Small workout area but just enough to get the job done. Staff are friendly and helpful. The view from cardio area is of the beautiful missions. Definitely coming back to this location.

This YMCA, is a great place. The staff is very polite and helpful. The only thing that I didnt like was the fact that they have alot of land and I wish someday soon a pool would be placed in that location. I feel they would get me people to enroll if they had a pool like most YMCA.

I am homeless, I joined the ymca for showers and to get out of the heat for a bit. The staff is amazing, they dont judge you just because I go in and use the showers. I pay a very low fee a month. They are g reat at explaining things. When and if I get a home, Im going to keep my membership

This facility is clean, staff, and fitness instructors are friendly and professional. Y app is easy to use for classes offered. Lots of parking too!

Employees are friendlier and more helpful than other YMCAs. Plenty of parking. Like most Ys a wide selection of equipment.

The staff is so friendly and always greet you with a smile. The classes are fun and exciting and the instructors are so motivating.

The dance class at 530 had the door open to the group exercise area and the music was too loud, I had to leave and cut my workout short

I miss my gym! This is coming from someone who does not (or did not) like going to the gym. I really enjoy being a part of Harvey E. Najim YMCA. Its smaller than other big name gyms but has everything I need to get a good workout in. I also really love the location! Surrounded by gems of the southside. Cannot wait to get back.

I enjoy going to the Harvey E Najim Family YMCA because it is a small neighborhood Y and the gives it an intimate feel where those who go on a regular basis meet and enjoy the human interaction as well as the workout. The staff is always smiling, polite and ready to help with whatever you may need.I have recently started to participate in the senior activities and find I quite enjoy them. It is just another way how this YMCA supports and participates in its local community.

Great come up for the south! The gym size makes it a unique-intimate setting. Staff is friendly and helpful, locker rooms are always clean and plenty of parking. Would like to see a bigger stretching area, extended hours for weekends and down the road the installation of saunas.

Harvey Najim YMCA actively seeks the needs of the community and dedicates resources to fulfill those needs. They have a wonderful childcare program and excellent facility. They also have a full learning kitchen and host great classes. It is a fantastic YMCA! The staff is super friendly and helpful :-)

Love this location, staff is great and welcoming. Childcare staff are amazing with the kids. I get a great workout in knowing my kids are in good hands.

This gym has the best and newest equipment on this side of town. I enjoy coming to this gym and get my workout done .They have an awesome child care staff.

Though i have only been working out briefly, I am seeing quick results from the guidance from my trainer. Osiris made returning to the gym easier, but with hard work and dedication.The staff is always friendly, and inspiring, that are always willing to assist.Im glad I decided to return to the YMCA.

Only problem is on the google maps the phone number is wrong you must go to the Najim website to get the correct number. Love the place nice clean locker room. The lockers are big. Gym is nice lots of windows.

I love how the Instructors are so friendly and motivating. They always look like they enjoy being at work helping people. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to jump start their fitness journey!

Zumba class there is pretty awesome !The sound and lighting set the tone for a fun filled Zumba experience. Alessandra definitely gets the class motivated & energized.Facility is super clean and has lots of natural light which is refreshing.Staff is very welcoming and attentive. Child watch area is also wonderful. I’d recommend it to all my friends & family.

This place is amazing. I did not know it was a YMCA until we had a meeting there. So much coming up on the Southside. Happy to see the new development with this YMCA and the library.

This is a beautiful location, the kitchen is amazing. Very family friendly, and everyone is so helpful. The childcare is great.

The early AM group classes are a plus allowing one to have time in the afternoons for appointments.I am interested in the cooking classes that are offered at this YMCA.

Love it they have brand new machines, cooking classes, child care, baskeball courts, group classes for all ages. Very clean and beautiful view from up stairs of the mission San Jose. Never over crowded n friendly staff

Great place to work out small gym but has enough machines and free weights and treadmills and bikes and ellipticals for you to do what you need to do. Outside basketball court staff is very friendly and helpful
