I only give one star for the simple fact that the girl who takes paperwork and answers the phone I dont know her name she doesnt wear a name tag and I see why she is the most rude disrespectful snotty hateful person we love may she was a great girl treated our dog with love and respect Samantha our favorite she is like 20 Stars the best ever!! the doctor worked with the price because it was too much we couldnt afford it and she was great also she did our dog so good he recovered really well .......but they need to fire the girl in the front
I would like to thank All Creatures Vet for their kind and helpful staff. We had to take our dog in the middle of the night to an emergency vet and this was the only place open. We are so glad we went here. It was our first time going there, unfortunately it was our dogs time. He gave us years of happy memories and love. He had something wrong that could not be fixed and instead of days or weeks possibly months of pain we decided to let him go in peace. We had him cremated and yesterday I went to check the mail and the staff sent a condolences card they all signed. Yes I cried, but it warmed my heart. They didnt have to do that. Thank you All Creatures Veterinary my family will always be grateful for your caring words and care you gave our beloved dog
Don’t go here unless you want to risk your pets life, and deal with a doctor who can’t read an X-ray and misdiagnosed your dogs symptomsI had taken my 8 year old American pit bull here Monday night Aug 16 due to him throwing up severely all day. All the other places I tried to take him were at capacity and understaffed for the day sothis was a last resort. Upon arrival they checked me in quickly but took over two hours to finally assess him. When they did they did an abdominal x-ray to see if there’s any obstructions in his abdomen or his intestines. The doctor called me Dr. case and told me that there was nothing in his abdomen or intestines that should not be there (I.e. any foreign objects). Being in the medical field I had “read back the order” meaning I clarified that nothing could possibly be stuck in his gut that is causing him to be sick. She said “no there’s nothing there he’s just severely dehydrated”. They gave him two injections of subcutaneous fluids and an anti-anemic (anti vomiting injection) and sent him home. The next two days my pup took a turn for the worse. He had not eaten since august 14 and stopped drinking water unless forced. I had made a follow up appointment with my regular vet for Wednesday august 18. Since this emergency clinic had given me a copy of the x-ray I had brought it to my vet. Upon looking at it my vet had informed me that there was in fact an obstruction showing in his intestines on his x-ray and that they wanted to do a second one to see where the obstruction was at. This left my dog uncomfortable, refusing to eat or drink due to the lack of proper reading of the X-ray and misdiagnosis. My vet informed me that this could have been life threatening because you cannot guarantee what the obstruction is and my dog was taking it upon himself to refuse fluids and eating even with encouragement.
After what I can describe as the most heartless horrifying conversation with Fremont veterinary clinic I was given a breath of fresh air when I found this place this evening. My 6 week old kitten Boris managed to get curious and somehow climbed on something unfortunately I never got to see what it was, but he fell and twisted his leg. I was terrified as hes so tiny and his Little bones are still brittle and developing. Fremont vet implied that maybe I lost my patience with him and beat him absolutely disgusting people. I came here and was treated with Compassion and dignity and they had a sense of urgency with my kitten and treated him like the sweet scared little baby he was. They got him in and charged appropriate fees no unnecessary add ons that (certain vets charge to gain an extra buck knowing the animal DOESNT need it.)and gave him good medication for the pain. Its really not that hard to show love and compassion no matter how busy you are. What an absolute dynamite team of knowledgeable young people who you can tell truly care about what they do. I am grateful and so is my little baby who is resting comfortably with his pain medication. The people at Fremont vet could take a serious lesson from this clinic. You are not the only 24 hour vet and things can be stressful and yet this clinic in the midst of being busy and full of things to do still showed basic kindness and humanity. If I ever have an emergency again this is the only place I will go to. I also want to thank Gabby she was fabulous with us very kind and pleasant and beautifully compassionate.
I called this place because my beloved pet is very ill. I was five minutes from them and the woman who answered asked me what was wrong. I told her and she told me they were full and to call maybe in about an hour. She would let me know if they could see my pet. She told me that they were full and critical patients were still arriving. What the ? Was I looking for medical aid for my pet for fun? Clearly they ask you what is wrong and make the decision to see your pet or not. I don’t know what are the requirements. Your pet in critical condition is not one of them.
All Creatures Animal Hospital should be ASHAMED of themselves. Last night they let a dog die. We were eating dinner when this chihuahua was run over, twice! We ran out, grabbed it called on our way and let them know we were coming. Since it’s not our dog we let them know, and also let them know we’d have no problem signing paperwork and paying for it. We’re here for a dog competition. I called them when I thought I was outside, finally got to the back while on the phone with the nurse, nobody came outside!!! We waited about 2 minutes, still nobody, so we banged on the door, and then the “doctors” said to go somewhere else that they were “afraid” for their safety and that this dog “wasn’t their problem”. I’m sorry- you’re here to SAVE ANIMALS, scared for your safety? They should have been outside waiting for this poor dog. I’m disgusted, these people do not care, and people need to see this. Regardless, we had the money, begged them to take it and they stood there!! We drove 15 minutes to the next animal hospital, and turns out they were closed for a month. Needless to say, this poor female chihuahua died, in pain, completely suffering, when this animal hospital could have potentially saved her OR atleast could have put her out of her pain!!!
I bought my precious cat to see them because she was not eating and lethargic. My wait time was not long and the vet was fine, they send me home with medicine for her. One medicine was suppose to have three pills and their was only one pill. I called the office and told them about it, I went back to the office immediately and bought the empty package to them, the young lady I spoke to said that they have had this happen before and that they didnt believe me, She then told me that I would have to pay for the additional two pills. I said you calling me a liar? If this has happen before why arent you checking the pills before you give them to the owners? So that how they handled that and I wont be back
I spoke with a young lady receptionist around 0200 to arrange euthanasia for my 13 yr old Pomeranian. She spent 20 min. going over pricing etc...We arranged the AM for me to call in route. I did so only to find out 30 min into my drive that they expected me to hand him over to a stranger and say goodbye in the parking lot. So masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, social distancing and vaccines are of what use? We are still being alienated from offering comfort to our sick and dying loved ones. Yes, a pet of 14 years is part of the family. This pup has special needs from the beginning and 7 surgeries to correct genetic issues from bad breeding.. I rescued him from his breeder and he looks at me as his lifeline.I am a 23 year seasoned RN and find the use of Covid to alienate patients from families, under staff and decrease the standard of care to be cruel and inhumane. I was not taking him for a routine check up or a vaccine. He was going to take his last breath in a cold office with strangers. Nope!!!
The one star is only for the staff. They had more compassion than Doctor Wishner. We brought our family bird there on an emergency. Our bird was brought in, and we waited two hours in the parking lot. He was not even examined! He was put on oxygen and we had to wait, due to other emergencies coming in.While waiting, the doctor finally came out, as if nothing was wrong, pep in his step, came to the drivers side and said, Well, the bird was fine, playing with his bell, then stretched his wing back, made a loud screech and died.Cold as hell, no emotion, nothing. The bird was talking on the way up, brought in for itching and slight lethargy, seemed off....I cant help but think that maybe if he examined the bird or offered some insight as to what may be the issue, he wouldnt have died like this.We also had no idea he was on oxygen until AFTER he died. I kept checking in, and was told our bird was fine, just being a bird, sitting on his perch. Not once that he was on oxygen until after the fact. And apparently, the whole time since he was in there.I feel he honestly died from shock, due to all the loud noise and chaos going on around him for TWO HOURS, when the doctor could have examined, brought him back out to us in the car, and discussed options. We were expecting something for possible mites, NOT, oh yeah he just died. The staff apologized, the doctor did not. He walked away after saying the bird died, and my mother broke down. Never have I seen someone act so cold hearted. Devastating.
They let a small dog suffer. I will never bring my dog here ever again
If you need emergency veterinary care, this is not the place. My cat was bitten by a pitbull and I could see inside of her from the 3 inch open wound on her stomach. We played a game of negotiation before they did anything to my baby. I understand I didn’t have the $1,660 they wanted on the spot but they could have done more for taking the last few hundred dollars I had (They came at me with one transaction after another). They shaved the area and gave her antibiotics.
We appreciate all the emergency pet hospitals in Stockton, weve used most of them over the years. This place treated us and our dog as youd hope. I see a lot of one star reviews complaining about the cost. Pet health care is expensive, you should consider that before getting a pet. Thank you, All Creatures.
Worst vet I have ever been to. Do not take your pets there. Very unprofessional, untruthful, and untrustworthy. See copy below of my email to them to get the full story. I still have not heard from them or received my dog’s records and it has been over three weeks.•••I am emailing due to the visit my dog Apollo, brown french bulldog male, last name Lopez had on 5/4/21 around 2 am.I called yesterday around 6pm and was told I would be getting an email of my dogs record. I asked to be give the amount of hydromorphone Apollo was given. No one could answer my question.I was then passed off on the phone to someone who was there when I brought my dog in. She immediately states my dog was not overdosed. In the entire conversation not once did I mention an overdose, but that is what she automatically jumped to. So it sounds like you have had the issue of administering the wrong dose of medication before. No one could tell me who administered the medication. To top it off the girl I talked to said she was just as confused as I am. You are an emergency clinic. You should know exactly who gave the medication and how much was administered. It should all be documented. I asked to receive the documents and I gave my email address. The email address was read back to me and I confirmed that it was correct. I still have not received an email. No X-rays were done but the vet said it was his back. Weird that you would know that with no X-rays, interesting. No blood work was offered to be done. So sounds like a complete assessment of my pet was not done. Also, Apollo was having a reaction to the medication when he was given back to me. I would like to ask why he wasnt kept for observation if he was clearly having a reaction. If you are all professionals you would have realized that narcotics can cause respiratory depression, but clearly you have no idea what youre doing. He should have been kept for observation. His reaction to the medication could have been reversed if you were smart enough to do so. You said it would only last 15 minutes. So it could have gone one of two ways.1. You observed him for the 15 minutesyou said those side effects would lastand they went away (but they did notso you should have kept him longer!)This means you would have given himback to us after the 15 minutes andseen that he was STILL HAVING AREACTION but you did nothing.2. You did not observe him for the 15minutes like you should have and yousent us home knowing what thecomplications of narcotics are, knowing we have no means ofreversing those effects. So here I am waiting for this email of Apollos record incredibly furious. You did absolutely nothing for my dog besides cause him more distress. You are all to blame for his outcome, and this will not be the last time you will hear from me. I promise you that.
Came in late because I thought my dog had a seizure, payed $700 just for the vet to tell me I dont know whats wrong maybe they had a seizure or something Im not sure. Now they want more money so they can check if it was a seizure.
The staff is so awesome and kind. They did an amazing job with my baby she had a spider bit and wasn’t doing so well but the vet was really amazing and got her right back to her happy self. Thank you so much
An awful experience!! Brought my pup in to get checked and waited 3 hours and a half for them to tell me that my dog is not in a critical or crucial condition to be check soon I cant believe it first time this has ever happened to me along with the worst experience of waiting for so long apparently my pup was not a urgent one for them and that just says a lot how sad !
HORRIBLE experience! DO NOT bring your pet here! Both receptionists were very rude and dismissive. I brought my pitbull in because she was having a severe allergic reaction, she had hives and a swollen face and it wasnt urgent enough to be seen. When we asked for a wait time we were told they didnt know maybe a few hours and proceeded to walk inside and lock the door behind them!
They took care of my dog and I’m glad they were available and nice enough to help us. I called ahead letting them know I was coming and staying in the parking lot for a short while. Then they came to my van and brought in my dog which was ran over a car but only rolled and tumbled under it. He was in a bad condition but they took care of him and the estimate with the medication and exam and everything wasn’t expensive not like other places. In all I paid 325. In full but worth the price considering that I’ve done research and other places charge a way lot more. This did exclude x rays. Those are really expensive but I’m really happy and recommend this place.
So I foster for the Stockton animal shelter and I currently have a dying kitten that needed to be seen urgently and they wouldn’t even see my kitten like bruh I don’t think I’ll ever leave a good review. All creatures used to be a good hospital but they have really gone downhill
Very unprofessional. Very rude. And very pricey I paid $400 for my puppy to get stitches and they cant even take the time out of their day to listen to what I have to say when it comes to asking questions its like you go give them your money and they dont want anything to do with you afterwards. I had no choice to go because it was an emergency but I do not recommend for anyone to come here especially because their customer service is very poor the girl that I just got off the phone with was very rude to me and wouldnt even let me try to explain my situation to her
Brought my great 15yr old dog in with failing hips and a tumor in his mouth to have him euthanized. They were very nice and I trusted them to take care of him in his last hours. To my surprise a couple days ago we received a sympathy card hand signed by the staff. I wasnt expecting anything like that and I am pretty sure they do that for all animals they have to put down BUT it was a nice thing anyway and made me feel much better that we took him there. Thanks again for the personal touch.
Had a really great experience at this clinic when I brought in my elderly cat with with a laceration. The staff was super friendly and helpful, best experience Ive had a the a vet in years. Wish I could make this place my regular clinic.
Decepive. Liars. Cares nothing about my pet. Not 24 hrs. Fraud. Take your pet some place where there is more integrity.
They are either very disorganized or they have staff that don’t care. I brought my dying dog to this vet, and delivered to vet staff members. The Vet doctor called me 10 minutes later asking me about my dog. Her questions made it apparent she did know my dog was in there hands. I advised her she had possession of my dog (the Vet was surprised), and went to check on my dog. Unfortunately my dog had passed. The point is that her staff did even tell her they had my dog in their possession. That is truly unprofessional service.
Our dog was having issues with her diabetes on Monday and could not find any Veterinarians or any emergency hospitals that were open. Called them up and they were kind on the phone and once we got there the staff and doctor were so nice and helpful. They were outstanding and got our dog feeling better. Would recommend this place if you have an emergency
I came here after my dog experience his first-ever seizure. It rattled me quite a bit, and I wanted to make sure everything was okay with my dog before continuing on the road trip we were on. Both of the techs I dealt with had great customer service. The doctor I spoke with didnt have the best bedside manner, but she was helpful enough, I suppose. I have to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to the tech Madison who was awesome! Super helpful and caring. She made me feel a lot better about the episode my dog experienced. Thank you, Madison!!
The staff was extremely nice and easy to get along with and I was able to get in and out with what my cat needed.
I got here and other people arrived after me and their pets were treated before mine. I know there is a triage system but I have a 20 year old wiener dog with pretty serious symptoms. Next time I’ll be driving across town to the other vet er.
I was frantic and brought my dog in to see what was wrong. Ariel was awesome. I felt like they took really good care of my dog. They didn’t overcharge us. The other vet hospital I called immediately before them said it started out with $1000 deposit. I couldn’t believe it so I called All Creatures. They were nice, helpful, and didn’t even charge half that. I recommend this place.
Words cannot explain how appreciative I am. They did anything in your power to save my guinea pig but she sadly didn’t make it. They actually cared, they send me a card it was beautiful I really needed that. God bless them. This is definitely a place to go if your pets are sick. They are amazing
Our dog was attacked last Friday evening. We do not live in the area and we were over a hour away. All Creatures went above and beyond to care for her from beginning to end she was treated as a high priority. We were kept in the loop on all of her care and then when we returned home to our personal vet they made certain her care records were faxed and emailed over as soon as possible in order for her regular vet to get started on her care. Amazing service!
1 star for the receptionist. Dr. Case is absolutely horrible. We brought our pet in after going to see a different vet the day before because she wasnt getting better and just wanted to make sure she was fine. We dropped off our pet and after 45 minutes they showed up with a bill but hadnt contacted us to tell us what was going on. When we got our pet back they gave us a few instructions and so we thought things were fine, but when we got home she was dead. Im pretty sure they just killed our let and charged us for the visit. I looked at my receipt and the treatments charged for are not even close to what should have been done in this situation. When I called to talk to the doctor she hung up on me and then told me that she would refund my money if it would make my day.
Went for an emergency, the doctor also prescribed medication. They have denied the prescription to be filled.Unprofessional.
Ron & Fay Thank you very much for your sweet thoughts & helping us with our beloved Edgar 🐶🤗❤🤗
They are listed as an emergency vet for our non emergency vet and we needed some advice well after normal closing hours and they were very kind to talk us through what was going on and didnt pressure us to come in when there wasnt a need. I really appreciate an honest business and they seem to be in it for the animals. Thank you All Creatures for calming my wife and my nerves in our hour of need.
Charged me $540 just for me to get my bunny back and her be the exact same as i brought her in then later die i’m convinced they did nothing they just let her sit there and claimed they did these “practices” to help her they made it seem like she would come out perfectly fine and she was gonna be okay. When i call back to get my money back since i basically paid $540 for basically nothing they were rude about it and they were only fixated on “putting the medicine back in the bottle” don’t bring your pet here unless you want i dead.
I took my dog in last night, she hasn’t been able to hold liquids down in over 24 hours. They charged me $85 for the visit and gave her an injection to stop vomiting. Clearly seen how dehydrated she was and didn’t care to help. I wish people would genuinely do their job.
Horrible snobby people rude and condescending on phone kind of blew my mind... Called guy answered asked how can he help me so I began explaining my situation no response no hold on one sec sir nothing just randomly passes the phone to another employee she says I can come in I say ok should be there shortly next thing I know Im guessing after someone whispered something to her shes saying we dont have a doctor n trying send me somewhere else. I questioned her like u just told me come in now your telling me something else n with me asking her that she starts to get a lil rude kind of snobbish attitude whole time all Im trying do is save my dogs life. I strongly was under impression they just didnt feel like being bothered with actual work.theyre only after hours emergency in my area n other location they tried to put me off on had no doctor even though they told me they did. Long story short dog just had a seizure and died bout a hour ago... Should really evaluate the people u have running this business not a good representation at all
I called was put on hold and they hung up THEN called again asked where my dogs creamatiins were and left me on hold....
We had to take our baby here the other day and she had to stay overnight. It was really stressful for her and for us, but I just wanted to say that Benjamin (sorry if the spelling is wrong) was super patient with us and answered all of our questions as much as he possibly could and that made us feel comfortable and that our Maya was safe. We also wanted to thank her doctor Dr. Kase(?) and Michelle(?) They were also incredibly helpful, fielded all of my phone calls, and we know it was super busy in there.. I honestly dont think Maya would be ok if we hadnt of taken her here. So thank you so much! Shes still recovering, but a little of her old self is coming through. We are incredibly grateful. Thank you guys!
Took my baby shadow in last night. Despite being low on cash they found ways to help my baby with what I could afford. Forever greatful
I will give this place a 4 because they seem to know what there doing. I had a scrub jay that I found the beginning of this year. Recently something happened to him and I came here to get him help, I gave them the bird cause I know there qualified to take care of him unlike me. I wish I could know if he died in my hands when I handed him over or if he managed to live.
They were so nice and gentle. They sent me a sympathy card afterwards. They truly cared.
My dear Maggie had been going downhill for a little over a week and deep down inside I knew the outcome. I am so thankful for Dr Woodall and his staff. They made sure I knew what was really causing her trouble and were so kind. They made today a little bit better with their kindness and professionalism.
I was referred to this clinic by my vet for my cat who was sadly experiencing heart failure and had to be put down. Although my day was not going great, they were very sweet during my visit. The vet tech helping us was very kind and very helpful. The staff was very kind in sending me a card with their condolences fro my loss. I will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future emergencies I may experience with my other pets.
I give them 2 stars because of their availability and the nice vet techs in the front who were very polite. Other than that I will never be taking my dog back here. The vet on duty was not friendly or comforting. The first thing she said to me was that my dog had a healthy strong heart. I took my still very sick dog to a different vet not even two days later and just by looking at the X-ray taken at this emergency clinic the new vet said her poor little heart seems to be enlarged and struggling. !!! Outraged! That is something very serious! And had I known I would have done a lot more testing than just an X-ray at the emergency clinic. Also, once we stated that we only wanted a X-ray and rehydration treatment, the vet on duty became snippy with my mother. Telling her to “do whatever you want!” Never again.
If it wasnt for the determination of the doctor that works here i would have lost my first born kitten last night. Their skilled staff was very helpful with everything from the pricing, to the care, and information they gave us about what was going on. I am beyond thankful for All creatures Vet!
Just the absolute best in emergency care! Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and truly caring. Thank You All Creatures!!!
I cant say enough good things about this clinic. I have had numerous dog emergencies and the staff here has been amazing. They are always available after hours and definitely care about their patients. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get my dog treated. This is my go to clinic whenever we have an after hours emergency. These people have earned my trust.
Loved these people. Dog needed to be put down on Thanksgiving. 😢😢😢. They were the ONLY veterinarians available. Thank you for your kindness and professional demeanor in our urgent need. 🙏🙏🙏
My dog was in need of help and all they did was charge my bf almost $1000 just to give him back to us worse & he died a couple hours after DO NOT GO HERE GO TO ANOTHER VET TRUST ME ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I would give them no stars if I could, you people sicken me
Brought my dog in after she poked/scratched her eye while playing outside and the service was good and the vet was very knowledgeable and. She did a stain on her eye and prescribed 3 different types of meds. She said in a perfect world I would like her to take all 3 but they are pricey so lets start off with this one and if it gets worse in 3 days, fill the next script etc... and follow up with your vet in 5 days. I appreciated her honesty and not trying to push extra expensive meds. I hope we never need another emergency trip to the vet, but if we do, Im glad this place is here!
Praise God for Ms. Kristy and the Doctor that I never seen (I guess the doctor was to busy), but Ms Kristy is a big blessing to Dutch, my dog, by keeping me posted on his progress. He is my oldest but sweetie boy. Dutch experience his first ever seizure, and I panicked. Ms. Kristy did a wonderful job in giving me instruction to the Clinic and calming me down. Thank you all very, very much for everything.
Never again, money grubbing 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, and that 1 star? You don’t deserve...
We brought our Little Dog in because he was attacked by two bigger dogs. They informed us the they wanted to keep him over night but we couldnt afford his bill if he stayed. We Went with the option to bring him home and to give him the prescriptions as instructed and to bring him to our local vet on monday. The doctor informed us that they would shave and clean all of his wounds. They didnt they missed a neck would right next to his Jugular vein and which ended being septic. Our local vet was very disappointed and angry with what they found that his neck wasnt addressed and urged us to bring to the nearest Emergency hospital. They informed us his chances of survival were very slim and that they were not certain hed come through. We ended up having to put him down because of this and due to the extremely high expense. He had his own personality and and he was the sweetest little dog and now I have to explain it to my little siblings what had happened. They havent even attempted to get in contact with me after my father who was heartbroken told them too. If your best friend is attacked by another animal and theres bites. Do not bring them here .
The absolute wonderful vet to ever go to. They were friendly and helpful. When I had to unfortunately put my dog down, they were so helpful and patient. Although it was a difficult situation, they were able to provide great service and also show how much they care about animals.
Wonderful service and animal care. Dr. Turner is great! He takes care of your animals like they are people and there wasnt a long wait. The clinic is very nice, almost looks like a human clinic. It looks like they have the most up to date medical technology. I highly recommend this emergency clinic.
I was so nervous after having lost my Great Dane at the hands of another Emergency Vet that quickly showed to care more about money than the dog. My little pom had gotten a hold of chocolate on a Sunday and I didnt want to take her back to the other E.R. I found this place online, called, rushed her in and he was amazing. He was kind, reassuring, told me exactly what he was going to do for her, kept a good eye on her, and my little pom was able to come home safe. If I have another veterinary emergency, I am more than confident my animals will be safe.
Do I have to even give them one star? Okay, reception deserves the star but not the vet. From the moment we walked in there, all she wanted to do was put the kitten to sleep. Instead of actually treating the kitten, she caused him enormous pain because we heard him screaming just before she killed him. A vet tech brought Cassius back into the room with just minutes to spare before his last breath. That poor baby suffered horribly in his last few minutes in a back room where we couldnt see what was going on but could hear his agony. Were so sorry Cassius. We had heard good things about this place but I guess they were wrong. Rest in peace little one!
I am blown away at the compassion we received last night from Dr. Lisa Bowers and the staff. Wed brought in a stray kitten whod been hit by a car. Due to her traumatic head injury, we had to make a difficult decision regarding the kitty. Dr. Bowers was so wonderful with us...taking time to explain everything, and then being patient and giving us time to think things over. We never felt rushed and we were treated with such kindness by all of the employees there. I cant thank them enough, and if I ever need an emergency vet clinic in the future, I will not hesitate to go back.
Ive been here a few times and every staff member Ive encountered has been friendly and caring. As an animal rescuer I truly appreciate the dedication to helping sick animals vs making a buck off desperate emotional people. Thank you so much for taking care of us!
Im very thankful for the service this vet offers and their hours. Ive had to take my cats here on multiple occasions unfortunately. My only complaint is their pricing can be all over the place. Reasonable in some areas, and not so much in others. Even for an after hours ER.
My sweet dog lived with a genetic heart defect and when he went into cardiac arrest one Saturday evening, I rushed him to All Creatures. Everyone was so empathic and comforting. This vet clinic loves its clients and serves with professionalism and kindness.
Our puppy broke her leg on a Sunday evening. Dr Dameron and her staff were wonderful in helping us when no one else would. They are a blessing! We will go no where else for any future emergency needs. Thank you All Creatures Veterinary Emergency Clinic, you are awesome!
I was raised with the view, if you cant say anything nice, then say nothing at all. This is me, saying nothing at all.
It is such a relief to have this emergency vet for after hours treatment. Our dog has been attacked by another vet and was treated at All Creatures Vet and we were very happy with the care our dog received! They are professional and care about each pet. They tell you upfront what your cost will be so there are no surprises.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They couldnt care less about the animals. They Jack up prices just so they can haggle over the value of your pets life.
The Vet and her staff were fantastic - thorough, knowledgable and very compassionate. I initially sought treatment for my puppy at two other ‘24 hour/emergency’ practices and found no Vet in the office; both practices were without a Vet for two hours. All Creatures is now my exclusive emergency vet and I will recommend only them to anyone who asks. Thank you All Creatures for your kindness and professionalism this morning with my baby puppy.
Amazing! All Creatures was probably the best vetinary experience we have ever had. The doctors on staff really knew what they were talking about and gave us, what I felt was, excellent medical advice. The doctors and assisting staff there were supportive and truly seemed to care about the well being of our pets. I didnt feel judged or get the vibe that it was all about the money either. I would absolutely recommend All Creatures Vet Emergency to anyone with a pet emergency or even just pet questions. Also, a special thank you to Dr. Turner and Dr. Damon, you two give vetinary doctors a very good name. Thanks again to all of the staff for everything.
MY FIRST EXPERIENCE HERE WAS AMAZON I THINK GOD I FOUND THIS PLACE FOR MY GUINEA PIGS PLUS MY BABY GIRL POODLE . THE STAFF WAS ON PONT AND VERY KIND OF MY GUINEAS BABIES I RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE TO COME HERE FOR THERE BABYS. THANK YOU.
Friendly staff. I was taken care of in a timely manor, but my dog needed stitches for a bite wound, and the sutures were not copesthetic. According to the vet I had to bring him to after the sutures detached, he says my dog may need surgery. Im disappointed. I will still recommend this place for after hours emergencies, Just I wouldnt recommend going there for dog bites.

BEST PET CARE IN TOWN! I brought in an 8 week old kitten who had head trauma and was having violent seizures. At first, it seemed like there was no hope and his first vet couldn’t seem to figure out what’s wrong, but she kept me updated, did what she could, but Dr. Turner took over and knew exactly what was wrong. And the tables turned and my little Suku was his normal self again! I was thinking I had to put my poor little baby down, Dr. Turner is a god sent! Really cares about his animals.. and the whole staff was very compassionate and loved little suku, i knew the overnight stay and half day over, he was in very good hands... I appreciate all of you! Especially Dr. Turner. I’m coming here for all my pet emergency care and recommend only here! Lovely lovely place.. Thank you! I greatly appreciate this place because Suku was a kitten I found and i kept him, he kept me occupied and loved me when my husband was in the navy. When my husband came back, he fell in love with little suku and he’s been our little baby.. God bless these vets and the whole staff.
HORRIBLE. The only way my dog could get the treatment was if it stayed over night. The treatment would be around $280 but the over night stay would be $900. Very disappointing with the lack of help they give. The diagnosed my dog with something but didnt even bother helping us get an affordable treatment.
Amazing pet service care.My baby Camie was hit by a car and they did so much for her to make sure she was comfortable as well as me. Dr.Damron is a great vet and would recommend her to anyone. Their staff was understanding and helpful at my time of need.
Thank you, Dr. Damron, for helping us with such a difficult decision. Your sensitive care and patience, and that of your staff, softened our experience. Highly recommended.
Very compassionate and kind when our lil 7 lb Yorkie had his eye pop out of socket... got him on pain meds right away and quick surgery procedure. We are not sure yet about his vision being restored but Dr. Case definitely saved his eye.
Thank you all so much!! The Dr and the staff are very friendly and helpful!!
Very friendly and efficient 😊
This Dr assumed my dog was a pit bull and refused to perform an emergency csection unless she spayed my dog for an overpopulation in their area. My dog comes from a line of service dogs and all her pups have been sold to loving homes outside the country so wont be adding to their shelters. Then gave me illegitimate opinions not facts on why my dog should be spayed. Was trying to charge me $2400+ for the service when the most Ive known an emergency csection to go for in several states for no more then $1000, but i was willing to pay whatever to help my dog. I had to come take my dog home, while she continued to push with a pup still stuck in her birth canal until the next morning when I was able to get to our regular vet who performed the csection, no questions asked and all under $1000. Staff seemed nice at first but tried to work me over like a greedy mechanic shop. Shame on you people. Not all blacks have pit bulls, and I graduated Tuskegee University with honors and BS in Animals Science. Once I get my DVM I will be sure to open a clinic near by and be your biggest competitor!
Our 2 dogs were playing in the back yard, a loud yelp...He was laying there, lethargic. The other dog concerned stayed by his side. He wouldnt move much but seemed conscious. I rushed him to vet. They did exam & xrays, as I was returning home to pick up family they called and said he was having seizures, wed have to say goodbye - turns out his neck was broken. They provided exceptional medical support for his comfort - pain meds, anti seizure meds, oxygen...we arrived quickly to say goodbye, I talked to him and sang to him as they helped him pass, I was afraid it would be violent or something but - Ive never seen an animal euthanized so peacefully, it was so quick. I am so happy they cared for him & our family as they did - extremely caring and professional. (Mochi the chiweenie)
