This is absolutely my nail salon spot to go too for my pedicures and nail sets. It’s very clean and organized and staff is very welcoming and takes good care of you. I personally love how Jade does my pedicures and full set she takes her time and makes sure I’m pleased with the outcome. I’ve been going here since 2019 and as of now this is my top favorite salon so far and I can’t wait to go again.

Place is enjoyable. Felt rushed during my pedicure. Feet didnt sit in the water for more than a minute. They did not soak. Will give them another try though and update as needed.

The only place I trust to do my nails, very clean and everyone is so niceVy is the best, shes like family to me. Highly recommend shes an amazing artist and never seems to disappoint 😊🥰

It says it all in the name. My girls and I have been here 3 times already and have enjoyed every visit. From the young lady checking us in to each of the technicians making our tootsies look presentable again! They offer free drinks (try the peach mimosa, you wont be disappointed) for everyone and care about their quality of work. They even offer a punch card as an additional incentive....like free wine isnt enough?!

I went back after 2 weeks of having my acrylics on to get them taken off and they drilled off almost my entire nail bed. the doctor said 1 more millimeter and they would’ve hit skin and a lot of blood. those red rings on my fingers are tiny hemorrhages from the exposed nail bed. my nails are so thin now that they chip when i barely tap them on something. i don’t even have nail anymore on 2 of my fingers. how do you do this to ALL TEN FINGERS??? my fingers have been in pain for over a week now and the doctor said it’s going to be like this for months.

So wonderful, I came in with no appointment and they were so nice and had me in a seat within 3 minutes. I came in for acrylic tips and dip powder, showed them a photo, and they totally nailed it. They offered me a peach mimosa, and it was so lovely! Ill definitely be returning when I visit San Antonio again 😍

This is my new favorite nail salon! The service is great and they ensure that you are relaxed.In the past I have had issues with either a broken or chipped nail at a different nail salon. This is first time EVER that I haven’t had any issues. My nails and feet look amazing !

I absolutely LOVE 💕 this place! I’m SOOOOOO picky and come from Houston. I needed to find my new home for nails and I found A Family Nails and Spa! Even my husband loves it there, as a man he didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. They’re super friendly and make you feel like family and not a client. I’m horrible with names, but the guy does my nails and feet and he’s amazing!!! If I could give them 10 🌟 I would! See you guys in 2 weeks!

It was my first time there today and it was one of the best experiences Ive had and they took me as a walk-in. My nails cant out better than I expected, I absolutely love them and the man that did them was very nice and made me smile, I will definitely be back ❤️❤️

I enjoyed that this salon was walk-in friendly, but not worth my time. I went in as a walk-in so I could get a full set. It took close to 3 hours! Two workers attended to me. The first lady didn’t know how to draw, and on top of that she didn’t even give me a manicure and still charged me $70!! They messed up a lot with the nail art. Do not recommend this place. :(

This was my first time coming here. I went in as a walk-in for Shellac only. I didn’t mind waiting because I didn’t have an appointment. Anyways, the shellac chipped same day. It was a waste of money. The nail tech only did 2 coats and I’m sure it’s supposed to be more coats than that. He also stood up while doing my nails to attend to another customer. I was very displeased. I will not be coming here again.

Went Monday for a pedi was assigned an older gentleman everything was fine till he started to scrub my feet I had to ask him acouuple of times to stop .He was scrubing to hard, so hard he cut me on my right foot also left me with a bruise heel on my left foot. Wont be going back

Im new to the area, I called on Friday and got right in. There was a older gentlemen that gave me a pedi, he was scrubbing the top of my feet which Ive never had that done in all the years Ive gotten a pedicure. When I left there the top of my feet were burning. The next day I woke up and had scratches all over the top of my feet from him scrubbing too hard, I will never ever use him again. The shop was clean and many colors to choose from

Very unprofessional i wasnt pleased with what i asked for, shaping is not good ! Asked if could be fixed told me i had to pay what i asked for plus another set plus to remove the nails . If not pleased with nails other nail salons would kindly replace them, Prices are very HIGH for low quality ! Rushed process WOULD NOT GO AGAIN

First time here. I called in advance set a time and barely waited at all. Currently I am using a walker and they accommodated me..and had the last pedicure chair available. So no having to struggle to sit. Jons was my guy. Loved him! My pedicure was amazing and looks super fantastic! My mom had V! Love her! My mom has ingrown toe nails and she got them out in no time and her toes never looked better! Mom did the bright orange and me the blue n teal. We will be back.
