A lot of elevations changes between builds and the parking areas.Some areas wheelchair accessible but a bit rough for fire and police response into the complexes area.

You want roaches live here!!! Managment says the right things but after four months I am convinced they dont really care about getting rid of roaches.

Apartment complex is trash. They would go and fix something just to mess something else up and not fix it until 4 days later especially when jt involves a child

Please be aware of what you asking for and I will ask that you stay away from City View apartment in San Antonio. They will lure you in and mess up your life. I worked with one of their so called assistant manager Stephanie Roel. I lost my job and went to talk to her and she told me to give them one month notice. After the notice, I went back to talk to her and they were in Christmas holiday for 3 weeks.No body was available even by phone, now she reported this as a charge off on my credit. Please be aware of this with all this their fake four stars.

Used to live there when I was a kid for about 8 years. Has an amazing set of pools for the community which held some of my favorite birthday parties. The back was always an adventure finding all kinds of things including arrow heads! Had a lot of cool memories there.

I loved living here. The apartments are pretty spacious for the price and the office staff is very friendly and ready to help. There lots of areas to natural areas to walk and lots of deer to see. Parking isnt the greatest but I was never unable to find a parking spot. Maintenance staff was always quick to attend to matters. I loved that my apartment was on the first floor but had a balcony to over look a grassy area. I was sad to leave this place. Great Value!

I moved in the middle of November, so far the apartment is great. It is spacious, the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. No pest issues whatsoever since Ive been here. Cathy and Ernie in the office helped make my move-in smooth and maintenance is quick and prompt to fix the issues that we had. The only downfall is the parking, there are cars who park in the fire lane and hardly ever any parking after 8PM. I have a toddler so it does become a pain to have to walk from different buildings just because parking is a pain to get in the evening. Other than that I would say my experience has been great.

Last week I went to City View Apartments and viewed a one bedroom. I was interested and I was told there would be one available at the first of the month. I was told to bring in a $225 money order for application fees and deposit which I did. before purchasing the money order I called to confirm everything was good and they said yes. After showing up and completing the application I was then told there was no apartment available anymore. This place is a wast of time! They wanted to bait and switch to something out of my price range. Kathy wasted my time.

I am moving out because I cant afford the rent anymore but I miss it already. The staff was super friendly, maintenance was quick, and the location was prime. I had a German cockroach infestation when I first moved in but I never had a problem with that again. I had some ant problems every winter, one instance where my AC went out, and a huge leak in my bathroom ceiling but all that was dealt with in a reasonably timely manner. The drawbacks were out of managements control: the neighbors wit severe domestic issues, a shifty character or two, etc. Im dreading living at my new place. City View set the bar high as my first apartment.

Its my home for 2 years now . I have nothing to complain about. Love it here !!Update, new owners were rude come move out time failed to send a note out about parking lot work and many cars were towed . They then sent one after I complained . 200 dollars to get my car out . BAD communication!

DO NOT RENT HERE! I currently live here and DO NOT feel safe living here anymore. These apartments are known for the occasional break ins in cars and the front gate of the complex is always broken and the complex has done nothing about it. My boyfriends car got broken into last night. Mind you he had no valuables in plain site and now his locks are broken. Maybe now they will finally fix the gate.

BED BUGS!!!January 2019Wish I could give this place negative stars. Moved into an apartment here on Friday. In building 1. Found a severe bed bug infestation as adult sized bed bugs came out of the walls through cracks in the counters and molding. Killed about 20 of them before I left the building. Stayed in a hotel. Talked to management. And they were very fickle about how they wanted to handle the situation. Asked me to come back Monday. And theyd correct it during business hours. And compensate for my hotel stay over the weekend. Now it looks like it might turn into a legal situation because they do not want to compensate or correct the issue. Health services may be involved very soon as well.Save yourself the property damage and terror of waking up to an infested apartment.

Living here has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I moved here at the beginning on August, two weeks goes by and I noticed I started having mosquito like bites, I report to the office and they sent in pest control, pest control doesn’t find anything and I brush it off, I go to sleep that night and I wake up with a cluster of bites on the back of my thigh, so I immediately panic and my main concern was to get my son out of the room, (who is sleeping for school and I have to wake in the middle of the night) I didn’t sleep that night has I was paranoid to even fall asleep and I report it to the office that morning and show them my bite marks, they send in pest control again and turns out that my downstairs neighbor was/is infested with bed bugs! I have never been in a situation like this before and I haven’t even been staying at my apartment due to this. So they sent in pest control to do treatment on September 14, i checked on the apartment and the smell was strong so I waited two days to go back, went back, got ready for bed and I start itching, so right away I turned on the lights and noticed two baby bed bugs and one adult one. I couldn’t believe it, then here I go waking up my son in the middle of the night ONCE AGAIN on a school night to leave. I want out of my lease and I will not recommend this place to ANYBODY ever. I’ve lost a lot of sleep and I’m paying money for a place that I’m not even staying at.

Just moved in recently so far so good . The apartments are spacious. The parkings a little wanky but Ive never not been able to find one . They do say first month free but if you move in the middle of the month its not necessarily the first month free so thats false. I have yet to have a call ive left overnight returned, so thats another issue . Other than the minor bumps and bruises its a good complex to live in.

I was there with my boyfriend visiting a friend of his...the parking is crazy but the apartments on the inside look pretty decent.

The front office staff are not efficient! Work orders take FOREVER to get done. I finally figured out the only way to get anything done is to email the complex management! Also the front gate is never working and sometimes the parking situation can be frustrating, especially at night. Also getting notices about cars being broken into every so often is really making me rethink living here! RENTERS BEWARE!

Where do I start with this 2 faced a## apartment. A very closed person I knew live there the is bedbugs and ants all in the apartment. The pest control is a joke and it was said by fellow neighbor that the bug problem got worse Everytime he went there. The stairs and railing and breaking. Took them a year just to fix the stairs. The maintenance staff is a joke. They drink and ride around all day on the carts. They raise the rent for long time residents. they havent told anyone that they are selling the property. Stephanie, Cathy and Becky are the worst. Lol they all need to be fired. Implicity I will be writing the better business bureau. These apartments need to condemned. They are failing apart and nasty infestation.

Dont rent from this place...these people do not care...I got denied immediately supposedly for a balance with another complex...in which I didnt owe anything...handled the situation and provided proof...now all I got was a run around about them reviewing my app...no calls to let you know whats going on...I have to keep calling them and they make excuses for everything...if only they put the same energy in for reviewing my app as opposed to calling me about my denial...but they not like that

Gym hasnt been open for as long as I can remember, gate has never worked since Ive been here, lots of homeless/crime around this area(Seen the police in the apartments at least once a month). Management is slow to get work orders done and usually takes 3 days minimum.

New management is terrible. Will move out as soon as lease ends.

A Friend lives here and likes it

Worst management company. Very rude and it took 3 weeks for my ac to be fixed. The apartment complex is loaded with trash all over. They not take care of the landscape.
