This is a great place to get a hair cut. My favorite thing to do with my father is get our hair cut together. We were treated very well and the hair cuts were phenomenal. It is a classic barber shop and it doesn’t try to do any fancy stuff because it doesn’t need to. It’s simple and the quality is superlative because the people know their stuff!

EXTREMELY RUDE!! It was my first time . I called to make an appointment. She said there was only a female barter on duty for some reason. Even though I dont know why that matters. When I asked if she was any good . She said I better not come in and hung up.. VERY STRANGE!!!

Owners wife wouldnt serve me after I missed my appointment from the previous week. I didnt need one the last 3 visits. They hardly ever turn on the air conditioning inside the shop. These owners are mean & unprofessional. I am taking my business elsewhere.

The guy is Grumpy but he cut my son ok but he cut his forhet a little but is ok the guy

Ive been going to LOUS Barber shop for years. I like Lou as a person and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. He takes his time with your hair and wants to be happy with it when you leave and I always am. He always makes you feel welcome as does his wife.

The worst experience Ive ever had! Lou was the man who cut my hair and his comments/remarks towards me violate the code of customer service . I asked for a short haircut, nothing fancy just short. When he finished and I looked in the mirror the top of my head was short but the back was left completely long. When I said it looks good but arent you going to cut the back? He remarked with thats not what you asked for, this is a trim not a haircut He got extremely upset at this point. I would assume when a customer asks for a short haircut that means cutting the entire set of hair. This man has no common sense. Next, he through a tantrum because I had a mild cold. Claiming that if someone is sick they cant get their haircut. I told him to put out a sign on the door then, or if I was diabetic or autistic would I be able to get my hair cut?At this point I was done arguing yet Lou wouldnt let it go and kept arguing and arguing. He started cussing, which you never do in front of customers and his demenor was that of a racist, someone who thinks they are always correct and lastly he was degrading me during his lecture.

Great old-fashioned barber shop. You are greeted by all the employees when you come in. They are real professionals and you get a great haircut. Forget the high price National chains. Lous is very reasonable and I cant remember the last time I had a barber use a straight edge razor to trim around the hairline to get that super clean cut look.

My husband got a haircut from here a couple of weeks ago from a woman and it was horrible. I told him to go somewhere else next time but he wanted to give them another chance. He scheduled an appt at 5pm and of course ran into traffic and arrived 10 mins late. A woman was letting a customer out and my husband told her that he had an appt for 5pm and she said they already had 4 cancellations (so you think they would be happy he showed up) and that he couldnt get his hair cut. Then he asks if he can reschedule and the lady says no! Who tf runs a business like this??? I can definitely agree where people are calling this establishment racist since my husband is latino. We were so shocked at being refused service.

Old timey Barbershop...Lous is pretty much a jumping off point for beginning barber. Ive been going there for years Ive seen alot of turn over.They do a good job and reasonable prices.👍

Ive been seeing Lou for 13 years. My son got his first haircut there when he was 3 and still does at 11 years old. Has all the qualities of a classic barber shop. Precision hair cuts, relaxing shave and friendly atmosphere.

Im sorry but the guy who cut my hair did a horrible job. Not only that he managed to leave multiple cuts on my face. To add insult to injury I had requested a particular kind of shave and the guy stated I know what you want but I will not do that. After my haircut and getting my face cut up he leaves immediately afterwards, he did not even ask me if I liked my hair cut or not so here is my answer... no, I did not! Never going back there again

I have never had a worse haircut. Not to mention, the barber was using derogatory language towards woman that was completely inappropriate.

Very good service, I used to come here for years and i never felt disappointed with the outcome. However, I stopped coming here years ago when I witnessed the owners and another barber being homophobic towards two customers. The second soon as the couple left, the owners and a barber were using homophobic slurs and accusing them of being rude (even though it was a misunderstanding on the price of the hair cut). Its fine to not approve of that lifestyle, its okay to be homophobic in private. When you bring that out in public, its very very uncalled for, especially in front of your other patrons. Very unprofessional and rude people, never gone back and I do not regret it at all.

Haircut was fine. The cashier was a little rude and made me feel dumb for not knowing it was cash only. Fortunately, I had cash with me, but there should be a sign of some sort for new customers. She kinda left a bad taste. Id have to think hard about returning.
