STAY AWAY!! Roaches and rats infested. Complex looks good from Outside only. Informed office over and over but even with pest control they can’t control it. Kitchen, restroom cabinets and even kitchen sink everything is old and falling apart. They charge alot of money but don’t want to fix or replace anything. Staff is very rude. The staff, supervisor Kaity Bibbs or manager Miguel lujan doesn’t communicate with each over. Even if you email them they still don’t remember what you requested. If you get upset or angry they get even more rude. Takes over one month to replace or fix things in the apt. Every month there is an email about what to put in ur balcony to make sure this place looks good fromOutside so people don’t realize how nasty it is here. supervisor and manager walks into your apt whenever they want apparently that’s a thing here. Corporate office never answer the phone and it always goes to voicemail. DON’T WASTE MONEY HERE!!

Awesome management and maintenance during the snow storm few weeks back. Glad that we stayed in this apartment and did not had any power, water or internet issues. Maintenance has definitely improved over last 1 year, Big thanks to Miguel and entire maintenance staff who are acting very quickly on service requests being placed.

I lived in 4 different apartments in San Antonio and this has lowest standards for living. Me and all my friends living in apartment have issues with management. Overall, when you leave, be prepared for hectic fines 650$ to 2000$( this is from me and my friends experience). I didnt pay in other 3 apartments. You will be charged no matter what. (This is not just my review, this is from my 3 other friends too)

I was living in this Apartment located in Fredericksburg Rd from 2015 to 2018 and 2019 to 2020. Primarily close to proximity of office, school and Indian community. But the leasing office took thats as an advantage showed bais in many form. Recently I moved out with heavy charges because of poor pest control and maintenance support they have in place. I would strongly suggest not move. Lot of people move only for the above reason. pls reach out to me via messenger for more details. There is only one person have listening capacity in this leasing office.

I wish I had an opportunity to give a negative star. The maintenance service was horrible. It used to be great. I myself have bragged about the responsiveness but that is all gone now. I agree that management people were nice and professional. I still dont know why the maintenance was so horrible. Service requests takes weeks for them to be taken care. And we were given suggestions on how to reduce the water leak instead of resolving them. After all, it is their place where I am living as a tenant and I am not sure why they would drag an issue(maintenance) for more than 4 months to get resolved. I have a roommate whom I have added and the roommate addition process was horrible. And after addition (which took more than 3 weeks), they do not respond to his requests. Maintenance team always wanted to talk to me and I will be mostly out of town due to travel (my wife works out of town).I have complained to higher management (TriVest McNeil) about the issue and got a response from management team immediately promising to resolve the existing issue within a week but its been 3 months and the issues were not taken care.I will give an example too.. There was a water leak under the kitchen sink and guess what the maintenance person told, you better put a bucket under the sink. Yes, you have read it right. Is that some kind of response you would want to hear when water is leaking? it should be considered as an emergency and have to be taken care at least in the next couple of days. It has been 3 months and its still the same. I can may be write a book on the issues I have encountered. WATCH OUT, front desk people are really sweet to have you sign the lease. After that, you will be stuck with crapy maintenance if something breaks. I have been living in this apartment more than 2 years and I am moving out now. God!!!!, I still have 2 months left in my lease. I have been saying this to myself for the past 6 months.

The maintenance is horrible. if we face any AC issues during holidays, we will have emergency maintenance which we can call but you will not get the service. More over From day 1 we are facing the roaches problem and it was never solved.

Waste management, doesnt communicate properly while addressing their residents. Waste of time, doesnt like to communicate with the management any more.

Management is bad, person in front desk is not fit for his job, he talks too low & his voice is not clear. Management has to take proper care while hiring front desk person.

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED TO YOUR APARTMENT BECAUSE IT WILL BE STOLEN FROM YOUR FRONT AND BACK PORCH!ive had 3 packages go missing so far and management said its not their responsibility.sad you cant even have items delivered to your apartment. so much for a gated community.

Dominion Park has been a good place to me. The maintenance staff is cool, they help me out when I submit a work order online. I enjoy my online payment option. I can pay my rent from Mexico when I travel. Joe and the office made it easy and were very good communicating with email. I went with the A2 upgrade package & I love my granite counter tops and stainless steal appliances. I have a few friends that are going to be looking for apts soon and Im going to recommend Dominion Park. Awesome location too lots of food choices to try.

Each and every worker that I have communicated with treats their inhabitants with affability and most extreme regard. One perspective that makes me cherish this place is that regardless of to what extent of time we have been living here, Joseph Turner manages to recall our names as though he was an old friend. Each time I request something from him, he always reacts with a grin and he doesnt stop until the point where our issues are settled and we are content.

The management made sure that my move-in day was as early as I preferred it to be. There were 2 minor glitches, but both were resolved as soon as I called them. Miguel the manager, his assistant Samantha and leasing consultant Joe were always quick to answer to my needs. The maintenance guy was very pleasant and he made sure that the issues were resolved appropriately.I feel safe in the area. You hear kids playing and laughing until 9 pm. I love that even if I have a ground floor unit, my patio is elevated from the parking lot. I love that the gym and laundry area have 24-hr access. It makes everything convenient for me. The pool looks refreshing though I havent used it yet.

I have been living at Dominion Park for a month. I worked with Joe and Miguel in the office and they were both extremely professional, accommodating, and flexible. Since being here, I have been extremely impressed with the maintenance staff. I have only dealt with Ricardo and Abel, but all of them are friendly with great attitudes, they smile and wave at you as you pass by. My first day, I unfortunately didnt have hot water, but Ricardo worked on his day off to fix the issue. Abel had to fix my ice machine and was very proactive, and followed up with me to ensure that it was working properly. Monday mornings, Ricardo is cleaning the grounds first thing and does a great job. The last place I lived there was dog poop everywhere from people not picking up after their dogs. It is not that way here, although there arent many dogs that I have seen. With that said my dog has been graciously accepted.

After looking at several places today I was truly pleased with the exceptional customer service I received. Joe greeted me right away and was very thorough when explaining the application process. The grounds seemed to be kept very neat and clean. Aside from that the manager also took some time to introduce himself to me which I thought was quite nice. I look forward to calling this place my home very soon!

I am a student at UT Health science center. I love this community. It is close to campus. The staff is friendly. I dont have any issue like these other reviews. Gated community and remote access a plus.

The apartments are nicely landscaped and well maintained. The work out room and pool are also nice. The front office has always been respectful and accommodating to me. The maintenance staff are also prompt and friendly. Overall, its a pretty good place to live.

From start to finish, when I set out to find an apartment the leasing agent and the management were very helpful. I needed a place quick as I was relocating for work and my house wasnt ready.Their short term lease and price worked out great for me and when it was time to go everything went smoothly without a hitch. When my house was ready I still had a month on the lease and the manager was very helpful and explained the process for ending my lease slightly early. I did all that was asked of me and I got my deposit back, and never once had to wait to get any minor maintenance done.The entire staff was never rude or lacked professionalism. If I didnt have a house I would definitely have stayed.Its all about communication.

There are lot of street cats in and around building 13. They do open defecation at the parking spaces and it’s horrible. Have informed this to leasing manager but so far no action is taken. We can’t even open patio because of this. Management need to take action at the earliest. Once it is fixed, then I will delete this comment.

My husband and I are very happy to share our experience as residents at Dominion Park Apartments. We were looking for a good apartment with a reasonably good pricing for a very short tenure (9 months), and we have no regrets that we chose Dominion Park. We enquired about the availability and pricing details over the phone and Joe Turner, the Leasing consultant and Samantha Ruiz, the Assistant Manager were very prompt and very good at communicating with email. They even suggested other options with different move-in dates and this helped us take very minimal time to make our decision.Joe greets people with a wonderful smile every time you walk-in, is soft spoken and takes time to explain in detail the application process including leasing terms, conditions, and the community policies.Samantha Ruiz is outspoken, yet very professional in her work. She is welcoming and friendly, prompt and professional when it comes to any questions that we may have.We havent had an opportunity to interact with Miguel, the Property manager, but have heard from many that he is a perfect gentleman who works closely with his team to constantly improve the environment and experiences for the residents.The maintenance staff are highly committed, very efficient and always working hard to maintain the community neat and clean, and resolve work orders in a reasonable time frame. When we signed the lease, we were informed that routine issues would be addressed within 2 working days but, Im very happy to state that in the recent times, the maintenance staff have been going the extra mile to complete work orders ASAP.Were glad We made the decision to make Dominion Park as our new home! The working staff were always prompt and friendly. They made it a very easy process when I had moved into apartments for the first time. The apartments were very nice and well maintained. I would highly recommend these apartments to my friends when looking for apartments.

Lived there for 6 years, couldnt take all the roaches anymore. no matter how many times pest control sprayed it never helped. also the smell of strong ethnic food filling my apartment from neighbors was just too much. when the shooting happened from a bad drug deal in Feb 2019 i knew that was a sign to leave.

Never ever step into this apartment. I stayed there for an year and it was almost a nightmare. Worst management, arrogant staff, no courtesy to residents. Whenever a conversation heats up to argument with leasing office staff Joe, the reply would be I am not going to have this conversation anymore and will shut u down abruptly. Maintenance requests would take a week to 15 days to attend to, but the maintenance staff are polite and good. The kitchen cabinets were missing when I moved in, and when reported, it took 3 months to install. They promised a fully renovated apartment, but wasnt. Be ready to pay a hefty amount when u move out, they charge u for no reason and wont explain why. If u stay on the ground floor/first floor and have kids, be very careful coz u might face snakes in the lawn and when u call and tell them, their reply would be they do no harm. I would rate 1/10 for the management. I would never recommend anyone.

Hi, I have never been a resident here. I came here twice to this apartments for inquiry for leasing out the apartment the lady was straightforward and showed me everything later on next day it was weekend, the guy was sitting at her place who was rude and conflicting with his own words as if he don’t really care if someone lease it or not.. this will effect your business in a very negative way his attitude was like disgusting

My boyfriend and his sister have been living here since JULY and noticed a cockroach problem since moving in. They have approached the leasing office multiple times and they say they will schedule pest control. After nights and days of going through the same problem for MONTHS, tonight was the boiling point. He gets to his apartment and the kitchen is FULL in cockroaches. What an embarrasment of staff who can’t address a complaint promptly. This is unacceptable. Health issues are in place here yet they don’t care. I told him to terminate his lease early or at least ask them for the decency to move them to another unit. We’ll see what they say tomorrow or if they come up with another excuse so they cannot do their job. Disappointment.UPDATE 02/13/2018 : It looks like management took the initiative to inspect the apartment and came to the realization that the cockroach problem is bigger than just setting up pest control. They are offering my boyfriend and sister another unit but they DO NOT want to offer help for a moving service. Apparently it is not their responsibility that they let this problem become so big that they have to have their valued residents move on their own when this shouldnt have happened in the first place. Hopefully this new unit does not come with any other problems. Wish I was making this up, if youre planning to move to this complex, just make sure the apartments are well inspected before moving in. The apartments are not ugly and the amenities are great. I just wish management took a better responsibility for their LACK of action.

If youre looking for a great place near medical center this is definitely an option. Pricing is decent and the apartments look clean. My first impression of the staff was great.

I was living here for a year- moved out to find something cheaper & ENDED UP MOVING BACK! I feel love my apartment, its clean, lots of business professionals so not any crime, I feel comfortable sitting outside with my laptop and I love how maintenance is fast! Crown molding, Front office has always bent over backwards for me on several occasions- I plan on renewing my lease for sure!

Hi i am here since 6 years and i like the most as community is very peaceful and safe. I do exercise all the time and the fitness center is always available and i feel very secured. My friend Joe is always with me and helps whenever needed.Me and my family mostly in 2 bdr and its spacious and its close to USAA. I recommend Dominion park for all.

It reeks. There are roaches and fleas. Its dirty. Its a trap!The best part? NO WAY OUT. Thats right. Go to the nice apartments right down the road. Want to get out of that lease? Its 2 months rent. Dominion Park? No way out. You owe the entire lease - and yes that is legal. In Texas, there is no state law setting a limit on the amount of the lease you have to pay if you want out. Think theyll make it easy to get a replacement tenant? Why would they? They already have you!They will do anything they can to make sure you dont see the actual unit you are moving into. They will delay work orders til after your lease expires, then charge you for the damages. If you want to see a unit before you sign a lease - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Take pictures of everything wrong, every time anything starts to wear and tear. HOUND THEM every single day until they fix it. If you dont, they will Oh So Politely charge you hundreds of dollars for a 20$ renovation that THEY did not want to pay for.One last thing. Theyre SUPER nice. All the people who work there are very polite and helpful. They will cheat you out of every dollar they can, but they are super polite. Even the manager! What a deal.

Unfair housing policies and Unreasonable additional charges ($1,000+)They showed water damage on kitchen counter top and said it can be forgiven (so no need to pay anything) if I agree to rent increase (basically upgrading the unit)Not acceptable to me, I moved out, management upgraded the unit and still sent me a statement to pay the $1,000+ ?Edit (after 6 months): in my case they renovated (upgraded) the unit showing a silly water damage on counter top as excuse (asking exorbitant amount, still saying i am paying only a portion of charges), i offered to do the repair myself hiring an external contractor, they said no and instead upgraded the unit...even though you feel like dominion park is robbing you, i suggest go ahead an pay it; you do not want to get stuck in endless calls with collections, then with credit reporting agencies (as the collection entry would hurt your credit history and rumors like USCIS is looking into credit histories of immigrants keep bothering you); youll be dealing with pros / idiots at collections, either they dont really understand or they act or they bury you with same information over and over ( they pretend being fair but nothing is fair about them )i never really quite understood before, but handing over your social security number means dominion park literally OWNS YOU....The past one year my only question to Dominon Park / Collections was “how can you charge me for renovating the apartment unit?”,the answer was “we are free to do so”, yeah please go ahead, but do it with your own money manwith Dominion Park, how much ever strong you believe the charge is unfair and against housing policies - curse, pay and go on with your life....

Well I went in 3/13/19 Looking for a New place to live from the current Residence I’m at in the Southside. As The NorthWest is known to be upscale, the team that was on hand and my leasing consultant were Very Hands on and had the tour exciting with a collective manor that would lease the place itself. Going to UTSA. Dominion Park is really close. About 10mins. Loving my new place. 24hr fitness and remote access. The office staff was great for me. I worked with Joe and Samantha.

Its been 8months since we became a resident. Weve bumped into very minimal issues such as valet trash not totally taking out all the garbage from the bin. Weve been a happy resident since most of our concerns are promptly addressed by Miguel. He has been accommodating to us, despite of residents waiting to go after you for inquiries he manages to take time in resolving issues. The maintenance guys are all friendly and does their job right . Location is very convenient to medical drive and major establishments like walmart, HEB, costco, CVS, fast foods/restos. We feel safe coz its gated with the remote access. Overall, were glad to be calling this complex our home.

Leasing office committed so many things to me over the talk but nothing in action at all. Once you renew your lease you are done. dont expect anything from these guys, even if you are requesting for the sake of bringing your new born baby in to the apartment. Apartments are well designed but what makes this place horrible is its office staff. If you want hassle free living stay away. Like any other place until you get in everything will be fine, the trouble starts once you start living. Apartments are bugged with roaches and the treatment they do is a joke. Maintenance staff are very freindly and quite nice compared to administrative staff.If you want to be overwhelmed with inspections for cleaning, sewage, trash, patio and then be charged constantly with penalties for not living upto the appearance expectations of management then go here, else stay away.Who in the world will come randomly and check behind the cooking range and send you a notice to keep it clean and who in the world fines you for not putting trash out for valet guy in your trash can. Manager takes a before and after picture and send you an email too.. And says it must be kept out only between 6 to 8 and if the trash guy doesnt come he says we have to keep the bin inside until next day.. Such is heights of their inspections and screwing with your peace.I myself paid some fines that i did not pay anywhere in my life. Manager has no work but roam around property and take pictures of things other than patio furniture that are around apartment, he doesnt care if its neighbors things that somehow landed on your door.. and assess fines to be paid immediately.In human life there could be trying times and you might misplace a thing like an old scarf or something in patio, it might have been dropped, this manager has assessed a fine for that kind of act, i cant help but pay, didnt want to fight another battle at that point.When you want to bring in a new roommate and post an ad on community websites, these folks check them every day to pretend as potential roommates and then when you give details.. Manager quietly sends you a notice that you are violating lease terms all before even anything has yet happened.Manager doesnt even care for the fact that roommates can be added and removed from the lease.Pathetic staff and humanity that they express. Easily 0.1 star apartments to stay around in USA.

Its unexpected, master bed room fan light covers fell on the floor at the night while sleeping .Luckily my bed is little away from that . Please see pics . I dont know the quality and safety of the Apartment. its my 4th day at Dominion Park Apartments, San Antonio.

CRIME: In the 16 months we were at DP, weve been broken into 2 times, with another attempt made. Our mail has been stolen, resulting in a decision by management to disallow outgoing mail (residents were told to bring mail to main office or mail from post office). The sight of police taking yet another statement in response to yet another robbery is distressingly common. CLEANLINESS: The place is a pig-sty - prospective residents are STRONGLY URGED to look at the trash situation. Essentially, the dumpster is a compactor, one with hardly any room to place the trash. The residents of DP have learned to drop their trash outside the dumpster, causing mountains of trash to pile up outside the dumpster every day. It is a breeding ground for filth, disease, and the many feral cats that live at DP.MGTS WILLINGNESS TO RENT TO ANYBODY, REGARDLESS OF BACKGROUND: The guy living above us had a court-ordered ankle bracelet on, and they wouldnt deny the rumour that they are looking at becoming a Section 8 (assisted living) housing complex. SHODDY SECURITY: I was told that there is drive-through security - that is a lie. Management changed the gate code... but didnt bother to remove the previous gate code. Good job! PARKING: If you come home after 8pm, good luck in finding a parking space near your apartment! FAMILY UNFRIENDLY: The grounds are covered in trash and animal waste, theres no place for kids to play other than the parking lot.

Worst apartment to live in (Roaches and Bed bugs):We stayed here for 2 years, first year was okay but after renewing the lease it became worst specially 13th building .. There are lot of roaches, rats, lizarard. Night time, we hear Lizarard/rats moving sounds, we complaint management. Management people never response properly and fix issue. Bad management service at dominion park .

I moved out of this apartment and even emailed them my forwarding address .. TWICE.. They miss my apartment number and send the pending bill to collections. Horrible staff and ZERO management. Hope they hone their administrative skills.

I lived here year ago, last name is Canady, when i started the lease the management was changing, they said the manager was real bad but staff was ok, but after changing the management it got worse, they are super not friendly, super stuck up, and they charged me $50 took out from my deposit as a last water bill when i lived there the water bill never more than $30 they scammed u. Dont live here!!

Not going to lie, we were a little bit pain in the bum for them, because we were in the process of moving back to the states from overseas and building a home, it was insane with so many uncertainty with when we were going to vacate the apartment or to extend, but Samantha, Joe and the staff were wonderful and understanding for the time we were there. Their pool is always clean whenever we were there, and their printer might of ran out of ink a few time because of us lol. Moving here we have no printer, scanner, or fax so they were a huge help! And we had to go get our paperworks done on our son birthday and werent able to make it back to pick up his presents from the main office before they closed, so we called them and see if they can put it at our front door(they didnt have to do that) but they did, they even brought it inside for us, and Im grateful for that. I did see many negative reviews maybe it was with old management, but I can vouch for the time that we were there, the staffs were great, friendly and helpful.Communication is the key, you have to ask if you dont understand, ask again if you dont remember. Read everything that youre going to put your name in it, it is a legalize document once you signed it. Make sure understand the term and conditions of everything, dont assume.P.s. Aaren misses your snacks at the front office and the pool lol

Worst management and disgusting staff ever i have seen. They wouldnt even show any courtesy and are very arrogant towards the tenants.They will ask for rental history,back ground verification and blah blah from your previous apartment and they will never respond to them even your current apartment send those necessary documents ...after making you to roam over around for too many days, atlast they will simply turn up saying that your rental history is insufficient. To be frank they are charging more and more from your pocket. Instead you can get a even more better apartment if you can see around USAA for that amount you are gonna spend.Think twice before you signup the lease over there,since the staff are too smart and will force you to movein asap trapping you with a little discount!!

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE/APT COMPLEX IN SA. Dont let the look of the apt fool you, or the one nice girl kristen at the front office. The management is HORRIBLE. They are extremely rude and uncaring of their residents. The maintenance stole my cell phone when the randomly came to my apt and the manager didnt even take my complaint seriously. I AM SO HAPPY I only signed a 9 month lease. I can not wait to move out next month.please do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am a pretty relaxed person and have never written a review except for this horrible place. AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF---YOU WILL REGRET IT.

As a resident we have lived here for 1 year and experienced terrible amounts of pest and insects, unsanitary trash piled up, Noisy neighbors, constant burglary and crime attacks (total of 8 break ins in 4 month period) and towing of cars due to lack of parking even though we pay to live here we are treated like unwanted guest in the cheapest hotel. I hope this influences your decision and helps change your direction because this is not the mistake you wish to make.. and really dont want to live suffering with for a year! **THIS IS A PSA... I wish I could give a 0 rating. There are flies and insects all the time in the house. The paint in the cupboards are cheap quality and they keep coming out all the time. They charge you huge bucks while leaving the house for vague reasons like food odour removal when the tenant have left 1 month before itself and they inspect the house after 1 month. Very bad experienceRecently moved to Dallas, we missed few things in apartment so we called them And asked if it’s fine that our friend who is staying in the same community can collect the items but they declined saying only persons who are on the lease can walking in. We also requested them to collect the item and our friend would pick it up from office for that also they declined.

Apartments are good (until you have a problem), Manager and Management are the worst

Worst staff in San Antonio. They all always take advantage of the situation . The guy set at the system always talk about the rules but he never ever follow the rules . Hate this place because of the staff.

This apartment is full of cock roaches every where starting from kitchen bedroom washroom all around.

Sometimes this places seems to be very crowded, and there are many people wearing police monitored ankle things.

Worst management.
