I love love love my lashes!!! And my nails are always on point

Came in for a wax service. No skin prep, and didn’t know how to properly remove wax after applying the wax.

Strongly warn against. I took my fiancé to get her dip nails done here and they were both unprofessional and underperforming. My fiancé was in pain the whole time, the atmosphere seemed dirty and unclean, and the end result was not worth the cost.

Family owned Business Mindy and her staff do everything from pedies to manies waxing and awesome eye lash extensions, friendly and courteous service in a nice and clean environment they follow all sanitation procedures mandated by the health department I highly recommend this exceptional salon

MINDY does my eyelashes and she is incredible!!! Besides the fact that she’s so so sweet, she does an amazing job with my stubby lashes. I personally think my lashes are hard to build on cuz they are thin and short but she manages to get them as full, fluffy and thick for me as she can (cuz that’s what I go for). Every time I go in for my scheduled fill, my lashes still look super fabulous as though I don’t even need the fill...which means when I get the fill, they are perfection! On top of that, her prices are very fair and affordable. I definitely recommend her!

Ive gone twice to get pedicures with my mom. Everyone is super friendly and they really take their time. We have never felt rushed, even when they have been busy. We will definitely be back!

I get my eyelashes done by Mindy and will never go anywhere else! She is so sweet, does an awesome job and is very flexible. The lashes she uses are super light so they dont weigh down your natural lashes. She gives you the style that you ask for and they last me a full 3 weeks. Love it!

Went today to get my gel nails taken off. Prior to going, i called to see how much it would be. I was told $5. I get there, and get my nails taken off, did a fine job, then upon paying was charged $10. I tried to fight it but the nail tech did not speak good English i guess and told me no $10. It’s only $10, but literally double what i was told on the phone. A little frustrating and makes me wonder if their prices are not set in stone and it’s whatever they want to charge in the moment. Will not be going back based on that little encounter.

Horrible! They let took an hour and 15 minutes to do a basic, one color pedicure that was clumpy and layered. The lady was scared to do the basic cleaning and shaping of the toes, had to re direct her a couple of times through another lady as she did not understand english. I understand that you want to give people jobs but inform the customer she is practicing on you and discount the service. So unprofessional!

This happened awhile ago but nail technician dug so hard into my cuticle that it started bleeding a lot and then he put blue sanitizer stuff into the wound. A few days later that spot turned black. He did not apologize. He also spoke little English. Upon reading other reviews this has already been reported 3 times so be warned.

So Im experience was okay. She made my finger bleed twice. Though, they were very nice to my son and they were very sweet to me. I am not going back though.

I take my niece there to get her lashes done, they always do an amazing job.

I wouldnt go any place else as the service, thoughtfulness and attention to detail are exceptional!

They cut me, didnt even apologize, charged me still and it got super infected. Stay away from here!!! They dont properly sanitize their tools!!!! I had to go to my Dr. For antibiotics

I hate to have to leave a bad review because Mindy is so sweet and I really like her. The problem is that the lash application is so terrible that it is damaging. I have had lash extensions for 4 years, Ive been to 5 different technicians, Ive had some amazing ones, and some decent ones, but never had them done like this. Ive had standard extensions and Volume. I was new to the area and Mindy was able to get me in the same day before my vavation. She did Volume lashes, which is what Ive been doing for the last year already... here is the problem. Volume lashes are typically a cluster of 3-5 extension lashes glued to a single natural lash. Well these clusters are 5-10 lashes each with so much glue that they are thick and chunky on the ends, this causes them to itch and irritate the eye and makes them so heavy they flip around a lot more. But the truly upsetting part was that when these lashes fall out they come out in HUGE chunks all glued to multiple natural lashes. You should never have more than one natural lash glued to the same extension. I feel pinching in my eye constantly and whats happening is one lash has fallen out or grows out uneventl from the others that are all glued into the extension and so it starts pulling until it finally rips out all the lashes that are attached instead of only the one that had finished its growth phase it is so awful that I have yet to have an extension come out that didnt have 2-5 natural lashes all glued in. After my initial set, I went in for a fill, partly bc I didnt know who else to go to yet and also thinking Id give her a second shot, but it was even worse after the fill. Huge huge cluster full of glue have been coming out and my lashes are damaged and my eyes hurt. I have never ever had a problem in the 4 years Ive had lashes on

Yes, Im still going to Encino. I found this gem when I moved from Pennsylvania 2 years ago. Other salons have been a necessity when traveling but I usually try to get back to Ann, Kevin and the ladies as soon as I get back!
