They scratched the back door of my brand new 2021 GMC Terrain and are refusing to fix it. It’s a black car and now all I see when I go to get in my car are the scratches. Totally not impressed with there service and will never be going back

I allways go to Mr Tint in Northampton, They have tinted about 8 vehicles over the years for me. allways did a great job. Never had any problems with the tint.

Their work came out great and they were able to get me in earlier than I expected. They were polite professional and did the work very quick.

Terrible place to get your car detailed. They completely forgot to clean the back of my car the first time I brought it there. The next time, they did a good enough job. This third and final time, they called to confirm the day of and asked me if I wanted the car “legal in MA”. I had no idea what they were talking about. They explained they had me scheduled for a tinting, not a detailing. They then changed it to an inside and outside detailing as my husband bought me a gift card for $200, which covered both. when we went to get the car, only the inside was done, and only partially. The cupholders and center was still dirty. My husband called to complain, and they said they would do it over. Brough it back yesterday, picked up today, center was STILL not cleaned and the inside was not redone. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I have photos as well.

Got my girls Mercedes tinted here and it came out great

Good prices. The owner makes sure he gets you what you want and still be above the legal limit. He talked me out of coming back every year to re do my tint seeing that I wanted it at a 25%. They have 3 types of tint to chose from, I would recommend the aluminum sheet a bit more expensive but has a life time warranty. They also have gift certificates for friends and family. It was done in a timely manner. If you want to get a tint below the legal limit no problem he will hook it up. He will just make you sign a waiver.

Realy disappointed to have to review this low as my first experience with them was 100% perfect. They did a second car a couple months ago, I noticed issues right away, but they do say to wait the full couple weeks for all air to work itself out. Some of the small bubbles did come out. But there are also creases/wrinkles that never came out. And honestly there are flaws on ever window. Rear window film was cut short and it shows. Not sure what happened, it did look like there was a younger adult who might have been learning?? Idk, but In there defense they do say to come back if there’s issues. But with so many problems I’m not comfortable bringing it back for repair as they would more then likely have to replace everything. I actually had someone laugh when I said I paid to have it tinted. Not really funny when you pay $200+ to have it professionally done.

Never personally got a car tinted here but have brought roughly 6 other peoples cars and they have done a fantastic job on every one of them.

Do not take your vehicle here if you want quality work done. Use any other mr tint these guys give the company a bad name as a whole.

Scratched my vehicle and the tint job is terrible. Refuse to give money back to go elsewhere and the owner just hides and wont call. They are garbage.

I got my windows tinted 3 weeks ago. I paid almost $300 for their best quality tint. The guys did the work and told me any imperfections would work themselves out as time passed. Specifically the sun visor they did, it did not adhere in a large spot on the passenger side. I pointed it out prior to leaving the shop, they assured me that it would work itself out. I let 3 weeks pass and it has not gotten any better. I contacted the shop they told me to come by after explaining the situation. So I made the 1.5 hour one way drive again thinking I would be taken care of. Mind you I paid for the best quality and tipped the guys $40 on top of that. When I arrived at the shop I was told there is nothing that they can do. The reason given to me was because of the manufacture “frit” on the windows. It won’t adhere where the frit is. (The dots you see around edges of all car windows) which I find hard to believe being that I’ve had tinted windows on all my cars and never had any issue. Plus it has adhered to most areas where these dots are just not on my sun visor. I could mention many other imperfections with the tint but maybe I’m just a little bit of a perfectionist. In conclusion the fact that I had to drive there again just for them to tell me they won’t do anything was very unprofessional and feel they should take more pride in their finished product especially when I paid top dollar and tipped them well. Unfortunate that you cannot find people that take pride in their work and want the customer to be happy. Now I have to just live with it or take it off. Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review instead of recommending them to others. My experience was very poor, with a total of 6 hours of drive time there and back, $350 out of my bank account, and still a busted tint job on my car. Thanks for taking pride in your work Mr. Tint.

Scheduled a tint job here, and got here on time. Drove nearly two hours. Just to be told that they didn’t have any of their employees working and that they had to cancel the appointment. Extremely disappointed, in a place that has held good reviews on Google.

Be VERY careful with this business. The warranty /guarantee is an absolute joke. Their tint fell off my windshield and they wouldnt cover it because they said theyd only cover it if they could inspect the tint whilst on the car. How are you supposed to do that if it fell off haha? If I could give them 0 stars I would. Place is an absolute dump as well but I wanted to give local business my money and the benefit of the doubt. They dont stand by their product whatsoever.

They detached my babys car seat base and didnt inform me of it. They also returned it to exactly the same position as it should have been in!! Didnt realize it was detached until taking the baby out of the car. The window tinting itself went fine but endangering my baby is not. If a car seat base is detached tell the customer about it or put it in a different spot in the car. Like on the floor!
