Excellent staff. I had a great experience working with Mando because he was so communicative, friendly, and flexible. The place is neat and tidy- everything is brand new. Great area too! I loved my experience with the Vista. Also the pool and new gym are amazing.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and I’ve been very happy. The prices are affordable, the staff is friendly, and the facilities are always clean. The new maintenance team has been nothing but helpful and generous. Today, I was having problems with my car and the maintenance guy came over and helped me. (Thank you for doing that, you really helped me out!) The office staff can be difficult to get in touch with over the phone but my issues have always been solved in a timely manner. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for apartments within the area.

I absolutely cant say enough positive things about The Vista, the pool is beautiful and it is so nice that they have a dog park for our fur babies. The team is great and the manager, Meghan, is so understanding and helpful. They really go above and beyond for their residents. We have been living here until our house is ready for move in and they have truly made the experience so seamless and stress free! Thank you Vista team!!

I’ve been living at the vista’s for a few months and recently decided I needed to upgrade to a larger unit. Meghan and Kaitlyn have been the absolute best and made this process as seamless as can be. Moving is always stressful but they’ve been extremely helpful and I’ve always been greeted with a friendly positive attitude from them. Thank you ladies and I’m looking forward to my new lease here with my larger unit!

I spoke with an emergency after hours operator for The Vista apartments at 11pm and let them know i was having issues with my lock to my apartment and was locked out. They said they’d have an on-call maintenance person call me back as soon as they got hold of them. An hour later i called back as I hadn’t heard anything and the operator informed me they hadn’t been able to get a hold of anyone but as soon as they did they’d call me. I tried to be patient but when it finally hit 3am i called again and the operator said “oh it says on your file to inform you to call a locksmith, someone should’ve called you”. Really? my dog has been in my apartment for hours and no one could bother to call me back and simply let me know i need to contact a locksmith? What is the point of an after hour emergency line if no one is going to bother to communicate with you/call you back. I’m very disappointed.

I absolutely love this apartments and feels like home, has everything you need and more!!! No issues and very quite Community. I love living and probably be here for a long while!

Absolutely love living here. The staff is always welcoming and responsive. Beautiful mornings and sunsets on my patio. They are always coming up with creative ideas for resident events too!

We lived here for over two years and we absolutely loved our apartment when The Vista was managed under CWS. After renewing our lease, the management team changed and so did our living experience. In the summer of 2020, we had a maintenance worker WALK INTO our apartment unannounced WITHOUT us making any kind of maintenance request. He walked back out and claimed he had the wrong building. Luckily we were both home at the time however it did not make us feel comfortable at all with the management team at the time. I attempted to speak with the property manager at the time and it took her over a month to even return my call and all she said to me was “we’re aware of what happened, it’s been handled”. After this experience we were more than ready to leave. We let them know more than 60 days ahead of time that we would not be resigning our lease and requested paint samples to cover whatever holes we had made in the walls as we were moving out. We requested this 3 separate times and never got anything back. either this management team has 0 communication with one another or they are just completely clueless, either way we will not be recommending this place to anyone else until this management team is gone. It took us over a month to post this review because they kept giving us the wrong information on where to pay our move out fees and how much it would be, as the price and website changed every time I called the office. Please do not let the beautiful aesthetic of these apartments lead you into thinking it’s managed by compassionate individuals.

Toured this community yesterday and let me just say I’ve never been greeted by friendlier service!!! Meghan was the sweetest and took the time to answer all million of my questions! The property looks so neat and clean, the brand new fitness room is just an added bonus and will definitely save me time and money on the gym! I’m so excited and can’t wait to call this place my new home! Move in day can’t come fast enough!!

Had the opportunity to speak with a Ms. Ebbitt and she was very helpful. I had a ton of questions in which she was able to explain to me in great detail the answers I needed to hear. There have been other places that either didnt pick up their phone or gave me short answers. I will for sure recommend this place to anyone who may be looking

I went in today to look at a few of the units with Meghan as I am being stationed in San Antonio. This place had to be one of my favorites of the day I’m not sure if it was the quality of the apartments or the way Meghan took care of me. Knowledgeable, professional, and charismatic!

Lived here for about 1 and a half years would not recommend they charge about 1k with out bills for some of the cheapest apartments I’ve ever lived in. As far as making noise complaints they ignore all of them not one thing has ever been done for a noise complaint not a warning not a call nothing. Maintenance is really lazy here the only thing they do is keep up the grass but they will literally run in circles with a leaf blower for hours so if you work overnight definitely don’t get a place here. Another thing the maintainence workers seem to really do nothing but walk around and get a paycheck. They constantly have new people in an out of the front desk for obvious reasons.

Worst place ever to live! The office staff would barley answer the phone and keep you up to date on things. The pool was almost NEVER open. Always closed to cleaning and maintenance.The staff doesn’t care about you there, just your money. They’ll also stick you with a bill of $500 to move out plus RENT and DOUBLE the utility charges with no explanation.Good job The Vista. You got your money but now you have someone who will make sure everyone she knows won’t want to live there.

I’ve called The Vista home now for almost a year and I’m definitely going to be renewing. The girls in the office are the best, a huge Thank you to Katelyn for always keeping the property FB fun and up to date, I always feel like I’m in the loop with my community and THANK YOU Megan for all the events you plan we especially LOVE food truck Fridays 😄 Megan has always gotten back to me and made time to answer any questions I may have she really does lead an awesome team it makes me happy to call this place home.

I’ve been living here for over three years, and I have always said great things about my home. It wasn’t until management was recently changed where maintenance requests weren’t attended right away until after a fourth complaint was made. In addition to that, I am moving into a new house, a huge accomplishment for myself, and the office has been impossible to get in contact with-with not answering a single call. After calling for two hours straight, Mando (leasing agent) answers. He tells me a certain amount that’s due before moving out. He confirms that’s the only fee. No manager is able to speak with, he was the only one available at the time to confirm fees and balances. Furthermore, I work across the city (30min from the complex), I leave work early to physically speak with them because management doesn’t respond through email, or phone call. All I needed to know were my remaining balances and fees before moving out since I’m about to move into a new house. I wasn’t greeted, nobody in building was wearing a mask, and I seemed to be an inconvenience to be assisted or attended to. I just needed a few questions answered and I felt like I was just through so many loop holes before getting in front of the manager (Meghan). She was rude, unprofessional, and careless of my concerns after being loyal for so long. Katelynn too, was completely unhelpful. Poor service, poor assistance, and poor management. Not pleased. I felt disrespected.

The management at The Vista is great. They are very nice and have good customer service. They are great at informing the residents if anything happens in the community. Maintenance completes your request with in 24 hours. I have lived here for 2 years and I have not had any issues.

The Vista Apartments are very nice apartments to live at! The apartment complex is greatly managed by the staff. The property, grounds and pool are really clean. The staff are usually friendly and polite. The maintenance are quick and responsive. These apartments are a bit expensive but you get a lot for the price. These apartments are located in a convenient location. I would hope to be a tenant for many years to come if the price stays affordable. Overall, The Vista Apartments is a really good place to live.

Great place to live. We have lived here for almost 2 years now and have never had a single problem. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They help me carry my packages as I have a toddler. The maintenance workers always acknowledge me by saying hi and smiling. Marcus is great, friendly and efficient as is Javier. My requests are always done so fast... usually the same day I submit them. Victoria and Amanda are awesome :) definitely recommend The Vista

What can I say about The Vista. I had actually recommended this place to many ppl, but now that Im going through what Im going through I do not recommend living here. I wouldve rated this place a lot higher than I had, but after Roscoe Properties has taken over as property managers I have not been very happy! First off, they had a property manager who thought he was an electrician and tried to fix a problem with a breaker issue I was having. The problem was never fixed, even after them attempting to fix it multiple times, and so I had to just put up with the issue for the remainder of my lease agreement. My truck was also vandalized and when I reported it, the property manager basically said there was nothing they could do. Now I am having a lease agreement issue. My lease was for 15 months which was completed, but when we spoke to other office employees about not extending our lease any further we were never given any kind of paperwork to sign to give our 60 day notice nor did they say or reiterate that a 60 day WRITTEN notice is required. Bonnie, the property manager, was not helpful at all and did not care to help out with the situation at hand. She tried to give an example of her own personal experience of breaking her lease and her having to pay. This was unhelpful to us because we were in the process of fulfilling our agreement and was a completely different scenario than her own. These people/property management company are nothing but money hungry and will not help you out with any kind of situation. I DO NOT recommend this apartment complex.

The Vista has been an absolutely amazing place to live. Service requests are completed in 24 hrs or less, the office staff is always respectful and cheerful, and I always feel safe and secure on the property. The grounds are clean and the apartments well-maintained. I put in a service request and they replace my AC air filter as well, just as a courtesy. Emails are always answered. Lots of parking, especially by building 6. The valet trash is amazing. This place is absolutely worth the price! It’s in a great location 10 mins or less from literally everything I could need—dentist, groceries, coffee, restaurants, shopping, chiropractor. Definitely renewing my lease (if I can afford it!)

Lived here for a year. Victoria in the office was amazing. Always friendly and helpful. The facilities are top notch. Namely the pool and weight room. Rent is pretty high but well worth it. The best thing about the vista is the maintenance staff. Guys are super! Anytime I had a problem they were there the same day. Always respectful, took off their shoes to come in, and got the job done every time. They even pulled my wife’s earring out of the sink. I would put the maintenance crew at the Vista against any in the state. Thanks to all the staff.

Amazing location, great prices. Most importantly though: extremely responsive staff.Since Ive moved here Ive made a few service calls. Not many and always routine stuff. Every single time Ive made one theyve fixed the issue in under 24 hours. Their level of service is extraordinary. I love living here. You will too.Note: I was not pressured, paid or compensated in any way to write this review. Ive seen some of the negative reviews and I honestly have no idea what they are talking about. Ive never been treated rudely ever and when I signed my second lease here I was made fully aware of everything, got a copy of the lease as well.

I’ve tried to get a quote here twice already in the last couple of days and as soon as I walk in they look at me like if I’m bothering them and start throwing obstacles at me before they even know what I’m looking for like if they were trying to avoid showing me rates or giving me a tour. It happened first on Saturday, the girl said they were changing systems and she didn’t know the price or what was available, when I asked if I can at least see one she goes “well I wouldn’t know what’s available since the system is down”. By the way, I was standing up the whole time didn’t even ask me to sit down or handed me a card. I tried again today hoping to get a new girl but this one was even worse, looked so confused, said they just bought this property and now it’s under new management so she didn’t have much info, she gave me a rough estimate which was completely different than the “rough estimate” the other girl had given me, she said she didn’t really know much since this was her second day. For the love of God! If this is new management you would think they would get training or have everything ready by the time they take over! Neither of the girls seemed interested at all to gain the business, I really love the location and the fact that they are new but the fact after visiting twice I couldn’t get a tour or an exact price it’s ridiculous! I’m sad I had to give 1 star to be able to write this review. I would have given them a negative score if I could. Even now I wish I knew how much they are, what’s available and get a freaking tour!!! That’s their job! If you don’t want to do it then close the doors and go find something else you actually do well!! I’m so angry. I will make sure to let all my friends and family about this as well. What a joke.

Dont do it people! They ask for a 60 day notice, you give it to them, then the last month they add an insane amount to your last bill because you didnt give a 90 day. We gave more than a 60 day for a month to month. Then gave another 60 day when we were moving, the agreed upon amount for that month was almost $300 more than our signed contract amount for month to month. I dont think they know how to do math. If your lease is up mid month, you dont charge the whole month! You show them the paperwork THEY sent you and they look like lost animals. By they I mean the one person who runs that joint.

I have been a very happy tenant at The Vista for well over a year now. Pretty complex, live oaks all around, very pet friendly with a dog park, dog washing station and several pet pick up stations around the complex. Love the location of my apartment. Although its the smallest unit available, it was really thought out when it came to utilizing the space well. To date, I plan on renewing when that time comes!

We love living at The Vista! The Office staff here is always so friendly!!! The management staff is also very quick to take care of and address any needs/concerns. The Vistas Location is perfect :) We love our apartment and really enjoy the use of the pool and the gym :)

I have lived at these beautiful luxury apartments with my fiance and young son for 13 months now and we absolutely love it here! The community is gorgeous with lots of shade provided by towering trees and amenities that will make you feel as though you are staying in a luxury hotel. The gym has new equipment and theres a sparkling pool right next to it. This is the best community for any lifestyle; whether you are single or have a family. The friendly and attentive office staff host many community activities that gives tenants the chance to better know their neighbors/office staff. Not to mention the great location! Easy access to 1604, shopping, restaurants, and Northside Schools! We will DEFINITELY be renewing our lease at The Vista!

I give the vista 5 stars. thats after 13 months living there. I moved out because of personal business issues.if I need to mention the good issues there; its clean, modern apartments, professional team in the office and the best maintenance guys Ive ever seen.

One of the newest apartments in the area! Little to no maintenance issues, and if anything does need fixing then they are there immediately to fix it! The biggest and nicest gym that you will find in an apartment community. Resort style pool for almost year round swimming weather in San Antonio. You wont find better property management than CWS Properties. If I ever find myself living in San Antonio again you better believe I will be living at The Vista! Wonderful experience!!

Horrible service! I have been in twice for a quote and they said its under new management and they dont know exact rates yet, didnt even offer me a tour and seemed bothered both times Ive walked in! You dont know the rates? What kind of business is this???

Moved in when my building was done being built. I left for military training and left 6 months early off my lease, Its been like almost 2 years... I just found out my credit dropped, Guess who has a $8k charge on my credit. Dont do it. The units and grounds are amazing, not kid friendly. Apparently they do not have a military clause on their contract, military be weary.

Walls are thinner than cheap hotel room, I can constantly hear my neighbors playing loud music and it sounds like their tv is in my living room. There are no rules here, there is no structure. Facilities look nice at a glance but they are lacking in many ways. attempts to contact the front office have been pointless so far. I would not recommend living here unless it was absolutely necessary

Parking is ridiculous people are constantly parking in fire lanes boxing in other cars. Why is the GT Mustang still in the fire lane at 4pm. I guess it would help if they got rid of the Sara Lee bakery box truck that is parked here everyday, or the 18 wheeler (cab part) that is parked occasionally that takes up 3 spots.Trash compactor is always overflowing and gross.Still debris from hail storm.After my lease they are trying to raise my rates $55+ a month.Actual unit not bad

I can denied the facilities are beautiful and clean. But they charge you for thing without previous notification. Later of hail situation they increase his price. The have issue with keep the private information of the resident. My neighbor know about me before know me.

UPDATE: to all the people adding 1stars, i told you :/It seems at first that everybody loved this place, dont be fooled the apartments raffled a gift card for good reviews.If I could I would give it a zero star. I currently live here and there is nothing luxurious about this place. When we sign the lease with the previous company we were supposed to have a 12 month lease, however someone forged the electronic contract and our lease is 19 months; we found out through other neighbors that they were cheated too (about 8 other families that we know of). The new company is even worst: complaints are not handled in a timely manner, the grounds are filled with dog/cat poop (due to other very irresponsible owners and because we also have community stray cats), and management was very rude when we try to talk to them in the past, and not to mention that the apartments are very small with a lot of design flaws. Please save yourself time and money and skip this place.

I lived here for about a 1 and half, and i love it, they have it all. The staff is friendly and supporitive, the emails are awesome, professional, responsive and very well written. Its quite and everybody that comes to visit loves the way it looks, the grounds are so well takencare of. If you can afford it I deffinatly recommend it. Most apartments are expensive but this apartment was a good place for me to rent.

Nice staff, they leave little gifts on your door for birthdays/holidays. Theres a dog park with an agility course and a nice pool/cabana. Clean simple 24 hour gym with TVs. Good Wi-Fi. The maintenance team is fast and friendly. Perfect apartment for singles, roommates, couples, and veterans. Close to the Super HEB, UTSA, USAA, and only a short drive up north to the quaint town of old Helotes; Government Canyon State Park and Medina Lake are just beyond that.

Dont rent here. they charged me $500 for a carpet replacement for one little spot on it. i would not recommend the vista to anyone, my last month water was $175 for one month.

Not pet friendly. Rachael the manager is rude in general. It feels like our every move is being reported. We wished we never chose this place. Looking forward to the end of our lease.
