Ive always felt at home living here for the past few years. The office ladies are always so kind and willing to help. Its a nice quiet community thats is well kept up with at all times. The maintenance is always on top of any concerns we may have. Me & my family really enjoy living here 😌

I really love living here! My wood style flooring looks amazing and I love my new appliances. Another plus is that maintenance is always on top of things. The girls in the office always offer a smile and great service. I recommend this place for sure.

I enjoy living here, the swimming pool is always clean and open! The staff always welcomes me with a smile and I love that it is located very close to the river walk! My dog loves his daily walks! Pet friendly property!

I love it here! Their location is right downtown and so close to everything. My pup loves the dog parks located on property and I love the two sparkling pools. Plus the staff is so friendly and helpful!

We moved in a little over 3 months now and we love it here! The office staff are super helpful with everything. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything we need. We are also close to all the grocery stores and good restaurants. Love the choice we made.

Just moved in about 2 months ago, absolutely love it! So do my kids, they love hanging at the playground and they’ve already met some friends. Neighbors are so nice, The washers have credit card access which is so convenient. The office is so helpful and kind! Maintenance is fast and friendly, I am so happy I chose this as my new home!! :)

Maintenance was much more helpful this time around than last. Last time, they just put spray paint over where water leaked through the roof...management seems to change often here, so maybe that has something to do with it? Very fast and nice this time around.

There’s so many great things that come along with living in city base vista, the location is very convenient it is so close to everything, staff are so amazing and friendly they always go above and beyond. The grounds are always nicely kept up with, I would definitely recommend to anyone. I’m so glad to call this place my home!

I have lived at City Base Vista Apartments for over 20 years and I find it to be a very pleasant place to live. The community management always treats their tenants in a very professional manner regardless of circumstances. All employees which work at the apartments are well educated and well trained in the position they hold. Scammers will tell you, you qualified take your deposit adm fee and application fee give you an apartment number move in date then two days later call and say now you dont qualify, it was the young lady that process ed me fault she was new. This was march its now june and I have not received my deposit back! They are scammers dont go there and be ripped off! They act like people have money to just give away so unfair!

My daughter-in-law applied after speaking with someone in the office, and when we tried to apply, unfortunately, a big hassle online, but got it done.I paid $$354 and change to submit applications.We were not approved, thats fine, but when my daughter-in-law called office again, she was informed that a refund would be coming in a few days.Days passed. No refund. She called again, and was informed it would take 2 weeks.Weeks came and went. No refund.She called again, and was informed refund would come on April 8th.On April 8th, no refund.I am retired, and live on a fixed budget, so I called and emailed to find out when refund would be coming.No one returned my calls, but I got an email telling me that a check would be mailed. That was 6 days ago.Where is this company located that it will take who knows what amount of time to mail me my refund?April 18Still no refund, and now no replies from office or Terrazos lady from email.I worked as an educator 24 yrs, and now, Im retired. That money was almost half of my income,and I paid it in good faith, only for these apts to simply shun me. I do not understand why no one will even have the common courtesy to call or reply. Shame on you City Base Vista, I feel sorry for renters who live there because it seems that all you want is money and apparently, the people who work with you have no ethics.

I am a new resident here and I love it already, I love the front office they are so helpful and make you feel right at home. My favorite part of the apartment is the wood style flooring and the new appliances. They are so close to a lot of stores like target Walmart, sams, Home depot.

Office staff and maintenance staff were very responsive and did a great job taking care of a major issue. Gerrardo was very responsive and Jay communicated every step of the way. Thank you City Base Vista!

And just when I thought integrity & honesty were lost in the customer service industry, my faith in it was restored when I had the pleasure of getting thru my finding a new place with the help of all the young ladies in the. The decision to move here was easy and I have been content since my move-in. The property is well maintained and the tenants here are decent people. Literally being here feels like its a whole different world! That statement may sound extreme but considering what an awful experience I had from previous apartments...it couldnt be more true. So thank you Tiffany and AmandA and Ms. Vasquez the manager for your professionalism and most of all your patience with working with me and my schedule.

The staff at City Base is incredibly helpful in every which way. From the secound I first toured they where there for all of my questions...trust me there were quite a few haha! They made the application process easy peezy and I was in before I thought. I was in a rush to find my new place but this is the best rash decision I could have made. As for the apartment itself I couldnt be happier with the remodeled unit Im in now. I think you can see pictures on thier facebook but I have wood style flooring and stainless steel appliances plus a huge patio!

Worst place to live at. Employees are absolutely rude and well not help you in a time of need. Something was always breaking in my apartment. During the summer the apartments get very hot. My electricity turned off on me twice took forever for them to fix the fuse box. My bathroom continues to have a leak my sink in the kitchen still leaking causing a mess under my sink. I’ve asked him multiple times to fix it and they haven’t. These apartments are totally not worth the money people like to break into the dryer‘s and steal your clothes or open them while they’re drying take them out and put their clothes in. I’m so happy to be moving out.

They are absolutely horrible people who will steal your money and will not help you. The manager is garbage person so if you need a good place to stay i highly recommended anywhere else cause these people have no sense of whats right. First time renters need to be especially carefully to stay away from here. Please, dont make the same mistake I foolishly did. You will be discriminated against.

We moved out at 5 months of our 6 month lease as the home we bought closed and we were ready to get out of our temporary living situation. That means the apartment sat empty for a month where we took our time thoroughly cleaning before our final walk through. We naively thought having occupied the apartment for such a short period of time and leaving it better than we found it besides a handful of thumb tack holes in the walls that we might get some of our $250 deposit back. Any bit helps considering we just bought a house. We called and Amanda said she would send us a statement. We received a move-out statement, a printed off excel spread sheet that didnt make much sense.Nowhere did this spread sheet say bill amount due due date. However it did say balance of $1,084. What?!? When we moved out we were squared up, so we figured were not getting any deposit back. We were still settling into our home, Covid hit, so we stored the move-out statement and didnt think much of it.Until 5 months later! my then 5 month pregnant wife gets a phone call from Phoenix Recovery Group, a debt collection agency City Base Vista uses, that we owe the $1,084 balance and it has to be paid or else our credit will take a hit. After several heated phone conversations with several incompetent Phoenix employees, no one could look at the Excel sheet and understand how they came up with a $1,084 balance. My wife had to walk them through line by line to help them understand this amount made no sense.Turns out someone at City Base Vista messed up the spread sheet, charged us for the rest of the month even though our lease expired on 3/2/2020 and we paid for those 2 days in march equaling $126.78 of our usual $1040.00 rent with $25 pet fee that we never ever missed or was late on paying. They also charged $225 to clean the unit, even though we scrubbed the bathtub and swept and vacuumed the floors, better than we found it. Charged us $15.32 for paint touch up, $85 for Paint. There are so many layers of dull grey paint on those wall when you take out a thumb tack it pulls a bubble of dried pain with it. And my favorite charge was $36 for drip pans. DRIP PANS! you could get at the dollar store for the stove. Those charges totaled to $111.32.....Not $1084, that we would have glady paid had we received a bill, however we did not.We had to contact City Base Vista and was directed to Chrissy the property manager. She was helpful and understanding and agreed there was definitely a problem and assured us she would take care of it.Fast forward, my wife has given birth at this point...October... we moved out in January! and the Phoenix Group contacts us again, luckily while the newborn baby was napping, saying nothing had been resolved. Next time we contact Chrissy she sounded impatient and annoyed with either us or the whole situation....imagine how we felt. Now we have a 3 month old baby and after reaching out to Phoenix Group this morning they inform us (9 months later!!!!) the matter was finally resolved our credit intact and City Base dropped everything. So I assume Chrissy handled it (accepted responsibility) and we appreciate that. But what a nightmare.Dont leave anything outside it will be stolen (our large wagon under the staircase overnight when still moving in).Expect the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke, even found broken glass marijuana (hopefully not crack) pipe in the grass near playground.2 different occasions of shockingly close gunfire, real gunfire, not fireworks, as confirmed by police radio.Lots of families, other tenants mostly kept to themselves.Pool often closed but clean enoughLaundry machines usually available and in working order with a couple of exceptions.Dog run was ok but very evident despite signs few people pick up after their pet.Gate never worked, always open, homeless people everywhere.Very happy to no longer live there, id hate for it to be a long term place but it was ok during the time we were there for married couple with 4 year old and a dog 2 bedroom upstairs unit.

I just went in for a tour the other day with Amanda, she was very helpful, and informative and overall great! The apartment was a great size for a 1 bedroom and I absolutely loved the grey flooring!

So ive Been a resident of this community for about 2 months. I know I am a new resident but I have lived in other apartments before here and can say nothing but great things about this establishment. The staff members are so very amicable. They will work with you when needed they will listen to you and they will make you feel like you are priority number 1. You are not just a resident. They will call you by your name which to me is very important because it builds up a very great repertoire between tenet And Landlord. They are super animal-friendly as long as your animals behave but they do care a lot about animals which is a plus four me because I am an animal lover myself. The free cable is a plus theres also free pest control the cleanliness of my apartment is amazing! The neighbours that I do have happened so nice and very inviting I have had no complaint so far from being too loud too noisy I know I live under a family of 3 I believe or 4 and they have a son who likes to run around and it doesnt bother me at all because hes a little kid I have a little kid and We get along based on knowing that our children are playing. So we have an understanding that kids make a lot of noise lol but it doesnt draw a wedge between neighbour to neighbour. If you have issues with your apartment a work order is put into place right away and it gets completed and then with right away. So you dont have to wait on that the laundry facilities are on site and there is also a park for the kiddos which is very convenient especially if you do it online learning. The pool however is closed due to kovid but it is such a beautiful sight and I cant wait for to open up. I know it sounds like Ive been paid or I work here Writing this review but I promise you nothing has been given to me no discount no favouritism nothing at all has Persuaded me to write all these good things. Because there also the cons even though theres so many pros there are cons. Cons only bad thing I would say about living here is that there a lot of tenants that do not pick up the poop after their animals. Thats the only bad thing that I do not like they and they do offer free doggie poop bag pickups and the tenants dont pick them up for some reason . And I am not gonna go Intel on these tenants that I see not picking up dog poop but thats the only downside Persuaded me to write all these good things. Because there also the cons even though theres so many pros there are cons. Cons only bad thing I would say about living here is that there a lot of tenants that do not pick up the poop after their animals. So with that being said that will tell you that I am not being offered any incentive to write this review Thats all I can say about living here I hope it gives you a chance to Make a decision whether you want to make this your home for the next year and a 1/2 for however long Lee signed for and also that I have no regrets what to ever and in about 6 months to be honest this review can also change during that time because like I said before Ive only been here for 2 months and everythings been great but things can also change very quickly. The only way youre gonna know if you see it yourself .

So I havent even begun to stay here and the application process and services are so miscommunicated they say one thing and do another.Ive been back and forth with the staff for over a week and have accomplished nothing but wanted time and excuses.If this is any indication of how this apartment complex operates...i am definitely not gonna try to live here..very disappointed.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Superb service, friendly staff, and I must say that You are pretty much close to anything you want to be around in this area. The renovations they have done are great and I love the plank floors? I would recommend living here and I already have to my friends. It’s nice to finally call a place home. Every time I walk in the office, I am always greeted by the staff with friendly smiles and they are always willing to go above and beyond.

The staff at city base vista has been amazing. We are relocating from out of state and their personal attention to my needs and professionalism has been extremely outstanding. Christina has been truly ah-mazing and gave us a video tour since we aren’t in the state yet. As a military family, moves sight unseen have had many downfalls in the past. Since we are Making a final move to the area prior to buying our home for the next year or so we are thankful to have found a place and people eager to be available and helpful. So glad we found this little gem what a blessing!!

I just moved in last week and i had a wonderful experience! The office staff was very friendly and super accommodating. My apartment is perfect for me and my dog. There is a dog park nearby. So far, i love it here!

City Base is a clean and well kept location with wonderful maintenance available whenever I need. The apartments are in a great spot near several good restaurants and are walking distance from my gym. The neighbors are hassle free and courteous. Best experience I’ve had thus far.

The office staff and maintenance team go out of their way to make you feel at home. After a month of living here I cant complain. It is apartment living, but it is a bit on the upscale side. On site security, and a staff that cares makes me feel as if Im home after a long day. The pool is always immaculate, and the grounds are well kept. Thank you very much Crissy, Sabrina, and Amanda for making me feel welcome in my new home.

The ladies in the office will get to know you and your family by name, always helpful and friendly. The apartments are very well maintained and cleaned. The ladies in the office have special events involving the community such as end of school pool party for kids and ect. Such a beautiful place to live.

I went last week to see an apartment, I was scared because of other reviews but I was completely blown away !! The girl who helped me, Amanda was so sweet and helpful she walk me through the whole process. The apartment I am going to move into next week comes wITH FREE CABLE AND WATER!!! I also got to meet one of the maintenance guys and he was so nice! Can’t wait to move into my 1st apartment !!

Just moved into these awesome apartments! Management is super nice and made the move in experience quick and enjoyable. I wouldnt recommend renting here. Cars get broken into. Security gates never close. Maintenance take long to assist with Any help. Maintenance will also use any towels/shirts/pants of yours if they need to clean their mess. The staff will frustrate you with their forgetful work ethics. No emails are sent when water will be worked on. Imagine calling for a repair just to be assisted with groans and sighs. They will come into your apartment even if you sign to a no entry contract. $920? Its simply not worth it.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone AT ALL. I recently moved late October and as I was shown the grounds and apartment by staff named Amanda she mentioned that there is a special going on for first time renters that first months rent is free so with that being said I decided to move in paid for November and was under the impression that December’s month would be waived. Contacted the office and spoke with Theresa due to how Amanda was not available and she then pulled my file told me that November’s month has been paid and there was supposedly a credit of $ 9.50 and stated that credit will go towards the following months rent left the office then called back since she didn’t exactly state that December’s rent was waived. Theresa then states that there was a misunderstanding and there was not a credit of $9.50 and then placed me on hold to speak with her manager because she said she is a new hire then came back and told me December’s month would not be waived and that I should’ve brought it to their attention that I was told of that special by Amanda before I signed my lease because it no where states in the lease of that information. The issue was not that rent could not be paid the issue was the staff has no idea what they are doing and are only focused on signing new renters into a one year contract and will say anything untruthful to have people move in. Not to mention the two discrepancies I have found in my receipts that were made by Amanda. The following day I stopped by the office again due to how the day before Amanda had already left for the day and I had only spoken to Theresa I made it appoint to Amanda of what she told me about the special and she told me that since I moved in at the end of October that is what I was getting for free even though it was only three days which makes no sense because how does three days equal a month mind you I did also pay a prorated rate the only thing she was able to say was that no where in the lease does it state a complete month. I requested for a property manger and she then said Theresa was the property manger which is a lie due to how when I spoke with Theresa previously the day before on the phone she stated herself that she was a new hire. I called the office one last time requesting for the property managers phone number and Amanda stated Theresa is currently the property manger I then told her how could that be if she is a new hire she then stated they have a different mangers number and she is unable to give that number out so hopefully this review is seen by the ACTUAL property manger. The staff like I said before has no idea what they are doing and need to be replaced immediately. To anyone that decides to move into these apartments I highly recommend you record whoever you speak with because the staff speak nothing but lies.

Im pleased to say that I made a good decision to stay new management is great. It makes a difference when management listens to tenants opinions also getting feedback on a timely manner. Continue with the great job Omar. Now I can say I will recommend city vista apartments to my friends.

If for whatever reason you do decide to rent here and ignore all these truthful reviews please for the love of God Read the final contract before you sign! No matter how much you express the time you want to be here they seem to ignore, or just plain not care what you say and make the contract for as long as they want. In the inspection sheet they give you fill out EVERY single little thing you see wrong no matter how little it is because when you decide to move out they will find any little excuse to not give you your deposit back. Take pictures of everything you see wrong before you actually move in. If you go for a tour tell them to take you to their laundry rooms, make sure its not on Tuesday because that the only day they clean it. If you go any other day its horrible. Check the washers detergent compartments and ask them why they are so filthy. They told me when I asked, that they are not responsible for cleaning the washers, only the laundry room. The resort style pools are anything but that. The lights are never turned on at night and when asked they change the pool hours to say they dont need to be turned on at night, the pool is dirty and filled with bugs, unless you go again, on Tuesday because they clean the pool on Monday. Please do not ignore these warnings. If I wouldve read the reviews I wouldve gone elsewhere. Good luck!

I am currently a resident at City Base Vista Apartments, and have enjoyed living here. My apartment is exactly what I wanted when I chose it from the internet, clean, quiet, and the area is safe. Any maintenance issues that arose have been quickly taken care of. The ladies in the office are true professionals, they attend to my questions both quickly and effectively and have went above and beyond in making me feel like part of the family, they rock. I definitely recommend this apartment.

I received 1 key to my apartment and when I missed placed it after about 9 months later they charged me $50 at the time of entry even after I told them I had my 4 kids waiting in my truck waiting to go to sleep.Oh and the manager told my wife while in the pool with my four kids that she had too many kids in there that know how to swim for her to have by herself.No problem with maintenance at all they do a pretty good job or management except one. If you live here Im sure you know who Im talking about.

I really enjoy living here. Its very quiet and peaceful. Landscaping is taken care of, excellent maintenance team! And ladies in the office are really nice and helpful too. I recommend anyone that are looking for a great shopping center, nice restaurants, and gym membership that is walking distance from the apartment to chose City Base Vista.

These apartments are great! I am currently living here, and I havent had any problems with anything. The management is great, they respond fast, when you call the main affice, and if you ever need something fixed they do it pretty quick. Plus the spot is very convenient, everything is a walk away.

Been living here for about a year in a half, everything has been great... Yes weve had problems but just one problem, the A/C... Whenever it would break down, maintenance would come fix it no matter what time it was... Our A/C problem continued a couple times more & the head of Maintenance guy Jay replaced our whole a/c system... Works wonderful... Great Office Staff & Great Maintenance Staff...

My husband works in the oilfield and his friends recommended this apartment. We have lived here a year going on second year. I feel safe living here. My daughter loves the playground and pet friendly. All the restaurant and stores are close by.

Things were a little rough when I first moved here. But there has been a management change and things are definitely looking up. Everyday I see new things being improved. New management is working very hard to fix all of the things that were neglected. Office staff and maintenance are very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

First few months were pretty nice. They tell you that your monthly rent covers water as well. NOPE. Every month they have been charging my roommate and I a small fee for water despite it already being covered. Very shady. In 3 months the electricity has shut off once without notice. The water has ALSO shut off for a hours without notice. I believe notifying the community wouldve been the better and more professional route to go with, in my opinion. Please consider these things while doing your apartment searching here..

The apartments are a lot nicer that they were a few years ago. I love the new additions (playgrounds, card operated washers and dryres, and and dog parks) as well as it being a gated community. The staff is really friendly and every work order I put in gets fixed the same day. They have activities just about every month for the residents. I havent had any issues with any other residents, everyone seems friendly.

These apartments are beyond horrendous. The management is rude, they dont have people skills, and they have no idea what theyre doing when it comes to fixing things. I just visited a friend that lives there, and I must say that the visit just reassured me that I should never ever move there. My friends air conditioner went out early this morning and management never fixed it. They went out and tried, but then gave up and left. They then told her she would have to wait until morning for them to look at it again. So now she has to sleep in the heat and pray it gets fixed tomorrow. There are so many other things wrong with these apartments but this is like the final straw. Save your money, and just go somewhere else. This place is not worth it. People who live there are miserable!

The first day I moved in to my apartment the AC unit broke down the copper pipe running to my unit froze over. they took about a week to to try to fix it by adding freon. they told me I needed to keep my AC at 73 degrees that I couldnt put it any colder. For six months the same thing happened 8 times. each time lasting about a week to get fixed with freon. They finally replaced the unit after 6 months of bashing him with complaints. total waste of my time. Its hilarious that they painted over the old apartments called it total renovation youll see when stuff starts to break down. also know when reserving a parking space it cost $15 but expect to have random people park there I know they have no control over that but if youre trying to get that vehicle towed good luck if its Sunday or a holiday. Even during the weekday its hard for them to get a vehicle towed. Trust me when I tell you, youre going to have to park at the very back of the apartment complex along the fence line and walk to your apartment knowing someones parked in your reserved parking and you cant do nothing about it.If you do decide to rent here just know thats going to happen to you.

Not a bad place to live, but the security of the complex isnt very good. They say there is 24 hour surveillance but the only cameras on the complex are on the office building, one in the laundry room and one more facing the center of the complex facing the playground. No others that I have seen. My apartment was burglarized and I asked if they could check the cameras to see what they picked up and they never got back to me. The maintenance team is very freaking sketchy. The manager is kinda rude. Seems to get offended by little things very easily. Apartments themselves arent too bad, complex is clean. Security could be a lot better though.

I have lived her almost 2 years, I love my apartment ! Every time I need something fixed in my apartment maintenance willing to help and get it done ASAP. the staff there is super nice and I love ❤️ the free coffee in the morning ! I even got $$ for getting my bff to move in !

The girls are great. However, the complex itself not so much. The bathrooms are painted over with waterproof latex paint you can find at Wal-Mart. The gates are all broken. Today I found myself in a traffic jam at 10 pm leaving because they only have one exit and one entrance. There was a line for the entrance and a line for the exit. The entrance finally opened the exit only partly. People trying to get out had to take a turn around to make room for the people coming in because they could not fit.When previously consulting about this issue were were basically given a. We are not fixing the gate in the back take it or leave it. That my gents was the final straw to why we decided maybe an upgrade was in store for us. That and you have to call to remind them that you put an urgent maintenance call for an AC that was leaking into the electrical socket. It seems that is bot urgent and requires another call weeks later.Other than that the neighbors are pleasant, its quiet most of the time, and the ladies at the front office smile all the time. Nice ladies!

Best apartments Ive had in a while! Super spacious, friendly staff, awesome neighbors...its just GREAT. The pool is by far our favorite feature in accordance to my toddler.

Love my apartment. Maintenance always corrects my orders the very same day. The front office is always so welcoming and always willing to help. Great location and affordable.

DONT LIVE HERE!!! I lived there for a year and a half. Maintenance went into my unit to work on the electrical plug and they fixed it by plugging the AC into the other socket. I stayed out of town quite often so i never left my AC on, but they left it on so it ran for almost a week. Further, maintenance decided to urinate while there and DID NOT FLUSH!!! Neighbors fought outside their apartments almost nightly. A drunk man once asked me for money on my stairwell when i was going to work. Another time, a different man said he needed a place to hide because people were after him. When i called the office to report it, they said they knew who it was, but didnt do anything about it because he was there again the next morning. Gates rarely worked so there were many times we had lines down the street waiting for someone to leave so we could get into the complex. Exit gate was also hit or miss if it worked. (What if there was a fire?!?!) Ants and bees were rampant in my building. I had a birds nest in my window unit and they just laughed when i called it in. (I had to call back to get them to come take care of it because they thought I was joking the first time.) Patrons at the bar across the street popped fireworks at all hours or argued outside. They emptied their trash full of bottles into the dumpster and woke me up every night around 3am. When i moved out, i asked for the final walk through and was told theyd call me to schedule it. Never got the call. Then i got a bill saying i needed to pay for them to paint the entire unit and clean it. I called to discuss this at least 4 times and - surprise - the manager wasnt available but i was told shed call me back. Fast forward another year and a half and i get a call from a collection agency last week. I called the office (again), and was told (again) the manager was out but would call me back (again). Management never called me back to discuss the bill as promised. I left the unit clean - no trash, no holes/marks on walls - because i wanted my deposit back. Piss poor management that are obviously cowards and afraid of talking to tenants have no business running apartment complexes if they cant pick up the phone to talk as promised! DONT LIVE HERE IF YOUR CREDIT SCORE OR YOUR SAFETY MEAN ANYTHING TO YOU!!!

My husband and I have a issue with our new apartment we have contacted Management and yet to receive a response. Our apartment was suppose to be ready on the 11th and here it is the 20th and we still have not moved in yet. There is paint particles on the floor and tub fixtures, the tub is terrible with old hair dried into the tub particles with rough patches in it. We requested the tub to be replaced has not to be done as of yet. The carpet was not cut even to suit the flooring in the bedroom. The windows have broken fixtures. We did our initial walkthrough pointed out all issues and these items still have not been fixed. We have emailed, called and face to face contact with front office with no response given as of yet. This is not a good way to start out with new tenants from NC. We are landlords in NC and we know our rules and regulations if we do not have a contact by Monday and Tuesday at the lastest we will be forcing to take legal action against Landlord Negligence.

Would not recommend this place at all. Flooring is cheap you drop a screw driver on the floor youll poke a hole in the flooring. People next to you keep you up all night with there constant fighting. Every one moved out of my apartment complex and I had to pay a big water bill

November 2016 my tires were stolen 4/25/2017 my window was busted.I asked for them to review cameras but they have not responded. They also said to look at a sign that is posted by the trash. Not liable for any theft or damage. Great job CITY BASE VISTA. 40$ cameras wouldnt kill ya. Also The place is falling apart. Also done like been charged for pest control when they havent come by our phase since December 2016.

Just moved in last month in September. The office personal made me feel like home. Awesome service. They treated me like family. Great facility. They took the time to give a great tour of the area and showed us all the different apts. Plus very quiet and peaceful place to live. Apts are real cute. The staff really go out of there way to make your living way more comfortable. Amazing. Thanks guys we greatly appreciate it!!!!!

Very nice place to live. Maintenance TEAM are awesome! Things break and they are quickly to fix the issue.

All good property managers leave. Sugar ants and baby roaches in your apartment even if youre clean hot water goes out. Cars get broken in to (3 times!) and they dont care. 24-hour surveillance sign is just a sign. They lock the laundry room with your clothes in the dryer. Dont do it.

It went down a lot to where it takes about a week or more to get something done! In the. In the beginning everything was nice and they take care of you but a month or two later your nothing. I had an issue with my A/c my bill was sky rocket and the manager Tiffany was so rude and the worst experience ever dealing with management.Unorganized in office sometimes! The gate issue is terrible,makes no sense because everyone still comes in regardless. I am definitely not going to renew my lease.

UPDATE:Just finished my first lease and renewed for a 2nd. I love this apartment! Yes it has its quirks (back exit broken) but its amazing. The staff is literally the best, no matter who you get Amanda, Amber, Sabrina, or Chrissy, they all take care of you and make sure your okay and happy. Maintenance is also great, never had a problem.My wife love this place anand intend on stay for a few years 😊❤•••Been here for 3 months and the new management and staff are great! Maintenance gets taken care of within 24hrs, complaints get dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Perfect for my 1st apartment

This place only looks good from the outside. Poorly built buildings that fall apart inside from walls to restroom tiles. Extremely poor customer service with desk staff and manager. This managing company will also send false billing information to collections without any notification to you. The location of this place is also horrible as you will hear racing cars from the highway every Sunday, Monday nights. Everyone Ive gotten to know from the dog park has all moved away from this place due to similar negative experiences with this apt complex. For the rent cost, you can get the same, higher quality with better customer service elsewhere at a better location.P.s their gate is always broken.. during morning rush, it actually closed on my car, clearly on video of the gate being at fault (not me trying to slip through a closing gate) (if they actually had security video running) management was informed but did nothing to address it.

These apartments are a JOKE!!! Way overpriced. Too small. Dont have wood flooring it is actually vinyl flooring that is so cheap that it tears easily. My ceiling was cracking. There were always cars getting broken into. The matience men cant even fix anything properly there. I lived there for 9+ years and couldnt even be late on my rent just one time out of my 9 years with them because I was gonna be charged with an outrageous late fee. Save your money and move elsewhere because this definitely doesnt offer a comfortable living condition.

Management is very unprofessional. Dont trust them they will you give you false information just to get you to move in. I enjoy living at City Base Vista Apartments. I love the fact that there are dog parks for my dogs, I love my apartment, and I love how friendly the staff are. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.
