I usually love getting my nails done here, my last two visits have been terrible. I got cut on 3 different fingers and my polish was clumped in certain places the first time and today my polish came out terrible and ended up w dried glue or something stuck on one of my fingers. I love when the owner and her husband do my nails, I will never let another person do them except them.

I love seeing Amy n Mike they do great work and it’s always great to talk to them about life. Watching movies while getting A pedicure spa or getting nails done is great and always good movies. Very clean and they take every measure to keep everyone safe during this pandemic I always feel safe going here and they do the whole social distancing and only A limited amount of customers at A time.

The place to go for your all your nail pedicure needs and provide other services. I go for pedicure and its so relaxing. They are all great! Well worth the price for safety and cleanniness and excellent exceptional service.

Mike and Amy are so extremely talented! I regularly go to see Mike and Im always 110% happy with the way he does my nails. Ive been getting acrylic sets for the last 7 years and no one has done nails as well as them. Ill never go to another salon. They use quality products and they pay attention to detail which leaves my nails looking great even after 3 weeks. Everyone is always in a good mood and easy to get along with. They take the time to communicate with the clients in order to achieve their desired look. I barely review places but I just LOVE this salon.

Im a first time customer and I will be coming back. I love the care Jessica and Mark showed my nails. I also noticed they had a few elderly customers and they were so sweet to them. I love the atmosphere of this place. Its relaxed, and I just sat and watched movies while they did my nails. Great customer service!

A bit of a tomboy, and I work at a hospital. Im off for 9 days felt like getting my nails done soooo had no clue other than like hey just make them look neat. But the guy was VERY informative, the staff was warm and inviting. I got the fel? Or something? Took me a minute to figure out what color I wanted. My 8 year old got a great color too. Thanks will be back in two weeks!?!? Iono. Ill get better at it.

I love this place! Mai is my nail technician and she is wonderful! She always does such an exceptional job. The whole staff is very friendly, they have new massage chairs and the salon is very well taken care of. I would recommend Rose Nail to anyone. Great place!

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for an acrylic set, and while I looked at the colored powders I was convinced to try a dip set instead. When I asked if they would be the same length and price I was told yes... That ended up not being the case. Maybe they didnt hear the second part. The woman who took care of me was very rough. I have cuts from the nailboard on several fingers. I asked for a coffin shape to my nails, she informed me that would be an additional 5 dollar charge (um what? Ive never been charged for a shape). Even after me asking several times for a more narrow shape I left with decidedly square tips. I ended up reshaping them myself. She must have forgotten to take care of my cuticles because halfway through (after some powder was already on) she picked at them, leaving them frayed and painful. In the end I understand people have off days so I still gave a proper tip. I will not be returning but I felt leaving a thorough review would hopefully help the business grow.

This place is fabulous. Ive been coming here since 2016 and its great! Great prices and great people. If you want acrylics done ask for Amy or her husband.every time i get acrylics and Amy does them,they stay on over 1 month.

The first time I visited Rose Nails I came in with a nail-damaging acrylic set I had gotten done in New York. It was my first time at a nail salon in Texas and Mike and Pete took good care of me. They introduced me to the more natural dip method and I have stuck with Rose Nails ever since. The staff are very pleasant, very caring and every single time I am pleased with the result. Mike and Pete are both very experienced and always implement the finishing touch. I strayed from Rose once when they were closed and noticed an immediate difference in quality. On a more recent occasion I walked in with chipped polish after handling a few boxes while moving and Mike stayed even after the store had already closed to fix my nails and he did it for free! If youre looking for affordable, caring and expert service in the North East area, do yourself a favor and head on over to Rose.

If you want to pay $30 for a half-a**ed pedicure then this is the place for you! They had old and dried out polishes on the shelves. After my friends and I grabbed 3 different colors, we found ones that were usable. Then they put the colors that were no longer usable back on the shelves. Waste of time and money.

GREAT nail shop! I was in the area for training and found this place via Google. I was so impressed with the staff and quality of customer service. I received the deluxe pedicure and it is to die for!!!!Stephanie was AWESOME! Very personable and helpful. The deluxe pedicure included 3 different scrubs and the parrafin wax treatment. Needless to say, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return if Im ever in the area again.

So disappointed!!! They did a great job on my nails but my lashes are horrible. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. Ive been getting my lashes done for 6 years and trust me this is the worst experience Ive ever had. The lash glue is EXTREMELY HARSH! My eyes were red for 2 days and it burns like hell. My lashes are a total hack job. Individuals flying left and right and this is only my 3rd day. Theres a huge gap that looks awful. Needless to say I have to pay another shop to fix this $45 catastrophe. Im so livid. Please save yourself the time, money and embarrassment.I am 100% positive that this lash glue is harmful to your eyes

The staff at Rose Nail is friendly and polite. (Ive only been to the one on Perrin Beitel, so I cant attest to the service and cleanliness at any of their other shops.) Im always happy with my shellac manicure and pedicure. At each of my visits, Ive seen them consistently cleaning and sanitizing their tools and the pedi tubs, so I feel safe coming here to get my nails done. I definitely recommend this place!

First time going, it was good. I was a walk in and had to wait 45 minutes for service. It was worth the wait, however i was put under the toenail dryer and forgotten. Nobody said anything about how long i needed to be there, so after 20 minutes i just stood up and walked to the front where i paid and was out the door. I think its a nice place of business, but they are a litlle short staffed. Only 3 employees on a Saturday morning/afternoon is not good if you have more than 4 customers.

Amazing!!! I can tell you that in my whole life getting my nails done not one salon ever took the time and patience to ask me about my personal taste in nails or ask me if their work was satisfactory step by step, but rose nail went above and beyond my expectations! I assure any woman/child/and man that this place is outstanding. Granted its a bit small due to the location rest assured they get by wonderfully. They clean all of their tools and tubs after pedicures and have a clean desk after manicures. I will definitely be coming here in the near future from now on.

I took my lunch early to get a pedicure, I walked into Rose Nails at 11:35am and was told to pick a nail color and have a seat....cool, no problem. At 11:40 they start to fill the tub thing up and told me to have a seat and walked away. I sat down and the water was so hot I could barely stand it. About 2 minutes go by and I look down and the water is running over the side because they forgot to turn it off. Truth is they walked away and never came back until I yelled that there was water all over the floor. I sat in that d@mn chair with my feet in the water for 45 minutes and nobody....NOBODY ever helped me! When I stood up and announced I was leaving the lady doing someones nails looked up and said Oh sorry lady, we busy and acted surprised that I was leaving!!! WORST DAY EVER!!! I will never go back to this place!!! Terrible TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!

I use to get my nails done all the time when I was younger, then I stopped. A few years ago unwanted to get them done again. But could never find a place like the one I use to go to, they either didnt get thr shape right, one or two of my nails were crocked or they tech would hurt me with the little sanding machine thing. UNTIL my daughter brought me here to ROSEs Nails. The gentleman that takes care of us is amazing. My nails are always done perfect, the shape the color and he is always gentle and never hurts me. The other Nail Techs are just as good. Not only does my daughter continually go to this shop, so do u and my other daughter. And I have and will continue to recommend this nail place. ❤

Expensive and i waited over 40 minutes for a basic manicure and never even got it! They let 2 other people get their nails done first who came in after me. Then when i tried to leave because i was done waiting one of the women got mad i didnt wait. Never coming back ever.
