They are super easy to apply for, not only that but you can download their app and it’ll show you the days your work and your hours and pay, ALSO it’ll show you new job opportunities that may interest you which is super cool. I love hire dynamics because let’s say you lose a job within their company, they will immediately (1-3 business days usually) contact you for new employment. This is such a great great company. They are super understanding where you can work and can’t and they take EVERYTHING into consideration. If you are need a job FAST/in the same day then please don’t waste your time and just go to their office OR apply online and they will contact you pretty fast. I promise you I’ve been there where I was stressed out and could not get a job and they got a job for me FAST. More than once. Another thing is they pretty much find a job for EVERYONE so if you don’t have experience doing certain jobs it’s okay bc those jobs will train you and etc etc which is pretty cool too! Applied for a job, Went to orientation, (Other people Im friends with who did too started the next day) I lived 20 mins from the place I applied for. After a week I got told the only thing they could give me is over a hour away and so I said sure I didnt care anymore I just need to work.Ive been a nurse and Ive been a construction worker. I know schooling and job experience was not the issue. waited on a phone call I never got.. however 4 stars cus they got my 3 friends on. The website was very easy to navigate and uploaded my documents with ease. Then the next morning I came in for my drug screen and interview. She had a few different options for me that fit to my schedule. She was very kind and sincere. She also took into consideration that Im a single mother and my children come first.
