He truly does great work, which in my case involved problem solving and then cleaning out the condensate drain (pipe) that was clogged on my A/C system as well as service it. Jared showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. My AC unit is older and seemed like it had been constantly running. He did a unit tune-up, an air filter change, and explained how to best use my thermostat settings to be more cost efficient. Highly recommend!

I recently had my furnace and AC replaced by Air-Craft HVAC. They honored a bid they gave me months before. When they realized theyd purchased the wrong size unit for the install, they quickly corrected the error, rescheduled with me ASAP and made sure I was totally taken care of and honored the original price. I really appreciated their care and follow through. The units were installed a month ago and I could tell an immediate difference with the improvement in my heating and cooling. Highly recommended.

He serviced and adjusted all the parts and let me know that the cooler pads were in good shape and didnt need to be replaced -- that saved a nice chunk of change for the cost of pads and labor to install new ones -- much appreciated! Jared did yearly maintenance on our heater for us. I appreciated how he took the time to explain the equipment to me and clearly communicated the work he would be doing. He suggested that one part needed to be replaced and he gave a good explanation of why and then immediately went to the store and purchased it when he found he didn’t have it in stock.
