Belden’s does great, honest work. I use them exclusively when it comes to my company vehicles, and they are prompt, and have proven knowledge and experience, and always work with professionalism. And the best part is, they crushed Discount Tire’s price, and still give me the road hazard warranty. I’ll be bringing my vehicles here for years to come.

I took my car to this place to replace my wheel bearing they dropped the engine and asked me to pay for it. it cost me 700 dollar with my own part. And if I have to take my car out it cost 1000 dollar with out my wheel bearing being fixed. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE....!

The staff is nice but I’ve taken 3 sets of tires, one 8” diameter wheel, 12” diameter wheel and 16” diameter wheels... they couldn’t help with any of them, and they didn’t put my valve cores back in. If you’re going to have tires in your name make sure you’re professional tire installers. A real tire tech would get the job done. Anyways, I myself mounted the tires each time without a 1/4 of their fancy tools. Just some simple tire spoons from autozone for $10.

I called recently to get a quote for some basic work. They quoted me $1200 to get the work done including parts. I did some research and noticed a youtube video doing the same work. I was able to do it myself for $60 and 2 hours of work. Do your research people, dont let these mechanics take your hard earned money.

Ive been taking my car to Belden for about a year now. Agree with other commentators. For me, the most important factor in choosing a garage is trust. I feel that Belden has always been truthful with me and charges fair prices. Have no intention of changing garages.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! These guys are friendly and very knowledgeable. I needed my tire changed but I didnt have the tools. They let me borrow the tools to replace my tire, but I still ended up having trouble doing it myself so they offered to change it for me which was a huge help. I was in and out in minutes. The shop is very clean and organized and management in incredible respectful and professional. Highly recommend!!

Beldens at Prue Road is also called Sprinter of San Antonio and they know their stuff about Sprinters. I have taken my Sprinter-based RV there several times and they get things right the first time. And they are pretty nice to work with, too. By the way, we recently returned from a 4-week trip in our RV: San Antonio to Acadia NP, Maine and back, with 6 days on the Blue Ridge Parkway going south. This is, by far, the best experience Ive ever had with an automotive repair/service operation! [Id decided not to use the dealer on this, my first need for service for my current vehicle because (1) they didnt call me back as promised, to see what I needed and (2) theyre on a heavily congested frontage road that Id prefer to avoid if possible.] Beldens accurately scheduled the appointment on MY time schedule, and answered my questions about what I thought Id need. In addition, they have a shuttle which not only took me home from their shop but came to pick me up when service was completed. Brought my Tacoma in for tires and brakes. I was given excellent service, and was not pushed into hard up sales. Colt gave me the estimate quickly and My truck was ready the same day, and with quality parts. I will be back in a week or so for my new battery.

This place is horrible stay away they are robbing you! I dont think they actually work on your vehicle here I went to simply get a tire rotation and balance and get the fluids filled I dont think they did anything I paid for and they over filled my transmission fluid it only takes 4 quarts the next time I changed it theres was over 5 quarts in there ridiculous!!! Stay away from beldens! Place is trash!!!

Good service, but a bit pricey

I own a specialty vehicle. Beldens is the only non-dealer service center in the city where I can go. I do not feel taken advantage, in fact they go out of the way to make me feel wanted. They shoot straight.

Staff was friendly. They explained what needed to happen and why. They even showed me my tire damage and explained why it needed to be replaced. They offered me coffee and fruit while I waited. Service was very good. They were very professional, and I felt very comfortable waiting for my vehicle to be serviced.

Lots of major repairs with positive experiences over the years. Recently, Mark Partida and Jason Belden worked diligently to correct unsatisfactory results.

Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done and completed as promised. The shuttle service really helped, since my wife was out of town. I was even able to work from the location, as they have a very work friendly Wi-Fi connection.I had some A/C work done on my 2014 Chevy truck and Mark even helped me with an extended warranty claim that helped reduce my out of pocket expense. If I need the services of a mechanic again, Beldens will be the first place I look!!

Avoid this place like a plague. Was quoted $300 to replace a $50 part, left the car. Next day got a call that it would cost $948!!! Took the car back, paid $100 to let them tell me exactly what i told them was wrong with the car when I brought it in, got to autozone, rented free tools and paid $47 for the part. Called a friend, took 2 hours to replace.

The company I work for takes our entire fleet to Beldens...over 30 vehicles....enough said.
