I was very dissatisfied with my haircut. I walked out almost bald. The lady doing my hair did not know how to fade, she left some uneven bald spots on my head. She did not listen to what i wanted and did her own thing and she still charged the $30. Not worth it. I do not recommend coming here for a fade. The people were very nice and welcoming but the end product was not the best.

I asked for a fade and the guy cutting my hair practically just shaved my head. I’ve come here a few times and my hair looks different every time. I do not recommend coming here for a fade.

Came here because it was only place open at 8 and had great reviews. But sadly I was not even spoke to me for 25 mins. So I left. Don’t believe the reviews. They have a sign that says they give a discount if you show them a review you left for them.

Love this place ! I had been to other barbershops and got mediocre cuts and also treated very badly. I almost swore off barbershops until I came across this place. So glad I gave it chance. Everyone here is super friendly. Maria cuts my hair and I love how well my haircuts come out everytime. She treats me with respect and makes me feel very comfortable. Under 20 bucks for my cut. Totally worth it!

Love love love this barber shop...Referred by a local resident. I took my 94 year old father to Pitts for the first time. It is not a fancy place, but Billy Williams gave my Dad a royal treatment, including a shampoo, scalp massage, a nice hair cut and a shave. The whole treatment took about 90 minutes and every minute brightened my fathers day! He looks 20 years younger. Every time he gets a compliment about his hair, he beams with a big smile. People at the shop are caring and compassionate. We highly recommend this place...It offers excellent service for men and women!

This is the classic shop that provides real shaves and good tight haircuts. The wait is usually long since the number of barbers varies from day to day. You can call in to get an idea on the wait and some barbers will take u as an appointment. Seems like there are fewer barbers starting around the summer of 2018. ... Ive tried a few other places nearby but none offer the quality of service as Pitts.

EASILY one of the most slept on barbershops in San Antonio! All of the barbers will take care of you. I live in Austin now and have tried a few places here but no one takes care of me the way Maria and Alicia do. Great prices and the barbers take their time to make sure you’re looking great.

I got a cut here about a week ago and it did not go well. The barber was nice but he talked a big game and did not pull through. He left a small bald spot on the back of my head and my sideburns were crooked and not level with eachother. I wont be returning here.

Very busy most days. They took a guy before me so I left because I got tired of waiting. I got my hair clipped here before, it was mediocre at best. There are other shops close by... so you can go to Big Time Barber Shop or Clippers Barber Shop both down the street.

They messed up my mohawk bald me up no fade was done. Im still makin my best friend feel bad for takin me there

Billy Jr. Thats my favorite barber...he does exactly what I want anytime I come through. All the barbers are great though.

No matter what barber I get my cut with at this location I always end up liking it. Plus everyone is nice and you dont have to listen to really loud and awful music like at other places.

They messed up my haircut. Had to have a friend fix the back. Would still recommend. I distracted the barber and he did an excellent job.

My daughters father wont get his hair cut by anyone else but that lady in the first chair by the window at this shop. And she does a really good job too.

Definitely a great place to get your haircut or kids cut, even beard trimmed without worrying about them messing up.
