This place has gone down hill. I treated my mother to get her nails done for Valentines day. They didnt prime them as she told him he was suppose to when getting a new set and within two days 4 nails broke off. When she went back to get them fixed David said he would not refund or fix her nails he would only redo them for half price. He then proceeded to call her stupid that she didnt know what she was talking about and that the product he used was good enough. Extremely unprofessional & disappointing.

I paid $47 for dip nails. I was away from hometown and was recommended this place by my sis but unfortunately it’s not worth the value. Two days after application, the dipped portion broke on two separate nails.

Slanted nails for over $50 😔 the rushing and off shape will cause me not to return. Very friendly tho.

Literally just left this business. I walked in and waited at the counter for 5 good minutes. It wasn’t busy at all, maybe 3 customers at most. No one even bothered to acknowledge my presence. Why spend my money there when there are so many other nail salons within a 5 mile radius. Left and drove to another shop not even 2 minutes away and was helped and acknowledged immediately. Don’t waste your time here. Customer service just isn’t on par with other businesses, apparently.

This is just regular polish. The guy didn’t bother to make sure my skin was cleaned up, he didn’t bother to check if my nails were dry and he didn’t ask me if I was satisfied with the service. He just got up and didn’t speak to me again after telling me to sit in the area to dry nails. He made me pay before he put nail polish on me.

Quick and friendly service

Hit or miss here the first time I went I was happy, great nail tech great customer service my nails weee pretty. The second time the guy who did my nails did so bad they were bumpy and uneven... I gave them a chance again and I love my finger nails they are pretty but the guy who did my pedicure really hurt me with the pummel stone they use on your feet( not sure what it’s called) he wasn’t paying attention and scrapped my leg up... that’s why I decided to leave a review my leg freakin hurts... so I just want to say good luck

I dont know the young ladys name. But it seemed like she was rushing through my nails. Powder and coffin shape: $50. The price is not the problem, my problem is paying someone and them doing a half ass job. I complained afterwards about the gel polish they put on at the very end. Once dried I could see the dullness at the tips where she didnt cover the entire nail. Oh well. I just wont go back.Update: 03/21/17Two of my nails have broken off in less than two weeks. She did my nails so thin they are slowly breaking off .. I cant believe I paid this much and they are not even lasting 2 weeks. So unhappy and disappointed.

Took my daughter for her first time to get her nails done. The worker ( man ) was rude and appeared to be in a hurry.

The first time I went, with an appt for me and my mom, they made me wait a full 30 minutes for my mom to arrive before starting me. At first, nothing was said until I saw them take another guest and asked why. Have never had a nail salon make me wait like that with an appt before.The next time I went, again with an appt, the wait was better and I had a great pedicure but the dip manicure Ive gotten was horrible. The girl doing my nails was on her phone a lot, seemed very distracted, and I had to direct her exactly on making sure she shaped by nails and had to have her file down the dip more because it was so thick. Even with this, she still left it very thick but I had had enough by that point.Will not be going back.

I have been going to Klassy nails for over six years...always with Tina...she is soo professional and courteous as is everyone there...even took my daughter and wedding party there the day before her wedding and they accommodated all of us for manicures and pedicures...such a fun time!!😀
