I moved into LIV at Westover Hills from out of state. The office staff was very professional in helping me get all my paperwork in order which helped to make an easy move. A shout out to Alexandria for assisting me in that transition. She and her team were terrific. The apartments are very modern and nice. The building is quiet and neighbors are friendly. I had an issue after I moved in and Linda was quick to address and resolve the situation. I am happy that I moved here.

My mom and dad live here and today, 2/15/21, the building alarm has been going off since 5 am and NOBODY has responded. Not management on call maintenance...nobody! Fire department came out couldnt do anything. Police department came and put call into maintenance and no response. I called the call center and talked to Paul and he said several messages have been sent to maintenance and that is all they can do. Elderly are taking the stairs with walkers because they dont want to get stuck in elevator as they had before. The hallway is dark. Do you not see a problem with this? My parents pay good money to live here and the electricity is also not on right now. This is RIDICULOUS

LIV is the place with Senior Citizens in mind. Luxurious living comfortably, great amenities, caring staff members, convenient, safe & planned activities, hot tub, swimming pool & a hair salon! The complex is quiet, peaceful, NO SMOKING, no children with exception of visitors & grandchildren, pet friendly, close to shopping, gas station next door, many hospitals in close proximity, US Postal service across the street & for Silver Sneakers members a YMCA next door. I applaud Austin & Linda the management team for making my residence worth LIVing!!

I just leased an apartment fro them . Linda the manager was awesome ! I am not an easy person to get along with but Linda was a shining star in my book !

I will be moving in the end of October. They have been helping with the paperwork in order for me to have an apartment at that time.
