This was my first time at Trendique Nails and i got them done by Oscar and he did an amazing job! he has such a steady hand and amazing technique. he’s very polite and sweet. 10/10

I have been here a few times, and each time I don’t know why I come back. This is the last time though. I went in and got a full set and a pedicure. The man who did my pedicure did awesome and I rate him a 10/10. The lady who did my nails rushed like crazy, and my hands felt nasty and sticky the entire time, and she never brushed off the extra dust from my hands either a little off my nails but that’s it. I was fine with this for the most part until I asked for a diamond on one nail. Instead of her asking about the diamond size or placement she grabs the super glue stuff and smears it diagonal across my nail, then she just starts putting diamonds on. After I told her what I wanted after a few times I was covered in the super glue from her whipping off the mistakes. I just wanted one small diamond on the top. When she was finally done I had dusty, sticky, covered in super glue hands and nails. The super glue was everywhere I peeled off a lot but I still have to fix my nails by peeling and scrubbing at my skin. Also her top clear coat was done so poorly and it goes over my skin so I will have to file that off myself. I don’t know why I tipped them. When I was paying I told them about the glue, all they said was sorry, and didn’t offer any sort of discount for this. I will not be back.

Pauline was wonderful!!! She did a fantastic job and super quick! She was patient with my indecisiveness and very sweet. The salon in clean the staff is nice and quick to greet you. They offer beverages during your visit. I highly recommend this nail salon and I will be back.

My daughter & I went for the first time yesterday. We were greeted as soon as we walk through the door, told them what we wanted & waited. I waited about 5 min before being seated @ a station & my daughter about half hour, still not bad time. I had a gentleman named Oscar & he is the best. Had my daughter & I laughing & was very welcoming & easy to talk to. I showed him a picture of what i wanted & i was not disappointed. My nails look awesome. I stopped getting my nails done because the places I would go to would man handle my hands. Oscar was very gentle & took his time. I didnt feel like he was rushing @ all. He made sure I was happy every step of the way, constantly asked if I liked it do far & if I was ok. He took pride in his work. My daughter had a lady named Mandy. She did a great job on my daughters nails. My daughter just wanted a set with some polish, simple. She explained that she needed short nails cause she had volleyball tryouts for school. She succeeded. my daughters nails are super cute cause they ate short. We are very happy with the outcome & its safe to say we found our nail spot. We will definitely be back.

I love this nail salon! The entire place feels very luxurious and upscale, a variation of drinks are provided for free and the customer service is great! Lee is also super friendly and gives very nice pedicures

This was my first time in this spa, and it was because of the reviews that I read that I gave them a try. It is very clean and welcoming upon entering. I had a pedicure and nails done. Annie did an awesome job on my nails, which were a new set that I had previously done by someone else (that looked horrible) which is why I ended up looking for a new spot to have my nails done at. Annie fixed the shape to exactly what I wanted, she listened to what I was saying. I truly appreciate that, and Mandy did my pedicure. She was awesome as well, it was a very relaxing experience.😊 And I didn’t have to wait for either, they did my pedicure and nails and the same time!!! I Love it!! I will be back for sure💜

Im new to San Antonio so after looking and reading reviews for a few places I decided to go here and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I was offered refreshments. The lady who did my pedicure didnt rush and my feet feel soft/smooth. Mandy was my nail tech for today and she also did an amazing job. She was friendly, patient and professional. I will definitely be returning for services.

So this is my third time getting my nails done. The first time I was not impressed. I wouldn’t even write this review if I hadn’t felt like they got me. Seriously!!! The first time I went I asked for almond shaped nails, that you get charged for, I received steeletto nails. The second time I went back because I needed a fill and my daughter wanted her nails done for her birthday. They did ok I got a coffin slap this time. Service was just slow. So I returned today. I was in there from 9:40-12:15. I wouldn’t even complain about the time today because I got a fill in and pedicure. But to get home and the polish job is just horrible!!!!!!!! Im mad I left him 33 dollars as a tip. I didn’t check the polish there because I needed to use the restroom. I couldn’t use the restroom there because the water was turned off. I’m so upset with myself for spending 140 on these horribly polished and designed nails. I will not be going back. Waste of money.

Today was my third time going to this nail salon. Im new to the area and I highly recommend this spot! The first two times were walk ins and this third time was a set up appt. All three times they helped me right away. I highly recommend Nancy for pedicures she was absolutely the sweetest and made sure I was well relaxed and comfortable! For manicures I recommend Mandy she was so patient with me on deciding which colors I wanted for my summer swirl design! They both took their time to make sure my feet were cleaned up and nails looking great for the summer! I am definitely a returning customer!

I walked in a few minutes after 7pm and I was greeted by a very nice polite young man. I asked if I could get a full set and his response was, “Sure!! Please use the hand sanitizer and sign in.” I went back to my car to get my purse. When I walked back in I asked who is the best jokingly. In a jokingly manner I was told to come back tomorrow but that everyone was the best. I was asked to sit and wait for the next available technician. I sat maybe 3 minutes. I think I had just opened my water when I was asked to come to station #2 where I met Annie, SHE IS THE BEST!!!! It is my birthday and my daughter was trying to help me get my nails done since this is not something that I do regularly. Annie took control after hearing what I wanted versus what my daughter wanted for me. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM GETTING READY TO HAVE A FABULOUS BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!!! My nails are perfect, I was out in less than an hour and I owe that all to Annie!!! Thank you!!!

Fantastic. I have finally found my go to place to do nails. Wonderful staff and environment and they do such a clean and neat job without the nails. My daughter and I got two pedicures and a full set and I was wowed with the fact that they have true nail techs that can do real art. Snow, Tee, and Tali were great.

My first time here and pretty good service. Its a pretty big spot with a lot of chairs so I was able to be seen within 10min as a walk in compared to other nail spots in this area. I only got a pedicure but the guy did a great job. Ill probably be back and I also came on a Sunday a lot of places arent open on Sundays so that was nice as well!

I am new to area and stopped by this place bc of the high rating but I did not have a good experience. I did a simple manicure with gel polish and the lady rushed through the entire thing including me picking a color and was not gentle at all. She was very rough on my cuticles. It was so painful and bad that I returned after a few days to have them fixed it. Instead of offering a discount/refund or to redo my nails, they were slightly annoyed and just cut the loose skin around my nails and said “all better.” I am posting a pic of the 1st and 2nd time, both of which were awful. I really wanted to like this place bc it is clean and pretty but the service and staff is the worst I have ever experienced.

I got a full set and a pedicure. I wasn’t able to get the mans name that did my pedicure but I was definitely pleased. He did take a while but it was enjoyable and my toes came out great. Oscar did my set and I love them!

Great service provided by Oscar and Snow. Thank you for staying late and treating me like I was the first customer of the day. The staff is always very friendly and professional. The salon is very clean and nicely organized.

The business is a beautiful inside and they do make you feel comfortable and at peace the downside to this location is that the workers think they are too good for you except for Mr. Oscar who is an amazing manager but most of the other co workers are always rushing to leave, leaving you with poor quality nails for high prices this is not so much for customers to shy away but more so for the workers to start taking initiative on their mistakes.This next paragraph: is just talking about my previous experience.I came in looking for a full set of new nails willing to spend what I had to to be able to get good quality and what I was asking for. I was greeted by a lady who is ready to do my nails but once she saw the image I was aiming for she seemed a little bit more disinterested in doing my nails and more interested in how much she wanted to charge me I had to repeat several times what of the picture I wanted changed and when she put the wrong color on my nails and I expressed that it was the wrong color she got upset and walked out letting the manager deal with the rest said that she had to be home.NOW The manager Oscar is an absolute sweetheart who can perform good quality nails and does not care about rushing the process but of course performs at a speedy time. I requested and he executed not only did he give me what I was asking for after his coworker was so rude he also was very enjoyable to talk to. Oscar is a very fashionable and professional manager who honestly probably deserves more than what he’s earning and deserves better coworkers to be working alongside but if you are going to visit this location I would highly suggest to either ask for Mr. Oscar or have him recommend you to a coworker who is willing to put the time on you I also recommend for you to get there fairly early in the afternoon the latest so you don’t have other individuals running off on you.Biggest perk of this location: they can execute almost any design

The salon was clean and very adamant about sanitized hands when signing in. Oscar was super nice. My tech was nice but not talkative, I guess that was ok. He did a really nice job color detail, but the experience was not that great. Maybe it was too early in the day for him. He almost scolded my feet with really hot water. However, thats not what bothered the most. They might like their place a little too much by charging for every little item. Its a while story, which I wont get into, other than to say that, when my sister asked for a specific item which would have been a super easy add on, they wanted to charge every detail. The staff became a little snooty, and then a male staff member, then tried to MAN-XPLAIN justify the extra techniques and charges. Obviously, if youve had a bad customer service experience, youll never return. Yea - thats what happening here. We still tipped the techs well. They are trying to make a living, after all, right?

My husband and I came for pedicures and both of our technicians did a fantastic job. They were very attentive and made sure we were relaxed and enjoying ourselves. We’ll absolutely be back!

I came about 3 weeks ago and asked for someone who could do shape really well, I got Mandi. She was awesome and did exactly what I wanted. Came back 3 weeks later and asked for another design and she executed flawlessly. She’s a perfectionist and I don’t even have to tell her that something is messed up because she sees and always fixes everything. I am going to ask for her everytime now. Thanks Mandi !!!

This was my first time here, it was Saturday so it was busy, I selected the jello pedicure and what I loved was they didnt rush. I soaked my feet for a while in this cool jello like substance that was added to the water. My pedi expert took great care and time. I paid a lot for this but I got relaxing time messaged feet in return. I also had a good manicure. I usually go a different shop in the same strip center for the past 15 years and I am glad I tried a new place, more money but better quality time spent on my feet. I hate when I buy an upgraded service and it gets rushed through and feels like you should have just bought the basic service. Not here, they took their time and gave me quality. Thank you.

The only nail salon in SA I’ve been able to find with consistent service!! Kathy and Annie are my girls and the only ones I trust with my nails!! Got my birthday nails done today(photo listed) and every set I get normally lasts for several weeks!!! I highly recommend Trendique Nails and Spa!!!

I have been going to Annie for the last couple months. She is absolutely amazing and always takes good care of me when I come in. Usually I never know what color to get or what design, but she always hooks me up! I love her!

Kathy did my nails she is amazing I walked in an ounce a girl give me the Cardis or Megans an she knew What I was talking about I never been to the shop. The pictures do no Justice because I had to take pictures by myself but in person they pop even more than a picture.

I tried most of the nailshops around me and been disappointed. I randomly stop here for a fullset and pedicure. The atmosphere was nice, I was greeted and treated so nice. But when I tell yall about Annie and how bomb she did my nail.. Amazing! I finally found a place for me to get pampered.

Kathy (the owner) would do my nails.. her work is really good but it’s the unprofessionalism and timeliness that gives them a bad review.. every time I come to a SCHEDULED appt I end up WAITING OVER 40 minutes to be serviced. She does not accommodate in any way. I came in to get a fill today and she was not there. The workers had no excuse for her and they would not call and ask her when she would be coming. One of her workers literally said “she always comes in late.” And another said “there her problem not mine” THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I waited 30 minutes and she still wasn’t there when I walked out. They will never get another dime out of me.

Stopped by after a failed attempt at another joint and was not disappointed. I had my 3 year old (nails were her idea) and they took care of both of us. My baby moved a little and they insisted to not charge me for it which was not necessary imo since she was so happy with the service. But anyway all in all a great experience and my nails look 🔥!

Got a pedi for the first time since before the pandemic- this place is clean and my tech was awesome, his name is David and he was thorough and didn’t once hurt my feet - I have sensitive feet and even with the massage he was gentle but gave a great foot massage. There was only one weird moment when the young guy running the front desk walked up beside my tech and stood there just looking at David (or my feet? Lol 🤷🏻‍♀️) that was awkward and I was glad when he finally went back to his own business 😂 I recommend David highly for a great pedicure!

The staff upon entering is friendly and courteous....the Salon is open, airy and clean. Snow did my pedicure and she did a great job! I will ask for her when I go back. I like the way the techs put a plastic liner in the foot bath and the fact that the utensils they use come sealed....Good experience and I hadnt treated myself to a pedicure in quite some time.

Great pedicure service! I appreciated the staff working so diligently with such an influx of customers. I got a pedicure that has lasted the last 3 weeks and a manicure that didn’t last very long but was serviceable while it lasted.

Horrible experience, would never return. I went in on a Tuesday to make sure I could get quality service without being rushed. I wanted a simple shellac pedicure and manicure. There were only about 5 customers including myself so why my manicure and pedicure had to be done at the same time is still puzzling to me.Im 7 very obvious months pregnant yet the lady insisted on pulling my arms across my body to do my manicure. It was the most rushed $35 manicure Ive ever had. And afterwards when she finished my polish was dull and my nails looked like a toddler had polished them & She didnt attempt to massage my hands, I asked to have them fixed and the lady who came behind her vigorously filed the sides of my nails and piled more clear top coat on top of them. I realized it was pointless to even try to get it corrected again but hopefully Ill save somebody else the money and trouble. If this happened to me on a slow day I would hate to see the weekend.And these pictures are after the fix so imagine how the looked before!!I wasnt even offered an apology let alone a discount. RUN!

1st time there and i am very satisfied. Oscar did my nails. He was very friendly and polite. I will be returning in 2 weeks. Only thing that I didnt like was that it took a while for him to finish. Pedicare was very nice and relaxing. A bit expensive but it was all worth it

I use to love coming here. Made appointments had no issues. The last few times I had an appointment waited an hour after my appointment and given excuses. I call to make an appointment and have been informed they don’t take appointments on weekends anymore. I was a loyal customer but I will no longer come here if I am unable to make an appointment and be taken within 20 minutes of that appointment. It’s a shame good work but has made it clear they don’t value their customer base.

Today 3/22/21I went in to have a fill and design done.I thought Mrs.Kathy(the owner) was gonna do my nails but she sent me to someone else. I was feeling some type of way cause I was looking forward to her doing my nails.After going to this other lady I realized it was a good thing. I watched her work and she was very detailed,patient,and just overall AWESOME. Her name is Mandy and I love her work and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to everybody.Mandy thankyoi for a great job and I pray you have much success. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!

Ive been going to Trendique with my daughter since they first opened. I really love there services. Although I will be very honest I do have my favorite nails techs that I will only go to even if I have to wait a little bit, this goes for my nails and pedicures.For the first time ever in my life I got eyelash extensions, its been already 2 weeks and look pretty good. When I first got them done they looked flawless. Of course because its been 2 weeks Ive lost some, but even then they are still looking good. I would recommend them for this service as well.Overall, the place is cute, clean and comfy. You may have to wait a little bit on some days. Again, I do have my favorites technicians, but I would suggest you figure out who is best for you.

I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews while in store but, I decided to give it a chance! We waited a little bit, but they got to us as soon as they could! Anthony was so nice and he kept asking if I was comfortable! David took his time on my sisters pedicure, the massage almost put her to sleep. Annie did an amazing job on my other sisters manicure! I love the atmosphere and they made sure we were comfortable the entire time! I would definitely go back.

I really like this place and consider it to be a hidden gem. Usually I drive over a half an hour to get my nails done. I really wasnt in the mood to drive that far and looked up places near me. Trendique popped up. I really liked the pictures they had online and called to make an appointment for dipped powder and a pedicure a few hours in advance. I was immediately greeted when I arrived. It was so nice and clean and looked just as nice as it does in the pictures. They have a great selection of services and colors. They drinks are really good too! The lady who did my pedicure was so nice and did a great job! Oscar did my nails. He was very friendly and did an awesome job! I will definitely come back!

Overall I enjoy the place. I went in for a pedicure and I was not offered drinks like the other people around me. The older man who did my pedicure did not file correctly and when he attempted to fix it, it made it worse. Ive been here before and never had any issues. They were crazy busy but still no excuse if you want to keep satisfied customers.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience here. This was my second visit and my last. The man at the front was unwelcoming during both visits to begin with. This visit I had asked for a pedicure with shellac polish and shellac color change on my nails. I wasn’t offered a menu to ask which pedicure I wanted, I had to ask for it even though the man had already started to work on my toes. The man who did my toenails did fine, no complaints there. When it came to my nails I was very disappointed. I wasn’t offered any beverages as I saw customers coming In after me getting offered right away. It wasn’t till I sat down for my nails to be done after the pedicure that one was offered. The First Lady who did them was very kind but when she was just about finished with my nails I could see they were lumpy and you could see my natural nail at some parts through the white polish. I pointed them out to her and she apologized and took the polish off immediately. No issues with that, just bummed we had to start all over. Another lady came to do my nails and was rushing through the process. When she would paint one had she would grab my wrist and place my hand into the LED lamp. I had to stop her at one point to I could actually look at my nails and make sure they werent uneven again. When she was finished the polish was better but the surrounding skin had dried up lumps of gel polish around it. When I showed her, she tried clipping it off when nail clippers but she kept pinching my skin so I told her to stop. She then walked away and started doing someone else’s nails and never came back. When I went to the front, I showed the man and he tried to say it was just my skin and I assured him it wasn’t. He didn’t offer to fix anything, just stood there. So I told him just to check me out and I left. Definitely never going back!!

I received a dip polish with tips and a pedicure. Depending on who you get, the customer service can be found wanting. However, the skill set is good. Facility is clean and open. Lenn was fantastic!! Kathy did the purple set 💜

I love my nails and feet. Noodle did and awesome job. Im a gymnastics coach so I dont typically have my nails done but because I have an event to go to I got them done long and was nervous about going bach to coach and she suggested coming back to shorten them after my event and I couldnt be more relieved. Noodle really connected and made me feel As if I was long time client not just a walk in and for that she has me forever.

Kathy did an amazing job on this set. However, they were not the shape that i had originally asked for. Also, i wish i would have known ahead of time my that the “design” was an extra 25.00. Other than that this is my favorite place and we normally have none of these problems

Jammed my finger nail which was acrylic and old(needed a fill).. was in so much pain, went in and Annie hooked it up! She was very gentle and did a wonderful job with removing my old set and putting on a new set! Highly recommend her. She was nice and very professional! My nails look amazing 👏

Bad quality nails. The lady didn’t put me or my niece under the dryer. Left shop with smeared nails and diamonds falling off. They charged for two fake nails on my nieces toes and there was no fake nails just polish. She also got the dip on her finger nails and they feel off the same week when it’s supposed to last about a month or so. We where told to come back when we had time and they where going to redo our hands and feet never said within a week. I spent $170 went all to the drain nails where missing same day polish smeared and diamonds missing. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND AT ALL

The owner is a bit rude and greedy for money, once took advantage of my kindness and charged me $10 to cut my cuticles during a full set, then $5 the next time, he charges for every little thing, even the shape, that’s crazy because what am I paying for then?! They want more money with less work. He’s basically a scammer, and he trains the employees to scam. The good ones left and I Won’t be going back. Use caution.
