I have used uni-west for all of my HVAC needs for over 15 years. Mike has always provided prompt and professional service. In addition to installing our heating, water heater and air conditioning units he has kept the swimming pool heater operational. I would recommend Uni-West to anyone needing service.

We are long-time customers of Uni-West and use them on multiple residential properties. We find them an excellent value and trust their judgement and expertise on plumbing and HVAC issues. They have particular skills in installing and servicing hot-water boilers used in multi-zone, radiant heating systems. We also use them for traditional forced-air, home heating and air-condition services. In short, we trust and recommend Uni-West without hesitation.

I asked a lot of questions to make sure there was no hidden fees. I asked for a “swamp cooler startup”. He said over the phone, “it’s $145 to get me out there”. I clarified that $145 would have my swamp cooler up and running, assuming there were no additional repairs. I was very clear. He was dishonest and charged me a $75 truck fee. $145 is his hourly rate the he begins charging before he arrives and after he leaves. $367 later he was finished with my swamp cooler. This is misleading and I do not recommend doing business with him. Not to mention he was swearing loudly at the older gentleman that works for him. Also he almost drilled holes in my walls to affix the waterline. Without asking. I always try and support small local businesses. Just don’t with this one.

Michael replaced our PRV valve at our strip mall in millcreek in a pinch when it blew out one morning causing us to have to shut water off to our 11 businesses, he was prompt and very professional when it came to getting us up and running. We were very pleased with him and his crew with getting our water at the proper pressure as well as be clean and honest. Refi recommend him for all jobs.

Uni-west is a great company recommend to anybody who needs boiler assistance plumbing or heating and air.

I have used Uni West Inc services before and it has always been a good experience. I am really happy with them. My water heaters had broke and were leaking and the wall behind the heaters and the pedastal they were on was destroyed. I called and the workmen were very prompt. I asked them if they could build me a new pedastal and fix the wall behind the heaters and they even did that. They even put a nice metal top on the pedastal. I have always been so pleased with their professionalism, their knowledge and creativity. They can take care of anything in my home relating to the plumbing and the furnace, they even can fix the sprinklers too. They are awesome. I recommend this outfit to anyone.
