I tried this place yesterday and it was the best customer service I have ever received. The ladies were so nice and I left feeling pampered for a very affordable price. They went out of their way to entertain my child who was with me. I accidentally left my wedding ring there and they called me to tell me! I highly recommend them.

I’ve never left a five star review on any nail salon before. I’ve been coming here about three times now and the service was the same or better each time. This place is clean, staff is professional, the ladies know how to take care of natural nails and reasonably priced. My nails (no lie) have never been healthier.

The price is listed on the menu, if not, we would have tell you in advance the price if the nails is longer, special shapes, design etc... Those option adds up quickly, just as any nails salon. Can you tell me when did you visit our nails salon, what clothes you wear and the time? Perhaps I could compensate you for free pedicure plus 10% off any service if you decided to give us another chance.

Went into get a new set of acrylic nails and pedicure. The owner talked me into getting the deluxe pedicure, well there was nothing deluxe about. He rushed through didn’t even attend to all nails correctly and the massage was a sloppy mess!!! Not to mention, you go into relax and constantly hear a screaming unattended baby in the background. I felt so sorry for the baby in the back alone. Then the full set of nails was nothing short of tactics from a car sales men. Add this add that only $5 more. The prices at this establishment DO NOT match the service!!! I won’t be doing back there.

I was there visiting and went here for a pedicure and I got Peter as my person there. He was so nice and friendly. Everyone there that I was in contact with was very friendly and nice. Will definitely be there again! I walked in 30 minutes to closing time wanting a full set of acrylics and they stayed open until 8:40 pm just to finish my set! Friendly staff. And my nails were not done in a hurry. My best experience in a salon so far! Also gave me helpful advice on how to help my nails grow. They truly earned 5 stars.

They punctured into my nail, and when I pulled away they continued to work on my hurt nail. They then put alcohol on it which just made it hurt more but continue to work on my finger until I started crying and asked repeatedly for them to stop. I should’ve left but I let them finish the set and hated it. They never apologized or said anything when I was in pain.

My go to nail salon! Theyre always really nice and hardly ever make mistakes! One of the only places Ive been to where I dont constantly watch the nail artist because Im not worried about getting cut.

My first visit to a salon during this pandemic and I feel like I learned how to do a better manicure/shellac nails at home! Theyre uneven and messy; despite the technician (Lee) taking his time. What a waste of $35! When I showed him all the paint on my skin, he didnt even try to correct it and the price went up $5! I usually pay less ($30) for perfection elsewhere. Never. Again. Their customer service is horrible because none of them tried to make it right despite rudely discussing it/me in their language.

Personally i had a good experience with the workers but my acrylic nails that i got were all different lengths and sizes..which sucks because i do my own nails and unfortunately mine usually turn out a lot better. Not bad service but bad quality. probably won’t go back tbh.

I love coming to Rock Star Nails. They all make me feel awesome. The customer service and the service they give is excellent. Jojo and Stephanie always take care of me and when they arent there the others are happy to take care of me. I totally recommend Rock Star Nails.

I have gone three times and everyone has always been professional and friendly. They do great work and make sure you leave happy.

The price wasn’t bad but because they use a gel coating to finish the dipping powder process, it peels very quickly. The next day one of my nails were up and by day 5 I have one completely without a coating and another that’s peeled up too.

I really liked this place but what upset me is when I went in for my last fill I asked if the person who always does them had time to do them the woman said yes he can. I was told to go sit down. next thing I know a different person comes to do my nails, then another, then another cause they didnt understand all I wanted was clear acrylic over my own nails ..nothing else. The person who finally did them did a good job..But I would have preferred the lady not lie to me and say yes he can when he was off that day..was not even there..it would have been my choice to wait or go ahead and let someone else do them..Than to have to go through 3 people..I then found out a few days later he no longer worked there which is why he was not there..

This was my first time there and everyone was very nice. Jojo did a great job and actually listened to what I wanted. Ill be going back...

For the first time since I moved here from Houston, I went to Rockstar and felt the salon experience. Stephanie showed me a new way to do nails, the dip method. Quicker than using a brush. Loved my nails and the tech. Will return.

They have a very friendly staff and its a nice, calm atmosphere. My daughter and I had a great mother daughter bonding day and the pedicure felt amazing.

Never disappointed with the work they do.l in my dipped nails, pedicure and eyebrow waxing: Most times I am out of there in a hour and a half or less. Love that they offer reward points toward future services.

I might be a bit biased. I moved here from California and the nail spa we went to in CA charged extra for everything for my pedicures, like hot stones, wax, or even a sugar scrub. But, this place, one price and you get the total treatment for your feet and legs, and that one price is less than half what it cost me in CA. So, the price alone is fantastic for everything that is included, in my opinion. Other than that, id say they have standard amenities - offerings of drinks, massage chairs, things like that.

My go to for whatever nail service needed. Sometimes service is hot or miss bit when you find the person you do best with you can always request them.

Like that I was greeted right away when I arrived. Had to wait a bit, but I didnt mind. Got my deluxe manicure done and was fairly pleased with how good it looked. Definitely worth spending my money here. The service is magnificent!

After reading the reviews, I went in requesting Tiffany or Kevin. Of all days, neither of them were there. So, I was presented with Awesome Alex {how he introduced himself}. He was very confident in a cool, not over the top way. I told him, I hope he can live up to the hype. He did!!! He took really good care of me and my nails are AmazeBalls!! I was extremely happy with the skills of my Nail Artist Joe! I showed him some abstract nail art from a picture on Pintriest and was so happy to hear “I can do it!” It was my first time going and I’m so happy to have found someone that is understanding and great with conversation:) I felt so confortable! I can’t wait to go back!! He even added a heart design just because! So cute. I got dip nail art with some gel art as well. Was dope y’all!

Ive had problems here before, however, its been months since Ive been here. So, trying again this afternoon, & the service was worse than ever before! Left after having my toes painted, which cost $10 for an hour in their, for a crappy job. Never again. I had even told them a full set for my hands, had polish in hand, & the girl asked me 4-5 times what I wanted, & what color. No TV or music, no beverage, just staff yelling across the salon in a foreign language, & conversing with each other. No one even asked about my full set.Which is probably ok since the girl disappeared to the back with the polish. Horrible customer relations & service.

Will NOT be going back here ever and definitely DO NOT recommend anyone else going either.So this place had, mostly, good reviews so I thought Id give it a try. I get here and I see they are pretty busy, so first thing I ask is what the wait time is. I was told there was no wait time, plenty of people. Let them know that I want a gel manicure. I get sat down and after about ten minutes a man comes over and tells me to put my hands in this bowl. After I do so I realize they have had me put my hands in a bowl of acetone. I had color on my nails, but no one asked me if it was gel or not. And even if it was, Ive NEVER had someone take off my gel polish like this. I check the time after a bit of being left alone and realize its already been about 5 minutes. I continue checking the time and it was almost 20 minutes of my hands in this acetone before a woman comes over. She and I get a good look at my hands and see that there is black polish just everywhere. She asks me what happened, with a look of annoyance on her face. I tell her and she then proceeds to act even more annoyed as she tries to get the polish off (failing to do so in multiple places, not just on my hands but also on the cuticles of nails). She asks what color I chose. I tell her that no one has shown me what to choose from yet, she acts annoyed yet again and brings me a basket. I pick a color fairly easily because I already knew what cat eye color I wanted if they had it. They did, I chose it. After about 15 minutes of her interacting with her young children that were there and tending to other people she finally comes back. I tell her what color I want (a dark almost black with a dark purple shimmer to it). She says that no, I want the new one. The new one is better. I ask if it looks like the color I chose, thinking that the brand just changed something about their formula or something (which in hindsight has me feeling like an idiot). She reassures me that it is better and looks like what I chose, so I go with it. I then proceed to have the worst manicure of my life. It was paying manicure price for a basic color change. And during the whole thing, she is looking up constantly and talking in Vietnamese to the other workers and her young children (looking up even when she was using the cuticle cutters, which ended with her nicking me more than once). Midway through, I see that the color is MUCH lighter than what I chose. I say something to her and she reassures me again that it will be darker like the color I chose. She finishes the color job and the only thing similar to what I chose is the fact that there is purple and the cat eye magnet method. Basically she chose what would be a traditionally spring color, instead of the darker color that I asked multiple times for. She then tries to sell me on two plastic gloves filled with some kind of lotion because my hands are so dry and damaged. I had to try my best to not yell that OFCOURSE my hands are dry and peeling, you guys had me stick my hands in acetone for 20 God forsaken minutes. Instead I just decline, she puts a small amount of lotion on my hands. No arm or hand massage. Once shes done I point out to her that the color is nothing like what I chose. She seems confused and annoyed with me and calls over a man. I tell him that the color is nothing like what I chose even though the woman consistently reassured me that it would look like what I chose. He seemed annoyed at me, not at all at her, and said that if I wanted to wait for someone to be available they could change the polish for me. Otherwise there was nothing to be done because I already finished my manicure. I explain that I one, dont have the time to be there another hour and a half and also that my hands cannot take the harshness of being soaked in acetone again to get the current polish off. So I pay and left. Went home feeling stupid and in pain from how dry and cracked my hands were. Thankfully I have a great husband who helped get me calmed down and see that I didnt do anything wrong.

Walked in this afternoon to treat myself to a pedicure. There was no wait, even though they were reasonably busy. Tommy did my pedicure and I cant say anything but great things about him! He did a wonderful job and was very attentive. I left feeling wonderful! I highly recommend Rockstar and Tommy!
