Reading these 5 star reviews really makes think I’m being discriminated against. I guess this company & its employees pick & choose who to be professional & have customer service with. I’ve called, txted, emailed & talked directly to Brenda & other employees. I have yet to receive a reply in any form. I still haven’t received my deposit back. I moved out in April! That’s $150.00. I was told I needed to do my own cleaning & would be reimbursed when I presented the receipt. Was not reimbursed! Then I was charged $123.00 for a “cleaning fee” that I wasn’t told about. (It’s not the contract) this is all after I legit cleaned the apartment myself. Have pictures & videos of doing so as well. So they sent me to collections. There was no form of notice when I moved out. Was just told I was good to go. Obviously months later it’s still not being resolved. I don’t understand how other tenants can be provided with such great customer service & professionalism… & here I am when I’ve done nothing wrong. I paid everything on time. Apartment had no damages done by me. All we’re done by their maintenance(I have pictures & videos of those too)I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone.

Absolutely trash. I could find a better place for cheaper. Only use this place last minute, or if u need a roof over your head, plus things break fast, my first day here the door handle broke. And some other things

Poor quality, value, no one is professional and no one is responsive. Its a great last minute place to live. Fine if you just need a roof over your head. But the worst part about this place is that you can never get ahold of the staff.

Very good management, Brenda gets everything done for me and my kids, as soon as I need repairs I wait no longer than a day or two, going on a year here and so far I have not had any problems, very satisfied!

The Residences on Blanco have been very helpful understanding and a professional experience of my 1 year living hear from Houston. They have been patient and graceful threw understanding all people have been threw they have excellent guaranteed relationships with the the tenants.

Staff very nice and helpful would recommend these apts for anyone looking for great home, come out and ask for Ms.Brenda she gets the job done....😀😀😀

My Ac been out since 9/1 and still out till now, I haven’t got any answers from anyone, I’m tired of the way I have been treated for the last week, super unprofessional, no maintenance at the premises, bad communication skills from the staff, horrible management!! I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t move here. They changed management so many times when I lived there. I left when my lease was up yet they never put it in the system and sent me to collections. So they are not professional. Their friendly act it is just to get you in.

I use to live there and loved it. I moved out last March. Glad I moved out when I did. My aunt is still there. I worry for her safety. There are homeless people there, drug dealers, break ins ect. Dont move in there just to break your lease two months later. The owner and office does nothing.

I have lived here for 4 months now. When i first moved in management sucked and noone would help when i called about problems in my apartment. But this new manager brenda has helped so much, and has the property looking great !

They really need a handicap entrance for elders and handicap folks it be easier on them to enter there apartment it be very respectful if management can sit down and talk bout making changes around here instead of being ignorant knowing that they got work around here

I moved in about two and half months ago and it was nice at first but overall it has gotten progressively worse. I live by the pool and there is always so much noise, sometimes till 3 or 4 in the morning. People always partying and blaring music, I get thats going to happen every now and then but its like every other night at this complex. My deck was super warped and not safe, they replaced a few boards but they are still uneven and its not safe or sturdy. I cant wait till my lease is up. The office girls are nice, I dont blame them, I blame management.

I moved in a year ago it’s mostly peaceful. At several occasions I do hear arguments from neighbors outside at nite . I really miss Denise she was an awesome team member. New ladies are nice too and respectful.They are quick in responding to fixing things although they haven’t fixed my issues because I’m not at home most of the time but I do appreciate their effort in fixing what needs to be fixed. Price wise, ummm I used to live at a place twice as big and for $999 and this place a half the size for the same price. Well now they hired the rent for this coming year so they are pretty pricey and the late fees are ridiculous. $99 extra for each day your late fellas so make sure you pay on time ! Lol

This complex socks. It was great when I moved in. But ever since GVA came in it has gone downhill. Then their jacking up the rent. This apartment is not worth $800. I found other locations that charge the same price and are a lot better and offer more to residents.

I had an apartment there for about 4-5 months had air conditioning for about a month at most whole time they would fix it then leave a rag where it would drip it would go out again in 2 -3 days horrible customer service and left work keys in my door overall most rude people i have eever dealt with when we complined about ac told us to deal with it

My Wife and I have lived here for almost 15 Years, through different Managements and Maintenance Crews. As with any Property there are going to be Issues. But I can only give my Opinion, Here is a Great Place to Live, any Problem we have ever had has been Corrected Promptly. Whether it be Tenant Related or Maintenance Related. Could Not ask for more from the Office Personnel, they are Very Friendly and Help whenever its needed. Great to Live here all Around. Only thing I would like to see is to get 2 Speed Bumps installed from the Mail Boxes to the North Exit, the Cars are Driving Way To Fast, its a Throughfare not a Dragstrip.

I passed by this property to check out their apartments. I was taken on a tour by Dominique very friendly nice lady. I really like the apartment itself. But what stand out to me was how organized the office staff is. They are all very friendly. And I can tell the genuinely care for their residents. I’m definitely going to lease here!!!!!

Went to Timbermill to get information about moving in before the year ends, Dominique was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer all the questions I had. She represents the Timberland Apartments at its best. Highly recommended coming to Dominique if you are thinking about moving to Timberland. Apartments are very good looking and look maintained. Thank you so much for your great customer service.

Dominique at the front office is the best! She’s does not take her job for granted! I’m really happy she works at my apartment complex! She is strict and that’s nice because it keeps order in this property! I can just say how well she represents her managers! The maintenance staff is great as well! That older men is always quick and always has a resolution for everything. That other tall skinny maintenance guy that drives around a small red pick up he’s so funny and polite. He’s always good to run into great customer service from him. The new assistant manager she’s nice as well! I just love Timbermill all together.

Being a single mother I always look to make sure the apartments Ill be moving into will be safe for my 2 beautiful kids. I can tell you that since the moment I drove in, I felt safe. Not only that, the management there is so polite and very informative. They were able to make me feel at home and thats what i loved the most. Miss Dominique the leasing Agent was so nice and professional, she reassured that all my needs will be met once I move here at the beginning of next year. Cant wait for my journey to start here at Timbermill apartments.

The dishwasher overflows all over kitchen and sink will overflow into dish washer and then on the floor. If the AC works then the Heat does NOT. It was hot when we moved in, and air did not work...we sweat for days, then they gave us fans which only circulate the heat. AC STILL NOT WORKING BTW. Now its cold asheck.and Heat just barely started working.

Best apartments I’ve lived in! Customer service from the office people is the best. If I ever have an issue they will come out ASAP and fix it right away. Location is very convenient as well, we have shopping centers within a minute drive. If you’re looking to lease a new apartment, come on over to Timbermill, you won’t be disappointed and that’s a guarantee. If you can ask for Dominique she has great customer service.

Ever since the new management company moved in problems have started to pop all over there place. First one is our refrigerator had not been working for about a couple of months and everytime we put a work order in they tell us the same thing we have too much food in the freezer, we have had to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of food due to it, heads up our freezer was nearly empty when I put our third complaint. Our AC doesnt work right and is constantly running since it cant cook as effectively and judging by past reviews its nothing new. Theyve sent us a notice to vacate about a couple of days after rent was due when we paid online but they havent accepted the payment as per the rep we spoke with from domusu still no answer as to when this will be fixed. Trash piles up very frequently either its not picked up enough or the dumpster is not big enough. Needless to say that Im renewing my lease is not gonna be a thought next year.

I made a long post about some issues I had and Angie from the front office called me and had every issue fixed! She has been the best person in the office by far. She has been amazing to me and my boyfriend. They really care about us here and I appreciate that. My two star review has went to a four because of her. Thank you.

Lived here for over a year, owners changed numerous times. Only good person that actually cares in the office is Denise. Maintenance sucks, theyll put that theyve completed work when they never even showed up. The GVA associates that ive met have been piss poor and only care about money instead of facts. If wasnt for Denise I wouldve been moved.

I love the location! And honestly it all boils down to the staff! Dominique in the front desk she’s so nice and knows her stuff. She truly cares for the property! I’ve never seen a leasing agent that cared so much! Thank you Timbermill for all the positive experience! My parents are beyond blessed to have such caring people in that office!

First off lets talk about the fact that we are getting charged for pest control but yet, there nowhere to be found🤔 Second, random charges and late fees after i already paid my rent. Third, yall keep changing payment websites but cant seem to keep it up long enough to pay our rent but have the nerve to send eviction notices a day before the eviction🤔🤔🤔 Lastly that managment chick V. Vivian or valerie whatever that b#^$ name is needs to find a new profession cuz manager is not one. I have lived in different apts. complexes and let me tell you, Timber Mill is THE place to be! The staff here is amazing from the manager to the assistant and the leasing professional; there was nothing I did not understand because they explain everything in detail to me. My move was really smooth my apartment was ready when they said it would be thanks to the great maintenance team they have. I am walking distance from H. E. B, fast food restaurants and entertainment for my kiddos. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a Future Home not just an apartment.

I hate doing this but no one is listening!!!! Water pressure issues are not being taken care off. We have been struggling with issues since almost 2 months ago and Martin keeps ignoring the issue! He refuses to fix the problem. Like everything else!!! I’m pretty sure the company has a budget for things like this but he’s probably too lazy too fix anything! All he does is drive around all day on his go cart! And make those two other maintenance guys go do the work. And instead of him doing his job he is over there harassing this elderly lady from apartment 1317 and making her cry and god knows what else he does to her. I’ve seen this lady being harassed by Martin multiple times but of course he’s protected by the office so he is not in trouble. This man has no interests in working anymore ya really need to get someone here that wants to work because we need help here at Timbermill. Please fix the water pressure issue.

Great apartment complex! Nicely kept and good for the prices! Very convenient location have a bus stop right in front so that’s a plus! Dominique in the front office is very sweet and polite, they have great staff here at Timbermill!

After weeks of looking for a clean reasonably priced apartment Im so grateful a friend referred me to this place. Dominique in the office was so friendly and helpful. I recently stopped by and I was really impressed by the staff. First let me start by saying that I was having a really bad day due to some personal experience. I was thinking about not even going to tour the community but I am so glad I did. When I got there not only did I felt welcomed but I left feeling better Miss Dominique in the front office was genuinely caring. She answered all my questions and was so kind. I can tell she really loves what she does. Besides the great experience I had I also like the convenience of having a bus stop right in front of the apartments. So that’s always good since I don’t have a car. There’s also a Walmart right next door super convenient! I’m definitely glad I didn’t stay home and decided to tour! I’m glad to become part of the Timbermill Family!!!!

I would definitely recommend Timbermill Apartments to everyone that’s looking for a place! I love Anjee and Miss Dominique! The property had definitely improved a lot since the management company teamed them up! They really make a great team! I can always count on them to be there for me and my family! They really care for all of us living here if I need to go pick up a package and I might not make it on time before the office close they will kindly wait for me. Or one time I couldn’t make it on time to sign my renewal and Dominique kindly waited for me to be able to take care of it! I can tell they are setting order! I can’t wait til my sister and her family move over I know they going to love it!!! Not only is there an HEB down the street but the schools are just down the street! Very convenient location.

I love the new Management company! Denise and Celina are very helpful on getting things taken care of for me. I have lived here for almost 7 years and the neighbors are great! I love the new color of the exterior and GVA is really taking care of the property. Maintenance is awesome as well!!

The staff is very helpful and keep us updated on our information and questions. The paperwork is straightforward and no hidden fees! The apartments are very lovely inside and out, they actually put their money towards making the inside updated rather than inside their own pocket. The rent for 1Bed1Bath is $615 and the neighbors are very lovely and greet each other like a community. I totally recommend living here!

I did an online application to this place and called a day after to see if they received my $295 payment on a available one bedroom. The lady upfront answered with attitude and said shell call back if they need more information. Days later I call to see the update on my application and the same lady answers saying I never finished the application and they needed more information, that they tried reaching out to me but not once did me and my girlfriend got calls nor got left a voicemail mail. It was a waste of time. I cancelled my application and I still havent gotten my money back. (I know app and admin fees are not refundable, but I still havent gotten my online deposit back). If I was the owner of this apartments Id make sure to hire people that actually want people living there. Waste of time and money. I wouldnt recommend. Plus I heard maintenance would steal from people too. (If I wouldve known before, I wouldnt have applied)

Ive been here for over a year going on second. New laundry room and counters were my latest surprise ! Property is coming together nicely. Parks and shopping near by, all walking or biking distance. On a major bus route too.! Very calm and peaceful at night no highway road noise. Joann and Linda have really made some nice improvements over the time they have taken management. Staff very helpful and quick to address any situation. Price is affordable and apartment is very spacious. Again thank you staff or my warm welcome home.

It was a great experience being our first apartment we have ever rented. What can you honestly expect from an apartment complex built in the 80s.The management at the complex is nothing but the best, & easy going people.Joann (Assistant Manager), Linda (Community Manager) & Anthony (Leasing Consultant) are all amazing people dont blame them for your mistakes. When I had concerns, or needed fast acting maintenance they were absolutely on it. They are affordable and a great price for what you get. I would definitely recommend this complex for anyone! The neighborhood is very convenient, neighbors in the complex are polite I never had any complaints about that. Give it a try before you judge on the bad comments others have rated it!

After residing here over a year I have not had a bad experience. Life may have happened however management here as well as my apartment has always been good to me. As long as you are honest and keep up with simple maintenance you could lead a nice life here. Location is perfect as well.

Living here, in both a one- and two- bedroom units for the past 6 years. I can say that the office staff has been fair and honest to work with. If I ever had a problem with any thing I requested a work order and was taken care of with in a matter of hours in that day. I am so close to everything. Great schools, nice malls, a huge park to take a family and have fun.

Ive been here for almost a year now. The property manager is always very helpful whenever I have an issue with anything to do with my apartment. Maintenance is always prompt and efficient and its all around a pleasant place to live.

Guess the only way to speak with someone is to leave a bad review so here goes. This property was recently bought out by GVA property management company. My A/C has been out for over a week and a half. It has been over 88 degrees in here for that long. I have a NEWBORN baby and 3yr old living here. After numerous calls I finally received a portable unit. It is still almost 90 with that unit. My children have been so hot they are throwing up. This happens to be the last month of my lease so I ended up moving out 2 weeks early because the living conditions were not suitable for my children. Im in the process of moving now and have asked to speak with the manager numerous times. I was told she would return my call and never did. Then today I was told she didnt have 5 minutes to speak with me because she is running reports. I dont even know her name because she wont talk to me. This company has been here 2 weeks (same amount of time my AC has been out). I have been here 2 years, always paid on time never had complaints even with roaches are swarming my apartment. Never caused any property damage and kept my place clean. I have been a model tenant. I asked for 5 mins of her time today and she couldnt even come out of her office to introduce herself and talk. Well hopefully someone will reach out to me now! As long as she is the manager I wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy. She is completely aware of my situation because the assistant manager was the buffer between us today and she could hear everything I was saying from her office. I just want to get my stuff out and be done with this place.Whoever responds to these reviews please contact me ASAP to resolve this issue. Yall are making a horrible first impression.

My roommate & I lived here in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in August 2014-July 2015. In the beginning, it wasnt too bad. We never really had any problems. However, the last 2-3 months of living here was horrible. Our AC stopped working and our CPS bill ended up being around $200+. The maintenance guys were quick to respond to our request, and fixed our AC, but only temporarily. It always went out again a few days later. I had gone to complain about it to the office and the man said it was because of the insulation and that its an old apartment. Regardless, a $200 CPS bill is absolutely ridiculous for a 900 sq ft apt. I know people living in old 2 story houses, and their bill is not near that high. As most other reviews state, you get what you pay for.

Well if you want expectacular customer service come to this beautiful young lady. Her name is Dominique. She sure did a great darn job with helping me decide wether or not to consider this apartment community as my next home. And let me tell you something, she made it to the top 2! I tell you what, if I don’t make it back here next February to start leasing, it’s not because she didn’t convince me, but because I died of old age. See you soon Dominique.

I love the location! Place is not new but they have good maintenance here! That old tall men is quick to solve any issue I think his name is manny anyways good place for the prices and everything is around me very convenient location the girls at the office are nice as well very pleasant to deal with them. Dominique in the front office will hunt you for renters insurance lol but she’s nice I like her spirit! I like everyone at the office I don’t know that other lady name but she’s very nice as well. I honestly don’t know how they do it to take care of all their residents. I would definitely recommend Timbermill to anyone.

READ BEFORE YOU RENT HERE!I live in sweltering heat and darkness due to inadequate A/C! When the outside temp exceeds 85 my A/C fails to cool my apt. window is covered with thermal curtains, patio shades closed tightly, no lights on and my apt is 81 degrees in the living room. Bedroom 85deg. Temp set at 77deg. It never turns off and cannot keep up!!! If I allow any sunlight to peek thru any window it gets worse! No cooking except microwave. When I try to cook even on the stovetop it reaches over 90deg in minutes. Turn on a light and again temp rises. Unsafe and unhealthy! For this privilege I pay nearly $200 a month utilities. Had been given promise of window unit from previous management in my file. New management declined stating you have the same A/C as everyone else. So I conclude that all the apts are as poorly equipped as mine. I have no intention of renewing when lease is completed.Also low water pressure and hot water comes out of both hot and cold traps during the daylight. Cant even cool down with cold shower!

I cant wait for my lease to end . This place is horrible, I have been here since May an I dont have a working a.c. an been paying almost 200$ for warm air to circulate in my apartment an I live by myself!!! Every time I ask the mainance guys to come out here they just change the filter an tell me its fine. That it will cost to much to replace the unit outside, so to keep the filter changed out . Im so tired of this place I dont recommend it to anyone.

Ive lived here for the past 4yrs and i can honestly say ive never had an issue with my neighbors or the Awesome staff members. If i need something fixed, it always gets done right away. I can see myself living here for a very long time..

The management is awesome and so kind! Ive been here for close to 8 months, any problems I had it was fixed quickly. The grounds are kept up and my neighbors are quiet. If there is any problems the management takes care of it right away! They just replaced the washers and theyre wonderful! Its close to the freeways, stores, and parks. I just wish they had a dog park.If you have questions ask for JoAnn in the office!

These apartments are hands down the worst I have ever lived in. The apartments themselves are kind of falling apart. When we moved in, there was quite a few things broken already. Not to mention, literally none of the appliances do a decent job. The air conditioner did not work till the night, the dishwasher left soap stains on everything, the refrigerator would sometimes just turn off for no reason, oh and the stove would either way overcook things or not cook them at all. The cords to the fans were not even hidden inside the walls, they were attached to the side of my living room wall. Its just safe to say that management does NOT do their job. I have lived in a couple of other apartments and I will admit that I did not do a very good cleaning job and even left some trash. I got charged around $300 from those places which is understandable. However when I stayed at Timbermill, I made sure the place was clean and everything was picked up. I ended up getting almost $2,000 of charges that were pretty much all BS. There is so much more that I could complain about them, but bottom line is Timbermill Apartment Rentals is not the place for you to live.

If I need to go pick up a package and I won’t make it on time before they close if I call the office she will wait for me to get there. Dominique is the best.

I dont know where to begin, to the oven not working for months, to the place crawling with roaches in the beginning, to the manager who honestly has a bigger ego and is totally unwilling to work with anyone... I can go on and on. The workout equipment is broken, the exit gate in the back is always open and never gets fixed, and it seems like theres a problem with someone every other day. One day I was home and the apartment across from us, that recently got burned down, in fact, was raided by police for whatever reason. If you have any sense in your head, not only would you stay away from this location, I suggest that you try and file a complaint to the San Antonio housing authority.And before the owners of this place write another response, no, you cant hear from me again. You had a year to fix these issues and they were never done. Im not going to respond to something I shouldnt have had to already.

Fantastic! Been here almost a year and have had no issues .Got me a wonderful studio thats perfect just for me .Staff is great and accommodating .Angenette is just a delight to work with that I just renewed for a 2nd year! Also just a great area to live in! :)

My AC no working since the last Friday. My husband call the line on call that friday and he said repair the AC next week on Monday. Still we are without AC. Monday no one pass for my apartment.

Honestly cannot wait to move out of these apartments. I really regret choosing this place. Not only are my vehicles constantly getting broken into but the maintenance guys dont fix anything. All they ever do are temporary fixes. Apparently its ok for people to be paying to have a gated community with a gate that is broken every other week. Oh and you will also be expected to be ok with having your apartment 80 degrees all day. Super disappointed with this place in the end. I will not be renewing my lease or telling anyone else to ever move in here.Edit (6 days later): Words are nice, but actions are better. The manager did not come by. The maintenance man did come by again. However all he said was I do not know how to use my ac. He informed me that the fan setting should only be on auto not on and due to this fact my ac was not working. He also said he would check the coils, but hasnt returned since. My apartment still gets to be 80 degrees during the day. This apartment is not the one you want to choose. Look somewhere else. These apartments look alright on the outside and staff is friendly, but you will be in for a whole mess of issues. Oh and you cant pay rent online you have to get a money order and take it to the front office during business hours. Which for people who work 8-5 jobs it makes the task pretty inconvenient.Edit 3(2 weeks or so from original date) : Now my kitchen sink is severely leaking, but Im expected to not use it until Monday. I voiced my concerns about how much of inconvenience that is and the maintenance man grudgingly gave in to coming tomorrow. We shall see how this goes considering the fact that my ac still keeps my apartment at 80 degrees. I will keep everyone willing to listen updated.

Went on a tour and the leasing girl was kool! Down to earth and not a stuck up like all the 2 other apartments I visited previously! Anyways I really liked this property because it’s convenience it has a Walmart right next door! I love Walmart so that’s always a plus!!!! Anyways I’m super excited to move to Timbermill where I know that Dominique is always there willing to help her residents. Very nice young lady.

Though the staff may be friendly, my issues with my ac have been an ongoing thing since spring. We reported it to management and havent gotten it fixed in the last week or so. It has been 82 degrees in my apartment! Its unbearable. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a cool place to live in San Antonio.

Ive been living over 1 year in this complex, I just renew my lease and all I can say is Waw ! The rent is the most affordable for the area, great conditions, if is any problem with maintenance they will fix it in maximum 2 days, and the ladies from the leasing office are always nice.I will definitely recommend to everyone, single,couples or families .

Only went by once. Saw a great apartment, paid the app fee and never heard from them again! It was super close to my kids school smh.

Ive lived here for 6 months and its very quite. Its an older complex but its not bad at all, cheap rent for the location. I would recommend anyone to live here.

Update: I have been dealing with these appts since January. I had put down a $150 deposit down to hold the apt. Due to certain circumstances (like them making up fake reviews), I ended up not signing a lease. I have been trying for over 7 months to try and get my deposit refunded and I have yet to see it. Before the new company brought out the appts, the previous staff had already sent me a refund check but due to them incorrectly listing my address, I never received it. They informed me they were going to send me a new check to the correct address. I called one week later, and with my luck, the new company had just taken over that day and said there was no record of them refunding the check or that I had even put down a deposit. They referred me to Greystar, and I still have not had any luck.

Very helpful and informative. Id recommend them to everyone. Customer service was great!

Management is awesome! Maintenance fixes problems very quickly. Quiet area, rarely hear neighbors and if there is a noise issue (loud music, etc) they are on it.

The apartments are nice and quiet. Rather old but I like them. Dominque has made the process easy. I’ll update as time goes on but I can definitely say that I would recommend these apartments to family and friends.Update 07-22-19: My stay has been ok so far. Water pressure problems, old appliances, etc. it’s been safe you can hear everything those goes on around you, which is sometimes a good thing... usually not. The biggest problem you’ll have is bugs. Roaches.. even bed bugs? I take pride on being a clean individual. Taking care of potential areas where bugs might be. No matter what I do and how many times pest control comes, there is no stopping bugs getting into these apartments. And they’re raising the rent almost 200$.UPDATE 01-21-20: My final update before I move out to another place. My previous update was true. I was dealing with a terrible cockroach problem. I ended up solving it with bait near open areas and other home remedies. Needing to be consistent with it. Don’t leave food out. Clean your dishes. Don’t drop food around will help a ton. Even with being a neat freak I still dealt with some roaches. This was my first complex. I moved out of my parents house and was really nervous to live anywhere. I can definitely say that my stay here was good. I felt safe, my neighbors were nice and they looked out for me when packages arrived. The management changed but Denise has been super helpful with everything. Be nice to management and they will help you. Don’t be entitled and just be patient because they do deal with a ton of people. The complex is still old but got painted to look newer. Newer appliances would be nice but it’s not the end of the world. For my first apartment as a young 24 year old I am happy that I got to call residences on blanco home for a year.

**WARNING**Honestly do not move here!! Old/outdated apartments falling apart. You get what you pay for thats for sure. Maintenance does very minimum to fix your issues. And they gossip/curse right in front of you in spanish thinking that I dont know spanish. Office staff well.. is a hit or miss. (when they feel like helping/or dealing with your issues) the face office has a major attitude problem and you can tell behind the fake smile amd sarcasm. Coats and coats of paint in every unit everything is painted over. Outlets suck and does not hold any plugs. Water pressure is non existent. Roaches galore. Possums are always around. Good luck with parking after 10pm. These apartments are like section 8 apartments. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! P.S the main property manager is never on site since she manages other apartments so good luck with that. If you want a better quality of living for yourself or your family please reconsider moving here!! There are many other apartment s in San Antonio that would be a better fit than Timbermill.

Maybe Im missing something here.....good reviews....this place...they must be editing their reviews, get what ya pay for folks. Update.....now things change....it seems to me theyre posting on their own reviews due to similarities in them. This apartment complex is a version of redneckary. Wooden fence has different boards and nailed across apartments have imbreed parts from different brands....pest control is a joke and every damn letter they put on your door says if you dont respond theyll hit you with a fee or violate your lease...FYI some people keep things for evidence and this is supposed to be home....not prison...dont ask me six months in to update anything...if I want to Ill come in and do it....if rents not late...dont bother us!!! Upside they have security roll through now....tiny men with badges but hey it works....and up keep with lawn is nice, it seems quieter which is nice...which keeps my lady happy so I dont have to listen to how people crank their bass or have loud speakers playing music...overall I think management is doing what they can.

I have been with Timbermill for about 2 years now,its peaceful here, The office staff are very nice and helpful.I like the pool and the gym and everyone is friendly and stay to themselves :)
