One of the coolest places i have lived. I enjoyed the tiniest garages ever made and the repair man was phenomenal on his repairs i needed done. The car wash area is impressive, comes with a resident who will hassle you. He will be sure that the residents only can use the port.

I want to write a review for Springs at Alamo Ranch for an exceptional tour today. I toured with Robert in San Antonio and he was the most professional and welcoming guide. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and seems like a wonderful place to call home. He was very knowledgeable and welcomed any questions i had. I also met 2 other sweet gracious woman that works with him. It is definitely at the top of my list and I’m excited to maybe call it my new home. I would definitely recommend the community to anyone looking in the Alamo Ranch community!

Moved in March of 2021 & have absolutely no complaints!The staff is very attentive & understanding, the maintenace is absolutely amazing.Robert, Elizabeth & Bambi are seriously the most welcoming people I’ve ever met.Highly recommend this place to call home.

This apartment complex was a perfect home for us while we were living here. It has a lovely community feel to it. There are trails to walk on around the property, beautiful pool, great neighbors, and very, very helpful staff. We loved every minute of our time here.

We went to see this apartment complex twice, once in July 2020, and again in Jan 2021. We have nothing but high praise for the customer service, commitment to excellence, high-level of professionalism, and customer service provided to us by the staff. The process of starting a lease and the support with this process was seamless. This place has some of the best staff and most accommodating people. We have been here going on 2 years and just renewed for a 3rd. The staff is always quick to help in any way possible if there is ever any situation that occurs and treat us like family. The grounds are kept so clean and living at these apartments is really as good as it gets as far as apartment living goes.

I’m happy to call this place home! Robert was basically my move in agent and he did a wonderful job! Everyone else in there from office to maintenance is solid and this place is worth it!

It has been two months since I left this community but I would like to say they have always had outstanding customer service. And as stated before this is a community not just an apartment complex. They really know how to make you feel like a valued tenant. I lived here for two years and Elizabeth was always checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She is amazing and I recommend speaking to her about any of your questions or concerns about moving to the complex. The new property manager Bambi and I have only spoken over the phone but she was extremely nice and Still made me feel like a valued former tenant. I recommend moving to this complex if you are considering moving to the Alamo Ranch location.

Be on the look out for Elizabeth when it comes to your management needs. She has helped me out of so many tight situations of my own doing and constantly goes out of her way to make sure I am happy. I am truly appreciative to have her be a part of the team at Alamo Ranch or I wouldnt renew as often as I do now. Thank you for everything Elizabeth.

We have had the best experience since the moment my family and I walked in to take a tour. The office staff is extremely friendly and very patient. Even maintenance greeted us with smiles while walking around. The community is well maintained and we cant wait to move in soon. December cant come soon enough. We already meet some really nice residents.

A few days ago i had the privilege of meeting one of the most amazing property managers. I walked into the leasing office with out a appointment and was greeted By Bambi come to find out she was the Property Manager. Not only did she give a wonderful tour of the community she explained everything with patience and understanding she made me feel like i was home. The community was gorgeous and well taken care of. All I can say is if you want great service and beautiful amenities Alamo Ranch is the place to live. Thank you Bambi for the amazing tour and the great customer service.

While Im not a tenant, Ive been to this property on several occasions, visiting friends. This property is well cared for and every common area Ive seen and used is immaculate. That is a testament to both the maintenance staff, up to the property management team, specifically Bambi Sullivan. I have had the opportunity to meet her, to let her know how much I appreciated her property and I can see why. It is clearly a reflection of Ms. Sullivans pleasant personality and professionalism which are mirrored in her staff. You can bet any property managed by this leadership is well worth your trust and if I were not already a home owner, I would be a customer.

I can’t say enough about this place or the staff. The place is beautiful and clean! The staff are always so happy and friendly, especially Mrs. Bambi. She was so sweet and made me feel like family.

I’ve been living here going on my 2nd year. The staff has been super friendly, and is always quick to respond to my work orders. I choose to live here for the lay out of the apartment complex, but the amazing staff makes it feel like a home. I would recommend to friends and family.

I am a resident who is combat disabled using an electric scooter with a superbly trained medical alert service dog. The staff and residents are very friendly and accommodating. Twice maintenance has come within an hour to replace the batteries in screaming smoke alarms. When the large front gate hinges were squeaking loudly, I submitted a request for them to be greased. Within two days the squeaks ended and the entire gate was freshly painted. Well done to the entire team for such great service!

If you are looking for a place to stay, this is it! The Springs At Alamo Ranch is the prime location for everything in San Antonio. It is close to Lackland Air Force Base, convenient shopping areas, access to 1604 and plenty of pavement for you to run or walk around in the Alamo Ranch community. The apartment complex is a well kept, quiet gated community with great amenities and staff!

Apartment was filthy when I moved in but the location is convenient and the quality of the apartment and complex is what youd expect from the price. They were also understanding when it came to me having an emotional support animal which isnt something Im used to at apartment complexes. Not happy at all that AT&T is the only internet provider here though.

Okay guys listen, I mean the staff that these apartments really do go above an beyond! There has been multiple times when I have had to go out of town and a package is left at my door, they always help me out and collect it for me! they know me whenever I call and are always accommodating. I mean come on they will even walk your dog for you! The community is well kept and peaceful, I have not had any complaints. and maintenence requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. Its time you stopped looking and started living at The Springs at Alamo Ranch.

I lived here for 2 years. My children loved it due to their friends living in the area and having pool play dates. Area is very quiet and most everyone is friendly. Only reason I moved is because of circumstances out of my control, would definitely move back if the opportunity arises.

I have been living here about a month. Everyone from the staff to neighbors are very friendly. Jesekah was so helpful through the whole process and continues to be since I moved in. The apartment is beautiful and affordable. The car wash and dog park are nice features. They also have community events often. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond. Wonderful place to live!

I have lived here since 2017 and the quality of service given here have been over and beyond. The apartments are decent and could definitely be updated. The staff here are extremely helpful. Will do whatever it takes to ensure comfort and show their commitment to our needs. Jesekah is a star and the maintenance team should get more credit for their consistent work in the complex.

Bambi made a usually super stressful process extremely easy!! Super easy to talk with and very patient with all of my questions and concerns.

Let me try to sum it up. First year was comfy. Not perfect, but enjoyable. Elizabeth has always been an angel. Jesekah was pleasant. But come the second year, Ms. Bambi Sullivan came along. From start, Bambi was very hostile. From invading our privacy to making wild accusations, Bambi did it all. Our garbage disposal never worked, nor our heater. The linoleum was lifting from the start and our windows were put in wrong to where they leaked heavily. Whenever we brought all these issues to their attention, they did nothing. She, along with other residents, made my family and I very uncomfortable. They would come into our yard to leave dog feces, snoop in our windows, and constantly made us feel unsafe. My underaged brother put a thick blanket up to cover the window because he caught a grown woman watching him change, and decided enough was enough. The amount of harassment we received, was beyond belief. Ironic how the moment my fiancé and I started complaining about the hostility and negligence, Bambi starts making our lives a nightmare. We got violations for things we didn’t do. We had to pay for other people’s accusations. When we spoke with Bambi, she was very rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t hear anything besides the sound of her own voice, and interrupts you when you talk to her. From the start, we felt a strong discrimination from Bambi and her friends that live here. For our age? Our ethnicity? I’m not sure. All I know is that it was all a waste of money. Would NOT recommend paying to live here unless you feel like giving up your privacy and being harassed. There are beautiful houses in the area for the same price if not cheaper. We got one within a week. Don’t waste your time and money here. God Bless.

I have had the best experience here at Springs at Alamo Ranch Apartments.The three ladies in the office are outstanding and extremely friendly. Maintenance completes any request that I might need. Staff is always going above and beyond.The living environment is peaceful and kept clean. Plus I have meet some amazing neighbors. I enjoy using the car wash and grilling by the pool. Everyones patios are nice looking and I never have a parking issue. Great place to live.

Great apartments ! I recently visited my friend at her new place (Springs at Alamo Ranch). I must say what a beautiful place to live. The grounds are kept clean and the parking was no issue. Plus she showed me they have a car wash. Large apartment with a garage attached, LOVE. I will be applying once my lease is up at my current apartment for sure.

My family and i have been living at the springs for over a year now and we love it here.. The staff is very helpful and polite any time we need anything fixed or taken care of they are always right on top of it. The leasing office staff is great always upbeat and positive. The complex is one of the most cleanest ones i have ever seen. I love the fact that they take great care of the facility and i am glad to call the springs our home.

These apartments are very nice and very affordable! I have had friends who lived here the past few years so I been visiting these apartment complex quite often. I now live here with my boyfriend and my in-laws and we really love it here! Parking is okay but it isnt horrible, very tolerable. My boyfriend and I plan on getting a 1-bedroom apartment when our lease is up next year but we plan on trying to live upstairs since our neighbors can be VERY noisy! A second family moved in and they are just as loud as the previous, I guess the floors are thin. Other than that, this area is great because its near all convenience shops and restaurants and easy access to HWY 151.

Jesekah was amazing! Went in looking for a two bedroom for my father in law. She was so friendly and welcoming. She greeted everyone we saw while on tour. People stopped to chat with her and she knew them by name. Even knew their pets names! She really knew her stuff and made the experience of apartment searching really fun. Great service!

I love it here I can’t see myself living anywhere else. Everyone on the office is amazing. Very happy with my choice to move here after months of searching.

I lived here for several years and loved every minute of it! A year later I needed their assistance with clearing up a debt I still owed them and they did not hesitate to help me not only get it cleared from collections but did everything they could to rush it. I can not thank them enough for their patience and help with the situation. Jesekah and Elizabeth were absolutely amazing and showed me how much they care about you. I also want to thank Bambi for help as well. As always I was treated as though I was family.

I recently toured the Springs and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. I met with Jesekah who provided a thorough and personable overview of the community and its amenities. The grounds were lovely despite the winter weather, and the few residents I encountered on the trip only had positive things to share about their experience.The two bedroom apartment I viewed had a great layout and had one been available with a garage I would already have leased. Its definitely one Im going to keep checking back on. From Jesekahs professionalism to the residents warmth, I can certainly see why this community is so popular. Im eagerly awaiting the day when I can call the Springs home!

Jesekah is amazing !!!! However these are not luxury apartments the craftsmanship of the floors the caulking in the bathrooms are sub par there’s gaps in the flooring to where the concrete is exposed throughout the homeThe faucet is rusting and it’s standard no gooseneck or deep sinks like At other luxury properties. The counter tops are dark material not marble but just the standard materialI’m not sure where luxury comes into play outside of the amount u pay and valet trash is nice but no business center or kids playground The property is lack luster for the Alamo ranch area it’s convenient location for shopping but that’s it. The pool is nice but if you are looking for bells and whistles that come within luxury pricing and aesthetic appeal this property falls way short. And why so many rocks???! The landscaping is an eye sore

Jesekah was the one to help me with my lease and throughout my time with the Springs she would help me with anything I needed right away. I liked her warm and calm personality. Should I ever move back in the area, I would definitely be looking to her for assistance in my apartment search and needs.

Some good some bad, I LOVE my apartment great 2 bedroom for a good price and decent Living space without being too spread out. Some of the office staff are another matter, went into the office to ask to use a printer and fax machine only one person was in the office and they were busy, so I sat down and waited, another lady comes in, and a second employee came out the backroom I guess she helps the other woman. Okay she couldnt have known who was here first its ok. Then another lady shows up once she finished with lady A immediately turns to lady B and assists her totally ignoring me sitting in the office waiting area. I spend way too much money to live here and be completely ignored, this was ridiculous.

This property is something else! In a good way lol the staff is very helpful and they Go above and beyond in customer service especially Elizabeth, i spoke to her around 15 times over the phone before even showing up to the property and she was always happy to answer all my questions!If your looking for that type of management then this is the place to live at !!!

Definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Although staff has been nice, when we moved in the apartment was dirty like they hadn’t cleaned before. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere, the sink was completely rusty as well as the showers, and the shower heads were moldy. Also we have had problems with scorpions and huge roaches. We have been here 3 weeks and apartment is spotless and clean so not sure how we’d have this problem. Also like other reviews have said the walls are very thin. We have lived in apartments for 6 years and have never had these issues before at any other apartment.

Beautiful and welcoming property with many amazing amenities! The propertys greatest asset is its staff - namely Assistant Manager Jesekah. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She clearly cares about her residents and it shows!!

We moved in on Nov. 1, 2017 and don’t have any complaints! We love that there are fewer apartment buildings so our daughter can play on her bike without the worry of constant traffic coming through. We moved here from Arkansas and had only one week to search for a place to live. We went to probably 15 other apartment complexes and visited The Springs at Alamo Ranch last and we knew once we viewed it that this was the place we were going to choose! On top of all of the stress of moving to a completely new state, our leasing agent Lindsey was amazing! We had a few issues with our paperwork when we applied and she was extremely patient and helpful. We kept in contact with her a few weeks before we made the move and she was always so friendly and easy to work with. First impressions are such a huge influence when you’re looking for a place to live and we can honestly say that one of the huge reasons we chose The Springs was because of Lindsey!

Unless you enjoy losing money, I’d recommend staying away from this apartment complex. Hidden fees and “late charges” once we tried to end the lease. It’s been a nightmare. Management is extremely rude and unhelpful. They’re literally trying to get as much money out of you as possible.

The team has been amazing here so far. Most notably Jesekah. she is extremely helpful and very professional. I trust her to handle every issue i bring to her. if it wasnt for her knowledge, curtosey, attitude, and general attentiveness to my wifes and I needs we probably would have moved somewhere else. I am very happy to be here!!

Great customer service. The staff is very polite and friendly. Especially Miss. Jesekah, who went above and beyond her job duties.I was recently in a car accident and she not only offered to take my son to the scene of the accident but stayed to make sure I was fine.She let us load all my work equipment on to her vehicle and brought myself and my son back home so my family could take me to the hospital. We are truly greatful and thankful Miss Jesekah you are an amazing ASM whom truly cares for her residence and their well being.Sincerely,Noe Hernandez & fam.

I really love these apartments. Unfortunately it is out of my price range or I would have moved in. I would however like to pay a compliment on Jesekah. Jesekah gave me a tour around the facility and was very polite and professional. You can tell when people love their job or when they are just there to collect a check. The way Jesekah treated me, I can tell she loves her job. I don’t know who reads these but kudos to a great hire.

Im currently living here and its not worth the money . The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other side. Another big issue is that cockroaches are everywhere. I made fried chicken last night and this morning there was a huge cockroach in the oil that I wanted to reuse. On top of that the dishwasher doesnt even clean your dishes. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because of the friendly community and the leasing office employees. Unless you want cockroaches in your food and hear everything from the other side of the walls and want a dishwasher that doesnt even clean your dishes, I DO NOT recommend living here.

I currently live here and its not worth the money. 1st the assistant manager is rude. Theres no parking, the walls are very thin you can here everything and i mean everything. The only great asset is the kitchen other than that it is cheaply made the walls, flooring and i can go on and on. Please save your self the headache DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I cant wait until my lease is up.

By far the best apartment Ive lived in since moving to San Antonio in 2016. Ive only ever had to deal with Jesekah and Liz. They welcomed me in like a member of the family since day 1. Jesekah has gone above and beyond in making sure I was settled and comfortable during the leasing process, and all the way thru the move in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for home not just an apartment!

HUGE roaches!! I am so tired of finding roaches in my apartment. I pay too much in rent to still be dealing with this ongoing issue. I’ve put in numerous pest control requests and I’ve been told that they have sprayed on at least 4 different occasions, but there has been NO improvement. I just returned home from vacation....only been home a few hours and I’ve already seen another HUGE roach. I am terrified of bugs! 😭 My apartment is kept clean and clutter free so I know the problem is not with me. This is beyond frustrating!!

The manager in the office is lying. Yesterday I went to the office to meet him manager to ask him about being in a bedroom a bathroom changed for to two bedrooms and two bathrooms and gave him a copy pay check. and he told me to go home tomorrow morning he would call me and i wait until noon not see him call me. and go office again him say me tomorrow him call me let I know.. why him lie ? Will I accept or not say I know. Why say I wait the whole day

I would suggest looking else where, loud neighbors, dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes very well,management is iffy. Maintence is very nice though
