Horrible. Just look at pictures. I just want my money back, the top coat didn’t even cover the nail polish on my finger that is bleeding.ETA: I want to respond to the comment from this business. I literally walked to pay for my nails with them looking exactly like this. That should tell you that your nail tech let me walk away looking this way. If I was able to walk away from the table like this, bleeding, why would I want the same person to fix it? So that is why I declined my nails to be fixed and would take care of it at home. Your response as a business is just an excuse on your poor customer service instead of taking responsibility for it. I should have never walked away from the table looking this way but I did and it needed to be shared.

While the staff here is extremely friendly, the quality sucks. I tried this place out a month ago and my shellac application was horribly done. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, so I gave it another shot. Unfortunately, they fell short once again. The technician trimmed my cuticles so far down causing several of my toes to bleed. One is really bad and I’m hoping it doesn’t cause an infection. The shellac application was poorly done again. Also, I paid double for some special bubble pedicure and there was nothing different than the basic pedicure I got last time. In total, it came out to almost $100 and definitely not worth it.

I have been coming here for over 3 years. Boy does time fly! Well, that should tell you how consistent the business is. I usually see Tony for my nails and as far as pedi I’m not particular, I’ve always had a great experience with whom ever is available.

I went to get my nails done around 12:30ish, was charged $75 for the refill and the paint had chipped on 4 nails by 7pm. I called to ask if I could get a partial refund so I could get it fixed somewhere else, as I was going out of town for 3 weeks and was told no, I only had 7 days to go in and get it fixed (although I had already said I was leaving for 3 weeks). Given the price I paid for a refill, I would of expected management to understand my situation and want to make it right. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was very accommodating and was able to schedule an appointment within 2 hours in a Sunday. I really appreciated her being so accommodating. Tommy was great!! I liked him because he was very attentive to detail. When he was giving me my pedicure he said he wanted to make sure he did what the customer requests. Excellent foot massage too. He should be a masseuse and do reflexology. 🥰

A beautiful location at La Cantera exclusive shopping center. My technician was wonderful. There is a menu for the various pedicures offered ranging from $30 to $85. My daughter got a full acrylic set with tricolored powdered gel- her technician did a great job as well. I would give 5 stars but for the reception-while polite it seemed an effort😒. Go if you want great nails, ignore the attitude at reception.

Very disappointed. Some of the nail techs are great. Some are terrible. This was my experience today. My last visit was equally bad.

Vanessa took excellent care of me. Came in to have gel manicure (done elsewhere) removed due to multiple broken nails. Also received a full manicure with no polish and a natural buff. She was efficient and my nails look and feel amazing! I work on this side of town but will definitely return to get more services! Thank you!

I love coming here. Everyone is very nice and it’s so clean. The quality of the nail polish is really good. It stays on and doesn’t chip. I have had my nails done with Vanny and Tony. Both are the best.

Prices are average not too much, the salon itself is very nice. Love how you can sit with a group of 4 and face each other. My pedicure was great my manicure was a little rushed but came out well too! Update: My nail broke after a week never happened with any other nail salon usually at least last a 2 weeks! Wouldn’t come back.

Walked in for the first time and got to sit with an amazing guy named Rio, he was so sweet and did such an amazing job! I absolutely love my nails and will be coming back 100 percent! Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this salon for awhile now….. this place is super clean and everyone is professional. They always do a great job on my pedicures. I’ll be moving to Houston soon but will drive back for my pedicures at this salon!

I decided to try this place out as it’s closer to me than the one I originally go to but I think I will be sticking with my original place. The manicure was below average as it wasn’t really a manicure it was just a polishing for my nails. The pedicure was great! The pricing is a little extensive for the service I received as it is $50 cheaper at my other place including tip. A very nice facility though.

I really have liked this salon because it is very clean and they typically get walk-ins in very quickly, however the last times I have gone in I have been charged much more and the quality has gone down. I went in on Sunday to get a dip manicure. She asked if I wanted them evened out since I had long natural nails but 2 were a bit shorter and when I confirmed that I did instead of shortening the rest or adding 2 tips to the shorter one she immediately chopped off all of my nails and gave me a full set which I did not want. I realized this may have been miscommunication so I let it go, but after I left I realized how sloppy my nails looked. In the pictures you can see that they are bumpy and filled with holes, my thumb does not even have the nail covered on the side. The worst part is for the dip and manicure I was charged $70 and they don’t even look nice.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at ANTHONY VINCE NAIL SPA. Horrible final product. Ugly powder nail. My first time there and I will never come back. I told the technician (Alex) and the lady in the front about my feelings and disappointed about the nails and the just told me that is the way that they do. The problem was not the type of product. The problem was the way it was applied. I certainly thought that they were going to have technicians A+, but I was certainly wrong. A good customer sevice should be when client is satisfied and that was not what happen here.The photos speak for themselves.

Ive been coming here for about three years and it has always been the best spot in the Rim/Cantera area. Tony is the absolute best tech Ive had for gels here. Annie and Tina for pedicures. The other techs are almost always good but definitely better than other salons in the area. Clean and efficient.

Went in for a pedicure and manicure and needless to say it looks like a 2 yr old painted my toes just look at the picture, the lady didnt even cut my nails straight. Brought it up to the cashier when i was checking out and still left paying $107! Horrible service, never coming back.

I went here for the first time yesterday and got a fill. I love the shape and the color, but my gel polish is ALREADY peeling :( I was super sad when I noticed. The paint job also isnt that great for how much I paid for the service - it could have used one more coat. Im disappointed because everyone was very friendly and professional, but the fills I get at my usual salon can go three weeks with no chips or peeling.

This has been my go-to spa for the past 5 years. Not only do they have amazing service, but the employees do excellent work every single time. I’ve yet to be disappointed.

Walking into the store I made a reservation for two, they said the wait is one to one and a half hour, we said okay. They never mentioned anything about not guaranteeing the walk in appointment before me waiting for an 1 & 1/2. I came back after an hour and a half for them to tell me they can not give me service. I wasted my time and waited for my appointment to only be told I couldnt be serviced. No explanation no reason only that I can not be serviced. I asked for the manager they would not call them, I asked why, they would not say. I left discriminated against. Horrible horrible customer service. Was going to relax myself on my day off only to be leaving the store in tears. Never will I be going back to this place. Horrible customer service.

Tony is my go-to! He never disappoints. I go at least twice a month and have never had a bad experience. The customer service there is amazing - super welcoming! I recommend to all of my friends!

Luxury nail spa: Monica, the nail technician is amazing & talented. Prices are reasonable for the quality of service.They do get busy on the weekends so I would recommend making an appointment otherwise waiting for a long time till it’s your turn. Great shaping of the nails and a variety of nail colors to choose from .No reason to go anywhere else.

They were so freaking nice!! My nails were a wreck and they were so patient when soaking my acrylics off instead of half of these other salons who just rip off your nails when you get a new set. Both my techs were fantastic. My nails have never looked so good. It did take a long time for my acrylics but it’s because my tech was very careful and made sure my nails were perfect, unlike other places who rush through your appointment and you have sloppy nails. Prices are honestly very reasonable for the service you receive. It’s not outrageously expensive.

For $57, I wasn’t really convinced honestly.

I have been going to Anthony Vince for a couple years now. I have been very pleased with the service every time and my nails always look professional. They have lots of staff, so there’s always someone available for walk-ins, and they are very friendly. I always get a different nail tech, but they never disappoint. I went in today looking for someone who could do nail art, and Coco did my nails. She was really nice and quick. I highly recommend.

I Tina gave a heavenly pedicure. Not only was the polish and shape beautiful but her massage was so nicely done and very thoughtful. Vivian did a beautiful job on my nails. The salon in general was very beautiful and clean. The front desk staff was thoughtful and attentive and was able to accommodate a walk in appointment. There was a great selection of gel color that was well organized. The staff’s appearance was very polished and professional. Every one was very nice and welcoming! I will definitely be a return client.

Best nail service in San Antonio, I’ve tried all the others and have been loyal to the team here for over two years! Super clean, excellent service and all in a beautiful, relaxing environment!! Don’t waste your time at the other places, seriously! My personal favs are Tony for fabulous nails (I get dip) and CoCo for perfect pedis!!

Had an amazing experience at this salon! I thought that I had made an appointment here, but I had actually made a mistake and scheduled it somewhere else. They still sat me immediately and were so kind. Amy gave my sister a great pedicure and massage on her very first day. Kristy did my manicure, and I absolutely love it. It was also a very clean salon. 10/10 will go again!!!

My nail tech was amazing, my nails look beautiful, beautiful place but overpriced. They charge for everything, they say there prices are standard and they are not. I know salons that do the same work and charge 50$, they say prices are listed which they are but not for sparkle polish which i got and not for shape, I feel as they make it up as you get it done.

I had exceptional experience with Tony. I wanted rose quartz nails and he delivered. I used to come when it opened and Im glad the experience is still as wonderful.

The quality is well worth the price, the nail techs are thorough and kind as well. This salon is very clean and sterile opening the tools they use right in front of you, they also have a wide variety of colors in polish/gel/dip. I will definitely be returning 🤍

My Brothert and Sister-n-Law treated my Mother and I to a Christmas delight spa afternoon at Anthony Vince Nail Spa.The 2 ladies that did our nails were very nice and took their time doing our mani/pedisThere are plenty of seats spaced well enough apart for social distancing and the staff had masks (and customers) as well as gloves. The entire spa sparkled as they apparently keep everything wiped down, yet it did not smell of heavy disinfectant. We were very pleased with our pretty nails and left very relaxed.Thanks Anthony Vince and Staff!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Tony is the best nail tech ever! His schellac lasts three weeks with NO chipping. The only reason I have to come in is because my nails have grown out so much. If they didnt grow so fast, the polish would probably last over a month. They also have a full bar and PLENTY of pedicure chairs. I never have to wait because they are fully staffed always! Cant say enough good things about them!
