I got the over the top car wash and it came with tire shine. They even came to my truck and supposedly use the tire shine. This to doesnt look like a tire shine.

The car wash in itself is fine. I have the racer works monthly membership. Each time it leaves the car fairly clean some spots but I don’t mind. However today after my car wash I got to work and realized my passenger mirror backing was gone. I called and talked with a worker who found the missing part. They were polite and I came back and collected my piece which had broken off during the wash. My car is a 2019 and has not been involved in an accident, so this wasn’t a weakened a part. This damage occurred here. I know it’s always a risk but I just wanted to share with others.

I live at the rim and have been to this car wash at least 100 times. About 3 years ago when I started, it was a solid car wash.Nowadays it’s worth driving out of the way to the washtub in Leon springs. I tried and tried to be understanding but it’s simply a terrible car wash in an amazing location. They would be swamped if they did a good job. They’re not.They changed management here at some point and the experience plummeted. The shift was very noticeable. Some might have to do with the fact they started sharing tips. So now the kid washing my car doesnt really care since he’s not getting the tip. This method is counterproductive. It’s not American.Aside from that, no one wants to work here anymore. They literally have turned me away multiple times when trying to have my car vacuumed because they have no workers. It’s an empty mess here.It might be a little longer wait at the washtub but it’s like restaurants, if the parking lot is empty, the food is trash.Managenent, please use this constructive criticism to turn this place around.

Love Racer Classic, I have a monthly package for both my vehicles. I go through and keep them clean all the time. My only gripe would be maybe a multi-car discount? Other than that, fast and thorough. Much better than Wash Tub, dropped them because it was minimum half hour to get through, plus you had to remember cash on hand for a tip.

I was immediately met warmly by 2 personnel at the selection station. I had a few ?s as it was my first time visiting the car wash. The attendants were knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I chose the full wash & interior option for $40.First, I couldnt believe the value!Second, the attention to detail for my wash was like...whoa!I had the pleasure of meeting the district manager during my visit and was wildly impressed as he shared the upgrades being made. I will be back!

Best place to get your car detailed. I go on the road once a month for work and as soon as I get back, this is my first stop. They keep my car clean and their membership is way better than Wash Tub. Overall service is hands down second to NONE. BEST CARWASH EVER!!

Excellent job. Super detailed my car inside and out. The guys took great care in cleaning the car and they took their time. The shine on the car was like looking into a mirror. I would HIGHLY recommend this car wash.

This visit was very bad. They normally do an excellent job. This time I had to finish drying off my car, clean the windows, doors, rims etc. The employee worked on my car for 2 1/2 minutes...Reason I was told was they were short handed today. When why did I see two employees just leaning on a desk? Mangers no where on sight.

This was my first time ever coming here for an oil change.. I live by the rim and noticed this place one day and I’m so glad I finally went to check them out. I was there right at 730a and I was serviced immediately(oil change) and Jose was so so helpful and informative. You could tell he truly cared and was so efficient. Total time there was 20 min but that’s because he was giving some valued information as well. I have never had this good of an experience while getting my oil changed. I am now a forever customer.

Terrible attention to detail. Put Armorall on my new leather interior, then couldnt get it off. Tired of the poor quality of work so just cancelled my membership. If you want to wait forever and like poor quality, this is the place to go!

Dont trust the services on the website. The only thing this place does is a basic wash and wipe down inside. Which is not even worth the time . I could have done all at home.

Went in yesterday for the outside wash, interior cleaning and vacuuming, and for the rims to be done. I was thoroughly disappointed when I got home. The rims weren’t touched, nor were the cup holders, there were still smudges on the touch screen and it wasn’t dusted. There were a bunch of water spots on the front of the vehicle too. This is an unacceptable job from a place that claims to be the best in town. I drove all the way back and told them what was wrong. A manager from their corporate office said he would take care of it for me, and after 30 more minutes of waiting you can see in the pictures what he considers a car looks like when it’s “done”. It was so bad that I had to pick up a rag myself and finish what he didn’t do. I ended up having to go over all of the rims myself, and clean up the cup holders. What a farce if this is the standard a manager sets for his employees. I’ll probably spend my money and time somewhere else.

They called a pizza for delivery in during the middle of a rush of all times. the manager signed for it and gave me no tip when I was extremely polite. unbelievable. definitely not going to go here for any of the services because of the rude manager.

Not enough employees in vacuum area. Been going here since they opened. New management uses less employees resulting in 45 minute to over an hour per visit. Finding another place to go.

First time coming here with my brand new Infiniti Q50 and the wash scratched the s*^+ out of my car. I would avoid this place at all costs if you own anything with more value than a rusted out ‘98 Honda Civic.

Ive tried to use this place twice now and they never have people to do interior cleaning. The woman at the drive up just told me that its exterior only because they dont have the staffing. I give up.

I spent $35 to have my car washed and cleaned. The car got ran through the wash, but They didn’t even take the trash out of my vehicle... I had to throw it away myself while they just looked at me with blank faces. The workers here seemed miserable, and I don’t think I can trust my car in the hands of them. Just not a good vibe. I won’t be returning. Huge waste of money.

I usually enjoy my experience here but this time it’s awful. Somehow 2 vehicles that showed up AFTER me started their service BEFORE me. I sat there watching them completely ignore my vehicle. I was trying to be patient but after 20 minutes I had enough. When I asked the kids outside all I got was a shoulder shrug and no one could tell me how in the world they skipped a car. I always get the classic and I’m aware I’ll be waiting a bit longer, but never expected to have to wait for other people’s cars to be serviced first and then be met with a total lack of awareness and care.Looks like I’ll be looking for a new car wash because I’m not interested in wasting my time like this.

Employee (caden munn) dumped two large cokes into the interior of my classic porsche when it was outside destroying the radio and some switches. dont go here.

I gotta say, Ive been spending a minimum of $10 ever since I went there the first time for a full service wash. Honestly I was pretty happy that they cleaned my windows inside and out, along with making my car shine brighter than ever before! Im also very happy with the tire shine they put on afterwards, lasts just long enough for the next wash! Ill keep coming back here on regular occasion!

Ive been driving about 45 min across town to get the oil change and wash for a few years. Every visit the staff is friendly, helpful and gets us on our way. Thanks for the years of great service to all my vehicles yall

Just one pic of their clean the cup holders weren’t fully clean, the sides of the seats and doors weren’t clean, I told the guy he just wipe down the side and it still looked the same. I just left! I’m 34weeks pregnant and I got the full service so I could install car seats but I guess I’ll have to clean it myself! This is ridiculous! Won’t be back

I came prior to ownership change and visit now under Racer Classic ownership. Full wash senrvice is just not consistent. Today, more time has been spent visiting with coworkers and checking cell phone than I would like to see as a patron. I’d like to see more attention to inside windows, rear view mirrors and running boards going forward. Everyone is always very friendly and courteous!

Wow by far the most thorough car wash around the city, I was a bit hesitant with the price packages at the main kiosk but paid for the best wash anyway . Before your vehicle goes into the tunnel of the unknown a worker preps your car for the highly anticipated wash...... boy was I in for the time of my life, i put the car in neutral and as I was tunneling through i was in awe of the precision and amounts of soap being dispensed. The kid in me came out and and before I knew it I was almost on my dash board smiling because I knew my babys buns were getting cleaned real well. After the wash they hand dry your car and tire shine tour wheels . They have other package options to choose from. I will be back to buy a yearly or monthly pass. Great set of guys and over all great experience

Great place to get your car washed. Ive done both the express and full service options so far and find my car coming out looking spotless (except for the express hand dry option which missed the back portion of my car.) Will continue to check out the other options to see how well they compare.

Im giving them 1 star because 0 stars isnt an option. I had my sons car cleaned last week. When I got home, there were still leaves in the back floorboard. I gave them another try with my daughters car today. I bought the next to the most expensive wash. I told the guy who took my money about my prior poor experience and that I was giving them another try. This time I reviewed the work before leaving. There was still dirt in the cup holders. I asked if they vacuum under the mats and was told yes. When I lifted the mats, there was still a lot of dirt and debris under them. It was a very poor job. I always like to tip, but couldnt even bring myself to pay even more for such awful work. Dont waste your money or your time! Go somewhere else!

This place is the pits! About six months ago I had to go back a second time because the individual who wiped down the inside of my vehicle used a moldy rag. I went back and they wiped it down but did not offer anything else to compensate for the inconvenience. Fast forward, I took my car in today to get cleaned. I paid for the inside to get armor all but didn’t realize until I left that they didn’t do it. I called back to make sure that I did in fact pay for that service and the girl who answered the phone said yes and that I could come back before six. I told her I would be coming when I get off work at 4:30 and she said ok. Expressing frustration, I mentioned how this was the second time in six months that I have to come back a second time to get something fixed. She didn’t say much and then when i told her that I was going to find another place to get my car washed she said ok without hesitation. I rushed out of work at 5 because I ended up working a little bit late and got to the car was before 5:30 only to find them closed. Now, I have to go back AGAIN!

Very difficult to receive service inside the front office area. Never anyone manning the area. Inconsistency with how they operate. Would not recommend for monthly service AT ALL.

Everyone was friendly and super helpful. They were quick and did a great job. Even gave me a free car wash with my oil change. The manager didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and gave me great feedback. I will definitely be going back to this place

Diamond Brite Car Wash went above and beyond with their customer service. My Ford Explorer looks better than the day I bought it! Everything shines as if its a brand new car. Love the Oil Guys!! Car wash just aint cutting it. New management, higher price, lower quality. TWICE, Ive had to have my car rewashed or re vacuumed.So much for saving time.

While this has never happened to me before when it used to be called Diamond Carwash I’m disappointed to say the quality has gone down on this new owner carwash. I never had issues like this before. My windows were not cleaned on the inside and no fragrance was left behind as I requested. I paid $36 plus left a tip because I expected a good job however inspecting my car today I find that the full service was half service. I’ll do it myself next time. Lesson learned.

Good quick automated car wash. Lots of upcharge options but can be easily avoided if you dont let them talk you into it.Inside detail is okay but not amazing. Good for price though.

This wash has been updated and is under new ownership. Their washes are great every time and the full-service packages make it easy to get everything cleaned. Whats better is you can get your oil changed here and sit back in their coffee shop while you wait.

Great car wash with friendly service. In a short time, my car had a huge improvement both inside and out, at a very low price. I paid for their best regular fast carwash and fast detail service and plan to return.

I trust the maintenance of my car with VERY few people. These guys get my car, and they get how much I love it. They treat it nicely. They provide oil services and basic mechanic care. Change your oil, get a free car wash. And this isnt a crappy gas station car wash, they roll your through, and then will detail your interior. They care about the service they provide, and it shows. When discontinued monthly service they still charged me, I disputed it first on my credit card and got refunded then again another month and same thing happened, i got a receipt proving that I discontinued the service so I called to tell them and they said oooh sorry it wasn’t discontinued it didn’t go through,you need to come again fill papers again to discontinue it and bring the receipt that you got ... i said shouldn’t you have the first paper I filled to discontinue it, she said oh well I don’t have it now it was a while ago ( just two months ago).... is it my fault that they didn’t complete their job, and lost a document ?

Always gets it clean! But you HAVE to get the basic interior clean with it. Occasionally, if the auto wash misses a little around the bottom of the car, theyll always catch it when doing the interior and then wipe it down. Waiting area inside is nice with a little coffee and smoothie bar. Always friendly people. Also get my oil changed and inspection done here. When you get an oil change, comes with free wash that I described above.

I have been using this car wash service since it opened. In the beginning they were really good, they were positioning themselves as expensive elite car wash for luxury cars that happen to go to the Rim. While the prices have been relatively high, the quality was going down with time. I have made a decision I am not going back there. I have no idea why the place is full of completely non-motivated young people. This is ridiculous! I do even offer extra tips sometimes to those young guys cleaning my expensive car and still they do a bad job. I have no idea why this is happening - maybe the specifics of this damn socialist young generation. How many times I found myself pointing at dirty spots left after cleaning and the guy would just wipe those spots with the same dirty cloth, spreading dirt all over the place. So, gentlemen, my advice to you - keep away from those guys with dirty cloths. If you really need a car wash - just do the automated car wash part and leave, for the love of the Alamo. Best, Alex

Great experience. It was very crowded but still moved took us about 40 minutes from start to finish including waiting in line before car wash. Professional and friendly staff. Very nice waiting room and clean.

Went on a roadtrip and the storms the past week had my car insanely gross. I made a pit stop at the closest car wash and had Uriel M, detail and shine my car. He was very careful and quite fast! I was very impressed with how good my car looked. Definitely recommend for any locals or people driving through.

Not impressed for the money spent. They charge extra to clean the interior floor mats? What a joke. A lot of interior spots were missed and still had dust on it. Exhaust tips in the rear of my car were still dirty. This place can and should do better for the price I paid.

I only go here when I need an oil change, but they always throw in an awesome car wash for free. I have had nothing but good experiences here, and the guy who runs the oil change area is awesome. My car has always come back super clean.

They did a terrible job of cleaning my truck and also left some big scratches on my truck!! Its a fairly new truck and I am 95% sure they werent there before I drove through the wash. This is only my second time going through a wash like these as I usually only do hand wash, and this will be the last time I will do a wash like this. Definitely worth spending a little more and getting a better, scratch free finish.

Checking in to get an oil change, the attendant was less than willing to do an oil change. They were busy and said it would be a 45 min. wait and I said ok which made him upset. Customer service is horrible.

Brought in my wife’s 2011 Mazda 3 hatchback and paid $24 for 2nd level “ Racer Plus” wash with tire shine. Waited 22 minutes for the kids working to “cherry pick” other BMWs and Audi cars. Even the manager on duty didn’t argue or question the fact that I know how young kids work and how their brains work too. So, I got my refund and left the place.

Driving through the wash is worth the money and convenience, but even the max package isnt worth it for the inside. Ive tried it twice and both times left with several parts that should have been wiped down.

I am so used to the car wash in Kerrville where my car is never clean and I wait forever. Diamond Brite is fast and thorough, they have plenty of staff on hand and the price is reasonable. You even get a car wash with every oil change. Feels like a new car when I get out of there especially with how shiny my tires are. I typically get the Emerald wash for $22.00 and havent had any complaints all the times I have been there.

I went in to get an oil change. I had never been there so I wanted to try it out and maybe get a carwash too. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front to help so I rang the service bell. About 5 minutes later someone came to the desk and just looked at me - didnt say anything. I explained that I came in to get an oil change. He said well its going to take at least 20 minutes to even get your car in here cause we only have one bay open right now so you can wait if you want. He was very rude and harsh about it. Will not be going back.

Closed way too often. The hours of operation aren’t convenient for many schedules and the website open/closed status isn’t accurate. What are you supposed to do when you need a car wash on a holiday, pay to go somewhere else even when you have already paid for a membership here? You have to hand dry your car if you want it to be fully dried because they don’t do a very thorough job. The vacuums don’t reach far enough to get your whole car because the parking is angled weirdly.

Love Diamond Brite. Hubby bought the fast pass for my car...no waiting in line for me! The OTHER car wash in town damaged my car and never got it clean. Consistently happy with the service I recieve st Diamond Brite. I can my oil changed, car washed in an hour!

Didnt get my car cleaned and acted as if they couldnt do any better. Did not wipe down interior and vacuum well. Bugs were left all over the front. When I had them run it through again, they didnt even bother to completely dry it off. Im very upset to have waisted $26 and lots of time trying to give them a chance to do it right.

Spent $51 on a carwash plus $5 tip and you expect your car to look like you spent $51 on a car wash. They charged me $15 to condition my leather seats but all they did was put Armor All on the front seats only. Didnt open the trunk to wipe down the water so the whole back of my car is dirty with water run off. Im not asking for perfection but just do the job correctly especially when a customer is willing to pay $51 to wash their car.

Never again! I used this place a few times and there was always something they failed to do right. The last time I was there, the moving system shut down mid wash and when it came back up, it moved my car sideways. The wash never finished and the guys responsible for wiping down the car simply smeared the soap on the car. I tried to explain to the manager, and he was more intent to tell me about their camera system. The output for me is way below standard.

Worst customer service a car wash facility can provide. Not worth the price you pay since they didnt even vaccum or clean any part of the interior correctly, looked exactly the same as when i handed the vehicle to them. Definitely need better staff that actually want to work. I went in today in the morning and never plan on going back...could’ve done a better job myself if I had time to go to a manual car wash...pathetic

Slow, disorganized. First time, they let us wait in line 20 mins all the way to the wash machine before saying oops, you have a dually, needs to be hand washed even though we specifically asked a guy before pulling in and he said we were fine. We get the oil change, ended up waiting over an hour for a hand wash to be finished. We watched these young kids miss some spots on the wipe down, and others wash the same window 5 times. Cluster. 5 guys, professional tools, way longer than washing it myself!! We went in again today (weekday, maybe less busy?) And while we are waiting for the wash to be done (after oil change) we finally go look, and see it parked behind the building. ????? the guys go oh, nobody from oil change said you wanted a wash. Wasted wait! Just bad communication. This place has many workers, why are they not like a pit crew, knocking these cars our, each person having a SPECIFIC job?? Not going back.

Buy a car was the good one and get your car vacuumed and dried and tires dressed all while tour sitting inside a super comfortable lobby with available snack bar with coffee and shakes etc . Free vacuums with the purchase of any price wash. And btw they do oil changes and inspection and other automotive needs

The day I visited the vacuum cleaners had been broken for 2 days, so only an external wash was possible. This was ok with me because its all I came in for. The new general manager introduced himself in the waiting area, apologized for the inconvenience of the broken vacuums and gave me a card for a free wash on my next visit. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the outside of my car came out shiny and clean! I will definitely return to Diamond Brite.

Great value and quality wash

I’ve waited for more than hour and when i went to check on it I found that they’ve didn’t touched it yet. When they start work on it they did it very quick and they forgot a lot of things to clean and i paid for full service. He gave me the $8 discount card and tire shining thing but i gave back to them cuz that’s not what i’m looking for. I was late on my work too. He said that the guy is new. BUT THERE WAS 7 people working on the floor. That excuse wasn’t acceptable at all. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Management needs improvement. The structure of the company is great but there is no management of the employees. Too many people standing around when one person is working in another area. Time management is horrible. Company could turn so many cars and at a faster pace. Attention to cleaning detail lacks significantly. Even when purchasing their higher wash options. This is an area of higher clientele with employees who lack the care.

Was good every time until. RecentGot an oil change they couldnt remove a skid plate to replace oil filter. The mechanic said The bolts were a little stripped. So the mechanic takes it upon himself to use a crowbar to pry the skid plate back enough to change filter and in the process breaks a few other bolts and bends my metal skid plate and uses zip ties to hold skid plate in place. He did this all without asking my wifes permission first. And at the end told my wife she needs to go to Nissan and they will replace the bolts for free. So I call to see whats going on and the mechanic starts getting upset when I told him he should have asked permission to do anything like that first. He says he had already emptied the oil and had already began. Then he tells me on the phone that Its not his fault we went to Nissan for an Oil change. He says people at Nissan are lazy people. And then hung up on me when I was asking for a Manager. If he saw them stripped he should have informed us first before proceeding with the oil change. Basic rookie move so Im not crazy pissed about it. But he was so unprofessional it really got me upset. No manager on Sunday so Ill call Monday see what happens.

Quick service and good attentive workers.

Been there twice, first time to redeem a complementary wash from BMWSA, associate took my ticket and charged me $15 after agreeing to add tire shine. Wash was fine, blow dry/hand dry spotless, then was directed on to the overhead area where saw vacuuming hoses parked and went inside, after little while got back to my car but wasnt done inside only the tires. Went back to claim the overcharge and associate apologized for the error and gave me a $15 raincheck/wash ticket. Second visit redeemed raincheck, got the wash and tires done but no vacuuming.Not coming back, rather pay more at wash tub and get the entire car inside out done or let BMWSA do it for free. Keep up the good work RCC.

Please dont let the name or location fool you, this car wash was the worst! They were in such a rush to get my car out in a timely manner that the quality of the car wash was horrible. There were globs of Amor All all over my dash board and front doors, it didnt even look like they vacuumed and my seats were still dirty! I paid for the diamond wash, dont waste your money!

If I could give less than one star I would. I used to work at Nussbaum Autobody and Glass LLC. I was a prepper/detailer. I made a measly 7.25 an hour. I would prepare cars for paint, reassemble after paint and detail the cars. We used to pride ourselves in doing quality work no matter how bad the car looked prior. The detailing would be a free courtesy we did because we liked our customers.I came to this car wash thinking that they would at least do an ok job. Instead my car looks pretty lousy and worse than if I had just washed it myself or taken it thru a shell machine. I took a road trip recently and spilled some chocolate powder on my floor and seats. It’s pretty easy to vacuum that stuff up. Instead they left it and some other stuff I had on the floor. I paid for an interior cleaning and wash.What I got was a disaster. My paint is chipped in places it wasn’t. Before I came down here I waxed my car. I’m fairly irked. This review will be posted to every spot I can. You guys did a worse job than we used to do for free. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND WASH YOUR OWN CAR. THESE PEOPLE ARE LOUSY!

Horrible quality of work. I paid for the 40$ interior package and they couldn’t even fully vacuum the entire truck. Nothing was wiped down dirt was still all over the dash and no armorall was applied. I asked the attendant that told me my car was done if everything was complete and he assured me it was. The truck wasn’t even given the air scent i asked for. This place is a joke and full of frauds. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Went thru the Diamond Brite Car Wash at the Rim and it was the worst wash I have ever paid for. The brushes barely touched the front of my truck, there was soap left everywhere from the rinse and the dryer had the effect of using a hair dryer at home. You can get a better car wash at a gas station. I will never waste my money here again.

Lazy staff, they half ass wash your car, I paid $40 for a wash, they didn’t do the windows or the other stuff that was included in the wash. I will not be back, I’ve been up here twice and have bad experiences both times.

Vacuums are week, never enough suction power - seem to all divert to the full service drive through. Additionally, it would be nice if they offered their members a Bonus wash after x amount of washes.

Beware! We have been members for two years with carwashes. Good service. However, their lube service resulted in NO transmission fluid, and twice the amount of oil required. Although management reimbursed me and was apologetic, I am left in a lurch as to whether my car is permanently damaged. I asked if they would help with a short term warranty just in case and they refused to return calls or email.
