Wonderful experience! My husband and I both got pedicures and they were awesome! Staff was kind and polite. The only reason for four stars is when we were asked what we would like to drink, the girl at the desk didnβt actually bring them after we told her what we would like and the massage chairs are really gentle that you barely feel like youβre getting a massage. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Asked when I arrived how long the wait would be. I was told I could be put in a chair immediately. However after an hour, I was still waiting for my pedicure. The receptionist should be more honest about the actual wait time. I left without getting a pedicure.
Kevin gets to know his clients by name, staff is always professional and courteous. People come (including myself) and wait for an hour to be served. Itβs worth the wait! He doesnβt skimp or cut your time even when the place is full. Lilly is Amazing by the wayπI give Oscarβs βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

The man doing the pedicure for my toes would not stop tickling my feet. I was visibly uncomfortable and he continued to do it the entire pedicure including the massage portion. He would not paint my bfs toes either. The man just laughed and said no to him. When I got my nails done it was the fastest manicure I have ever gotten and within the next 2 hours they already started pealing. Very expensive and poor quality services. Very disappointed and me and my bf will not be returning.
This place looks great but the employees do NOT listen to the customers wants. Preoccupied with conversation amongst fellow employees rather than quality of work. Got DIP done and she never asked what shape I wanted then she waxed my eyebrows crooked I spent 3 hours only to spend way to much and leave dissatisfied. When I returned 30 minutes later to complain I was told I would get the eyebrows fixed (which are still not symmetrical) for free and the nails but I didnβt have another 3 hours to spend. I gave them a second chance the same manager was going to charge me full price on my nails, AND had an attitude?! Never spending my money here Again!
I had an overall good experience, I was in town for the day and decided to treat myself. Price wise I spent 120 on a fill and a pedicure, for sure pricier than other places I have been to. The pedΓ was average, think I did the second from the basic and the fill, the nail tech and I couldnt agree on what I wanted since I had an older set and was getting it filled. I did have to tell her I had light coat of color acrylic and she kept insisting I needed a new set but she filed it down & saw that I was right so she was able to fill them and Ill add a Pic of the inspo. She got it right on the second try. The black its similar to what I had and the red similar to what I wanted.

We went for a family spa day as my daughter was about to be shipped out. It was the highlight of our trip to San Angelo. Very thorough pedicure. Cuticles were expertly cared for, nails thoroughly cleaned and shaped. The massage was to die for. The lady actually set a timer for the message. Polish beautifully applied. I had the deluxe pedicure, my three daughters and mother had services as well. The service was friendly and welcoming. Beautiful and clean location. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. You may find some places that are more or less expensive, but they wonβt be as good. I was a nail tech 25 years ago and pedicures were my specialty. Vicky was superb. Be sure to ask for her, but really all of our nail tech professionals were exemplary. If I ever make it back to San Angelo, this will be one of my stops.

The first time I was there was very happy with my nails and they stayed in for almost 6 weeks.This time not a good experience.Extremely busy and I didnβt mind the wait as they were extremely busy. My old polish was left on part of my nails and then painted over. Nails werenβt completely painted and in less than 7 minutes.

Definitely will not ever be returning. They gave me a 15 minute massage instead of the 20 included In my pedicure, they didnβt properly remove a callus I had, and they offered my friend and I both βfreeβ nail files and buffers but then charged us when we payed. Also, there gel is an extra $20. I have gone to nail salons all over the world and I have never paid more than $15 at the most expensive places. Will not be returning.
First thing I want to say is that customer service where is excellent! I walked in and they greeted me nicely and sat me down attended immediately. They have a great staff working here and they do listen to you when you tell them how you want your nails done. This is a nail shop you want to be. I love it here a lot and of course Ill be back

Just brought my niece in to see the Dr, she had her feet done at Oscars nails n spa. And they are so infected. And the shocker is that the Dr said she is the second child to come in with this problem saying Oscars is not cutting the toe nails right. Very mad about this and think yall need to learn what yall are doing bc this is a serious problem.
What a wonderful salon! I had a great experience and the staff made me feel so welcome. I was greeted by a nice lady and treated me do nice..she ask if I wanted any drinks and nicely seated me at her table. I got the hot stone pedicure which lasted an hour .it was relaxing and pampering.got a great massage from her too. Overall it was a best experience I ever had!

My husband and I went here for a pedicure. I always come to get my nails done. My husband asked for a Military Discount at checkout and the receptionist said that they didnβt offer Military Discounts. However I was in there 2 weeks ago getting my nails done and there were two woman in there that stated that they were Military and she gave them a discountπ€So either they do or they donβt? Or is it only for certain people? I wonβt be returning to this establishment. Iβll take my business elsewhere.
I had a pink and white full set. Im so happy with my nails, this was my first time here and I can honestly say its probably the best set Ive ever had. The staff very friendly, the pedicures are excellent. I highly recommend this salon.
The first time my wife went for a manicure and pedicure two different people did her nails. One of her toes was cut with the cuticle clipper and bleeding. She got a dip Manicure, which requires a buffing tool. Almost all of her finger cuticles were severely cut by the buffing tool. She was in a lot of pain and couldnβt even do the dishes without all of her fingers burning.Kevin reached out to try and fix the situation. He redid her nails and did a great job. Her fingers arenβt cut at all. We appreciate him taking his customersβ feedback and working to fix the problem. My wife said she would definitely recommend Kevin and would go to him again.
Came here with myfriend for the first time. One of the most beautiful nail salons Ive ever been. Everything is sparkling clean. The technicians who did our nails were very friendly, warm and did a great job. They use all natural products for pedicures which I think is a plus. No loud annoying music or daytime TV screaming at you. Definitely recommend coming here!

Wel i havent been here just yet but theyve been sending me discounts that i can use even before the Pandemic so n.y plans are too visit this place i just hope i dont experience what i experienced last week at another nailplace which Im not going to say the name of the place, but i had an appt on Monday the first day of opening, when i got three one lay made it look as if i was lying about it and offered to give me a 20% discount when i went next day i was only Hispanic and feel i was treated racistly i didnt get aThank yoy i even tipped both the owner abs the other thing lady fell le some of these workers think your not gonna tip and treat you very crudely, i think thats thats stereotyping in this business if you look poorly you will be treated that way if you look rich they will bow down to you and thats just not right.. sorry so long

Absolutely wonderful staff. I had the deluxe pedi and it was by far the best Ive had since a trip to San Angelo. I highly recommend this clean, comfortable, and affordable spot.

I was treated disrespectfully. I believe my nail tech was named Jenny I was accused of messing up my own nails while I was not even moving. I asked if she can fix a nail when I was done and was given attitude and she did not want to fix it. She also made racist remarks about being Mexican while I was sitting in front of her. The two other people I was with were just as shocked at the behavior as I was. If I could go lower in my review I would.
