought I kept touching them which wasnt the case.A few days later that nail started chipping off layers of polish, so I fixed it myself.Its been a little over 2 weeks since I got this set and my index nail fell completely off as i was washing my hands, to reveal FUNGUS GROWING ON MY NAIL.When my nails are healthy again, I will NOT be returning.

I get so many compliments on my nails and inquiries as to where I get them done. As a working mother of a toddler, my nails take a beating, but still look great and stay that way for weeks! Very clean atmosphere, employees are friendly and easy going. They have plenty of colors and I am very picky with my reds, which they had a variety of, I even got a compliment on my nails! The pedicure and manicures are awesome and they are right next door to the all women’s gym that I go to!

No where on the website does it say Does Not Accept Walk Ins. Had a birthday party of 5 young ladies needing pedicures at 3 pm.(I do not live in San Antonio) We were told they could not help us because they were booked and closing soon. They were very nice but I’ve never been denied any service from a nail salon. I’m ok with waiting 20-30 minutes for a spot but for them to tell us flat out No was very strange to me. Houston nail salons would never do that. On to Pink & White nails!

Before coming here I was never happy with my nails! You know what i mean!?! They break right after you get them done, they’re crooked, you suffered a slight injury?.....well NOT Here!!! If you want quality nails at a great price this is the place to go! I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails and people are constantly wanting a card. Nails aren’t the only thing that they do well. Ive been seeing Ty for my pink&white LONG nails for over 7 years. He is the only one who can shape my whites the way like them. I call them a South Beach look. They always look fantastic, and I get compliments all the time. Im so happy that Ty and Tracy have their own place now. It will be soooo much easier to send my referrals to them...lol. I went in with my sister in law and there wasnt enough colors to pick from and they CANT do nail art or nail shaping and they even charge you for something they mess up and at the end the lady that did my sister in law nails complained because we didnt give her tip when she keeped messing up and as my sister went to the restroom she told her to get out of the salon I dont recommend this place the lady was very rude and mean.

Had a pedi that lasted less than ten days. The polish started to peel off than the nails started breaking. Wont go back, at least not to the same person.

THE BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE BEEN TOO!!!!!Had a bad experience at another nail salon prior to coming to lotus. The gel nails i got at the other salon was so bad i needed to get my nails re did. I was a walk-in & was greeted and attended to immediately. Was also offered something to drink especially in this hot weather which you dont see often it was a nice gesture. Explained to the staff what had happened and were apologizing for the experience which they shouldnt have becuase it wasnt their fault. After everything they said they usually charge $45 for mani gel however were only going to charge me $35 which i was wiling to pay the full amount just to get my nails fixed. I wasnt expecting that at all. My nails have never looked better and they fixed the mess i had. They did an amazing job! From now on i will be coming to lotus.

I got nails dipped on 3/12 by 3/15 I had 3 cracked, not only do I have them cracked the lady who did nine cut them shorter than I told her too.

This is the BEST place to get nails done in San Antonio definitely recommend!
