I’ve been coming here for years and I love don, his awesome wife, and staff. They do a great job on my nails and toes every time!! Being one of the first nail salons to open around the area after this whole quarantine business... they are very busy with people even coming from MA to see them. They try their best to accommodate their customers! I would just say to everyone, be patient! They are good people.

They used the wrong acrylic to fill my nails, they didnt even shape them. I had them done less than 4 days ago. Now my nail is snapped off entirely and lifted on the sides where its catching on everything. Every single one of my fingers were burned and when I pulled my hand back because it got to a point I couldnt handle the pain anymore, he pulled my hand back hard and continued in the same spot burning me. I will NEVER EVER go back here and Ill be sure to tell the people I know the same. On top of the fact they told me one price on the phone and when I got there and already had the service done they had the price more than DOUBLED. Plus a tip. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have FINALLY found the best nail salon in Salem! I found Princess nails to be super clean, and my nails came out literally PERFECT! 😊 I will definitely be back!

I went there for the first time yesterday. I was skeptical because of the location. I am sure that is probably the same for most people too. But it is not like that at all. I wish they had a better location so they would get more customers. They did a great job, very clean and good prices.

The best Nail salon ever! I have been to several different nail salons and this is still the best one. They are very nice, friendly people and do an amazing job! The prices are reasonable. Unfortunately I did not get the ladys name that did my nails, but she did a great job. I will continue going here as i did in the past!! 🙂💅

4 nails broke within 5 days. The nails are poor quality.

Had an appointment at 5. Came from an hour away and ignored me and asked the girl behind me what she needed. Was told to put my phone number and they would call when ready. It’s been an hour and a half with no call.

They were good but then they get lazy.

So sad..I went today for a manicure. There was a note on the door thanking customers for their many yearsI looked through the glass door and everything has been removed. I loved coming here. Real people with a heart to serve their customers well. You will be missed.
