Ronnie is a skilled barber. In my opinion, shes levels ahead of others. I highly recommend her and Koo Kutz.

Highly recommended, really confortable atmosphere, also they did a real good job at following appointments, as well real professional. Definitely the best barber shop in town, if you are looking for a high quality hair cut this is the right place.

This is a personal experience I had. I had an appointment booked for a barber at Koo Kutz. I later received a text message saying that he had to reschedule. When I asked if there were any other barbers who could provide a haircut at the same time; he indicated he could cut my hair if I waited. I did not mind the wait so I agreed. While waiting a few hours after my appointment I texted to see if I could still get a haircut and never received a response. I found that very unprofessional that he offered to cut my hair later, but did not cut my hair or even send a courtesy text that he would be unable to do so.

This shop is great. Kurly treats his craft like an art form. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. Ive gotten around 5-6 cuts here, and I have always left with my moneys worth. Atmosphere is awesome and the shop is always clean. Ive seen reveiws where people have complained about how packed it is. Please do not let that deter you. This is telling to how great/talented the barbers are here. 10/10

Barbershop was very clean, family friendly, amazing staff, greeted as soon as you walk in the door, walk-in welcome.

Very good service. Everyone was friendly. Would have preferred a posted price list. It was $30 (+tip) for my 11 year old son to get a haircut. Truthfully I pay $40 (tip included) when we BOTH get cuts at our normal shop in New York City. Maybe $30 per head is the going rate in San Antonio? I still give 4 stars for the level of care and expertise. I definitely would return.

The cuts are great and staff is enjoyable to talk to but those are qualities that can be over looked and youre all dine and end up paying 40 dollars for a hair cut . The quality of service is was fine but you can find an equally comfortable barber for a cheaper price

First time coming here. Didnt know you need a appointment. Ive waited for an hour and a half but left because people that made an appointment went in front on me.

They messed up my hair and honesty I was told I was going to have pay 35 bucks just to get a simple haircut and after I got my haircut the guy who cut my hair and messed it up told me it was going to be $40,.... Wouldnt recommend it!!!

I saw Oscar on Instagram and since the first time I stopped by the shop. He is nothing but koo like the barbershop. Offered me some coffee and a clean haircut. Highly recommended. Friendly staff. I’d say this is one the best barber shops I been to in San Antonio so far. It’s an award winning barbershop, great atmosphere, very professional. This place looks top of the line and the best part about it is they have complementary drinks and awesome customer service which makes you feel welcomed, plus it’s located near both to where I live and work. I’ve been here a few times already and my cut always comes out clean as expected. Anybody looking for a clean, detailed, professional barbershop. This is where you want to be, don’t waist your time anywhere else.

Not your normal barber shop at all ... from the moment you walk in you feel instantly welcomed. I don’t know about you but I’m always apprehensive to walk in to a new shop because barbers ain’t nice if they don’t know you . Not here ! The shop itself makes you feel like a million bucks with chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Owner Oscar is so professional & Angel did the best cut I have ever had in SA no Doubt ! If you on the hunt for a fantastic shop give them a try you won’t be disappointed !!!

I had booked a reservation days in advance, upon arrival, the hair stylist had someone in his chair, I was told Id have to wait 30Minutes. After coming back 20minutes later, there was a different person in the chair getting there hair cut. No respect for clients reserved times using BOOKSY. Dont expect punctuality. I didnt get a cut and will never try here again, plenty of other barbers Im willing to pay.
