Scheduled to have my air ducts and dryer vent done on a Friday. they called to let me know the technician was not able to make it that day. they were prompt at rescheduling me for the next business day. The technician arrived on time and was very honest with his findings and was able to help us get all the vents cleaned and the furnace blower functioning better. We will be using apex for our future heating and air needs!

Apex installed Central Air unit in my home. Mike And Scott who are the owners of the business were excellent in the customer service. The technicians Travis and Palmer involved in the install were very knowledgeable and professional and shared information with us about the operation of the unit answering all our questions and concerns. Picked up Groupon deals for the air vent cleaning as well as the furnace tune up. Scheduling the appt was easy and when an earlier spot opened, they called to offer me the sooner date. Turns out the cleaning was very necessary! After over a decade of the HVAC running at least 3/4 seasons, the ducts were DISGUSTING! Tanyon arruved on time and was professional and knowledgeable. He got everything cleaned, sanitizer, and hooked up a UV light to help keep our indoor air quality at a healthier level.

We had Eloy clean our vents and sanitize about 4 months ago. I figured I’d wait a quarter to leave a review since you never know the day of cleaning. I can say is that their is way less dust, no more burnt smells and we can breath so much easier now. You really notice the cleaner air in the morning after letting the system. Great experience, would recommend highly. Also, ask for Eloy.

My technician, Eloy, was super helpful today when he came to clean our vents. He explained the process he was going to do before he did it, and made sure to show me before and after pictures of the vents when he was finished. Ive only lived in my home for 2 years, but based on the pictures of the vents, he said its likely they have never been cleaned. He recommended some additional services to keep the air clean for much longer, and was able to reduce the cost of the services since we were getting everything done all in one go. I called Apex Air to do duct and return cleaning. Apex had to reschedule on the original date, but gave me a credit to make up for it. On the day of service, Travis showed up on time. He walked me through the process and had me walk him through the house and point out the vents and returns. Travis completed the work as described and pointed out a few areas of improvement to help ensure the furnace was running clean and efficient as well as running at code. There was no pressure to have the extra work completed, which was really appreciated. I did decide to go forward with the suggestions as I wanted to ensure the unit met code regulations. Easton from Apex Clean Air was absolutely wonderful. I dont think our air ducts had been cleaned in 20+ years, so they needed a cleaning bad! Easton did a full walk through of our house prior to stating any work, and talked me through pricing and the whole duct-cleaning process. Apex Clean Air was great!! I was able to find a coupon for them that made made my arid duct cleaning super inexpensive. The great technician Eloy did test which show the best route for me would be a sanitation. I am so glad I did that upgrade. Eloy was the technician that helped us out. He was very prompt and professional and gave us a lot of great information.We opted to get our ducts cleaned out as I suffer from allergies and asthma and it is a constant struggle for me. Our house is about 2 years old and the ducts weren’t to bad but with talking to Eloy about my allergies he gave us so many great recommendations and we ended up buying an air filtration system for our HVAC system. I am feeling quite a bit better and each day seems to help me improve. I am able to sleep better and have less asthma issues with this recommendation. I am not sure I would have ever had the confidence of an air filter being installed without the professionalism and knowledge Eloy provided. I will recommend this company to friends and family and we will use them again in the future!

These guys are good at their job. We had Rick as our main tech. He made sure to do the absolute best and explained all our options for future cleanings/investments for a cleanerHome air without being pushy. Which as new homeowners was very helpful! He also was great with dogs as an added bonus. No exaggeration the photo below was one of our vents. We will be cleaning them every 5 years now and looking to these guys for our water heater, potentially a uv light filter and any other problems in the future.

We had Elay as our technician and he was great! We requested our ducts and vents to be cleaned he walked us through the whole process so we knew what to expect. He also gave us a progress report with photos of before and after the cleaning. He also educated us on other options to improve the quality of our air, with no pressure to upsell. We decided to have him treat all interior openings with sanitizer to help control germs and bacteria. We even had him give us a bid to replace our A/C and Heating system as our unit is pushing 25 years old. Very competitive pricing and really good variety of options. Let me start out by saying that this is an opinion for other potential customers to make an educated decision before going with a company that I feel is more or less like a train wreck. The kid at a fast food restaurant has better customer service.We had ordered a duct cleaning from ksl ($39) and when the technician showed up he did some tests and found other contaminants in the ducting and got those cleaned out and installed a UV light (Ill get to that later). Im not an electrician but when it says that you shouldnt plug in 3 double prong style extension cords into each other you may want to heed the advice given by the manufacturer. The cords were ran along the floor (SEE PHOTOS) by a drain and under the water heater valve ( last I knew water and electricity dont mix real well), then a 3 prong grounded adapter (SEE PHOTOS) was used to make the UV light operate. Luckily our water heater didnt start leaking because wed have even a bigger problem on our hands.They missed multiple appointments and when I contacted the managers they were just as bad about trying to return calls (isnt that right Mike). Usually 2-3 days after Id tried to contact them. The UV light was wired into my furnace and after multiple missed appointments on their part the problem was never resolved on why it wouldnt stay on. Then Mike acts as if he is doing me a favor by refunding me the money back for it. Tries pointing the finger back at us (just remember you have 3 more pointing back at you). The only reason they get one star is because I cant give any lower. A South American 3 toed sloth moves faster than these people. I dont know how theyve stayed in business treating people the way they do. Before you strain your wrist reaching for your wallet to pay for this tornado through a trailer park DONT do it.

The guy who came out to do our vents did a half-effort job. We were really pretty frustrated with the situation. The manager (owner?) found out that we weren’t pleased, and came out to reinspect and fix what hadn’t been done. They were very responsive and have followed up several times to make sure we are satisfied with their work. While we were initially frustrated, they made every effort to make things right and I am more than impressed!

I called Apex after completing home renovations to help clean up the construction dust. Once Travis began he found that the air ducts had never been cleaned and were in extremely bad shape. He went over and above to ensure that they were cleaned properly. I spoke with Scott on options to improve the air quality in my home and ended up having them install a UV sanitation unit. Very happy with their quality of service and willingness to take the time to get the job done right.

I though apex would be just another hvac company that only cared about them self. I had been Speaking with Scott for months trying to decide if the investment in a/c was a correct choice for us . I quickly came to realize this was not your run of the mill hvac company . Scott sincerely cared about his (at this point) potential customer. Even when there was no exchange of money he would always answer or call me back when i had questions. I was very excited that we decided to get our a/c i called and was scheduled for two days out . i was shocked that they could take care of us so quickly . i thought my experience was great as is. and nothing could better that, I was wrong .The technicians Josh and Kevin showed up to my house 15 minutes early . Wore protective feet coverings and face masks!. since this was going to be an all day install i informed them they didnt have to wear them if they didnt want to. My initial impression of Kevin and Josh was WOW! the customer service and kindness was amazing to see a technician have . The conversation flowed so easy, my mind was put at ease. I left them to their work. even left them alone in my house a few times though the day. they were the type of people that you know you can trust. Clean, Professional, Family oriented, HONEST! i had not one worry leaving Because i knew they were THE BEST. Long story Short They finished the job with real professionalism and the work showed the skill in the trade . it was just an a/c unit and coil. but it was pretty when it was done . 15/10 would recommend. if you are looking for a company to do the job right and take care of you even when the job is done, look no further !

So my experience with Apex all started with an ad on Facebook. While purchasing a new house, I saw a promotion for HVAC cleaning, that I couldn’t pass up. Today our scheduled technician came out. He was very professional and worked very well with us. As he was done doing what we initially scheduled the appointment for, he enlightened us with a few more things we could do to improve our air quality and quality of life. Being someone who has constantly struggled with respiratory issues, I was intrigued to hear of all the things that I could benefit from with one of their home air purifier systems. After doing an excellent job on the cleaning, he presented the REME-HALO air purifier as an option to further improve the air quality in our home and improve my wifes respiratory issues. We were offered an incredible deal and chose to purchase the air purifier. That was a week ago and my wifes congestion and asthma has been significantly better since. She just went in for a allergy test and found that she was severely allergic to dust mites, and the first thing the doctor recommended was getting a high quality air purifier so we are extremely happy with our decision and the service and products that Apex provided.

My husband and I had A/C recently installed. My husband and I have been going back and fourth on if we wanted A/c installed. My husband has been talking to the owner Scott for months. Scott never once pushed or got upset no matter how many times we called asking questions. The installers were very nice and professional. They new we had little ones and having little ones and heat is just not a good mix. Thanks to this company we are no longer sweating to death in our own home. I couldnt be more thrilled about the job that Rick did for us. He cleaned all of our air ducts which havent been done since we moved in 27 years ago. He suggested a new air filter for our furnace that would be much more effective than our current filter we had.He was very thorough, very knowledgeable and very helpful.Get your ducts cleaned!Youll be glad you did!

We have had a terrible amount of continuous dust in our home, it is always present after just cleaning. Our family has severe asthma, dust makes it hard to breathe and can bring on coughing and/or sneezing fits. We had Apex Clean Air come and look at our system and they found that there was an abundance of dust and objects blocking and reducing the air flow in the ducts in the home, Rick was able to remove all the dust and objects. We have had duct cleaning done before, but not as extensive as what Apex Clean Air has done. Our technician Rick, did a fantastic job with giving an honest bid, he was friendly, courteous and kind. He was great with the children and pets in the home as well, our kids had lots of questions and he answered them all with a smile! I have newly painted walls with new trim, and I was worried that they would ding or scratch the walls! No damage or markings were left! Rick was our technician and he just left. He was AMAZING. He was so knowledgable, friendly and took the time to discuss everything with us. We ended up opting in for the Lifetime Filter for our home and I cant wait to see the difference. He wore a mask the entire time, was on time and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend Apex!

Rick was our helper, I dont know what his official title is. He came to our home during the Covid time. Was very professional, wore a mask, gloves, and shoe coverings. Kept his distance, was very vocal with me to make sure I understood and agreed with absolutely everything. Was very thorough.
