We were absolutely blow away by the prompt service, cleanliness, friendliness, clarity, and quality of work. We had to replace four faucets; three bathroom and one kitchen sink. At the same time our hard water had destroyed our valves. Now it’s all clean and tidy under the sinks and I’m not worried about leaks. Alex was so helpful explaining what the issues were and our options; never feeling pushy (as I typically feel with service calls). I will always recommend Action Plumbing to anyone. Such a refreshing change for something needing fixed in the house.

My technician was Jim. He was the first repair man I (as an older woman) have encountered that speaks in a way I could understand. He showed me eveything he was doing and why without being condescending. He provided options for every issue we encountered. He was not trying to upsell or force any services on me which was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Jim.

First off Lucas was upfront and honest which is not something you often find in this industry… The service was thorough and detailed. Very thankful I called these guys! Would highly recommend them and Lucas to any single person that needs help with the air conditioner.One week later our unit had some trouble and Jake came out and fixed it and was very fair in the price and was quick and professional! I cannot recommend these guys more!

I have never experienced such bad unprofessional behavior by a plumbing team ever. They charged me exorbitant rates for blowing out my pipes and then added thousands more to repair a so-called leak in my pipe sewer line they wanted to even thousands more to run a liner in this pipe afterwards that didnt even cover the whole pipe they lied they didnt respond to anybody they are the worst company I have ever ever dealt with. BEWARE

Tim came in and was able to clear out some blockages in my french drains. He then identified the real issue with my drainage system and provided great insight into what needed to be done for next steps. Their service was great and they were able to come out within a few hours of calling. Would highly recommend them.

Get a second opinion! Called because the AC was not working in the office. John showed up and said it was a bad blower motor. He quoted $2700 to replace the motor and capacitor. I found a competitor to replace the Motor for $300 (Parts and Labor). I called back John and asked if he could give me more info on the job to make sure I wasnt missing something on the repair. He again explained that it was the blower motor that was bad. I then told him that I found the motor online for $250, and that I could get one on Amazon for $500. He then said well it was a little more then that when I looked yesterday. So I said you were just trying to get $2000 to install a blower motor?. He then said if you want us to do it it would be $2700, if you can do better then use someone else. It looks like he was just trying to take advantage of us.He was really trying to get us to just replace the whole furnace, saying how bad a of a furnace Goodman was (We have had zero issues with this furnace since it was installed 6 years ago). Id like to give the benefit of the doubt but I felt he was just throwing out a huge number that was way over the competition and things that its all fair because we dont have to use them. When Someone gives me a price to fix something I expect to pay fair price on parts and a fair price on labor. $2000 for 1 hour of labor doesnt feel fair to me.

Their claim of $39 to come clean your drain lines is miss leading. I wish they would be more transparent on want there true pricing really is up front and not make the service tech have to make the up sale. Plan on spending $500 to $1,000 to have them water jet your drain lines out.That being said they did a great job communicated when they would be out to my home and their plumber Tim was a pleasure to work with. Clean, efficient and easy to work with.

Kitchen sink in my condo was backing up water from other units. Kelly was very informative and fast at getting the job done. I appreciate the time he took to explain things and I felt more empowered by the time he was done. Definitely recommend this company if all the workers are the same. Very happy with the service and professionalism.

These guys are the ultimate hacks. Chew and screw . Two bobble heads show up late to do a simple water heater replacement in a garage closet. The replacement they put in was too large so instead of getting the proper size they rip the door off and all of the case and base to get it shoved in. They don’t repair the damage they create. All of this for a small cost of $3,000 bucks . Use another company

I couldnt have been happier with the service I got from Action. Chastity was amazing in working around my schedule and arranging the appointment so that I didnt have to take time off of work. Austin was able to quickly determine the problem and it was quickly fixed.

My AC Blower fan had stopped working, I called them on short notice and they came out. The Tech looked at the unit for a short time and said it would be $2700 for just parts to replace. He didnt even bother to call to see if parts were available, but then he also stated it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get parts. We went inside, he told me what a new unit would cost but would not honor coupon from a previous month for a free Furnace. The Manager John,came on the phone, he did a high pressure sales to make a deal right now for a combo unit that was for $12,000. Very unprofessional, High pressure to take advantage of situation. I declined to buy the new AC/Furnace, they said the price was only good for that day. Well the skunk is on them, I found a Blower motor in Town and in stock,and a capacitor for only $116.00. I had a friend come over and install it the next morning at 9:00 am, we had Cool air by 11:00 am. So take that Dishonest Action People.

Action was fast to come out when we needed a $5,500. AC unit. They told me it would not run all day without turning off and it would keep my house cool because that was my main concern with my last AC that they told me was installed wrong. It does not do what they said! It runs ALL day. When I called them to come look at it and honor the contract they have stood us up twice. They will come to take your money but then ignore you if you have any problems. I also referred them to my brother and they did the same thing to him. It took so long to bring a new thermostat they were supposed to install the day of installation. Do not use them---even if they are the fastest they will not fulfill the contract or help if there are any problems.

Long story short, our AC condenser fan motor went bad on a hot day last week and I was pretty sure our compressor was OK. I was excited to hear that Action could come out quickly. But when the tech came, he looked at our unit for a very short period of time and told me my compressor was bad and that we needed a whole new condensing unit installed at a high price and proceeded to try and pressure me into saying yes. I told him that that was a big financial decision and to have him send me the quote and wed let him know later if we wanted to proceed (I never received the quote...). The next day we had a family friend come take a look at it, find out our compressor was fine, and he swapped out the motor for a very reasonable price. Our AC has been working great since.Im OK if a contractor wants to suggest upgrading to bigger and better and can even understand all the overhead you pack into a price, but to tell me that something was wrong that wasnt and to pressure me into a decision is not good business. There are plenty of AC repair companies in this valley. Dont pick Action on a desperate day.

Shadoe worked tirelessly on our very stubborn, clogged, basement floor drain. It was a much bigger job than either of us expected and he stayed with it until completion, even though it was 8:00 at night. He was courteous, kind, committed, honest, thorough and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

My AC was not performing and I got a coupon in the mail from Action Plumbing, Heating, Air for a tune up so I figured I would give it a shot.They sent a technician (Joe) and he tested the freon pressure level which was low. At that point he told me there were three big problems:1. The A-coil had a leak which would have only been caused by physical damage and would need to be replaced2. The condenser had seized from low freon (even though it was still spinning) and had suffered permanent damage3. The freon needed to be recharged.I wondered if the condenser was under warranty since it was only 4 years old and he told me even if it was it wouldnt be covered because the problem was caused by physical damage.He then offered two options:1. Repair the system which would take 2-3 weeks to do and would cost $45002. Install a new system for $7500 which could be done within a couple days. He said everything in the system would be covered under warranty if we went with this option.The whole time I felt like Joes primary goal was to get me to buy a new system. I didnt feel like he was there to help me fix the actual problem. I feel like he inflated the cost of repairs so high that it would be a no-brainer to just get a new system with a warranty.I said no to Joe and called Airtime Heating and Cooling to come out and check the system. Their technician actually opened up the furnace where the A-coil is (Joe never did) and tightened a nut that had come loose (no physical damage). He then pressure tested the system and no leaks. At that point he recharged the freon and the system started cooling right away! The total cost wasnt even 10% of the repair cost that Joe gave me (let alone an entire system replacement)!

We had a problem with our sewer line. After two visits they said it was cleaned out. Within a couple days the sewer backed up into our house. They are saying that it is not their fault and wont provide their insurance information so we can file an insurance claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!! They also used pressure to try to get more work as others have said.

This company is AMAZING!! Tried to do my own plumbing fix and failed. Called another same day company, waited 3 hours without water on a Saturday and they still didn’t come. Called Action and they were here within an hour, fixed my issue and William was SO professional, explained what needed to be done in MY terms. I will ALWAYS use them for my issues. We have used Action plumbing for at least 10 years. 4 years ago purchased a ac an 95%furnace combo and paid for the extended warranty unit cost over 9800 dollars for a home of 1900 square feet. When we purchased the furnace and AC we were told this covers us for anything that happens for the next 10 years and we would have no worries. With the warranty this was to cover all tune ups. However ever time we have a tune up we have the technicians telling us we have to make more repairs. This last time I need to make over 680 dollars in repairs to the AC unit that we have only used for 3 summers. When I called to ask why we were being charged I was told to talk to the technician. The technician told me to talk to the office. And the office referred me to talk to a supervisor. And took him 24 hours to get back to me. Jake was extremely rude and threatening about us needing to get the repairs or we would not have a warranty on the AC or furnace unit. I asked him to talk to my husband so he could explain it to him, where he told me that he would call. But he could completely guarantee that at 100% that if I do not get the 700 service done that I would have no warranty on my furnace and AC units and talking to him would change nothing. How extremely rude this was to say. Jake I wanted you to talk to him cause I do not understand these things. Why pay for an extended warranty if they are not going to explain that every 4 years I am going to put out another 700 dollars. Your customer service has been extremely poor, and your responses have been very rude. If I could get a refund on the expensive warranty I would as I wish I could have a different company coming to do the tune ups. I am afraid to have you technicians coming to the house with more out of pocket costs on a warranty that does not cover us they way we were told it would. Buyer beware. Action just wants the sales, is rude, and does not stand behind what they promise you read your contracts very carefully.

Awful customer service and dishonest business practices. My father in law had an electrical problem at his house, so we called Action to come look at it. Kenneth got there did very little testing and told my father in law that he needed to run a new line from the breaker and it would cost $2,000. He made him write a check right there to schedule the appointment. We had another electrician come out. He did extensive testing and he was able to find the issue in less than one hour and charged us $50. Kenneth came out the next day and told us we owed him $500 as a cancellation fee. I called the office and they said that he must not have known it was cancelled, but he did. I’m still waiting for a call from the manager.

Horrible company!!! They ruined my carpet by spilling blue glue on it. Then they tried to leave without doing anything about it. When the finished installing the ac, it was making a loud whistling sound, and the technician standing next to me told me to call the office, and they would send someone out to look at it. The install job was done so badly that I had to have another company come check to see if there were safety issues, which there were. When I wanted my money back the owner said he wouldnt do that, and they were going to reinstall the ac and do everything right, which they did. However, in the end, they went a head and charged my credit card the full price (we had agreed on a discount for the damaged carpet) using another companies name. Every part of this company is horrible. Should not be in business.

They are a good company, but since the expansion their plumbers dont carry parts with them. They have to leave and go to their warehouse to get parts. They also seem to be more expensive.

I would give a zero star if could. I had never complained a company desperately so as to write a review. NEVER USE ACTION PLUMBING due to its poor business ethics.Two years ago, we used Action Plumbing first time to attempt repairing failed AC, but the rep persisted in replacing a new one of more than double overpriced and did not give us a contract paperwork. At the end, we found out they even baited and switched to installation of an cheaper one than promised. The rep said because this unit came with a time warranty.One week ago, the new AC stopped working at its third summer service. Four days after our service call, the technician finally came on site and replaced a capacitor and filled 2lb Freon for $1000 and explained that the warranty only covers the core components of AC without including consumables.Our previous AC never had an issue of Freon leaking other than capacitor failures in its fifteen year service. Our experience started above may give you or knowledgeable people an idea of how Action Plumbing takes advantages from consumers especially in extreme seasons.

Over priced by more then double. For just running, or cleaning out the main Drain. It was $400 for my elderly parents. On a fixed income. They were very rude, when I called there office. My parents were told that someone was going to come out and run a camera down the main Drain. That didnt happen. Only a salesman came out trying to scare them into replacing the main drain. Overall experience was poor.

Austin was very friendly, and knew what he was doing. He fixed our problem and now the drains are running smoothly. Also, we was great with talking with my kids and answering their many questions.

If you want them to do a poor job for an overpriced service, Action Plumbing has you covered.They came to my house, paid A LOT ($500) to unclog my pipe, he spent about 10 minutes on it, and then wasn’t even able to check the line to see if it was really fixed because he didn’t have a camera. He left. I flushed a toilet and it backed up into my basement again. He came back, talked me into another service (jetting the line) which was another $1000! What! That took him about 25 minutes. Then the Camera guy finally shows up and could clearly see from the video that the jetting did nothing. He could have had it done right, but he just wanted to sell me another service for thousands more. Didn’t even give me or offer me the video recording to prove the shawty job. I feel like if you offer a service for that amount of money, you should make sure it is done right. Terrible Terrible experience! I called another plumber who gave me the video from the line, told me to call them back to do the job right. But, I don’t even want to deal with them.

Very polite but when I called I explained I need to have my tank emptied. The lady told me it would be $125 to dispatch the person to my and that did not include any work that needs to be done. I speak queens English si that meant they were coming out to do exactly that!!Nooo just to tell me if they came tomorrow it would cost me $1000.Talk about getting ripped offLesson learned.

If I could give this company a negative review I would. 5 years ago in 2016 we had action plumbing, heating and air. come check out our AC unit because our AC unit was not cooling. After sending a technician over they had two option onto us. These options were to either fill the freon for $4,000.00 or to install a new AC unit for $6,000.00 with a 10 year warranty. Two years later in 2018 the new unit is leaking more freon and they tried to charge us $1,500 for the freon until we stated that we are still under their warranty and that the unit should not be leaking. Then in 2020 the unit was leaking again and as usual they inspected the unit and filled the freon and because it was under warranty they did not charge us. Now it is June the hottest season of 2021 and our AC is not running properly. So we called action heating and air but they kept telling us that they would send a supervisor within 24 to 48 hours. It has been almost a week before they finally sent their supervisor over. They inspected the AC unit and told us the AC line set is leaking. However, they were suppose to inspect the line set from the first install the new air conditioner system. Now their technician, Jake, wants to change the line set and fill the freon which would cost $5,000. We asked Jake if he could give us a discount because they never changed the line set from the beginning. However, Jake called his “boss” to ask for a discount. It turns out that Jake is the owner. After finding this out, we are livid and decide we have had enough of the dishonest nature of the company and decided to cancel. So, we asked Jake about all the cancellation fees and he told us it depends on all the material that ordered and so he never told us the cost for cancellation. Today, June 25th 2021, we decided-to cancel the service and Jake texted me telling me the cancellation fee was 28% of the total cost. After already signing the estimate quote Jake added a cancellation fee of 25% onto the already signed quote. Which proves his dishonest work ethics. So, I highly do not recommend this dishonest company because they will just push you to purchase more unnecessary products and services.

Kelly was just great! He was professional and even after a long day was able to clear my drain and get us back up and running ;-) quickly and fully!

They found a leak and fixed that. Did a free service of checking the sewer with a camera. Fixed the main turnoff valve. They were good at diagnosing the problems and gave us a good deal. Fun to work with John.

Action Plumbing took care of me. We initially had them to come out to fix and diagnose some backing up issues and leaks. They were able to diagnose our issue with our sewer line and show me where the repairs needed to be made.In addition, they were able to point our some other needed upgrades and improvements that will prevent future problems, extend the life of my utilities and limit future expense. I felt that they were thorough in looking out for the plumbing in my house.Ultimately, I chose to go with Action because I believed them when they told me that they would take care of me and that I would be happy with their work. They backed up the talk. We had some leaking in a couple repair areas the following day and they sent a crew right back out to take care of things and make sure we were taken care of.I strongly recommend them for their value and work.

Our AC unit was freezing up. We weren’t sure what was wrong, but decided to call Action as they had serviced our AC some years back. The service guy took 10 minutes to tell us the we had a leak in the coils and needed either a new unit or we could go the “cheaper” route and replace the coils. The cost would be $3200. If we decided to replace the entire unit, $8000. Of course he was so quick to let us know he could have a team there ASAP and that they finance. We decided to wait…just a day or two. I wasn’t so convinced. We called Absolute Air out of Mapleton. The service guy was here for over an hour and a half. Doing checks to ever part of the system. We did not tell him we had already had Action come until after he was finished. There is NOTHING wrong with the coils or the unit. The freon wasn’t even low. It just needed a good cleaning. Do NOT TRUST this company!! Action Air and Plumbing is out to scam and take people’s money!!! I’m just so thankful I didn’t trust what he told us and got a second opinion!

Update:they did come a week later with the right size ladder and were able to give me the service that I requested at the time it was scheduled for, after being cancelled by them 3 times.They cancelled on me twicer. And then they said we are open 24 7 we can be there whenever you want. I said then tonight. Oh sorry, we cant come tonight. CO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!! IF you have a contract with them they dont care about you. THEY are only looking for new money to come in!!!!!!!!!! Needs a -5 rating!

Scheduled for first thing in the morning to come look at our AC unit. We were called once with an updated time but still showed up 4 hours after the appointed time.Tech didn’t even bother to look at the unit. Just went straight to quoting us for a replacement. No mention of trying to dry out the evaporator coils and any other service item. Coupled with the audacity to charge their service fee when no service or diagnosing occurred, when WE were the ones inconvenienced due to shoddy scheduling, is downright criminal.Needless to say, everyone in our circle of influence will never use these guys. HVAC is a commodity— there are some great players in that space around here: just not these guys.

Nice guys. Way more expensive than i expected. even though I paid for membership. Installed 6 fixtures, 3 in each bathroom. One turns more easily than the other..not sure why?

Bill was super nice and came quickly in a weekend, late at night to fix a wire that blew up to our AC unit. He got it working and was very kind. Price seemed a little high even for a weekend call but we were happy to have AC working again.

Scheduled these guys to come out and give me a bid on some work I needed done. After they no showed, waisting my time, I called to see if they were running late. They said they were too busy and wanted to know if they could come by another time. Nope! I’ll take my business somewhere that respects my time and wants my business. If this is how they treat me before they take my money, I can only imagine how they would treat me after.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Simply wanted the removal of a failed track lighting fixture, and installation of a new one, I had bought for only $154.00.I told Action when I called the fixture was above the landing on stairs to my basement, ceiling about 11 feet high. Action said the electrician would be at my home by between 4:00 pm and 7:00 PM. Electrician showed up at 6:30 and did not have a ladder, but said he would return on the following Thursday at 9:00 am. I initialed a number of signature lines on his tablet, and he departed. On the following Thursday He arrived at my home at 11:30, 2.5 hours late, but still did NOT have a ladder, so he borrowed my ladder to do the installation of the new fixture. Done in 45 minutes. He departed. I received an invoice of $500.00. For 45 minutes of work!!! The invoice stated 2 hours @ $250.00 per hour!!! Not even my doctors make that kind of money. I had also told Kenneth, the installer that I had a $35 coupon received in A mailed flyer I received from Action, as well as qualified as a Senior, and a Veteran, discounts also offered on their flyer. The invoice for $500.00 made NO MENTION of those various discounts.I had never used Action services in the past, but, as God is my Witness, Ill NEVER use them again, for anything, and will NEVER, EVER recommend their services to ANYONE.

Our AC went out in the evening of a heat wave. They got us in quickly, but told us we needed 8lb of Freon and quoted it at $1600. He also kept saying we should consider getting a new AC unit altogether. Because we had only been in our new home for two weeks, we discovered the repair was under home warranty, so we had to go through someone approved by our home warranty. Turns out our AC unit was not only fine on Freon, but only allows for 5lb. Also Freon isn’t that expensive. The new company told us that Action was blatantly taking advantage of our desperation during the heatwave. The real issue was with settings on our smarthome thermostat that could easily be overridden. No repair was needed. Looking into reporting Action for their unethical business practices. I would highly recommend going elsewhere, or at the very least getting a second opinion before moving forward with Action.

Kelly did great. Listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He gave options for short-term and long-term solutions.

Service was timely, and technician was professional as well as personable. He kept us updated as he completed the work in our kitchen, and bathrooms, even going out of his way to correct several problems the contractors had created.

I accidentally cracked the main water line in the crawl space to our house. I called Action Plumbing and spoke with Gabriel and he came and fixed it in no time at a very reasonable price.Also, Ive used Gabriel previously and have found him to be an honest and diligent person. Hes the type of person that can be trusted to do the right thing any type of situation.

This company would get less than one star for the way they treat senior citizens! They state they offer a senior discount, but they dont give it. They overcharged me 300% on freon when I checked with other companies. The manager called and was extremely rude and said, this is the cost due to the pandemic but we found this to be false.CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

Darren saved the day with charm and skill! What a gentleman! I had an issue with my furnace stopping dead. He identified the problem, explained what it was so I understand, and got my heat back. We had low water pressure. Aaron told us we needed to have the house repiped.We agreed with his assessment and signed the contract. Made the mistake of not reading the contract before signing. There is a 25% cancelation fee. Aaron said he told us, but neither my wife or I heard him mention it.We felt the company was not trust worthy if they felt they had to resort to those tactics.We called repipe specialist and he was kind and very thorough. We canceled the contract with Action and Repipe gave us a quote lower than theirs. We payed the $2800 for cancelation but because of the price repipe gave us We only lost $1000.Repipe went over the different grades of pex pipes with us and took the time to explain the process. There is no cancelation fee if done a couple of days before.Overall we felt they were more professional and trust worthy.Reviews are also higher with them.

Joseph Jordans service was quick and complete, we have a cleared drain again. Joe was helpful and knowledgeable and able to teach us a few things too. This is the type of service we love.

We had Action Plumbing/Heating/Air&Electric out to install a Heater & Air conditioning system manufactured by Amana. Bobby G was our first POC for estimate, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We looked at 3 bids, pricing and trust were important to our decision to go with Action, as we knew it would be a complicated installation. The effort from the Crew, GT, Tyler & Tommy was so over the call of duty, attention to detail, well mannered and respectful from start to finish. This is a Company that takes pride in work and relationships with customers. I will continue to do business with Action, I feel like I found a very special company who still have values for customer service.

The A/C installed at 10692 S Bridlewood in Sandy, UT for $7,900.00 does not work. I think the technician took advantage of us with his exorbitant price, he quoted $7,500 and charged $7,900$). And the units do not cool the house. Can someone come back and fix the A/C?

Remodeling kitchen in basement. Ran pipe for dishwasher and hooked up sink, and ran water pipe for fridge.

I bought an AC unit with this company a few years back. They are awesome at getting out to do yearly service calls, which are included for free and are quick to help when I need it.My AC wasnt working, they had an awesome tech come out, Teasha. Teasha was very knowledgeable and helpful. She resolved the issue within minutes, but also did a service on my unit. While here she took the time to answer all of my concerns and questions. Teasha provided great information to help me understand how to take better care of my unit. I really appreciate how understanding and kind the tech support is at Action Plumbing and will continue using them in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

I called and dispatch responded quickly and sent out Shadoe Shyder. He was polite and knowledgeable about the problem. He came and repaired the pipes in a timely manner. Plumbing..they are horrible. I would never give them a good rating. The owner took $2700.00. And will not return it for work not done. They over charge and do work they know will break down later. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM. They the worst. The furnace they installed in 2013, was installed improperly and I am told it is too large for the house.

Our kitchen sink has been plugged for 4 days. Kelly came in, assessed the situation,and went right to work. After he got the drain running, he gave us some diagnosis and further problems and set us up with a service to camera the lines.

Needed to have a tub/shower faucet replaced. Derek helped me save money by letting me purchase my own fixture. He explained which fixtures are the best value. He was also up front from the beginning by explaining different options and the costs associated with each. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and we are very happy with our new faucet.

Alex plumbed new sinks; replumbed existing sink drains, installed garbage disposals with air switch, kitchen faucets, and shower trim kits; fixed a leaking toilet and leaking sink drains.

I had a power outage and I still have a power outage. They did absolutely nothing. I paid $268 for them to come out and tell me what I already knew but fixed nothing. Waste of money and time I wish I would’ve called someone else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE SERVICE! They came out and incorrectly assessed the problem and wanted to charge me $1200 right away. I had to educate their plumbers (with no experience or background myself) that they were wrong in their diagnosis. They are just out for money and dont even care what your problem is. Worst Service. Worst Company. DO NOT EVER USE THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Action Plumbing was recommended by a friend after we discovered a leak in an outside spigot. We had called another plumber who was not available for a week! Tobias and Art came right out and assessed our situation. As it turned out, our problem was much bigger than anticipated! But no problem, these gentlemen drew up a plan, worked with the mitigation company, and had our house torn apart and back to normal very quickly. We felt like we were their priority and also felt very respected! They were so informative as they went, explaining everything and showing us samples of our old pipes so we could see how deteriorated they were. Everything they did looks 200% better than before! They obviously put in the best they had and it showed in the little extra things that didnt need to be done.Because they were here for several days, my kids told me they actually miss them! Thanks so much, well definitely be calling you in the future if needed!

I got that dreaded call on a cold morning from my renters...The heat stopped working and Action really came to the rescue for me on this one. They were prompt, and within 2 hours my rentals heat was restored before the temperature had even dropped. Thank you so much to the action team for superior service and professionalism.

Derek was great to work with, he explained everything very clearly including the costs associated with the plumbing repairs and did the work in a timely manner as well. Now Action may not be the cheapest nor the most expensive but what I will say is that the quality of service and work was next to none and that is why we will call Derek at Action Plumbing again for any of our plumbing needs. We asked for a full house drain cleanout. They had to go get the expensive equipment and charged thousands of dollars! Told us we had a break in our line and we needed to get it repaired. Two days after cleanout, we had a flood in our basement. Our insurance sewer company came out and finished the job! We DIDNT have a break and if Action Plumbing had gone another 6 FEET they would have washed everything to the main sewer and there wouldnt have been a flood and we wouldnt have lost thousands of dollars! Alex was fine but didnt deliver on product he said he would bring and Austin was condescending and irritating.

When our furnace shut off on a cold Saturday morning we needed help and we called Action. After telling us for almost 2 hours that they would be there anytime now they finally showed up. After spending a few minutes looking at her furnace the salesman/repairman told us the “good news was that it will cost $2500 to repair and the bad news was $14,000 to replace.”Time to get a second opinion. We called Larsen heating and air. And in less than 15 minutes they found a vacuum hose had been disconnected, they reconnected it, and everything worked fine.I felt like Action was all about selling something that didn’t need to be done, we will never call them again.

Dont hire this company! I had to cancel with this company and I get it that there would be a cancellation fee..but on top of $250.00 ...an additional $60.00 is being a tad bit greedy. Not a good way to do business!

For a short summary, they are Unresponsive, destructive, over priced, and not knowledgeable. I called Action to come repair a furnace and toilet, they showed up rather quickly to check out the furnace and toilet they ended up selling me a new furnace and toilet. They came to install the furnace that day. They cut my wall and ended up peeling drywall and paint from around the furnace, they broke a peice on the new furnace and had to have a temporary fix for the weekend until Monday. I called Sunday to try and schedule a time to install my toilet, they had no record of that, after a few hours they call back to schedule later that day. They show up at 830 pm to install. They did install the toilet quickly and efficiently. Monday comes and goes with no call and a no show. I call Tuesday and again they have no record anything was broken on my new furnace. The next day they call back to schedule the repair. After a couple days they come to repair it, the installer says everything looks good and leaves. As soon as the installer leaves I get a text to schedule another appointment for a possible gas leak?? I call and set up yet another appointment where we find out that the furnace does not have fan settings that we were told it did and is basically a jet engine in our kitchen. (EXTREMLY loud) I was told by a manager several times that they would be repairing the wall that was damaged. It took a MONTH of me calling repeatedly to get someone out to repair the damage mean while living with a large hole in the wall. Every time I called they had no record of there being damage or that they said they would repair it. They patched the wall and trim but did not paint, so now we have to get a paint match and paint. I would not use this company again.

Action has absolutely incredible professionalism, customer service, and is still completely genuine. We have used several companies in the valley over the years, but my family keeps coming back to Action. Thats because when I use someone that is less expensive I realize that I end up paying for it somewhere else. Save yourself some time and money. Pay a little more and get the absolute best. I highly recommend!

I cannot give enough thanks to Action for helping us with our plumbing issues, My husband and I are new home owners in an older home and there were just some things we were not able to take care of ourselves. Darren and Roland came out and did a top notch job!! They removed the old tub and all the old tile from our upstairs bathroom and installed a new shower/tub with all shiny new fixtures. Installed a new water heater and made sure everything was up to code with pulling permits with the city and making the process very simple on our end with taking care of all of the paperwork. They also replaced the shut off valves under the sink in our guest bathroom and installed a new main shut off valve all for our peace of mind. The pricing was reasonable and the workmanship is just outstanding!! We are very happy with Action and will continue to use them for all our future household projects!** UPDATE had to share the great workmanship!! Thanks again action!! **

Had these guys out to replace our furnace and they were great!! Ben and Alex were very knowledgeable and they really cared about what we had going on.. call them for all you Hvac they are great to use

Well I was not going to leave a review but after seeing a few here the experience I had was not an isolated one. I have some elderly neighbors who needed thier main breaker replaced. They called action and they came out and replaced the main breaker and then permanently disabled half of thier electrical panel for no reason. Then charged them over 1k for this and told them it would be another 1400.00 in order to make it work again. They left them with over half of the power in the house not working as well....including the AC in 90 degree heat.Then to top it all off they left the panel cover in the yard off so any kid in the yard could have been electrocuted! They also left the panel cover off the house panel so it was accessible to injure anyone.I called and talked to a manager a couple times and got my neighbors to authorize me to talk to them about the issue and after a couple long discussion about the ethical questions of what they charge and the way they left some death traps on the property. I was told if they wanted to dispute any of the charges then they wont talk to me only them.It seems like they really like to prey on older folks I would avoid them at all cost.If they are doing things that are unethical then you need to file a complaint with DOPL (The Department of Public Labor)

Tim did a great job finding not only the leak that had caused some damage to our basement but went over and above and found another leak on our regulator and took the time to fix it as well...all on an emergency Saturday call. Thank you!

Great at fixing but were super late from what they said and put holes in the drywall. They fixed it but it took a week.

Action Plumbing did a great job in helping us select the right AC for our home. Their work is top quality. Their maintenance program is exceptional. We appreciate that they contact us to remind us to have them come by to service our equipment for free! They do a phenomenal job!

We called Action because one of our two water heaters was leaking through the bottom of the tank. Tobias Came out and confirmed that they needed replaced. He and Art were able to replace both water heaters that same day. They were very professional the new water heaters look and work great and we had almost no interruption to our lives. If they had not been able to come so quickly we could have had a much larger problem on our hands. Thanks Tobias and Art and Thanks Action.
