My husband found this place for me to get a pedicure. He really made a good choice! The place is absolutely stunning with marble and purple lights! The prices for a pedicure can go anywhere from $35 to $85. I chose the $60 pedicure as this was my very first pedicure! It was AMAZING! I got to soak my feet, hot towel wrap, honey massage, hot stone massage, nail polish and a variety of other lotions and potions. I got a complimentary drink while I got pampered! I WILL be coming back! Highly recommend!

I loved going there its big its beautiful having a bar is great I got my feet done even though they forgot about us for like an hour and I got my nails done and they came out beautiful 65 for my nails and it really was worth it they know what theyre doing and they get it right definitely going back.

Hours of operation are different than posted. Opened at 1100 am on the day i went. Said it opened at 930am on Google. Got $70 pedicure with shellac. Good timing capacity and care from individual treating me. Everything is charged as far as requesting small symbols drawn. Free and Good choice of beverages/ adult beverages. I didnt see edible items on menu. Starbucks near by at target. Recommend!

Didnt last not even a week I try calling but they never answered my calls and after almost going on 2 weeks trying to get a hold of someone they put you on hold and then they hang up. When finally got a hold of someone after trying so many times just because it was going on 2 weeks they cant do anything about it. So Im never going back to this nail place is not worth it at all and is over priced. I know other nails salon that do better job and great service and great prices. Dont waste your time and money here believe me theres nothing special here. Oh and it was a dip that I got. Waste of money! Going back to my usual place where I get treated with respect. They are rude by the way thinking there the best in town. Hell no! 👎👎👎

Great service, kinda suck that the length doesnt match and I was charge 5 bucks for extra shape however my needs werent met, check out the ring fingers.

I mean my nails and toes were cute and all but the crust is real. I got a pedicure on a Saturday and they were grabbing covers and scratching my mans legs on a Monday. Alsoo the Bar Tender was nowhere to be found… js

I tried to call to make an appointment and the phone rang continually until it disconnected my call. There should be some sort of hold feature or a voicemail. I then was allowed to put my name on the waitlist and then was told they were booked for the night. They should have some way to indicate if you cant make any more reservations. I was also shocked that you cannot even attempt to wait even though they say they take walk-ins. Its disappointing because this used to be my favorite place, and since moving into the new building the customer service seems to have gone downhill.

Ive gone to this nail spa for months with my wife and we both thoroughly enjoy it. The ambience, the very friendly folks working here, and the large range of cocktails available are very agreeable. Make sure you make a reservation online to avoid waiting hours since this place is very packed, which is warranted considering the quality of service. Will keep coming back for sure!

I typically go to the sister location in New Braunfels, but love the remodeled spot. As always receptionists were helpful and fast, a little bit of a wait but that happens when you are a walkin... Meling did a great job on my nails. I showed her a picture and told her to do the best she can. I think she did a great job!

Beautiful facility. I had a pedicure and I enjoyed the amount of massage time that was given. I actually appreciated them setting a timer which ensured you receive ample massage time actually. Usually my complaint is that not much time is focused on the massage but they did a great job with my mom and I. I do wish the timer just lit up or vibrated for them instead of beep though because you heard it for everyone in the room and sometimes it would startle you while trying to relax. I enjoyed the spa like atmosphere, dim lighting and calm music. The complimentary drinks were a bonus. I do feel that customer service and friendliness could improve though. when checking in we weren’t initially greeted but stood there for about 5 min before being helped. We also were unable to order our drink before being seated and it took a while for someone to come ask us. If someone had a designated job for that service and greeting I think it would certainly help. I would come back and recommend however not if there was another 3 hour wait. The wait wasn’t terrible though because we were able to continue about our day of shopping. It would be helpful if there was a wait list link that you could view your place in line though. Overall a beautiful place and popular for good reason but small things could be done to aid and then in customer retention and ease of service.Update: hours after my pedicure I noticed my nail polish wasn’t drying properly and is getting intentions messing up the paint. I have reached out regarding this with no response thus far.

Don’t get me wrong, this is the best dip job I have had in a long time. However, they have an incredibly poor pricing system. A specialty manicure (like milk and honey) includes regular nail polish. You would think that if someone requested dip, it would be an up charge. Nope, they charge you the full cost for a dip manicure as if it was a standalone service. I have been to a lot of salons, and I’ve never seen this. They tried to tell me this was clear when I first told them what I wanted, but pricing was not made clear, he only confirmed that I wanted dip. I’ll be back, again the actual manicure is great, but beware of their sneaky pricing.

My girlfriend and I and our tween daughters are 10 days post service. Our daughters got dip nails with tips ($50 each) and my girlfriend and I dip nails ($45) and she, a pedicure ($?). Our dips are holding up well, no chipping, however my middle finger dip fell off completely this morning, I am a busy body in the garden. Our only complaint is the nail drilling. The technicians were a bit rough and one broke the corner of my friends toenail and the other two caused lasting redness on our tweens skin. We did not leave saying we had found our new forever tech but we were satisfied with our experience here overall.

Terrible experience like the workers were cool but the management was terrible they had us waiting for 45 mins due to terrible communication went there for my birthday and was excited but left early due to them not being able to give me a manicure on time after my pedicure. They didnt really demonstrate how to use their card service... Nice drink though but what a disappointment

This place is the place to get your nails done in San Antonio! I recommend to make a reservation and request your favorite nail tech because it’s always busy! Libby always makes my nail look fabulous and I get loads of complements. Tee always greets me with a warm welcome at the door and handles the flow of guest like a boss! I get Loyalty points and two complementary drinks every time. That is enough for me to keep coming back any time I need my nails did!

Unprofessional! I had been a client for nearly 15 years. When they changed locations, they changed the menu. When I asked the difference between the top two pedicures I was told it was a dollar a minute. The $85 CBD pedicure should have lasted 85 minutes; it only lasted less than 70. The technician asked if a white wine would be acceptable and then returned with a red wine. The last time I visited I met a receptionist who used to work for an airline with an automotive background, similar to me. I left behind my information so I could refer her to a well paying position. Immediately after I left, while I was nauseous from either the CBD oil or the wine, I received an unprofessional call from an employee insecure about his relationship with the receptionist or his own career choices. In the end, the entire experience made me sick and I will not be returning.

Appointments are preferred. However you cant schedule for a day in advance unless you know the nail tech you prefer. Mask are worn. Nail job is done. Very busy even for a midday Monday. Nail tech seemed friendly and communicative ad far as my nail design was concerned. Nail tech was taking care of multiple clients at once.my daughter and I also shared multiple bail techs during the process. Although I am pleased this far with the results, I dont feel like it was a $60 SNS dip job. Its pretty basic. My usual salon was closed, therefore I had to come here as this is the only day I could get my nails done. Nail studio on San Pedro does a fantastic job and only charges $45.

Great environment while you wait hours and hours waiting! Was on waiting list for over in hour to come in and wait 30 min to be seated to wait another 45 min!!!! Finally was able to get pedicure which was decent but not for the wait and high prices

Was informed I needed to bookOnline reservation so I left and came back another day booked online reservation at 9:30am salon didn’t open till 11. Was informed I was next when I showed up and continue to wait till 1pm. I then asked how much longer was told I did not book an appointment and was going to have to wait due to it being walk in bases. I then asked how or why would I make an appointment if i was a first time visitor and did not have a preference with who I seen. No one had answers and it was just very unprofessional. I really wanted to try this salon but will not try again due to the set up they have.

The atmosphere is so beautiful very inviting and the staff is friendly and very attentive would definitely recommend to come here.

Asiana Nails is a wonderful place in San Antonio. I have been going here every since I moved to San Antonio about 3 years ago. The few other places I have gone to in San Antonio have never compared to Asiana. The staff is super professional and very respectful. Shout out to King David for doing my last pedicure! He is super kind and I got to approve every step of the process! Highly suggest him for your next pedicure. My normal procedures are a regular pedicure then SNS and fake tips on my nails. My nails always last about 3 weeks when the other salons I have gone to last about one or two. Yes it’s a little expensive but 100% worth it! Plus the drinks are super tasty! 10/10 recommend!

1st timer and I had a great experience! I walked in at 6:55pm and was greeted by David. I was going in for a basic pedicure and manicure with Shellac. He had me pick my color and sat me down right away. Diana is the one who serviced me and did an awesome job and was super friendly. I usually dont like the way my pedicures come out but she really shaped my toenails nicely and made sure my feet were very smooth. David was very polite and professional, I was impressed with the high level of customer service he gives. I have friends who have told me to try out this salon but I hesitated because I had another salon I am a regular at. Not anymore, Asiana Nails now has my business 😌

The wait time was quoted at 30 min. After waiting 35 min. I was told it would be an additional 30+ min. Even when Ive made an appointment the time always changes and the wait is 20 min. or more. The front desk staff is extremely rude and blames you for not responding to a text quick enough. Each time theres been a different excuse for the wait time. Ive been told, People pay for designs that take longer or people decide to add on waxing. Regardless appointment times should be honored and wait times quoted appropriately. Businesses that blame the customer for their inefficiency do not deserve customers.

I have been going to Asianas for years! The managers as well as the techs are amazing. I usually go with Jina but when she is booked i try new techs and they are all very professional. The managers Stephanie and Andy are awesome! Always making sure guests are well taken care of. Great place to get pampered! Definitely recommend.

I took my daughter and I here because our normal nail spa was over booked. The design my daughter wanted (simple flower) they couldn’t do and asked if they could do something completely different and more basic. My nine-year-old of course was fine with it but the flower wasn’t cute. The nail tech left my nails very thick, uneven shape, and clipped my nails before I said okay to the length. Everything was rushed, tech was rough, and just wasn’t a good experience overall. I think it depends on who you get, some tech are amazing and others are so bad... not worth the gamble for me.Contacted them three times. I was basically like, keep my money, I don’t care but can you at least take these off?.. still haven’t heard back.At the end of the day it’s nails, oh well lol

Usually excellent service here. I highly recommend their pedicures only.My SNS powder chipped last visit within 1 week. And removal today resulted in almost drilled through nail beds. I was in tears. It was single handlely the worse manicure/DIP removal I’ve ever had.

This place has excellent quality nail techs! I have to admit as a first timer, the booking was complicated, but the quality of services was amazing. Great pedicure, clean facility, and beautiful nails as a result. Will definitely be returning!

Have never had a bad experience until I had Mimi as a nail tech - asked for dip powder and 3 nails were lumpy and uneven, she didn’t compare the hands so one hands nails are longer than the other. I asked for a simple swirly line design on ONE finger and it looked nothing like the picture. Went back the next day to get it fixed and they gave me to Mimi again! She didn’t redo any of the nails, just shaved off the top. Asked her to just remove the design since I don’t think it would’ve looked any better the second time. Colors from the design are still visible on my cuticles and the uneven nails are still uneven. Asked to file one nail to make it look like the corresponding one on the other hand and now one has pointy edges and the other is rounded. Very frustrating. Every other tech has been awesome besides her.

The environment was good, clean, the music was good. They even serve cocktails which is a nice amenity. However, they did not offer to refresh my beverage.The color selection is vast.The check in process was easy and the card they issue you for your services is convenient.I ordered the Mojito pedi but it was not as I expected since it boasted of mint and peppermint. The massage is timed but I felt it lacked strength.The only thing that really irked me was that the nail tech ruined my piant job as she helped me with my flip flops. She tried to smooth it with her finger but it didnt work. She didnt offer to redo the polish. So I walkway. I know I should have said something.

I do not recommend Asiana nails. I’ve been going here for years as well as my mom. They don’t care about loyal customers who have been spending money here every month. The manager does not know how to run a business and is rude. Although they have a ton of nail techs they are always all over the place and to much going on. I would find another nail salon where you can get professional treatment.

The service with Ly and Kimmy are alway amazing but the front desk/customer service is horrible. There is never a greeting, you set an appointment and get no confirmation text and the response is “you must have blocked our number”. Why would I do that???? I set my appointments on Fridays, once on a Saturday, and on the 2nd, the day before my wedding anniversary, even though they can clearly see my last date was June 12th, there was no accountability for maybe mistakenly making my appointment on the 7th instead of the requested 2nd and I was just told “well we can’t see you today”. Consequently, the front desk rep sent a confirmation text ……that went through and I showed her that I received no other texts, still nothing. Basically said I set the date like I don’t my anniversary date….very poor customer service.

Hard to get a hold of and queue system sucks. Go somewhere else. The grasp on your reputation as a good salon is dwindling with every unsatisfied customer. Good luck.

I used to be a frequent here when I lived in SA. Since moving, Ive come back once to a fairly busy and very varied experience. Ive had great nail experience as well as pretty painful ones (cuts to cuticle, burns, etc). Id say your experience will very much depend on who services you. Expect to pay premium prices here given youre really paying for the drink service and the visual appeal of the place. Find someone you like and try to keep booking.

I absolutely love this place! Convenient location, atmosphere is so relaxing & the staff is friendly & welcoming! I was instantly greeted upon arrival and offered a cool drink while waiting for my technician to begin services. Wait times are never long so I was seated with my nail technician in less than 5 minutes. I did notice that there was a sanitation crew keeping things clean & sanitized and management walking the floor making sure that the guests were comfortable and things were going smoothly. My nail technician was Ryan. Ryan was awesome! He greeted me with a smile you could see even behind his mask! He asked which style and colors would I like & helped me find something a little different than my normal routine. Ryan and I had great conversation, shared some laughs and I was able to sit back and enjoy the time spent together. I fell in love with my nails before they were even done! Ryan made my experience so nice and even asked if there was any other services that I would like before I left. I was so pleased with the outcome of my nails. It was a little different for me because I usually just get short cut pink or white tips. Thank you to Ryan and all the staff that made my experience so nice, I will definitely be back!!

I thought the massage chairs were a great addition. The actual service was amazing. My husbands feet had all of his calluses removed and my in grown toenails exist no more. I just would like to say. I’ve been going to Asiana Nails forever. i would just like to say how over priced it is. I’ve gotten my nails done there that only last 2 weeks and now i’ve been doing my own that are way better looking and last way longer. The pedicures aren’t good either. Especially the front desk assistant, she was rude and not only did she not have a mask on, she didn’t have any shoes on either. The service is awful. i got my nails done the other day and they did then extremely short and i usually get really long nails. The man i think his name was henry or harry cut me and was very aggressive.

I’ve been going to Asiana for 3 years now! My go to spot, Nowhere else! Terry is my nail Tech who is always on point with my nails. I always leave so pleased! Jason is another Great tech, I go to him for my toes. I have absolutely nothing to complain about! 💕

If you zoom into the picture I was definitely cut twice. The girl was nice, but in a hurry and very careless. Cutting someone is a big NO! Also the little things like leaving nail polish on your finger can easily been cleaned up. For those reasons, I do not recommend the girl that did my nails, Katelyn. SNS could have been less thick. Again, the girl did everything so fast. Oh and also when I walked into the salon I wasn’t greeted or asked anything by the front desk girl. It took someone from the back to ask me what service I needed.

Super disappointed today. I visited on Friday at 10:30 am for a pedi and was turned away. I asked them when the next available appointment was and they said that I had to sign in online (they didn’t offer to book it for me) and it would be approximately two hours. There were only two people getting pedis and 3 getting nails done and quite of few employees standing around. The girl at the front desk said that because it was Friday they don’t do walk ins. Beware! Do your appointment hours in advance or days in advance online or you will be turned away. I’ve always liked this place and drove 25 minutes. Won’t be returning.

DO NOT waste your time trying to use this salon unless you are willing to do a online check in and just wait for services, hoping that you can get in with who you want to! The management does not care about long term clients.I was asked by the management to remove my last review as it was just lack of communication regarding their policies. I complied due to how long I have been seeing Robert at this location (7 years) then scheduled a Saturday appt 3 days in advance.The Friday before my appointment I was admitted in the hospital due to complications with my pregnancy and ended losing my children. I had emergency surgery and spent several days in the hospital.I called to schedule an appt for the following Saturday and was advised I had no called no showed and I am now blacklisted from scheduling appointments.I tried to speak to the owner who said that was their policy and it did not matter that I had been in the hospital. I offered to show the discharge paperwork and explained this was a very difficult situation losing two babies. I just needed to schedule a fill. The management hung up on me and then would not answer my calls.The lack of empathy and professionalism, not to mention callousness I just experienced after something as emotional as losing two babies in my second trimester is horrible. I cant believe that after being a customer for 7 years and never having a no call no show before that this would happen. I will gladly find a new tech. I wish Robert the best and hope that the owner or their family never experience the pain of losing a child or have still birth in their future because this situation just intensified my struggle to keep going because no one cares.

Assistant manager was super rude and unprofessional I would not recommend going here under any circumstances. She will make fun of customers she doesn’t like and post on tik tok to laugh at.

I’m a regular there to get my pedicures. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff members. I truly enjoy going there, the prices are very affordable for what the service is and the staff and so nice and kind! This weekend I went in as usual and it was by far not the best experience I’ve had. My toenails were filled down extremely crooked... no it wasn’t my toes, the shellac nail polish has already chipped and it hasn’t even been two days. I really hope it was a one time thing and doesn’t happen again.

Overall, not a good experience.Ok, long story short, went with a couple of people who all got manicures and pedicures. I only got a manicure but was left waiting for a super long time. Everyone had already been moved from the pedicure section to the manicure and was getting their nails done, but I had to wait an extra 10 or so minutes before anyone would even come to see me.Although the lady was nice and quick, she did not do a good job. She didn’t really push the cuticle all the way back on some nails, so she wasn’t able to put the shellac all the way back. I got my nails done on a Friday and by today (Tuesday) they already look super grown out... not worth $35.

Essential they used is the cheap kind that doesnt melt with acetone it stays hard and ruins your nails

I felt the price was on the higher side but after the service, I felt it was well worth it. Have been to few places in San Antonio but this is the best I have come across so far. The staff is very friendly. I felt the difference after the service was provided. Will definitely go back.

My mom and myself decided to give this place a try. We were not disappointed at all. We came in as a walk in and they took us in right away. We really enjoy our pedicure with a complementary drink. My mom was almost falling asleep enjoying the massage she was getting. Definitely coming back. Thank you for the great service!!!

Tracy,Ryan and Anne are the best. Theres others who are good too but I dont really know their name. However Terry is not... very rough! Cut me several times with the drill and just laughs when I say that hurt even when Im obviously bleeding...I have been going for almost a year too get my full set acrylics so I go at least once a month.

My mothers nails are perfect. My own I cant stand as the color while gorgeous is slightly uneven and sloppy on the edges and doesnt cover my nail in some areas . the edges of the nails are ragged and feel unpainted to the point they catch on fabrics. For a set I highly recommend here as the set done on my companion was lovely and done well. For polish done on natural nails? Find somewhere else. The staff is lovely and kind.

They did my nails, so so the job, when I ask the lady to remove some roughness that I was able to see, she told me next time, otherwise is going to be very sensitivepure BS, I didnt like the job, it is much better and cheaper at Regis at North Star Mall unless you want to drink alcoholic beverages while they do your nails go for it

Robert was my nail tech. He took his time to make my nails look great. He is hilarious and fun. Will request him when I go back.
