Always too busy. Not the first time either. Had my vehicle a whole week and didnt touch it. Following week looked at it saying my shift motor was burnt out. Went to another shop and they cleared a code. Shift motor works fine now at minimal cost. I had many other issues with the dealership but too many to be explained here. I do not recommend.
10/10 would NOT recommend. Took my vehicle in and they called me back saying my excessively squeaky brakes were “normal” on a brand new 2021 f-150 king ranch. About 4 days later they finally decided to replace my brake pads all around. 2 days later I call and check the status…they say it should be ready next day. I call them the next day and all of a sudden they got the incorrect parts so they won’t be in until 3 more days. Fine. 3 days later I call and they finally got my brake pads in and should be ready end of day. End of day I call and they say oh we want to make sure all is good so tomorrow around lunch time. I call around 1pm and cannot for dear life get a hold of my service advisor. I leave message after message and no one calls me back ever. Lady answering the phone has no status for me either. Here I am…TWO WEEKS later and cannot seem to get my truck back. 8/19/2021…we will see if I get my truck back today like they stated, but doubtful. Absolutely ridiculous. I am in the same type of automotive service industry and any of my customers would have a heart attack if I kept their ONLY vehicle from them for 2 weeks. Disgusted at the service from Jordan Ford and I will never buy from them again.
Traveling north when I realized my oil change was due. Spent the night in SA. Was up at the crack of dawn to get an oil change and was on site around 10 til 7. I asked reps if they were open and was told no. Luckily one gentleman knows what customer service is and asked what I needed anyway. So I explained my situation. Unfortunately they couldnt help me cause I didnt have an appt for the quick lube.
Absolutely terrible policy if you live 15 miles out. The issue was I bought my truck 8 months ago and the months later I spent extra money on the accessories package which was fine since they were able to give me a ride home while I wait. Fast forward to today, my truck is having and electrical problem and now I have to be inconvenienced and PAY for transportation back home while I wait 3-5 business days for a WARRANTY issue. Absolutely the worst policy, I can drive and spend money there but the moment its warranty they dont work it you in any way! StAY AWAY!!!
I love the service department at Jordan. I absolutely go out of my way to bring my car here. The service advisors are super friendly and genuinely care about their customers
Trying to get service is horrible and when you do, you have to wait hours for the work to be completed. Fixing a tire or getting an oil change shouldnt have to wait more than an hour.

In May 2021, I personally visited Jordan Ford to inquire as to why my husband and I had not received the title to our 2017 Ford Fusion, which we purchased new from Jordan Ford, financed through Ford Credit, and paid off in late October 2020. I spoke with Lupe Robles who researched records and confirmed that our payoff was processed and sent to the DMV on 11-03-2020. Since we had not received our title, Mr. Robles took the time to print the application we needed to apply for our title, which we completed and mailed to the appropriate DMV. The application was returned due to an obvious human error by the person who reviewed our application. After doing all I could to resolve the issue to no avail, I called Jordan Ford again and asked to speak to someone in the Title Department. I was connected to Dee Dee (sp) who patiently listened to my concerns and suggested I personally go to the local DMV. We finally received our title on 7-09-2021!Upon receiving our title, I immediately drove directly to Jordan Ford and thanked both Lupe Robles and Dee Dee for their exemplary customer service, which is so rare these days! We are so appreciative of their personable care, concern and professionalism!! Mr. & Mrs. Ellison
They did a good job on just repairing what I asked for and didnt harp on the other things that may need attention. They replaced my rack and pinion assembly because of a module failure thats built into the assembly. But they didnt get the wheel alignment done correctly (pulled to left), had to take car to Big-O tires and they did an excellent job with the alignment. Jordan Ford said that the paperwork for the alignment was spot on and didnt understand why I was complaining about the alignment. But once I got the reports from Big-O tires and showed them to Jordan Ford service department they back paddled and said maybe their computer was not calibrated correctly. Of course they apologized for the incident and offered to pay for the service but I have a lifetime warranty with Big-O tires and wasnt charged anything. Other than that they are really better than Northside Ford service department.
Took my truck in on January 20 for a fuel system. They did not want to honor a warranty do to aftermarket parts on my truck. When they found out I bought it from Ford as is they changed their mind. Parts were on back order which I understand. They received parts feb 22. After 3 weeks of them putting the new fuel system in (2 day job) is what I was told it would be. They broke a bolt off and damaged the cylinder head. After waiting for a gasket for a week here we are on March 22. Service advisor says he will call me back in just a minute but I have to call him back every time after a couple hours to get fed another lie. Will NEVER go back to this service department. It’s a clown show over there.

They told me to take my car home cause parts will take 2 weeks. Then, They call me, saying they couldnt find my car, that I didnt leave there.
I was notified that my fuel injection needed to cleaned. I had noticed that my Ranger was running a little rough and after they cleaned the fuel injectors, it ran much better than before!!!
Unless your using the quick lane dont bother taking your vehicle here.Two week to set up an appointment because the diferential was leaking on my mustang. When the day arived I called to verify the time. I was told I was not in the system but to show up anyway.When I arrived, they found my appointment and was informed it would be about 3 days because of a parts issue. I informed them that was fine, I had heard of the parts issue. And primarily I wanted to know what was wrong with the car at the time.Fast forward 5 buisness days, my car has yet to be diagnosed. They replaced the passenger air bag, which I seriously doubt. It was another recall.The cap to my windshield wipers, several screws and clips are missing from the fire wall.At this point, Im convinced it wasnt a parts issue, but instead a labor issue.They had the time to work on the recall which AGAIN I doubt they actually fixed. Open my fire wall for whatever reason. Is the air bag on there? I dont know, and honestly I dont care anymore.I used to hold this dealership to a higher standard than this.
Last week I scheduled an appointment with Jordan Fords Service Center to bring a Focus in to get the recall handled and taken care of. I have been in contact with Ford about getting it fixed and they informed me that the clutch shutter is due to the parts in the clutch and theyd need to have it serviced. Service lady was nice, appointment was set and I was happy to read all about these problems with these transmissions being fixed by Ford.Today, I walk into the service bay to drop off the car. They seemed very disorganized but who am I to judge how the service center is being operated, as long as they can help me with this issue. The service rep comes out after having to look up my name which was misspelled but no big deal, I just want my car fixed.Now the issues start, service rep is saying No because of the mileage and I asked him to get with Ford about that issue because Ive been telling them for weeks about this car having that problem. But no worries, I just asked since he wont talk to Ford about it at least let me talk to their contact and see if I can get this resolved. He says sure I will give you the phone number for Ford and comes out with a 1-800 number. I was pretty irritated by this point because not only are they not fixing something Ford promised to fix but the Service manager comes out and says No as well and tells me to contact the phone number. Obviously its a number that leads to no resolution which of course when I contacted Ford they seemed to be even more useless than their dealership.TLDR: DO NOT BUY A FORD PLEASE JUST SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS TERRIBLE BRAND AND FROM THIS CONDESCENDING UNHELPFUL DEALER

Dont expect to get your car back on the day they promise. Especially when they keep extending completion day to a Saturday. Oh and dont expect a call from service on Saturday to let you know your car is ready. You will have to call sales department to beg them to get service to answer your call on Saturday. And then coincidentally when service answers late on Saturday your car is ready. Great job Jordan Ford!

Tire pressure light popped on this morning, I pulled into the Quick Lane area, I saw a gentleman with a clip board, thinking he would approach. After a couple minutes, I got out and walked toward the gentleman, he proceeded to walk toward me, and asked if I had been helped. I stated I had not, and proceeded to explain my issue and that I have a warranty on my tires, and I have had many problems with these tires. (Purchased tires from Ford) He stated they will take care of it, and showed me the waiting area.30 minutes later a lovely young lady approached with keys in hand, saying its all taken care of, Tires have been topped off, I asked what was issue, I was told to fill all tires she stated and send customer on their way. I stated, we dont know why the indicator was on, it could be a nail, slow leak, anything. She reiterated she was just doing what she was told. (Understandably) Then disappeared into the background with my keys. I requested to speak with someone in charge, and a gorgeous hunk of a man approached, and I asked if this was a Ford thing to fill up tires and send customers away. He politely explained the majority of the people with pressure light ONLY want air and to get on with their life. I again ask, is this a Ford thing. And he repeated himself, and insisted they take a better look at them. I took a seat, only to get back up and ask the receptionist to speak with the CEO or Super Manager, then a very pleasant shorter gentleman approached and I escorted him aside and explained all that occurred, and my concerns. While engaged in the discussion, the young lady resurfaced stating the front tire had a patch job that was leaking. The manager stated they were not going to patch the patch, but instead will install a new tire. (nice)! Later the Hunk approached stating the tire has been ordered and it would like a little while, would I mind waiting, sure, I replied. I motioned the young lady over, and apologized for snipping at her, and agreed with her that she was only doing her job. While chatting she mentioned, when filling the tires she notice the front needed more air than the others, like 6 pounds. (If it were me I would noted the disparity) to the technicians, this may have prompted a further look. Later the Hunk resurfaced stating all is ready, and kindly escorted me to my car. I got in and drove off into the setting sun. A couple things: (1) I will never again purchase tires from the dealership. (2) This is my 1st interaction with a dealership with this sort of protocol. Overall and in the end, they provided excellent customer service, even though I had to pretty much request it!
I had a great experience with Lance at Jordan Ford. He helped me remotely during this pandemic and made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. I have had to work M-Sat every week and did not have time to go by the dealership. Lance brought me the car for a test drive and even brought the paperwork for me to sign to my place of employment because I could not get away. This is not my first great buying experience with Jordan Ford and definitely will not be my last!

Scheduled service and a week later still hasnt been diagnosed. If it cant get in until a week later schedule me on the day it can be looked at.
They need 3 days to diagnose a transmission oil pan leaking and I am supposed to pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle in the meantime. Who in earth takes 3 days to look under the vehicle and see that the cheap plastic pan that Ford decided to put in their new vehicles is leaking oil? Ford service department has always been useless. This is the first and last time that I buy a new Ford.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would..I took my car in for the second time for service on some same problems and new problems that occurred after I got the vehicle back the first time. I was told I would have to first pay for the rental because my extended warranty wouldn’t cover the amount of days (My warranty did cover it)Then it took longer than expected due to back order which was fine, but I had no calls or texts keeping me updated on my vehicle even though I was promised i would be. When the day came to return the rental my phone was blowing up for it though... but dead silence when it was being worked on hmmm.Well drop off vehicle, also never did a walk around of the rental at pickup.. and they take it back in the blink of an eye. Im told to wait and they will pull the vehicle up for me and “LET ME KNOW” well 10-15 minutes go by and still nothing.. people standing around talking etc. finally I get up and ask the cashier where the vehicle is, I’m told they will let me know when it’s in the drive. Okay... so I walk outside to see what’s going on... and low and behold my vehicle is sitting on the corner RUNNING!!! For the past 10-15 minutes! Not one person told me it was ready to go, the advisor I had couldn’t even move from their desk to tell me what happened with my vehicle! I was handed a piece of paper from the cashier and expected to know what was wrong... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER dealt with!!! They don’t even CARE about their customers yet claim it’s ALL ABOUT CUSTOMERS
This is the closest dealership to my house. I am not taking my 18 explorer here any longer. Every time I’ve come with an appointment no one acknowledges nor greets me when I pull in. Today I had a 9am appointment and pulled in @ 8:50. I watched another person pull in and get out of their truck and get serviced before me. I had to stop someone walking by me to ask when was somebody coming. This happens EVERY TIME I go here. I called and left management a message but crickets.

We were traveling through from Houston & were having issues with our transmission. We have a Black Lable Lincoln but North Park Lincoln treated us like we were an inconvenience asking them to check it out without an appointment. So we took it to Jordan Ford (it was right by where we were staying). Tracey Keller & the service department foreman went out of their way to get our car in right away to check it out. They made sure we were good to go and make it back to Houston. Thank you so much!!!
One of the worst fords I have been to took my car to get serviced and set an appointment for that day and they didnt even check my car out till three days later well didnt really even check it out called and they said the mechanic was at lunch cant really tell you when it will be done so then I spoke to a manager told him I was gonna pick it up he said Ill call service an see if anything was done he said no nothing is done they just have the engine cover off an I laughed because a 2016 mustang v6 doesnt have a engine cover but now I still have the coolant leak and didnt even diagnose anything properly and they dont know how to read what the warranty covers for CPO cars ha just a big let down. Dont waste your time here they will give you a run around an have you waiting forever just to either misdiagnose or not do anything

Made an appointment one week in advance for recall. Arrived at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. The service writer told me the truck would not be done until the end of business next day because I had a diesel. I told her the appointment was made for a recall on the diesel block heater and I was told two hours. If this is the way Jordan does business they won’t be getting any of mine

The customer service is lacking. Each worker seems so busy to help. The Service department is so rushed and getting answers to questions was met with eye rolls. I’d rather drive to another Ford.
Purchased my 250 Platinum in 2018 and 100% with service department.
If its not warranty $$ its not priority, bring back later and set an appt.
My expectations were not met.
