I went here because the reviews seemed like it was a good place and my friend got her nails done here and they looked pretty good. So I went in and I wasn’t seated for about 40 minutes and when I was I just asked for a clear set, nothing special. As she was doing my nails her e-file was all over my skin and the acrylic was all in my cuticles, I called before hand and asked how much it would cost and it he lady charged me and extra ten dollars for what? Making me bleed? No ma’am... a couple days later they already started breaking and lifting and they were crooked and they just looked terrible... I don’t recommend.. the customer service is terrible and they didn’t want to fix the the ten dollars that I needed for school lunches and gas money..

Not too sure how there nails are but I do not recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here!

I didnt even end up getting anything done here. I wanted a manicure and pedicure (basic for the pedicure shellac for the manicure because I wanted the magnet cat eye polish). They didnt talk to me for 10 minutes, then when I was finally acknowledged they said it would be a 10 minute wait (which would have been fine. I hadnt called ahead so I expected a wait) and when I asked about the polish I wanted for the manicure she told me that it would be very hard and not recommended. Meaning even though they have the entire product line for that polish none of the 7 people working there were proficient in doing it (which is a bad sign seeing as Im not a nail tech and yet I taught myself the technique on how to use the magnet in a day). I was still willing to give it a try but after being ignored for 40 minutes (30 more than they told me when I got there) I decided to just take the hint and leave.

The absolute only place I go to. I highly recommend Sue. She is the first table when you walk in. She is great with designs and definitely does great work. I have a busy schedule and she gets me in and out so quick!

I love this place they remember you and what you like, if you cant decide they will help you. I dont go anywhere else to get my nails done.

Number 1 place to get your nails done never been disappointed.

Please save your money or go another place if you want to feel like your nails got taken care of... It took literally 5 mins for one of the owners to get my nails done. I have never had a nail place not taking care of cuticle before polishing nails. she was just rushing through the process to get the next customer..... I mean it looks better when I do my nails at home. I would give them 0 star if I could!!!

HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE or shall I say EXPERIENCES AT THIS NAIL SALON!!!!!!!!!!I am not one to post these kinds of things but it is so frustrating. The lady owner at LOVELY NAILS had completely disrespected my mother and I on multiple occasions.Most recent was just Monday, my mother went into the shop to get nails done, walked out and realized the job was poorly done. Nails were cricked, looks like she needed a fill already, some were shorter than the others, once we saw them we agreed that she should ask the owner to redo them kindly, as she called THEY WERE COMPLETELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. As my mom went back in the next day to get them taken off and get her money back, as she was walking out THE OWNER (SUE) was telling all of the costumers about my moms situation and throwing her hands up and saying “don’t come back again.” All because my mom thought she should get what SHE PAID FOR.I do NOT recommend LOVELY NAILS AND WOULD NEVER GO BACK.

My shellac nails did not come out neat at all. The cost of it was even more baffling for the job they did. My normal salon was closed so I decided to try a new one. Not a great idea. Stick to what you know in cases such as this

The elderly woman that did my pedicure was not very professional and clipped my toes when doing the corners and edges. Then tried putting sandals on before they dried. Therfore i probably would not recommend this salon.

The worst place I have even been to. Literally went in just to get my dip off and come out with all my nails cut off and not even filed or shaped right. The only reason I went here was because my nail person was so booked. The grandma that did them didn’t even have the nerve to apologize for messing them up so bad. Pretty much kept blaming me for her mistakes. Please save your money and go to another salon.

I have never had such poor service. I kept saying I wanted a manicure and they kept hearing pedicure each time I said it until I pointed at my hands. Then they heard mani/pedi. Finally they understood. I also had to repeat myself numerous times saying I wanted the acrylic nails off and get regular polish. She then proceeded to pry at and clip away the acrylic nails. Ive never had acrylic nails before but I thought they were supposed to use acetone for that. After that she sanded my nails (and bits of my cuticle) down and just put two coats of clear polish on. Didnt say to go pick a color or anything of that nature. I was so fed up with it that I just paid, left, and found a better salon. Oh and they had a dog walking around for some reason or another.

My acrylic nails came off within a week of getting them done and then they wouldnt fix them. When they were put on a couple of them even looked crooked. Never will I go back or recommend them!
