Even though our first option fell through, he was committed to helping us find a place. We gave him all the details we wanted in a new apartment and he delivered and then some. We almost settled for a #3 option but because Sam was so great at what he does he was able to find us EXACTLY the apartment we wanted and within budget. Sam Cosby was awesome. After asking lots of people help, he was the only one able to find an affordable, nice with good location apartment.It seems this apartment is everything I was looking for at The place at Castle hills San Antonio, TX.They also, at Smart City, like Jordan recommended a good link to help with internet/cable, movers, and apartment insurance. Besides the awesome encouragement I received from Sam when I was not sure I was going to be approved for the apartment application.I will definitely recommend him and Smart City to anyone that needs the help.

Smart City was a valuable asset in locating my new apartment in San Antonio. I was able to work with Alissa and find a good variety of potential options for both my location and price range. Since I had only a short amount of time to find a place to live, I really appreciated the responsiveness and flexibility in our communication. Despite ending up at another apartment outside the network, I want to express just how useful and comforting both Alissa and Smart City were throughout the entire process.

So my realtor was Briana Kelly and she was completely amazing she responded fast she’s was very communicative throughout the whole process, she literally did everything for us gave us all the information that we needed on the area the complex and I could tell she would only give us apartments that she finds great for us. Tried calling and wasnt even connected with an agent. Was asked some questions about my budget and when I gave numbers was told that they start out higher than my budget, even though I wasnt talking to someone who is even an apartment locator. They claimed to know about the market but when I was asking questions they didnt even know how it works. It couldve been a better experience if the person on the phone just simply took my information and actually connected me with someone who actually locates apartments but instead turned me away and said this probably isnt the place for me. Called a few other locators and not only was I connected to a agent right away but I was also helped professionally.
