Shep at All Hours Plumbing is the best! Best customer service I’ve had with any company in Salt Lake City, and so grateful for this with a plumbing company. The technicians arrive on time and they send you text alerts with the timing and the face/name of your technician for safety purposes. Very professional and they quickly get the job done at a fair price. We have used them for indoor and outdoor services, at least 10 times now, so we know what we are talking about with this company. Will never use another plumber!
AVOID ALL HOURS PLUMBING AT ALL COSTSOn July 10th, my mothers 79th birthday, All Hours Plumbing employees made a mistake when updating the sewer line underneath her condominium. They missed a t-line when inserting a new lining. That mistake led to 3 of raw sewage flooding into my mothers condominium, ruining floors, walls and cabinets and requiring immediate mitigation for biohazard, bacteria and mold. They caused nearly $50,000 in damages.Over two months later, her condominium repairs have not even started, she is without floors, lower walls, without kitchen cabinets and no stove/oven. Shes 79-years-old with age-related memory loss and congestive heart failure. At the time of the plumbing accident, All Hours Plumbing admitted their mistake and agreed to take care of everything. They told everyone this. The mitigation crew they hired took three weeks to remove her flooring, cabinets, lower walls and clean up so she could safely move back into her condo, even though it is in such disrepair. They havent been paid. The plumbers insurance is trying to force my 79yo mother to sign a FINAL claim that doesnt cover everything BEFORE repairs even begin, disallowing for any supplements/change orders in case prices change, and making her agree not to sue any parties for outstanding damages. They are refusing to pay any deposit to the repair contractors so they can start repairs until she signs. Their estimate is lower than the repair contractor, doesnt cover asbestos testing THEY ordered, doesnt cover countertops they damaged and depreciates everything by over $800.My mother has already spent over $5,000 in out of pocket expenses for a 3-week hotel stay while the biohazard sewage, bacteria and mold were being removed from her condo. These werent even plumbers she hired. All Hours Plumbing was hired by the condominium to make sewer line updates.Ive spent 6 weeks now and over 60 emails trying to coordinate estimates for repairs, talk with the insurance claims estimator, get the plumbers insurance to pay the contractors deposit so they can begin repairs, even get anyone to put in writing that a mistake happened and admit responsibility. All Hours Plumbing wont email or speak to us anymore. I cant even get our contact, Dan Likens, to give me his managers names or numbers at All Hours Plumbing. They stopped responding entirely on September 2nd. EMC Insurance is being investigated by the Utah Insurance Board presently for their refusal to pay repair contractors a deposit so they can begin working, and for trying to get my mother to sign a final claim that prevents her from legal recourse before repairs even begin.AVOID ALL HOURS PLUMBING AT ALL COSTS.YOU CAN’T #countonEMC
All Hours has done a number of jobs for us at our rental properties. We had a leak on a Saturday night at one of our apartments, water was leaking into the unit below and it was a mess. Any Hour had a plumber out within an hour. Cruz Soto, the plumber that came out was amazing. The pipes that were leaking are galvanized (All Hours is replacing them next week!) and standard caps don’t fit them. We weren’t sure what we were going to do but Cruz saved the day and made caps to fit right on site. He was fast, professional and innovative.
When they replaced my furnace, they cut a hole in my daughters bedroom to get the furnace in. They told me they would repair the celling but I never heard from them. They cut the hole in January.I have used them a couple of times since then and I always show them the hole. They act very concerned and assure me someone will call me about the repair but I have never received a single phone call.
Troy is the coolest plumber I have ever met, and such a nice guy. Our property manager sent him over to work on our toilet. Toilets can be an awkward topic to discuss, but Troy was matter-of-fact, and got the job done quickly and easily. He also gave us good advice on how to take care of our toilet moving forward. Highly recommend.
Shep came through and cleared our pipe within an hour. Gave us a lot of information without sounding pushy. Dan Likens followed up with a consultation that was very helpful and detailed.Great experience.
Best plumbing service ever! Cruz came out to fix a bath tub faucet that wouldnt turn off. It turned out that he just needed to tighten a handle and I was squared away. Cruz was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend All Hours Plumbing.
Called and Payton Hall came out ASAP. Water heater was busted and needed to be replaced. Peyton was professional and funny. He gave us a few water heater options. He worked fast and efficiently. Arrived at 11am and new water heater was installed before 2. I would definitely call All Hours plumbing again. COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Thank you Payton!
Very nice gentleman! Told us there had not been enough time since getting our new countertops and sink put in. We had not been told this by company who did our kitchen update. Appreciated him saying it was too early. Honesty, the Best!
I was contacted 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know they were in their way. He checked the pipe, all was well, he was pleasant and informative. I loved that they were quick to schedule and could come sooner than other companies I called first.
We had a leaking water main so I began collecting bids from a half dozen plumbers with good ratings. Once I had the bids I began comparing and asking questions...what if this happens? What would the cost be if this happens? Can you avoid killing the 40 tree? Will this damage the driveway? etc. etc. Every set of questions helped me eliminate one of the companies. In the end, the only one who had all the right answers was All Hours, and they were the best price too. Their guys showed up when promised, were exceptionally careful with our property, super polite and patient, and did an amazing job all the way through clean up. Our place looked like they were never even there. I was super happy with them. Then I heard my neighbor say they had used them for their broken water main too, and then our tenant said he was using them for a condo he had bought. So there are three good reviews wrapped into one. I recommend these guys completely.
Tree roots got into our sewer line and backed it up. All Hours responded in under 2 hours on a Friday night with a technician who was able to clear the line. However, ended up needing to install a liner for a 60 yr old sewer that was starting to fail. All Hours provided a fair and competitive estimate compared with the other bids we got. Dont get fooled by other plumbers that will claim they install sewer liners when in fact they subcontract the work out to companies like All Hours, who actually have their own in-house equipment and crews that do the work themselves. Make sure you ask. All Hours was more knowledgeable and experienced with the latest technology then other plumbers. Their sales manager was very thorough, shared the sewer camera video, and provided 4 different price options on how to address the problem to code. All Hours scheduled the liner install immediately once we made our decision. We were given regular text and email updates each day on when crews would arrive. They were all very professional, courteous, and more than willing to explain any procedures and equipment used to do the work. They carefully excavated the yard near our water line and kept soil disturbance to a minimum. The crew lead checked in and out each day to explain progress and next steps. Work was completed in a few days, and we were never without sewer service for more than a couple hours at a time. The city inspector scoped the work and determined it was an excellent liner install. The All Hours crew returned same day to carefully backfill the hole and repair the sprinkler line they had to cut. Overall, I cant recommend them enough. Fair price, professional, experienced, great communication and final results. Even if the other guy undercut them by a thousand dollars, All Hours was worth it from start to finish. Dan, Todd, Tyson, Nick, Bret, and all the other guys were great. Thanks!
Brian Shepard was the best technician I could have asked for. He was professional, honest and patiently answered all my questions. 5 stars!
I will never use this company again.to use3 screws for a 15.00$ part 5 minutes of work 600.00$ to install a toilet flange they wanted another 250.00$ to install the toilet another 250.00$ to run a snake 10 inches to clear a block in the toilet. I bought a hand auger for 17.00$ cleared myself toilet flange lifted the toilet 1/2 inch of of the floor. I think they thought I didnt know better l retired with 43 years in the industry enough said. Please dont Iet a family member go through this I should have done it myself. I would have been better off missing my retirement vacation
Shep & Troy we’re here on time to take care of our store.! We were able to open on time for business.! Can’t ask for more! Thank you guys!!
Shep and Matt were kind and very helpful!!! Great at explaining things! Some were quite complicated.. Will be using them for my other buildings
I cant say enough about how great these guys were to work with. I called them on a Monday morning about a sewage backup through my shower drain that had flooded an area of my home. They had a crew out within a couple of hours. They were able to clear the clog in the sewer line, and they had someone from a company they partner with that does water damage repair out to my house that same afternoon to begin the cleanup. The staff from All Hours who provided services were very efficient, professional, and kind. I felt like they not only did the work that was needed to get the job done, but also they were very understanding that I was dealing with an emergency that caused a lot of anxiety. They explained everything thoroughly and were extremely helpful. Im so glad I chose this company!
Troy was very professional and kind. He arrived on time and stayed until my sink problem was completely fixed. Will definitely use again!
Scott was our Sales Representative and he was very professional, knowledgeable and sold us on his company, especially since All Hours offered more than just a single brand as we wanted a Trane System. We chose All Hours basically for that reason vs. the competition. The installers came early on the day of the install, Friday Apr 30th. Which just happened to be the hottest day so far of the year 2021. Emerson and his helper came to install a New HVAC system, replacing the existing oversized furnace and putting in Central Air for the first time in our home. The install took several hours as is common. We have a down-flow system. The work up in the attic was very Hot and difficult with the Blown Insulation. Poor Orlando was up there hacking and coughing a lot. He probably should have been wearing a dust mask. When it came to the connection of the system to the Electrical Breaker Panel, they didnt have the required 30 AMP Double Pole Breaker and I had to go to the local Hardware store and purchase it. They also had to cut a hole in the drywall above the breaker panel which then I had to patch. They cut a hole through the Soffit metal to run the A/C Lines and Power from the Attic and down. I had to do some patch work there as well the next day to keep the birds and the bees out of my attic. Also where those lines came down into the house, the hole was too large, blown insulation kept falling and I had to patch that hole also.We didnt receive any receipt of purchase or any of the documentation required to supply to Dominion Energy or Rocky Mountain Power for the rebates we are eligible for with the new High Efficiency system. We also had a new Ecobee Thermostat installed and will require proof of that for a rebate. The Condenser unit outside is not attached to the pad it is sitting on, and the pad is not leveled. This can cause issues with it working correctly. The Worse part of the install however is the duct-work. It honestly looked as if someone was trying it for the very first time. I cant even use the word quality as there was none. No filter support, the filter, which we had to go purchase after the install, kept falling down on top of the furnace. The size of the filter area measures 20 x 17 x 1, but there are no filters of that size. We had to get a 20 x 16 x1. The Cut out to slide the filter into has no straight lines and is crooked and jagged. Its too small to reach your fingers into in order to pull a filter out and a pair of needle nose pliers is required to remove the filter. Also, there is no way to close the hole, no door or cover. Because the filter kept falling down, I had to open up the duct-work to retrieve it. When I contacted Scott on this issue, he spoke with the Installation Manager Eric. Who after numerous more messages to Scott finally called me. Then was only willing to send out Emerson again to our home to fix his own duct-work and then not until Monday. So much for All Hour Services. So I took it upon myself (as a retired USAF Aircraft Sheet Metal Technician) rebuild the poor duct-work myself. Still a bit more work to be done, but its much better now than it was.I wanted this to be a great experience, but sadly just like with most other contract companies out there, they really only care about the sale, and after that, they dont put any real effort into the work or ensuring the customer is 100% satisfied. Therefore, I cant recommend All Hours, I cant give them a good rating.
It works! I might be an anomaly for a 5 star rating, but in this case it’s well deserved.Firstly the answering service listened and took down my number and said they would stand-by while I determined if I wanted to schedule a tech. I called in and they were able to look at precious notes of my issues. The tech was scheduled a day out, which was appreciated, considering the heat we are currently having. Here is what was found out, for anyone caring. Spencer was the tech who came out. He was thorough, he explained what he was doing, and he listened to me explain my scenario.Basically, The pipes were freezing every single night which created a huge clump of ice which no air could pass. The two images below show a before and after of the coolant test. Basically the coolant was low, so the temperature of the system, on the bottom left was 23 degrees, so it froze up really quick. On the “after” picture it’s 35. So basically it was getting cold way to fast causing the freezing. They simple refilled the coolant and problem solved. Crazy stupid easy fix, but the previous hvac guy didn’t check it.Cost me $300-ish.
Troy and Malcolm are the BEST! They worked super hard to get my bathroom up and running again! Thanks guys!
Nick Cobbley was very friendly, professional and helpful when he came to fix my heater on a early Saturday morning emergency. He communicated every step of the process and made the ordeal with a heater very pleasant.
The technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to come out on Sunday to troubleshoot and had the part needed the next day and my AC working again.
Over charges for products and services. Only got a quote and it was way over charged for the services I was seeking. Same services but from another company was half of the cost they wanted to charge.
I’ve just completed an extensive sewer repair job at my residence that extended over a week period. During the project, I had multiple interactions with members of the All Hours Team. Every single encounter, from phone response, communications, and individuals, has been refreshingly professional, prompt, respectful, and courteous. Additionally, I really appreciated each persons cleanliness and attention to COVID precautions.I want to specifically mention plumber Cruz Soto. Cruz addressed two separate evening plumbing emergencies. He clearly cares about serving people! His communication skills parallel his plumbing expertise. Cruz, I want you to know, my whole family really appreciates how you supported us during such a stressful time. Thank you! After the plumbing emergencies, and the identification of the repairs need, I worked with the “dig team” lead by Tyson. Wow! These men worked so efficiently and impressively. What an experienced and excellent team ( Tyson, Bret, and Jake).Tyson and Bret were so attentive to every question and difficulty that arose secondary to managing the residence with a special needs senior with dementia. All three of these men were wonderful to work with. Clint, Todd, and Brandon also came to help. Although I didn’t interact as much with them, I could see how well the whole team worked together. Every one of them conveyed how much pride they take in their work and hearing them interact so positively with one another shows they are a true team. After completion of the dig, the team took care to restore the integrity of the site. It was hardly noticeable that there had been an 8 foot hole, and heavy equipment on the lawn. Amazing!TY to Fred, Devin, and any other person I forgot to specially acknowledge. To the owner of this business: Every single employee spoke highly of their job and employer. This means you take care of your employees! You have a very fine team working for you and representing your business. If anyone potential customer should take the time to read this long review and be deciding on what company to use, don’t hesitate, choose All Hours!
Dishonest and over priced. We hired this company to help us install a new bathtub faucet in our master bathroom that we had purchased ourselves from an Italian company that needed a different fitting since it was for a European style tub. And while the technician did install the faucet like we hired him, he also damaged our cabinets and chipped the bathtub and was dishonest with us about how the damaged occurred, and cut a water line that caused some flooding to the room under the master bathroom. When the technician began his work, it required him to cut into the cabinet under the bathroom sink in order to get to the water lines that run to the bathtub. While doing so, he accidently cut the water line and water started spraying, so he ran to turn off the main water line and later told me that no damaged had been done, there was no flooding and he would repair the cut at no cost. The next day, I went downstairs to my craft room directly under the master bathroom and found that my stationary and sewing fabric was sopping wet due to water flooding through the speaker in the ceiling that sits under the upstairs master bathroom sink. He should have turned the water line off before beginning any of his work and this problem could have been completed avoided.During the rest of the installation he must have smacked the cabinet and bath tub with a tool of some kind because there were two chips in the wood that werent there when he started. There was also duplicate chips in the tub parallel to the chips in the cabinets. He explained that those were already there, and that someone else had done it and tried to cover it up with some kind of material that mustve come off. On the invoice he wrote:I did find that there was a scratch on the top of the tub in on the wall that looks like somebody had tried to fill in when the tub was originally installedWhen I asked what was used to fill it in and how did whatever it was come off, he said he didnt know and he didnt know where it went but that he was letting me know so he could cover himselfAfter he left I called my husband who had taken pictures of the tub and faucet before the technician had begun working, and it proved there was no damage before he had begun working. I contacted the company and a manager contacted us back and I explained my side of the story. He said he would follow up with the technician and get back to us, and also have someone contact us to come and repair the damage caused... but its been a few weeks and we havent heard back and the damage has not been repaired. They charged us $577.50 to replace the faucet (187.50), install the copper water pipe (301.00) and the service call fee (89.00) which I felt was overpriced to begin with but feels much worse after the technician lied to my face about the damage, and then they never took the proper steps to resolve the situation. I wouldnt recommend using them, and we wont be hiring them in the future.
Westley came out and replaced our water heater and water pressure regulator. Westley was quick, efficient and knowledgeable on what he was doing. Overall we paid a lot of money but we knew going into replacing a water heater isn’t going to be cheap. New water heater is working great! Highly recommend using this company.
Got a bid from them to fix outside house water tap. They bid it for over $800. He tried to convince me that was a deal because he gave me $100 off and normally it would be over 1,200. Called several other plumbers, it was a $200 fix at the very most🤯 I have used this company before and had good results, so I dont know what this was about. But I wont be using them again :-(
Poor experience all around. My wife and I purchased a $600 dish washer and simply needed it installed. Their service guy, Chris, came by when I wasnt home. He intimidated my wife and quoted us $550 to install it…Almost the price of the washer itself. We ended up not going with them because it’s unreasonable. Dude took $130 of our money and did nothing. Definitely feel taken advantage of.I would not do business with these guys.
Troy is freaking awesome! He came by way late just to get our issues figured out super quick!
Shep and Troy were amazing helped us find a sewer smell. We will be using them again. 5 star service. !!!!!
All hours provided and installed our AC system. They did a great job, left us with information on how to use our system. The Technician that came out was Emerson Velasquez. He is professional, explained everything he was going to be doing and was very friendly. I would gladly call them again if I needed help. If I do, I going to ask for Emerson. He has been here a few times making some adjustments to our system, our house is over 70 years old and not designed for Central Air.
Shep came out and did a pressure jetting to clear out some roots from the main line. He did really good and made sure to get every root out (checking with a camera as he goes) and cleaned up any mess and then even more! Excellent customer service and was earlier than expected! Definitely will refer him to my other co-workers in the property management field!!
We were leaving out of town and noticed that our drain in our basement was flooding right before we were ready to leave. Their dispatch worked quickly to find out if someone could come help us quickly and they were able to fit us in that evening. Assessment was done for the most cost-effective approach and it turned out it was just what was needed. We have used All Hours before and they are always high-level professionals, honest, and kind (especially in moments of stress). Amazing service. Thank you!
Wesley was phenomenal!! Turns out our water diverted was not broken we just weren’t turning it correctly. Professional. Punctual. Respectful.
Troy came and helped us figure out why our drains kept backing up (tree roots in our mainline, heaven help us!!), he was so great to work with. Thanks so much for everything!
I was very happy with the service I received from All hours. The service tech Kaysen was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and was very professional. I have used All Hours in the past and would absolutely recommend Them to anyone! Thanks so much!
I had my appliances reinstalled after a floor installed. Jaden and Cruz did a fantastic job, thank you.
We just had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed in our house. These guys were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process!!They quickly responded to my request for quote. They immediately had us scheduled for a FREE in-home inspection & quote.(We highly recommend Technician MIKE👍🏼)The financing was a piece of cake!! It was unbelievably fast & easy.(We highly recommend Gage👍🏼)The installation was scheduled within 48 hours of completing the financing. The Installation Techs showed up on-time and fully prepared. They worked hard & fast, and they completed the entire job that day!!(Highly recommend Emerson & Orlando👍🏼)GREAT JOB ALL HOURS PLUMBING!YOU GUYS ROCK!
Payton with All Hours came to assist with our water heater and has been incredibly personable, informative, and helpful. All Hours scheduled a time for a technician to arrive, then thankfully was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. Definitely a great company to work with!
Everyone I’ve spoken with at All Hours has been incredibly friendly and professional. The work is prompt and at a fair price. Will continue to use them for all the services they cover!
They were able to arrive at my rental within an hour of my call for a second opinion on a water heater. After the diagnosis they replaced it the next day. The the person seemed knowledgeable.
Shep helped us out with our annual review of our pipes to ensure all was well. He was timely, respectful of our property and honest. We’ve had Shep perform this service two years now and we’ll be calling him next summer as well.
Troy was the best. He showed up exactly when he said he would and he had everything all done and cleaned up in about 20 minutes. He explained what had happened to my toilet and how to prevent it in the future. Truly and awesome guy.
Our kitchen sink backed up. I scheduled a 1-6pm window for the same day, called them at 5:50pm when no one showed, and they assured me the tech would arrive soon. Same thing at 8pm. Same thing at 10pm, at which point I asked for a morning appointment, and they assured me they would be there first thing in the morning. Called in the morning, they had scheduled me for the afternoon. Tech eventually came but wanted to charge $400 to snake the drain, after promising a $93 service when I originally called. Dont know whats going on at this company, but Im never calling them again.
Troy was my plumber. He was awesome! Super friendly and fixed my drain. I would recommend him to everyone.
The two technicians that came Shep and Troy were some of the most professional ones that I have worked with for sometime. They stayed on the site until we found the issues causing the plugged sewer line.. We will call on them again to help when the need arises again.
These guys were fantastic. We contacted them and the same day they were here to repair our air conditioner. Jordan did a great job. He was here early, he was informative and quickly found the problem and resolved the issue. I would recommend them to anyone.
We noticed our upstairs bathroom piping started leaking through our downstairs ceiling at 9pm. By 9:30pm, Chris P arrived on the scene. He was able to quickly identify the problem, recommend a solution, and work thru the entire issue by 11pm. He was professional, kind, highly efficient, and just did fantastic job overall. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Will 100% use again. Chris P was beyond impressive and gives a great name to the team at AHP.
Each interaction with All Hours was great. The person who answered our after hours weekend call, the tech who came out - everyone was kind, professional and thorough. We appreciated the help and good communication throughout our experience. Many service businesses try to use texting, etc to communicate and fail, but All Hours process and texts worked very well, and were clear and timely. When there was going to be a delay, the office texted us as soon as they knew. Highly recommend based on this experience and well be contacting them for our next needed project!
Shep and Troy came to the property on time. they were polite and preformed the tasked asked of them and their company.
Both of the workers (first the AC guy then a plumber) came to help with a mystery leak. I was sent a text with a pic of the worker and this was super helpful and put me at ease. Very professional and personable. Workers were so conscientious of cleaning up and minimizing the impact on and in the house. Very well explained and walked through. The guys were great!!
Christian and George were professional and kind from the start. Their in-depth knowledge was impressive to say the least. I admittedly was a little concerned how the technicians would respond to the water problem I have going on with my relic of a home. However, their assessment quick and thorough. They provided me with several options to resolve the problem, but kindly explained the pros/cons with each option. Never felt forced or pressured to pick on the spot. Need some time to think over which route to go, but will update with results. Would recommend.
I asked All Hours to come to my ask for a no cost assessment of my kitchen sink that was not draining. I was not able to be on site when they arrived so they came and unclogged the drain and then a $300+ Bill later they finally talked to me on the phone about how they were going to send me to collections for not paying them. I never agreed to the service that they performed. I feel scammed and disrespected. The plumber was extremely rude over the phone and told me that could go somewhere else for a better price AFTER he billed me. I never authorized them to do anything but look at the problem and quote me. Their invoices says that they “BlackListed” me as a customer. Don’t flatter yourselves, I would NEVER use All Hours again. Awful customer service.
I had an urgent need to bring a water heater up to code for a real estate deal. Rescue Rooter completely failed, after making promises the tech called and told me at the last minute they weren’t trained to install earthquake straps (!), others weren’t willing to come out on the Saturday before Labor Day. I called this company and they were there within 2 hours and did a fantastic job, and their final price was lower than anyone else’s quote! Amazing service I couldn’t be any happier. Pure excellence!
The water pressure in my shower was almost non-existent and Kaysen increased the pressure and found a very simple solution having to do with the shower heads. I was only charged for the service fee and Kaysen was willing to look at any other problems I was concerned about in the house. Really nice and really responsive. Ill definitely call them again!
Troy was super professional and on time! We called on Tuesday noon and he was here within 3 hours after we called on the same day! He did an excellent job and got everything working for a great price! He assured us everything is complete with confidence and will be no need to call back! Definitely will be letting friends and family in on this company for their plumbing needs. Thanks Troy!
Kaysen was great and really helpful and professional. Very transparent on the service and also very quick. I’d recommend them to anyone.
I was quoted for them to come in between 8 and 12, and Chris came at 8, which is pretty cool they were able to get it in pretty quick. Chris was fast and professional, but also was pretty cool was talking a little bit and explaining the different parts, and definitely was nice to the kids. Was in and out in about an hour and a half, which I think was pretty quick, and now I have peace of mind that water isnt going to be all over the floor. Definitely would recommend anyone that wants the job done right the first time!
This business is amazing. I have an infant and we had our water turned off due to a leak. They were so quick to come out and help us. The next day the team was at our house early, and we had water by end of day. Thank you for being so prompt, professional, courteous and extremely understanding of our situation. We will use them and recommend them for future services.
It works…Spencer spent a lot of time to diagnose and fix my swamp cooler. Made it more energy and water efficient in the process. Brilliant.
We had an insanely bad clog! They came the first day even earlier than they said and did everything that they could to no avail--it was deep in the main line 😬 They came at the earliest scheduled time the following morning which we were so relieved! Brian and Jordan were our technicians and they were AWESOME! Friendly, professional, efficient and wore masks and gloves the whole time so we felt safe. The night before they came a second time we called a couple places to price match and despite the cost they were the most competitive. Wed definitely use them again in a pinch!
We came home from work to find that out ac was not working. It was 8 pm and we were so hot already! We called 5 companies. These guys were the only ones who replies and had someone out to the hour before 10 pm. Gage got us up and running. We appreciate it more than you’ll ever know!
Don’t listen to the (few) negative reviews. These guys are clean, professional, good at what they do, quick(mine helped me same day even though the appointment couldn’t be made until next day) and best of all they are fairly priced.
I called a handful of other companies and they all promised they could come out and help me. Well all of them fell short. All hours not only came out as they promised but they also fixed the issue in a timely manner and the technician was really friendly, professional and cleaned up after himself. I’d definitely use All hours again for all my plumbing needs.
Arrived ahead of schedule and were able to diagnose and fix the issue with the thermocouple. Payton was very helpful!
We called All Hours Plumbing on a Saturday night for a leak under our sink that my husband was trying to fix all day. He started with trying to unclog our sink drain. We have a manual snake at home that goes about 20 feet into the pipes to clear the clog. Next he noticed there was a small drip from the pipes under the sink. He spent many hours going back and forth to the store to buy new materials to fix it. After listening to many fun words, I called Any Hour Plumbing and they said someone could be there by 6 pm. Soon after I received a text confirming my appointment where a technician would be there between 6-8 pm. Around 7:15pm, the technician called and said he would be on his way and be at my house at 8pm. He was on time at 8:00 and went right to work on our sink. He unclogged the sink and fixed the leaky pipe with in an hour. Very happy with his knowledge and cleanliness all while respecting the Covid restrictions. He wrote a mask, gloves, and booties while here. The cost was the only reason we did not give 5 stars. It was a little expensive, but thats what you get when you have after hours weekend calls to plumbing companys. BUT, it was worth it in the end and saved my husbands sanity from that pesky leak. Would highly recommend and will use them in the future, but hope during regular business hours.
Our A/C broke on a hot summer day. They were quick to come out and get us back up and running. Communication was top notch. Highly recommended!
Within 24 hrs the guys, Ben and Dan showed up and in less than an hour had figured out our plumbing/sewer issue. I was given three options with absolutely no hard-sell, these guys are like dealing with your best friend/family: down home, trustworthy and friendly!
This review is specifically for Christian Tronier. I have yet to meet a more unprofessional repairman. I unfortunately was not with my elderly mother while he came to service her swamp cooler. She has a leak in her downstairs line so I called and they were the first that would come in. I work on her swamp cooler every year and this year was no exception so I went up there about three times before I realized I could not get the pressure needed because of the leak in the line. I was out of town when he arrived and told my mother she needed a new swamp cooler. He went out to buy everything. I called and spoke with him and he said it was rusted out, leaking, and could not be fixed. I asked him, knowing this was not the case, to show me a video of where the leak was. He couldnt. The pictures didnt show any. He was extremely rude and pompous about the situation and as soon as I mentioned writing a review he packed everything and left my ill mother with no cooling on one of the hottest days of the year. We had another gentleman come out a few days later and confirm what I said, that it was fine. We still had him replace the pads and do some maintenance but he did not try to sell someone something they absolutely did not need. The ONLY reason I give two stars is because they fit us in on a Saturday. We werent charged because other than getting on the roof and tightening a washer no work was done. I think this individual does not represent your company well unless this is how you choose to do business. I tried to get Christian to listen to my logic but since Im not a professional he refused. I will update this with the information for the company that took care of my mom correctly.
Im a new homeowner and decided to take things into my own hands and ended up stuck. I called All Hours Plumbing, they answered immediately and generously sent someone out right away, Guion Nightingale. He was polite, decisive, prompt and thorough. Though he fixed my issue in mere seconds, he graciously walked me through a quick plumbing basics - 101 and gave me a few tips to help in the future. I would most definitely recommend All Hours Plumbing to everyone who needs it and I look forward to doing more business with them.
The plumber came quickly on a Sunday, did the repair within 1 1/2 hours and it seems like a good job, but ridiculously over priced! 1500.00 to replace a 3 foot piece of copper pipe with some per. Im sure the parts cost less than $50.00. So thats $750.00/hr for labor. I should change professions! So beware, price gouging going on here!
Guion is respectful, efficient, careful, conscientious, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better service person! All Hours personnel communicate professionally and effectively. I recommend this company without reservation.
Rafael performed quality service! Super nice guy and a great technician
I had two appointments that were canceled by the company about a half hour before the technician was expected. I had rearranged my schedule to be available. The third appointment scheduled by the company went fine. The technician was on time and very efficient. I don’t know if these cancelations are normal in this pre-pandemic world with all companies or if this is the pattern is part of the company’s business model.
I called them at 10:00 at night and they said they could be right out they got there about 11:30. They told me up front that it would be a $199 charge for after hours plus the Roto-Rooter fee. I knew that it was going to be probably $100 or $150 for the roto rooter fee, a normal fee is $90. When the driver got out of the truck, he said its going to be $350 for the Roto-Rooter fee plus the $199 do you still want me to do it. He hadnt even seen the clog yet. I felt like I was trapped because if I called somebody else I would have to wait two or three hours again. It was a sink clog but because it was in a high-rise condo where the condos are stacked on top of each other I needed to get this clog in the main line cleared so I didnt have any other owners with clogged kitchen sinks. It took about 20 minutes to clear the clog and that was it and he left $550 highway robbery.
Love that company. Great team members. Very attentive to both the customer and each situation that arises. Also treats their employees like family.
Matt was friendly, courteous and very informative. I highly recommend him and his company. Thank!!
Kaysen was awesome. He showed up promptly even though it was late at night, Identified the problem and had the work done quickly. Very glad to have called and had him fix my PVR pipe.
We had two single hole kitchen faucets that we already purchased and needed to simply install. We also needed new cartridges in our shower mixers (2). We were quoted $2300 to do the work ($575 each for the 2 faucets alone, and the remaining amount for the cartridges which cost about $45-50 each). Needless to say, once I picked my jaw up off the floor, I informed them we would not be using their service. If I could choose zero stars for value I would. (Postscript: the independent plumber we used in the past was able to free up a bit of time to come and install both faucets within approximately 90 mins. for far, far less than All Hours’ price of $575 for one.)
First let me say the Tech they sent was good. He arrived on time. Completed the job. And used Covid precautions. With that said I dont know how this company can straight out rob people of their money. It was a simple clogged kitchen drain. The guy quoted me 500.00 before even looking under the sink. Then it took him 17 minutes from start to finish to run a snake (i have a video to prove it). He did me a FAVOR by dropping the 89.00 service fee... so I paid 407.00 for 17 minutes of work... theres got to be a more honest plumbing company than this. Shop around... ANSWER TO YOUR COMMENT SIR: Yes I was told that the service charge was more due to it being the weekend... $89.00. And I was told I could have called to talk about the cost but that there really wasnt anyone to talk to due to it being the weekend. Like I said I have a 17 minute video if youd like to see the actual work done. If I wanted to be charged 407.00 to chat with someone Id go to a therapist. They charge less.
Chris Parker was great! Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, realized we needed a different part than he had on his truck, priced it out for me, and scheduled the repair appt, all within 15 minutes of his arrival! When he returned to complete the work he was efficient and friendly. We have used All Hours before and will most definitely continue to patronize their business. Thanks Chris!
These guys are great. A real person on the phone and good professional guys at my door. I’d yet to find a plumber in this town that didn’t rip me off in one way or another until now. I put these guys in my contacts. I’m sure it won’t be a call a want to make, but I feel better at least having someone good to call.
Awesome and timely—Troy was great to work with and fixed our plumbing issue in less than 15 minutes.
These guys were able to do a later evening repair for a customer of ours when we were in a pinch. Matt did a great job and sent us pictures of the repair when he was finished. Overall very satisfied with their service!Kacey
On time and responsive. Professional and cleaned everything up before they left. Ben was who they sent out and he was personable and trustworthy. Thank you!!!
I would have to say its the best service I have ever had. Next day they came on time and explained everything in lame terms for anyone to understand. My main drain was clogged in the basement where my washer was. It was such a disaster. He cleaned my pipes like new. Also explained to me there was some shifting in my main that could cause problems in the future. Also explained how it was important to upgrade my lines in the future up to code. My house was build in 1968.Best job ever and thank you so much!
To start this experience off to a great start was thanks to Adam. He looked over everything and made a few suggestions as well. I was completely impressed when they laid down drop clothes to keep the floor clean. Our home is 119 years old and has a dirt basement. During the installation there were 4 people that worked on the furnace and air conditioning I only got 2 of there names Lester and Manuel. All 4 are very professional and enjoy the work that they do right down to sweeping the dirt basement floor to clean up their mess.Great Price, Fast Service (2 days to start the install) excellent equipment and the best part was the great people in their company!
They were out to our home ASAP. Such a cordial and professional technician and he explained what needed to be done. He was thorough and he happily explained what he was doing.
Westley and the entire team at All Hours were incredible to work with. Not only did they have a technician who came out immediately, but they replaced our water heater within a few hours. We felt completely safe with their implemented safety and cleanliness protocols. Westley was courteous, clear and transparent about our water heater issue. We will definitely be calling All Hours for any of our plumbing, drain cleaning or heating and cooling needs. Thank you!
Why do emergencies always happen on the weekend? Well, we had one and All Hours Plumbing was the first number I tried—so happy I did. Darren was the plumber who worked at my house and he was there ready to go within a few hours of my calling. It’s never an easy thing to go looking for a leak, but Darren found fairly quickly. He called Rafael to come help out with removing an air duct that was in the way of the leak. Rafael was also professional and had a great attitude—our dog Marvin warmed up to him pretty quickly. Darren got in touch with Dan the water damage mitigation guy who came and dried everything out and cleaned everything up on his way out, and I mean everything! The only evidence of them being there was the hole in the ceiling (still working on the dry wall) which was covered with plastic with a fan blowing through it. Nothing on the ground! Highly recommend this crew! They were there when we needed them.
Guion Nightingale came and unclogged my garbage disposal. Courteous and knowledgable service. Thanks Guion.
Rafael was my technician and he was outstanding and very courteous. I highly recommend!
Spencer the service tech was very knowledgeable of our system. Very professional friendly and a go getter.
All Hour Plumbing is awesome. Matt came out to do a drain cleaning for our rental unit. Fortunately for us the clogg had freed itself up before he arrived. But when he was there he checked everything out, ran pleanty of water to make sure it was good to use, and explained to us to keep an eye on it. Recommended to camera the line and gave me an estimate.Super appreciative of the responsiveness and honesty. I have saved your number and will be my go to guys for anything that you specialize in. Thanks Matt 😊
Troy came to fix my basement shower which turned into needing the main pipe drained. He was very professional and did a great job! He was quick, efficient and left the area how it was when he arrived. Being fixed of course. I would definitely recommend this company!
We totally had a wonderful experience with Rafael! He was knowledgeable and experienced and knew exactly what was wrong with our fireplace. He went above and beyond, and we have already asked for him to return and do more work! I give them an A+! Thanks so much!!
