I would highly recommend Arrive Eilan for anyone looking for a brand new apartment. Not only was the move in process a smooth one, but the customer service they provide and check up with you is amazing. They hold fun events for the residents and everyone is so friendly! Amazing place to live with it being so close to every fun place in San Antonio

Living by myself was a big step that I was ready to take. I went through hundreds of apartment sites looking for something that fit me. When I came to Arrive, I was greeted and taken care of. Nothing has changed since then. From the touring to living here, Urban has been an angel, making every process seem effortless. I am so grateful for staff members like Urban that make it easy and fun to live here. Anyway, if you havent already, stop by the office and go for a tour around the place. Personally, I fell in love with the view, the kindness in the community and the amenities.

For starters they put a $250 authorization hold on your card. My stay was great up until check out. I was charged $80 for damaged linen but in all reality it was just dirty. They emailed me pictures of the linen that was damaged & said that it had been washed and there were stains left behind. The photos taken were taken from inside the room which means it wasnt taken out to even get washed. Nice property, but I will NOT be staying here again.

Urban was such a great leasing agent! I have toured 15+ apartments in this area and he gave the nicest and most thoughtful tour. He sold the apartment and gave a great personal touch each time he provided an example and talked about the amenities. If you are looking to lease here ask for Urban!

Living at Arrive Eilan has been fantastic. The new gym, and business center is great for home office workers. The halls walking to your apartments give a luxury hotel feeling, and truly enhance the overall experience.Kaitlyn has been great at reporting and fixing issues, and the whole staff has been very attentive.Highly recommend for anyone looking for an upscale experience, in a beautiful, European looking gem.

Eilan is a great place to live!The apartments themself are beautiful and it is truly a one of a kind community with the restaurants, hot yoga and the hotel right here.More importantly, the staff are absolutely phenomenal. I had a maintenance issue and requested they fix it. They were there immediately and even though I had bought the wrong part to be replaced, they still replaced it for me (using their own parts). Izzy who was able to replace it for me is truly the best!I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for an amazing apartment to make your home, you consider Eilan.

Everything from day one has been awesome. Staff is great and made everything easy. The community is amazing and clean not to mention quiet. Justin helped out a lot from choosing the unit down to the day of the movers. Moving in was a breeze and have never seen such attention to detail when it came to the walk through. No complaints here. Overall 5 stars.

I just moved out of Arrive Eilan this month. I lived alone in a single bedroom apartment and was physically there maybe a total of 6 out of the 15 months I leased. Im being charged $150 to replace a door that I supposedly damaged. Im sure maintenance damaged it and Im being charged for it.Dont be fooled by appearance, this is no different than any other complex that likes to keep your deposit and still want more. This is how money is made, squeezing every cent from you. I also paid an extra 1 1/2 months because I was supposed to gave given a sixty day move out notice, not a 45 day notice. People just dont care to work with you, its ALL about the money!!! Enjoy your money while you have it!!!

Honestly a very nice place to live. Overall great, but a few things to keep in mind.Pros: spacious floor plans, my studio was nice and open, lots of windows and light. always felt safe here, great amenities like the pool and gym, target is a 2min drive, great walking trails for you and your dog, plenty of parking. Maintenance team is awesome, especially Tim. Met some cool people here. the views are beautiful, security on the grounds, restaurants and bars in the complex too.Cons / things to know: I wish they wouldve told me some of the apartments are also used as Air BnBs. I lived right next to an air bnb unit so there was always new people there every weekend who were usually loud. they also stole my package one time :( my neighbors were nice, but it was frustrating to live next to an Air BNB unit.fire alarm would sometimes go off in the middle of the night which was frustrating. the person who gave me a tour told me theyve never had a noise complaint.. lol. The complex itself is pretty quiet, but if youre sensitive to noise, get yourself a top floor unit. I could hear every footstep from my upstairs neighbors.Dog park isnt safe for pups, because no one cleans up after their dog :(Last thing to know: the floor levels can be deceiving. Each building is different, but the first two floors are the parking garages. so the 4th floor in some cases, is actually the 1st floor. Just something to keep in mind if youre applying online.All of that said, this is one of the nicest complexes in SA. They are beautiful, spacious, and the walking trail is hard to beat. Very convenient location and feeling safe is a big plus. The RIM is closeby, but I would never live there- not safe.

The maintenance team truly saved the day for so many residents at Arrive Eilan during this snow storm without power or water. they selflessly worked during extreme conditions with positive attitudes. i definitely wouldnt be able to. Tim from the crew is the best! he is so kind, professional, and a diligent worker. he has helped so many people in the apartments with severe emergencies. I really hope he and his team get a raise or a bonus, because without them, some residents would have left Eilan. A lot of people were unhappy this week; some because of uncontrollable circumstances, some because there could have been better preparation... Regardless, this crew must be thanked beyond words of affirmation, but through tangible sources of income to be compensated fairly for their efforts in a time most people would have quit. they deserve it

I moved to Arrive Eilan in 2018 shortly after Trinity Property Consultants took over as the management company and have steadily witnessed the decline the property has gone through since the acquisition. This once premier luxury complex in a great area of San Antonio is now barely trying to stay afloat due to continuous maintenances issues and outdated interiors.Attached are two videos on different occasions of what I go through on a daily basis as a tenant. On one video you can see the constant drilling that would start sometimes as early as 7am and continue into the evening. I was offered no compensation or alternatives and had to office elsewhere during the day since my work is remote.On other video, you can see the boxers that are below my unit daily creating a very intolerable work environment. Whoever thought it was a good idea to allow a boxing gym right below a residents apartment was not in their right mind. How can Arrive Eilan have such lack of care for their residents? I have requested politely numerous times for them to simply move down so I can work from home like many of us have to do right now due to the pandemic to no avail.My lease ends in July and believe me when I say I am counting down the days. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO SEEK OUT OTHER PROPERTIES AND NOT MAKE THIS ONE YOUR NEW HOME. Please learn from me, had I known then what I do now I would have NEVER moved here.

Amazing community, really feels like you do not need anything else! been living there for almost 3 years and everything its so convenient, restaurants, bars, fitness center and a shopping store. Kaitlyn has an amazing customer service, every time I need something she really goes above and beyond. would highly recommend it

Eilan has been my home since 2015 and I absolutely love this place. We had an issue in our apartment due to freeze and the staff specially Victoria Trautman, the property manager was so kind and resolved our situation as soon as possible. I have to say they have fantastic service. I had to do an apartment transfer because of some situations that came up in my life and the leasing office was very kind and helpful for me. Urban, the manager, facilitated the entire process and was easy and super helpful to work with.My fiancé and I are very satisfied with this complex!!!

It’s fantastic! So clean, safe, and well-kept! Justin, Katelyn, and Louie are always a pleasure to work with, and they are incredibly helpful. Amenities are divine; this community truly made my 2020 a lot easier.

Living at Arrive Eilan apartments is quite the experience. its more then just a complex, it is a community. I have yet to run into one member of the faculty, or the residences who did not have positive energy around them. There are often events held by the complex to bring the community together (prior of the pandemic). The entire staff is friendly, from the facilities and maintenance crews, to the front office staff who are always very helpful. Also they complete their work orders pretty fast when you have something wrong inside your home. Overall it has been a great experience living here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

GREAT view, always active, folks from all over come to take pictures because of its Tuscan feel. The staff are great!! Pros and cons like any other place but overall a great place to live. Victoria, the Property Manager is GREAT!!! They go far and beyond for their residents, within reason...we have security on the property, great restaurants, great ambiance, live music on Fridays, shopping malls...etc...Good place to live for the most part, except for the rowdy, inconsiderate neighbors who feel it is ok to make noise, play loud music and blast their surround sound after hours (2:00am, 4;00am in the morning during the weekday and weekend) when people are sleeping and have to get up early to get to work. Residents here feel entitled and are not appreciative nor put from their behalf to keep the community beautiful. If they did, this place would be 200%. Other than that I TRULY enjoy living here!!!!! I forgot to mention how WONDERFUL the maintenance staff is. They go far and beyond and fix any and all maintenance issues in a very timely manner. Tim, Randy, Israel to name a few are OUTSTANDING...

You can tell there’s been a major improvement over the last few months.I’ve had a few issues (maintenance and other) since my last review, and all of them were taken care of no later than two days after.They respond to emails pretty quickly, if you can’t get a hold of them via the office phones.After three months of being here, I can say that the facilities are well-maintained, it is very peaceful, and everyone around me seems to mind their own business. Everyone has been courteous.What more can you ask for?Original:Things are okay so far.I got keys to my new apartment a week ago. I must say, Arrive Eilan makes their onboarding resident program super easy. I was able to sign, And get my keys the next day.The apartment was in great condition upon move in(Minus recurring smell from pee trap). Kaitlynn and Luis are my go to people.

My move in experience was nothing less than simple and smooth. I have now lived here for roughly a month and I absolutely love it. Anytime I have needed assistance with something the staff/specifically Urban have been easily accessible and quick to respond. Great community, view and overall area.

I just had the.best experience with the maintenance department and in particular, Tim H. My oven wasnt heating so filled out maintenance request and indicated that I did not give permission to enter without me being there as I have a dog with severe anxiety. Anyway, Tim came in and solved not only my oven issue was extremely kind and patient with my dog. I appreciate the time and care he took to resolve my issue.

Terrible place to live at- they charged me 400$ after i finished my lease for no reason strongly,I dont recommend this place. If they have less than one star defiantly they deserve it

I reviewed this place shortly after I moved in about 8 months ago and while the staff in the leasing office are still great there are a few things that have caused me to change my rating.First, I’ll say I moved in here and renewed because the gym and indoor pool were great amenities but the lap pool is no longer included. There is a separate fitness center residents however which is a plus.Next, the offsite team is almost useless as they don’t really seem to ever know anything going on at the location. The walls in the apartments are thin but that’s not a major deal to me since my neighbor is beside the room I don’t use. You also have to buy and replace your own water filter for the fridge. Weird.Other than that It’s a good place to stay

PACKAGES BEING LOST IS ONLY ONE OF THE MANY MANY MANY ISSUES I HAVE FACED AS A NEW RESIDENT. ONE OF THE OTHER RESIDENTS HAS PREVWRITTEN A SIMILAR REVIEW. THERE HAS BEEN ZERO COMMUNICATION SINCE I SIGNED THE LEASE. HOPE IT MAKES SENSE AND HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL AT LEAST TRY TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF THEIR RESIDENTS INSTEAD OF SHIFTING BLAME!I am a current resident and am absolutely disappointed in my choice. I moved here in June and have been trying to contact the office since for things that were in complete disarray when the apartment keys were handed to me. Either the phone is never answered or it is answered by a call center. I have left numerous messages (at least 8) on urgent basis. Never received call back ever. Emails, resident portal high priority requests have all gone down the drain.The leasing office is out of bounds due to COVID. So if you have an emergency, GOD help you since you are never going to receive a call back or even so much of an acknowledgement.Many of my packages have gone missing with no trace. AGAIN as you can imagine I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE regarding that.If you are considering renting here- PLEASE think again. The apartment is nowhere near what is shown during the tour. Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I will be moving out at the first opportunity

The office staff is really friendly and helps with all your questions Luis & Katelyn explained the floor plans and pricing, as well as answering all my questions. Luis went above and beyond in assisting me on my apartment search. He knew what I wanted in an apartment and was able to assist me in finding the perfect floor plan.I highly recommend these apartments

This apartment has been luxury at its finest. The atmosphere is amazing and brings back recollections from a trip in Europe, especially from the abstract colors of the buildings. The apartment has every amenity that a resident could ever ask for: a full-sized gym, lap pool, two outdoor pools, and a study room and to top it all off a hand full of restaurants (and a Starbucks) right outside your doorstep! The staff is also really good at their jobs. Meeting these group of professionals has been the one of the most friendliest encounters. Katelyn is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She will never miss a chance to greet you during the day and will find ways to just make your day better! 5 stars without a doubt.

Arrive Eilan has been great for us! The amenities are absolutely incredible. You feel as though you are living on a resort. Everything is well taken care of and looked after. The location is super convenient, and major retail/restaurants are nearby. The community hosts many events that we love to attend, and the office is attentive to the needs of its residents.

I visited San Antonio that day to check out 3 different apartments and none of the other places, also considered luxurious, came close to providing the quality of service that was provided by eilan. Arrive Eilan is the best apartment complex I have ever stayed. The staff is extreme knowledgeable and helpful. When I have had maintenance issues, my request was completed in a timely manor.

I just signed a lease with Eilan and worked with Luis. He was informative, incredibly helpful and did a great job of staying in communication. He found me an amazing apartment for a great rate and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Luis. Also the rest of the staff was very helpful, Justin had no issue helping me out on Luis’ off day and everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. I have never met such an amazing group of employees. Their assistant manager Bonnie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire complex. When I couldn’t decide on an apartment that will fit my personal needs she stepped in to understand my lifestyle and help make the decision that can fit me. They put their residents first and try to meet all our needs.

After reading the previous reviews, I was sceptic about this place, but figured I would check it out... My first reaction when seeing the complex was WOW. The complex is clean and very pleasing to the eye. The parking garage and elevator make living in an apartment so much easier! The staff is helpful and polite! And the other residents are respectful of each other. This property is quiet and safe. Hugos personality initially sold me the apartment! Along with that, I have a beautiful view of the hillside country, and the amenities here are awesome! When rent is due, Bonnie is kind and helpful, I happily pay a check every month just to stop by! But paying online is a great option they have too! The manager, Julie, is very professional and personable. Since living here, any size issue has been taken care of asap, the staff takes full initiative to make this place feel like home. They set up fun events, and social gathering so you have a chance to meet your neighbors. I love it! I would completely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I toured with Hugo and loved the community. The gym, pool and little cyber cafe were awesome! The apartments were very spacious and had a lot of natural light. If you are thinking of leasing, tour with Hugo. He is very nice and answered all the questions I had and more. He is one of the reasons I am going to sign a lease. I cant wait to move in!

Im starting my sixth year at the Eilan and it is better now than when I first moved in. The amenities are great, but what really sets this property apart is the management staff. In particular Katelyn and Luis. They are motivated professionals that take pride in their work and that comes through by taking care of this place that we call home.The ranges are gas. That is a major plus for this property. That is rare in this part of San Antonio.The residents are nice, the property is dog friendly, the pools are decent, and Piattis. Really there is no better place to live.Come on over. Welcome home!

A friend of mine recommended me the Eilan, and it really is a fantastic establishment. I had a wonderful tour with Hugo around the property. He was very knowledgeable and welcoming, he answered all the questions I had and made me feel like I already lived there. The community, facilities, and amenities are incredible and I can’t wait to sign my lease and move in.

Just moved in 3 days ago. I’ll say the process was difficult on my part, but the staff handled everything with grace. Easy to work with and WANTED to work with me to get everything submitted and finalized. So far I am impressed. Only giving 4 stars because I’m waiting for the day they give me a reason for a 5th star. Fantastic job so far making this move easy and painless!

I love Eilan, I feel so comfortable and safe here. The department is modern and safe.The staff is always available to help and they are very friendly.

After living here for almost 7 yrs. I can honestly say that this establishment has gone so far down hill that I really cant believe people are still wanting to rent here. Theyve changed managements numerous times and the most current one (Arrive Eilan) has been by far the worst. Ive had so many issues with this management its unfortunate that they cannot take into consideration their tenants who have lived here for 5+ years as well as given them business. Their amenities are not what they use to be: residents can no longer use the Eilan hotel pools (outdoor and indoor one), residents can no longer use the hotel gym and the list goes on. I highly recommend NOT living here as there are many other and nicer apartments around the area.

I love living here. I feel very safe. I can walk my dog at 2, 3, or even 4 in the morning. Its a very small community. They have a underground garage that doesnt cost extra and is so nice in summer and winter.

After hearing about my sisters experience here I had to come and see for myself. The staff is amazing, the complex is by far one of the nicest Ive seen. Bonnie did everything and more to ensure that we were satisfied with our visit and never made us feel rushed into signing a lease. Id recommend anyone I can to come and see for themselves, I can guarantee they wont regret it.

Couldn’t have had a better experience signing my lease here. HuGo showed me around and made signing my lease super easy. He made my move in completely stress free. As promised here is the last review. After living here now for a few months, One problem I didnt have was to worry about my car getting damaged by natural causes because residents gets to park in the covered garage still some breakins happening here according to SAPD reports. The Gym was a great plus, although it was locked a few times because of Covid. the unit is absolutely beautiful. I had 50% of the out-facing wall full natural lighting (lots of windows, in my unit. And its a full spit window.. giving it a really beautify look).I enjoyed the tennis court... it was a good addition.The office area is pretty calm and its open 24/7 because its connects the gym.cons.I had some issues with the entrance door not working some times, or just being opened because the pad only work half of the time.* My next door neighbor, very loud.. They would play music until 3 AM in the morning, and appears that their living area is directly against my bed (sucks every time.) didnt have any resident above me until like the last three months, and its bad.. the loud walking, banging against the wall and all.A few times I reported the landscaping company they use on how they blow tons of dirt to my balcony and till date, not once did I received an acknowledgement of that reports.I enjoyed doing the 1 mile loop around the whole building a few times in the early morning and feel very safe doing so.*************** Review when I moved in *******************First experience review.Im moving in this month and I have had nothing but bad experience from the staffs:The Let me get more info ... and give you a call back and never doesI will have him/her give you a call right back. and never does.Your unit will be avail for view on xyz..... xyz, oh this ohh that excuses, unacceptable excuses. My wife loves this place, the office staff is always pleasant and professional. That being said, I am not pleased with the length of time it takes to fix property issues. There has been an issue since we arrived a year ago with secure doors not working, entrances to the underground parking being open 24hrs a day for months at a time. Multiple cars have been stolen and even more damaged in the underground parking lot. My car was keyed in the garage the other night. Six months ago I asked the management to fix the cameras in the garage, I hold management responsible for not being able to see who did this since the cameras are still not functioning. So it is unfortunate but now I will be down in the office on a regular basis being very vocal about every issue I see wrong, if things dont get fixed to my satisfaction in a timely matter, I will do everything in my power to ensure their upper management is made aware of their property managements glaring incompetence, again on a regular basis. So for the management reading this message, dont bother responding about how sorry you are for this bad experience. Lip service is not going to fix these issues. Time to get your act together, I know for a fact the VPs and property owner are NOT going to like hearing what I have to say.

This is by far the best apartment homes in San Antonio, Texas. It is a very exciting place to live with lots of activities and great places to dine. You are literally a few steps away from all your entertainment needs. The amenities will exceed your expectations. The management and staff are very courteous, professional, and always willing to assist me with my needs. I am relocating and I will definitely miss living here. When you move to Eilan you have truly ARRIVED home.

Moved in, in August and have had an amazing time here so far! The front staff is wonderful and any issues I had got resolved quickly. This property makes you feel like you are on vacation everyday.

I have never had such an amazing experience as the one I had at Arrive! My leasing agent, Katelyn, was so vibrant and made me feel so comfortable. She made me feel at HOME! She even introduced me to a few other staff members as we were touring. Not only was the apartment beautiful, I already felt as if I was part of the community. I can’t wait to move in!

I’ve been a resident for 3 years now, the place itself is great. If you ever need anything done, Hugo Lopez from management is really quick to resolve any matter, and has great customer service. Props to him for hearing out his residents, that guy will get the job done.

I‘ve been living here for almost a month completeSince day one, everything was very professional, the tour around the amenities was awesome! Every staff member were very welcoming, Luis Novelo who helped me with throughout all the process during the signing was very attentive and answered all of myQuestions. It’s a great place to live, yet the most complete apartment complex inSan Antonio, TX.

I am new here and so far so good. The only thing that is frustrating is how the calls are forwarded to a call center. We called four days in a row and had no call backs. I had to physically drive to the leasing office and knock on the door in order to reach someone....so I’m not impressed with front office, except for Urban, who is outstanding!

Great Place to live tons of views and amenities. Great staff as well having the pleasure to have dealt with Bonnie & Caitlyn. Timely Maintenance and no issues within the months that I have lived here.

I signed a lease at Arrive Eilan about a year and a half ago. I have no complaints what so ever! Hugo was my leasing agent and he has always been so helpful to answer any questions about property maintenance, parking, etc. I love the community, amenities, staff, and my apartment. So glad I get to call Eilan Home!!!

I have been at the Eilan since the management was still Grey Star, and now that Trinity has taken over things have improved drastically. I am currently transferring to a larger apartment and have been working with Erika to find the perfect apartment. She is by far the best leasing agent Ive ever worked with. I have made her show me countless apartments and she has always been happy and excited to help. She has actually made apartment hunting fun! If you are considering moving to the Eilan make sure you request Erika to help you out.

Julie (GM) is possibly one the best things to happen to the Eilan! While busy, she finds time to walk the property and interfaces with the tenants. She choose to personally resolve some grievances from the previous administration. It’s important to see how leadership responds to adversity to gain an understanding of how the rest of their staff will Model their resolve. It’s also refreshing to see a leader pushing herself to set an example to her team. The Eilan is already an enchanting place and with Julie continuing to lead her team by example this place will only get better over time.

Lived here a year and it has been over 4 months since I moved out (over priced) and they refuse to forward me my security deposit . (All of not even $400.00) But if you are 3 days .. 3 days late on rent they serve you a eviction notice and fine you 100s of dollars.Ive called 2 to 3 a month left message every month just to get the run around and forget about calling CORPORATE.. Ive left messages ..Wish I could fine them 100s of dollars for being late in paying me .

I was super pleased with the whole process of finding the right place for me here from the service to the tour everything went great and the staff was very professional and well mannered part of the reason I decided to move in was because one of the leasing agents Hugo I believe his name was helped me find the right apartment and sold me on it instantly! its a great location and a beautiful complex not to mention the awesome little community we have here

Having lived part-time at Arriva Eilan for a year, I must say its like a vacation every time we are here. It is upscale, modern and a pretty clean environment. You cant beat the location! You have The Rim and La Cantera around the corner and about a 15/20 min drive to the Pearl/Downtown area. The recent updates over the past 8 months or so have been very welcoming; from the pool renovations, garage entrance and mezzanine updates with such things as patios, grills and fireplaces. Not to mention it is VERY pet friendly. The Staff is wonderful, especially Hugo Lopez. Never made me feel like I was nagging when I had lots of questions when we moved in. The neighbors are very polite and respectfully to each other. All in all, whether it is a home for a single person, couple or family, Arrive Eilan is a wonderful place to live.

This is by far my most favorite place I have ever lived. It’s a great community, great amenities, the staff is wonderful and helpful. I couldn’t have asked to be in a better place. Victoria Trautman was very helpful in resolving a big issue I had and she went above an beyond and I could not have been more grateful. Thank you to all the staff.

Hugo from the leasing center made my moving experience a breeze! Awesome customer service and he really helped me find the exact apartment to suit my needs at a great price! would highly recommend.

Excellent facilities with multiple swimming pools. My family was shown the grounds by Justin Baker, an extremely knowledgeable young man that helped us find some great places to go shopping and get something to eat.

As you can see from other reviews, you can certainly expect your home to be broke into, your car vandalized, and your car broken into. The management team will do nothing more than offer “thoughts and prayers” and that’s it. Many residents have asked for camera be placed in the parking garage to deter further crime and hopefully catch criminals in the act, Arrive Eilan refuses.In 2 years my apartment was broken into, my disabled veteran license vandalized and bent, on another occasion broken into.Word to management, if you want these reviews taken down, get in touch with me. If not, I’ll gladly continue to spread awareness on the criminal atmosphere you guys endorse.

Ive lived here for the past 15 months, which included the new management team coming in. They have done a lot to improve the grounds recently, including redoing all of the parking lots, adding new amenities (grills, outdoor TVs, lounges, and gates). I am a fan of the new improvements, goes to show that they genuinely care about the property and they are listening to the residents. Our neighbors are generally really nice, the community is peaceful and being in walking distance of the RIM + the Shops at La Cantera/Six Flags are a big perk. Management is nice and relatively responsive provided how many residents there are.

DON’T LIVE HERE! Unfortunately, this apartment is not what I thought it was going to be. It looked great at first sight but then now that I have lived here for approximately 18 months, I have been able see what really lies underneath the surface. TERRIBLE management, outdated units, POOR maintenance, POOR satisfaction, and HUGE complex issues. Management is so unresponsive and extremely neglectful to your issues. MAJOR roof leaking and mold problems occurring in several buildings/units which has been ongoing for years, parking is a huge problem and they tow your car without even a warning like past management used to do, parking garage looses power and has major pipe leaking issues that leave corrosive residue on your car paint!, they even stopped cleaning common areas as often because they think that saves money for them which is more important than satisfaction. This apartment is FULL of hassle! They also nickel and dime you on everything! DON’T LIVE HERE if you want to come home and rest and not worry about if your furniture will be covered in moldy wet leaks from rain, or wake up to find your car towed, or even have a management team that refuse to help rectify issues for you which is their job. The premium rent is not worth it. I would live in newer complexes without structural issues with a management team that strives for tenant satisfaction and save some money.

The complex is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. Its a really nice community to live in. Plus the new paint job looks a lot better than what it was before. Would highly recommend!
