It’s looks like this place is either fantastic or not at all. I like to include pictures of my experiences at different places so that others are able to see the quality of services provided and hopefully deter them from possibly receiving bad service. Obviously the staff may be different depending on the day and time. On Saturday, 1/12/19 I went in with my goddaughters to get our nails done. My youngest goddaughter got her nails painted and it was a really job. I didn’t take a picture right away but I should have. The lady that painted them did a rushed job. She ended up putting a small design on her nails (2 flowers and 2 hearts on different nails) and they were smeared. I had said no design because apparently they charge extra for the Design. My other goddaughter got a full set of acrylic nails just with a white coating. You could tell that the acrylic had set unevenly and she made no attempt to fix it. As for my nails, I asked for a full acrylic set with a white tip. I also said I had to clean my nails and take off the nail polish. She was like, oh you want a manicure. And I said yes just because I figured it would be done altogether. I asked her if it could be done together and she said yes. She did not understand my question. After the manicure the young man that was helping me (she had another employee do the manicure) started to put a base coat on my nails. She was standing by him telling him what to do (in a different language). I questioned her about it and she was like oh you want a tip. And I said yes. Obviously she hadn’t understood my question. She then took me over to her work station. She proceeded to do solar nails with a white tip because that’s apparently how it’s done. (I’ve had my nails done before And no one has ever told me you can’t do a white tip with acrylic nails). She did a really rushed job. I had to correct her on one of nails because it was missing a whole portion of the and she looked at it and tried to fix it. While she proceeded to do my left hand she accidentally hit my right hand and the gel smeared a bit. She looked at the nails and only tried to fix two. I say tried because you could see the indents in the gel from where she hit it. When the nails dried you could visibly see the smear and when you touch the nails they are rough. I didn’t take pictures until the next day because I had a long day of driving. From afar they look ok, but not from up close. There seems to be a bit of lifting on two of my nails already. If I wanted this type of service, then I could have done the nails myself (I’m not perfect, I make mistakes, but even I do a better job with my nails). Again, I may have just gotten a different employee. And no they weren’t rushed because we were the only ones there. Their salon was empty when we walked in. Only one customer came into the salon as I was getting ready to pay. PS. Excuse my spelling.

Worst nail experience I had. Did not like the way the nail I was treated. I wish you can send pictures, so people can see the horrible job that was done. The technician was rushing and I couldn’t relax. Then she filed my skin instead of nail. A waste of my time and hers I guess. Never will I go here again. I still paid because I don’t like causing scenes. But truly an unhappy experience for me today.

My finger tips are in tremendous pain. What’s worse is looking at these lumpy nuggets on my hands. Never have I ever had a set of nails so wide and lumpy in my life...not even as a cosmetology student being worked on by other students. I really wanted to love this experience, but just cannot. The first red flag was the liquid monomer in a facial cream jar with debris floating in it, including slivers of acrylic nail tips. The second thing was the guy taking two hours to do a set. I honestly gave him the benefit of the doubt because he took his time...usually I am a hawk watching every move, but this time allowed myself to be distracted by the tv. Once I got off work and finally got to really look at my nails, I just wanna tip them off and literally cry. My fingers hurt very badly and now I get to look at this amateur job. Very disappointed!

Winnie is awesome she always gives me what I want and her prices are reasonable to be on the NW I never go over $40.. Ive never had any issues and if my nails break she fixes them with no hesitation. Theyre sometimes really busy so its better to call a head to see if there is an available spot. Definitely recommend! Make sure to get a card and have it stamped every time you get services.

I have the ugliest nails now! What a rip off. I am in tears about the job they did. What a waist of money.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for competent nails. I wasted $45 that day, the polish got chipped within an hour, so I repainted over it with black but regardless what I did it still did not look like the glamorous nails I wanted. My nail tech was Winnie, she does a very quick and fast job which for me is alarming because good nails in perfect shape take a very long time. 3-4 days went by and the glue from under the nail wore off and I ended up with having 3 nails on each hand. Please if you want good nails I advise you to not come to this unprofessional place. I still want a refund to this day. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

****BUYERS BEWARE *****THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time and the nails came off 10days later, they also looked bulky and Tina (the lady who did my daughters nails) didnt clean underneath nail nor trim the nails. One of the nails were crooked and make a long story short they fell of 10days later. Wasted $50.00 dollars on some cheap nails. NEVER AGAIN

Nail tech didnt buff my acrilic nails and the polish shows all the flaws. The paint job was terrible too. Wont go back.

Honestly this has become my go to for when I want to get my nails done - I love it there! The staff knows me, they know what I want, and the prices are pretty awesome. I mean, Im rough on my hands so I do sometimes have issued with lifting but whenever Ive gone back theyre willing to redo a problem nail or two for me! Ive never really had a bad experience there and I always come out with something cute!

My bestie and I have been coming here for years and we love it! We love the staff, the atmosphere, the prices, the awesome massaging chairs lol. Whinny and Kim and their staff are fair, honest people who go out of their way to do the best job they can for you. That means that sometimes it’s busy, so plan accordingly. Highly recommend this nail salon!

Whinny is AWESOME! I went one time and she was so fast, stayed open late for me and did a PERFECT job. I dont know that Ive ever had my nails done by someone with that much skill. I came back for a fill and new style tonight and showed her a photo online. She said OK, lets do it! And she did it perfectly and freehand! She was as excited about it as I was, confident she could do it perfectly and happy that I was happy. Its hard for me to wait a few weeks to go back to her because I get excited to see what she will accomplish next! The food is not good the service was so wired! The waiter wasnt happy with his job obviously!We ask him to get water he grabbed a cup of water from another table when we re ask him to get us water his reply was again!Idk what was that!

This is the absolute BEST nail place Ive had experience at. The employees are really sweet! I highly recommend getting your nails and spa service here. The service is great with a great price! Ask for Whinny to take care of you, she wont allow you to leave unsatisfied. She doesnt like unhappy customers so if something is wrong she will stop with whoever shes working with to assist you until you are a happy customer! :)

Man what can I say. I just found my new spot. I went in for a pedicure and got a royal treatment. She spent time on my feet. And message on my feet was so relaxing. I never had a nail salon rub my feet like that for like 10-15min each foot. And it only cost $35.00. Worth every penny and more.

Not happy with this salon at all. Horrible service doesnt even begin to cover it. The lady started closing the gate at 8:15 beforetheir shop even closed. She came to me and said you pay now and the tech wasnt even finished filing my nails yet. I went to pay and she begged for tips for both ladies working in the shop. My 6 year son got a pedicure which she charged $20 for and then blamed him because they allowed the tub to overflow onto the floor with water. I was nice enough to get down and help them clean it up with what they had (towels and a bucket) they obviously did not have a mop but she still expected me and begged me to tip them when I paid. Long story short I came out of the shop with thick and thin unleveled bulky nails with a rushed paint job that didnt even last up to a week. There are gaps between my real nail and the polish as if they grew out but its just the gel that she did not paint. After filing my nails she put a liquid on the nail that began to burn indicating that she had filed my nails down too low prior to adding tips and the solar gel.I will not be returning and will tell everyone else I know to avoid this place.

The customer service here was amazing when I went. Went in for eyebrow, full set, and pedicure and left satisfied. The manager Whinny also does great designs. I will for sure be back soon!

Was looking for a place to get my fills and change color on my toes. Biggest mistake. They were quick, but my nails were long and rounded. And needed to be trimmed a bit. Lady cut nails and then clipped again. And made them short and square. Was upset. Even more that she was trying to charge me $5 more. Cause she made a mistake on the price. Hell no! Im never going there again.

I came in looking for a full set of nails. I wanted short coffin shaped white nails. I came out with uneven nails with the acrylic thick on one side and thin on the other. Some of my nails weren’t even covered by the acrylic leaving a bare nail. After I got them done today, I already look like I need a fill. Not only that the nail tech cut my nails numerous times. I’m so unhappy with the service that I will not be returning.

My nails didnt even last a week today is the third day and its already coming off defiantly not going back wasnt worth 35$ for nails that dont even last 3 days.

Paid 25 dollars for pedicure +5 for some softener for your feet and she didnt even get the dead skin around my nails she only did the bottom of my foot and painted my toenails then she was off to do my full set and tried to tell me it was $5 for long nails I dont think my my nails were long at all I always get them that length and never get charged extra. I dont even like them long so I addressed that she didnt take off the dead skin around my toe nails and they threw a fit and did my nails really quick I will never go there again!!1 star 0 if they had it.

Poor customer service, the lady was mad to see her customer when I entered at 7:40 pm, I had to argue with her to take me in coz I had to go somewhere and didnt have time to go somewhere else for my nails. My service was a nail polish change, an elderly lady came to do the job but that rude lady told her to charge me extra $2 for cutting of my mails. Thats unfair. A lot of other saloon do it as a part of nail polish change, didnt remove my cuticles, didnt clean the sides and corners of my nails, just rubbed it, scrubbed it and changed it for $12!! The elderly lady was good & despite of the poor service I tipped her $3, but she was doing everything that rude lady told her too. Wont be coming back! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

My nails were to long I went back the next day to get them cut back lady was rude. She grabbed my hand and said you want short. Snip,snip my nails were so square and sharp and not rounded. I wont go back!!!

I HATE this place i got my eyebrows done a few minutes ago and the lady left them HORRIBLE not to mention she was digging her nails into my forehead got wax on my hair & PULLED IT OFF !!!! i will Never come back to this place only reason i gave it one star was because it doesn’t give you an option to not rate it !!!!!

I took a chance and got nails done here. Never will I go back. Nail polish is on my skin, she didn’t do enough codes and I paid more then where I usually go.
